The problem of serious foam of slurry return in the coating process of the gravure roller is solved by adopting a double-layer lower scraper and a lower scraper interlayer vacuumizing technology, an extra defoaming tank body is not needed, and the long time for standing and defoaming of the slurry is avoided; the invention can realize the recycling of the slurry and avoid the waste of the slurry caused by foam.

If the slurry with foam is used for coating, dense bright spots and black spots can occur after coating, so that the problems of low battery resistance and the like are caused; therefore, if the return foam can not be defoamed, the slurry can not be reused, which can lead to the waste of a large amount of finished slurry.
The existing method for solving the problem of foam of the returned slurry of the material box is to collect the returned slurry with serious foam in a vacuum tank and realize the defoaming of the returned slurry with foam by vacuumizing the vacuum tank. The device mainly comprises a vacuum tank, a vacuum pump and a set of vacuumizing connecting pipelines. The method has the disadvantages of complicated procedure, inconvenient use, space occupation and high operation cost.
