Further, the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing water, humectant, emulsifier, thickener, lubricant, sodium bicarbonate, sodium sulfate, penetration assistant, polyquaternium, essence, hydrolyzed vegetable protein and plant extract, stirring at 70 deg.C for 45min, and ultrasonic dispersing for 12min to obtain a permanent wave conditioning composition with two functions of permanent wave and skin care.
Further, the using method comprises the following steps: washing hair with water, cleaning, smearing permanent wave agent in wet state, fixing with winding bar, and shaping at room temperature for 15 min; washing hair with running water without unwinding the winding bar, contacting the hair with oxygen in air in styling state, shaping in situ, standing for 30min, unwinding and removing the winding bar, and washing hair with water again until the permanent wave agent is washed off.
In examples 1 to 3, the perm conditioning composition is mild in texture and free of pungent odor, the penetration aid can improve the penetration efficiency of the perm conditioning composition, heating is not needed in the using process, the viscosity of the perm conditioning composition is improved through the polyquaternium, scraping and the like are facilitated, the polyquaternium has a certain hair care effect, the perm conditioning composition contains hair care essences such as hydrolyzed plant protein and plant extract, and the hair care essence can effectively care hair and scalp while perm, so that the health of the hair and the scalp is guaranteed, and the perm conditioning composition is suitable for popularization and use.

A permanent wave conditioning composition integrating permanent wave and protection is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of water, 4-8 parts of humectant, 12-15 parts of paraffin, 3-7 parts of vaseline, 1-3 parts of lubricant, 2-6 parts of bionic phospholipid, 4-8 parts of sodium sulfate, 1-3 parts of permeation assistant, 6-10 parts of polyquaternary ammonium salt, 0.1-0.3 part of essence, 15-22 parts of hydrolyzed plant protein and 7-12 parts of plant extract.

A permanent wave and care two-in-one permanent wave conditioning composition as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of water, 6 parts of a humectant, 13 parts of an emulsifier, 4 parts of a thickener, 2 parts of a lubricant, 4 parts of baking soda, 6 parts of sodium sulfate, 2 parts of a penetration aid, 8 parts of polyquaternium, 0.2 part of essence, 18 parts of hydrolyzed plant protein and 9 parts of plant extract.
3. A perm and care two-in-one perm conditioning composition according to claim 1, wherein the hydrolyzed vegetable protein is one or more of hydrolyzed soy protein, hydrolyzed wheat protein, hydrolyzed corn protein, hydrolyzed coconut protein and hydrolyzed glutinous rice protein.
4. A permanent wave and care two-in-one permanent wave conditioning composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plant extract is one or more of aloe extract, green tea extract, rose extract, cucumber extract and lemon extract.

A permanent wave and care two-in-one permanent wave conditioning composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moisturizing agent is glycerin, the emulsifying agent is octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, the thickening agent is stearyl alcohol, and the lubricating agent is isopropyl palmitate.
6. A two-in-one perm conditioning composition according to claim 1, wherein the penetration aid is an anionic or nonionic penetration aid.

A two-in-one permanent wave conditioning composition for permanent wave and care according to claim 1, characterized in that the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing water, humectant, emulsifier, thickener, lubricant, sodium bicarbonate, sodium sulfate, penetration assistant, polyquaternium, essence, hydrolyzed vegetable protein and plant extract, stirring at 60-80 deg.C for 30-60min, and ultrasonic dispersing for 10-15min to obtain a permanent wave conditioning composition with two functions of permanent wave and protection.
8. A two-in-one perm conditioning composition according to claim 1, wherein the application method comprises the following steps: washing hair with water, cleaning, smearing permanent wave agent in wet state, fixing with winding bar, and shaping at room temperature for 15 min; washing hair with running water without unwinding the winding bar, contacting the hair with oxygen in air in styling state, shaping in situ, standing for 30min, unwinding and removing the winding bar, and washing hair with water again until the permanent wave agent is washed off.
