Description

Hair loss prevention shampoo product and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of shampoo products, in particular to a hair loss prevention shampoo product and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The hair is the hair that grows in the head, and its main effect is the protection head, and along with social development, people's love is gradually strong, and the hair is as one of the key constitution of head molding, more and more obtains people's attention, and one end is strong hair, can bring better love experience for people.
However, people are now confronted with the problem of hair loss of greater or lesser extent, and the factors responsible for hair loss are diverse, including but not limited to the following:
1. seborrheic alopecia, such as people with exuberant oil secretion;
2. hair follicle blockage causes alopecia, such as long-term use of hair treatment conditioner, two-in-one nursing shampoo, hair scale repair liquid and the like, and excessive deposition of nursing ingredients such as polydimethylsiloxane and the like to block pores;
3. the deterioration of the physiological state of the scalp causes the alopecia due to the irritative reaction, such as the long-term use of lotion soap with too strong degreasing power and too strong irritability, etc., which causes the scalp to lack water and dry, excessively secrete grease, etc.;
4. scalp infections cause permanent hair loss, e.g., certain infections such as fungal, bacterial infections, which can cause destruction of hair follicles and scar formation;
5. some poor habits of combing hair bundles cause hair to be pulled too tightly for a long period of time resulting in stretch loss, such as tying a tight braid, combing hair with force, pulling hair clips too tightly, etc.
In order to alleviate hair loss, various anti-hair loss washing and protecting products have been invented, but although the existing anti-hair loss washing and protecting products have a certain hair loss effect, the existing anti-hair loss washing and protecting products can only improve certain hair loss factors, however, as mentioned above, the reasons for the hair loss are various, the human body structure is very complicated, it is difficult to accurately determine the specific hair loss factors, and the hair loss factors change with the passage of time, so that the effect of preventing hair loss is difficult to achieve due to the fact that the improvement is only performed on certain hair loss factors, and therefore, the improvement space exists.

Figure BDA0003252947880000021
by adopting the technical scheme, the excessive secretion of the grease can be improved and the condition of the seborrheic alopecia can be effectively improved under the action of the grease secretion regulator; the hair loss treatment agent can also dissolve substances which are extremely difficult to dissolve and comprise silicone oil, and the substances are extremely easy to emulsify and wash away by water after being dissolved, so that the condition of hair loss caused by hair follicle blockage is effectively improved; the irritation and degreasing force of the conventional surfactant can be reduced through the action of the irritation reducer, and the condition of irritation response alopecia can be effectively improved; through the action of the bacteriostatic agent, various bacterial fungi can be killed, and the condition that permanent alopecia is caused by hair follicle destruction and scars of the scalp due to fungal and bacterial infection is effectively improved; through the action of the softening agent, a layer of soft and bright film is formed on the surface of the hair, so that the hair is light, smooth, soft and more flexible, the friction force on the surface of the hair is reduced, the tensile strength of the hair is increased, and the condition of tractive alopecia caused by binding a very tight braid, combing the hair with strength, dragging the hair clip to be over tight and the like is effectively improved; through natural alopecia preventing and hair growing agent, the hair follicle is healthier, the hair is more stable in the hair follicle, the hair growth is promoted, the hair is thicker, the alopecia preventing and hair washing product can be improved aiming at various alopecia factors, and the effect of preventing alopecia in multiple dimensions is realized.
The specific contents of the irritation reducer, the grease secretion regulator, the softener, the natural alopecia preventing and growing agent and the bacteriostatic agent are adopted, so that various alopecia improving effects can reach higher levels, and the effect that the alopecia preventing and hair washing product can prevent alopecia from multiple dimensions is realized.
Preferably, the irritation reducing agent is a combination of cocamidopropyl betaine and sodium cocoyl methyl taurate.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cocoamidopropyl betaine and the cocoyl methyl sodium taurate are selected and used, and are not easy to permeate into the skin, so that the protein denaturation in the skin is not easy to cause, the effects of reducing the irritation and the degreasing force of the conventional surfactant are better, and the effect of improving the irritation reaction alopecia is better.
Preferably, the cocoamidopropyl betaine and the sodium cocoyl methyl taurate are contained in the anti-hair loss shampoo product in the following mass percentage:
1.96% -2.04% of cocamidopropyl betaine;
9.8 to 10.2 percent of coconut oil acyl methyl sodium taurate.
By adopting the technical scheme, the special content is adopted by the cocoamidopropyl betaine and the cocoyl methyl sodium taurate, so that the effects of reducing the irritation and the degreasing force of the conventional surfactant are better, the effect of improving the irritation response alopecia is better, no significant negative influence is caused on other alopecia preventing effects, and the multidimensional alopecia preventing effect of the alopecia preventing and washing article is better.
Preferably, the lipid secretion regulator is a compound of ceteareth-20, ceteareth-10, isononyl isononanoate, cetyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate and water.
By adopting the technical scheme, the condition of alopecia caused by excessive secretion of grease is improved and the effect of alopecia caused by hair follicle blockage is better by adopting isononyl isononanoate.
The main reason is that after hair is washed, the isononyl isononanoate deposited on the scalp increases the grease concentration of the scalp, so that the grease secretion process is difficult to be carried out towards the scalp, and meanwhile, the isononyl isononanoate is a highly branched medium carbon ester, is light, thin and excellent in air permeability, cannot cause the scalp to be greasy, cannot hinder the scalp breathing, and thus the effect of improving the grease hypersecretion is long-lasting.
In addition, isononyl isononanoate is an excellent solvent and can dissolve substances including silicone oil which are very difficult to dissolve, which is due to its high branching and medium carbon chain length, and these substances are easily emulsified by shampoo components and washed away by water after being dissolved in isononyl isononanoate, thereby better cleaning hair follicles and better improving the condition of hair follicle blockage.
Preferably, the ceteareth-20, ceteareth-10, isononyl isononanoate, cetyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate and water are used in the hair loss prevention shampoo product in the following mass percentages:
Figure BDA0003252947880000041
by adopting the technical scheme, the anti-hair-loss shampoo product is not easy to layer and has better product quality by adopting specific content of each component, in addition, the effect of improving hair loss caused by excessive secretion of grease and the effect of improving hair loss caused by pore blockage caused by isononyl isononanoate are better, and no obvious negative effect is generated on other effects of improving hair loss, so that the multi-dimensional anti-hair-loss effect of the anti-hair-loss shampoo product is better.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent A is a compound of a conditioner and a humectant; the auxiliary agent B is a compound of a pH regulator, a pearling agent, a foam stabilizer and a preservative A; the auxiliary agent C is a compound of a surfactant and a thickening agent; the auxiliary agent D is the compound of the preservative B and the aromatic.
By adopting the technical scheme, the anti-hair-loss shampoo product has good conditioning and moisturizing effects on hair through the matching of the auxiliary agent A, the auxiliary agent B, the auxiliary agent C and the auxiliary agent D, has a long quality guarantee period, is not prone to putrefaction and deterioration, can also have good fragrance, improves the use experience, is high in surface glossiness and attractive in appearance, can generate a proper amount of foam, is not prone to breaking, and is strong in decontamination effect.
Preferably, the conditioner is guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, the humectant is glycerin, the pH regulator is citric acid, the pearling agent is ethylene glycol distearate, the foam stabilizer is cocamide MEA, the preservative A is the compound of methyl hydroxybenzoate and propyl hydroxybenzoate, the surfactant is the compound of ammonium lauryl sulfate and sodium lauryl alcohol ether sulfate, the thickener is sodium chloride, and the aromatic is essence.
By adopting the technical scheme, the anti-hair-loss shampoo product has the advantages of better quality, stronger decontamination capability, better hair maintenance effect, pleasant fragrance, stable quality, longer quality guarantee period and higher use experience through the specific selection of the components.
Preferably, the guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, the glycerol, the citric acid, the ethylene glycol distearate, the cocamide MEA, the methyl hydroxybenzoate, the propyl hydroxybenzoate, the ammonium lauryl sulfate, the sodium lauryl ether sulfate, the sodium chloride, the preservative B and the essence are used in the anti-hair loss shampoo product in the following mass percentage:
Figure BDA0003252947880000051
Figure BDA0003252947880000061
by adopting the technical scheme, the specific content of each component is adopted, so that the multi-dimensional anti-hair loss effect of the anti-hair loss shampoo product is not obviously influenced, the effects of better decontamination, moisture preservation, conditioning and the like can be ensured, the fragrance concentration is proper, the appearance is exquisite, the anti-corrosion effect is better, the quality of the anti-hair loss shampoo product is better, and the anti-hair loss shampoo product is deeply loved by consumers.
In a second aspect, the application provides a method for preparing a hair loss prevention shampoo product, which adopts the following technical scheme:
the preparation method of the anti-hair loss shampoo product comprises the following steps:
step 1), adding a solvent and an auxiliary agent A into a container, mixing and heating to 80-82 ℃ to obtain a first-grade mixture;
step 2), adding the auxiliary agent B and the irritation reducing agent into the primary mixture, dissolving and uniformly mixing to obtain a secondary mixture;
step 3), adding the auxiliary agent C into the secondary mixture, mixing at the constant temperature of 71-73 ℃ for 30-35min, and then cooling to 45-46 ℃ to obtain a tertiary mixture;
step 4), adding a grease secretion regulator, a softening agent, a natural anti-hair loss pilatory, an auxiliary agent D and a bacteriostatic agent into the third-level mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain a fourth-level mixture;
and 5) performing external circulation on the four-stage mixture for returning the materials for 15-20min to obtain the anti-hair loss shampoo product.
