The invention discloses a color-changeable workpiece and a preparation method thereof. The color-changeable workpiece includes: the workpiece comprises a workpiece substrate, a primer layer, a middle paint layer and a finish paint layer. Wherein the primer layer is formed on the surface of the workpiece substrate; the intermediate paint layer is formed on the surface of one side, far away from the workpiece substrate, of the primer layer; the material forming the intermediate paint layer comprises a color-changing paint containing mica; and the finishing coat layer is formed on the surface of the side, far away from the primer layer, of the intermediate paint layer. In the color-changeable work piece, the middle paint layer contains mica which has directivity of light absorption and reflection, thereby showing different colors at different angles. Compared with workpieces processed by the existing painting process with single color, such as aluminum plating, pad printing, hot stamping and the like, the color-changeable workpiece can show colorful colors, and the satisfaction degree of consumers is improved. The automobile lamp is the eye of the automobile, and along with the continuous improvement of the appreciation level of consumers, the requirements on the color and the shape of the automobile lamp are higher and higher.
In the current automobile lamp industry, the automobile decoration part mark is not only limited to the processes of self-processing and post-processing of the mold (such as aluminum plating, hot stamping, pad printing, silk screen printing and the like). The existing automobile lamp decorating parts are mostly subjected to PVD coating process, and the single color easily causes aesthetic fatigue to consumers. In addition, the decorating part of the existing automobile lamp is a single-color injection molding part, the poor injection molding cannot be covered, the product yield is reduced, the plastic feeling of the injection molding part is strong, and the low quality and the low price are achieved.

It should be noted that the specific types of the black primer, the mica-containing color-changing paint, and the transparent top coat are not particularly limited, and conventional materials in the art may be used, for example, the mica-containing color-changing paint may be chameleon paint, and the transparent top coat may be transparent UV top coat paint, etc. In addition, the crude oil of each paint layer material can be compounded with a paint curing agent and a diluent according to actual needs.

Preferably, the baking time of the surface paint layer is 5-10 min, the baking time of the middle paint layer is 8-15 min, and the baking time of the surface paint layer is 40-50 min.

Examples
Referring to fig. 2, a variable color automotive lamp trim was prepared as follows.
(1) The automobile lamp decoration part base body is assembled with a tooling fixture (PC + 10% GF material), and the tooling fixture is utilized to fix the base body and shield the area which does not need to be sprayed on the base body.
(2) The workpiece substrate is wiped by using the superfine fiber dust-free cloth to remove dust and impurities on the surface of the workpiece substrate, and the static electricity of the workpiece substrate is removed by electrostatic dust removal to prevent the workpiece substrate from adsorbing dust to cause defects.
(3) Uniformly spraying black primer (paint is mixed with a curing agent and a diluent and then stirred for 20min and uniformly mixed) by using a manipulator or a fixed gun (the caliber is 1-1.3 mm), wherein the thickness of the sprayed film is 10-15 mu m, leveling the sprayed film at normal temperature for 3-5 min, and then baking the sprayed film at 80 ℃ for 5-10 min.
(4) Uniformly spraying the color-changing intermediate coat (the paint is mixed with a curing agent and a diluent and then stirred for 20min and uniformly mixed) by using a manipulator or a fixed gun (the caliber is 1-1.3 mm), wherein the thickness of the sprayed film is 8-12 mu m, leveling the sprayed film at normal temperature for 3-5 min, and then baking the sprayed film for 8-15 min at 80 ℃. In the step, attention should be paid to that the spraying amount of the paint is not too large, and technological parameters such as speed, distance, atomization, film thickness and the like are kept consistent during spraying, so that the phenomena of uneven color depth, blooming and the like of a paint layer obtained by spraying are avoided.
(5) Uniformly spraying a transparent surface (the paint is mixed with a curing agent and a diluent and then stirred for 20min and uniformly mixed) by using a manipulator or a fixed gun (the caliber is 1-1.3 mm), wherein the thickness of the sprayed film is 20-25 mu m, leveling the sprayed film at normal temperature for 3-5 min, and then baking the sprayed film for 45min at 80 ℃.
(6) And (5) inspecting according to the inspection standard, and packaging and warehousing the qualified products.
The specific recipe parameters for the formation of the paint layer involved in the above steps are shown in table 1.

Therefore, the prepared automobile decoration part can show color changes with different metal textures at viewing angles of 15 degrees, 45 degrees and 115 degrees, and shows gorgeous and colorful colors.

Claims (10)

1. A color changeable workpiece, comprising:
a workpiece substrate;
a primer layer formed on a surface of the workpiece substrate;
the intermediate paint layer is formed on the surface of one side, far away from the workpiece substrate, of the primer layer; the material forming the middle paint layer comprises a color-changing paint containing mica;
and the finishing paint layer is formed on the surface of one side, far away from the primer layer, of the intermediate paint layer.
2. A variable color workpiece according to claim 1 wherein the material forming the primer layer comprises a black primer; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the material forming the top coat layer comprises a transparent top coat.
3. A color-changeable workpiece according to claim 1, wherein the primer layer has a thickness of 10 to 15 μm.
4. A variable color workpiece according to claim 1, characterised in that the thickness of the intermediate paint layer is 8 to 12 μm.
5. A variable color workpiece according to claim 1, characterised in that the thickness of the topcoat layer is 20 to 25 μm.
6. A color-changeable workpiece according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the workpiece substrate is an automotive lamp trim.
7. A method for preparing a color-changeable workpiece according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising:
providing a workpiece substrate;
forming a primer layer on the surface of the workpiece substrate;
forming a middle paint layer on the surface of one side, away from the workpiece substrate, of the primer layer;
and forming a finish paint layer on the surface of one side, far away from the primer layer, of the middle paint layer to obtain the color-changeable workpiece.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the forming a primer layer on the surface of the workpiece substrate comprises: spraying a primer on the surface of the workpiece substrate, leveling and baking; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the forming of the intermediate paint layer on the surface of the primer layer on the side far away from the workpiece substrate comprises the following steps: spraying a color-changing paint containing mica on the surface of one side of the primer layer, which is far away from the workpiece substrate, leveling and baking; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the forming of the finishing paint layer on the surface of one side, far away from the primer layer, of the intermediate paint layer comprises the following steps: and spraying finish paint on the surface of one side of the middle paint layer, which is far away from the primer layer, leveling and baking.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the leveling is performed at 20-30 ℃ for 3-5 min; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the baking is carried out for 5-50 min at 70-90 ℃.
10. A system for preparing a color-changeable workpiece according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising:
the tool jig is suitable for fixing the workpiece base body;
a first spraying device, wherein the first spraying device is suitable for forming a primer layer on the surface of the workpiece substrate;
a second spraying device, wherein the second spraying device is suitable for forming a middle paint layer on the surface of the primer layer on the side far away from the workpiece substrate;
a third spraying device which is suitable for forming a finishing paint layer on the surface of one side, far away from the primer layer, of the intermediate paint layer.
