Abstract
The invention provides a method for manufacturing a dental implant guide plate device, which comprises the following steps: step 1, manufacturing a dental model, step 2, determining an implantation site on the dental model, step 3, punching a fixing hole in the implantation site, step 4, installing a positioning column assembly in the fixing hole, step 5, manufacturing a fixed guide plate, and step 6, taking out the implanted tooth guide plate device. The method has simple manufacturing steps, and the dental implant guide plate device manufactured by the method has simple structure, low cost, convenient and quick use, and can be clinically popularized and applied in a large area.

Technical Field

Preferably, the diameter of the fixing hole is 3-3.5mm, and the depth of the fixing hole is 4-5mm.

Fig. 1 to 7 show an embodiment of a dental implant guide device, which is manufactured by using the method of the present invention, and which includes a positioning post assembly 1, a guide post 2, a left fixing guide 301 and a right fixing guide 302, wherein the positioning post assembly 1 includes an upper positioning post 101 and a lower positioning post 102, the upper positioning post 101 is of a cylindrical structure, an inner diameter of the upper positioning post 101 is 2.5 ± 0.1mm, an outer diameter of the upper positioning post 101 is 3 ± 0.1mm, a height of the upper positioning post 101 is 5 ± 1mm, a side surface of the upper positioning post 101 is provided with a positioning post window 103, a lower positioning post 102 is provided at a lower end of the upper positioning post 101, the lower positioning post 102 is of a cylindrical structure, an inner diameter of the lower positioning post 102 is 2.5 ± 0.1mm, an outer diameter of the lower positioning post 102 is 3 ± 0.1mm, a height of the lower positioning post 102 is 4 ± 1mm, the lower positioning post 102 and the upper positioning post 101 are fixedly connected by a breakable portion 104, the lower positioning post 102 and the upper positioning post 102 are provided with a groove, and the adjacent positioning post 101, and the method is simple and easy to use, and easy to solve the problems of drilling and the problems of a large-blocked structure.

In this embodiment, the diameter of the guiding column 2 is smaller than the inner diameter of the upper positioning column 101, and the height of the guiding column 2 is 7 ± 2mm. The design can visually display the occlusion stress point of the final repair abutment and the involution tooth.

Taking the upper and lower jaw dental casts, pouring common anhydrite, and forming the dental cast 4 after the anhydrite is hardened.

On the dental cast 4, the light-cured resin material is injected into the drilled fixing hole, and the positioning column assembly 1 is installed and inserted, so that the lower positioning column 102 is completely wrapped in the dental cast 4, the upper positioning column 101 is completely exposed out of the fixing hole of the dental cast 4, the opening of the positioning column window 103 faces the buccal side, and the near-far direction is adjusted to enable the positioning column assembly 1 to be located on the bisector of the long axes of two adjacent dental teeth.
The guiding column 2 is placed in the middle of the upper positioning column body 101, after the upper jaw and the lower jaw are occluded, the direction of the guiding column 2 is adjusted in the cheek-tongue direction to be aligned to the central pit or the functional tip of the jaw tooth, so that the position of the abutment is finally repaired, and the implant implantation site, the implanted cheek-tongue direction and the near-far middle-direction position are also determined.
The retention is then irradiated using a light curing lamp. If a plurality of teeth are missing, the positioning column assembly 1 is put in turn, and the teeth are adjusted to reach a proper angle and then cured.
Step 5, manufacturing the fixed guide plate
Filling the adjacent teeth at two sides into the undercut, positioning and fixing the positioning column assembly 1 by using self-setting resin or light-cured resin material on the tongue palate side of the upper positioning column 101 and the adjacent teeth at two sides of the edentulous area to form a left fixed guide plate 301 and a right fixed guide plate 302 wrapping the positioning column assembly 1, and irradiating and solidifying by using a light-cured lamp.
Step 6, taking out the implant guide plate device
And taking out the guide plate device formed by wrapping the positioning column component 1 by the left fixed guide plate 301 and the right fixed guide plate 302, breaking the guide plate device at the breaking groove 105, and removing the lower positioning column 102 to finish the manufacturing of the dental implant guide plate device. After the device is sterilized, the device can be transferred into the mouth for trial.

step 4, installing a positioning column assembly in the fixing hole, injecting a light-cured resin material into the punched fixing hole, installing and inserting the positioning column assembly, enabling the lower positioning column body to be completely wrapped in the dental model, enabling the upper positioning column body to be completely exposed out of the fixing hole of the dental model, enabling an opening of a positioning column window to face to the buccal side, adjusting the near-far direction to enable the positioning column assembly to be located on the bisector of the long axes of two adjacent teeth, and then irradiating and fixing by using a light-cured lamp; if a plurality of teeth are missing, the positioning column components are put in order, and are adjusted to reach a proper angle with each other for solidification;
step 5, manufacturing a fixed guide plate, filling the adjacent teeth on two sides into the undercut, positioning and fixing the positioning column assembly by using self-setting resin or light-curing resin materials on the tongue and palate side of the upper positioning column and the adjacent teeth on two sides of the tooth missing area to form a left fixed guide plate and a right fixed guide plate wrapping the positioning column assembly, and irradiating and solidifying by using a light-curing lamp;
and 6, taking out the dental implant guide plate device, taking out the guide plate device formed by wrapping the positioning column assembly by the left fixed guide plate and the right fixed guide plate, breaking at the broken groove, and removing the lower positioning column to finish the manufacturing of the dental implant guide plate device.
2. The method of manufacturing a dental implant guide device according to claim 1, wherein: the diameter of the fixing hole is 3-3.5mm, and the depth of the fixing hole is 4-5mm.
