Description

Sublingual microcirculation monitoring device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical appliances, and particularly relates to a sublingual microcirculation monitoring device.
Background
Dry mouth is one of the main complaints of ICU tracheal intubation patients, and dry mouth symptoms can be reacted through oral humidity; the temperature of the mouth is one of the vital signs of the human body; many studies have found that sublingual mucosa microcirculation has a very good correlation with visceral mucosa microcirculation, and sublingual microcirculation saturation is one of the important indicators of the reaction microcirculation state, especially important in sepsis patients.
In the prior art, the temperature measurement can be realized by using a thermometer, and sublingual microcirculation is realized by an ultrasonic contrast technology, a microcirculation microscope technology, a photoacoustic microscopic imaging technology, a laser speckle imaging technology and the like, but has not been popularized in the severe field for various reasons; mouth dryness is currently clinically evaluated for severity and therapeutic effect of patient mouth dryness mainly through questionnaires, laboratory examinations or auxiliary examinations; thus body temperature, sublingual microcirculation and dry mouth cannot be detected simultaneously in one device; to this end, the invention provides sublingual microcirculation monitoring devices.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the deficiency of the prior art, solve the problem that in the prior art, oral cavity body temperature, sublingual microcirculation and xerostomia can not be detected in a device at the same time, the invention provides a sublingual microcirculation monitoring device.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: the sublingual microcirculation monitoring device comprises a rubber block, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a blood oxygen saturation sensor and a monitor; the top of the rubber block is provided with a probe of a temperature sensor, a probe of a humidity sensor and a probe of a blood oxygen saturation sensor; a connecting rod is fixedly connected to one side of the rubber block; the signal output ends of the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor and the blood oxygen saturation sensor are all connected with wires, and the other ends of the wires are connected with a monitor; when the device is used, the rubber block is placed in the oral cavity, so that the probe of the temperature sensor, the probe of the humidity sensor and the probe of the blood oxygen saturation sensor are positioned at the bottom of the tongue, measured data are converted into electric signals through the functions of the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor and the blood oxygen saturation sensor and transmitted to the monitor, the processing module in the monitor processes the data, and the data are displayed on the display screen, so that medical staff can clearly observe the oral cavity temperature, the oral cavity humidity, the sublingual blood oxygen saturation and the perfusion index of a patient, and the monitoring of the sublingual microenvironment of the patient is realized.
Further, a display screen is arranged on the surface of the monitor; a switch button is arranged below the display screen; the side wall of the monitor is provided with a sensor interface; through the display screen of the monitor, the oral temperature, the oral humidity, the sublingual blood oxygen saturation and the perfusion index of the patient can be observed at the same time, thereby realizing the monitoring of the sublingual microenvironment of the patient.
Further, an elastic bag is inlaid at the bottom of the rubber block, and the elastic bag is arranged in a hollow manner; the side wall of the air bag is connected with an air pipe, and the other end of the air pipe is connected with the air bag; the elastic bag is placed in the shell; a push plate is connected inside the shell in a sliding way; the top of the push plate is fixedly connected with a push rod; the outer wall of the push rod is provided with threads; the top of the shell is provided with a threaded hole; the push rod is in a rotating fit state with the first hole; because the oral cavity of everyone is different in size, the rubber piece is put into in the oral cavity after, not necessarily can make temperature sensor's probe, humidity transducer's probe and blood oxygen saturation sensor's probe and tongue fully contact, through pushing down the push rod for the push pedal extrudees the gasbag, the inside gas of gasbag gets into the elastic bag inside, makes the elastic bag inflation, can make temperature sensor's probe, humidity transducer's probe and blood oxygen saturation sensor's probe and tongue in close contact with, thereby realize the monitoring to patient's temperature, oral cavity humidity, blood oxygen saturation and perfusion index.
Further, the air pipe penetrates through the wire arranging plate; the arrangement of the wire arranging plate can avoid the mutual winding of the air pipe and the wire harness of the temperature sensor, the wire harness of the humidity sensor and the wire harness of the blood oxygen saturation sensor, and also facilitates the distinction of the air pipe and the wire harness of the temperature sensor, the wire harness of the humidity sensor and the wire harness of the blood oxygen saturation sensor.
Further, a wire collecting rod is fixedly connected to the top of the wire arranging plate; the outer wall of the wire winding rod is provided with a plurality of wire releasing grooves; a strip-shaped plate is fixedly connected to the top of the wire-collecting rod; the top of the strip-shaped plate is provided with a U-shaped groove; a limiting block is fixedly connected to the opening of the U-shaped groove and is elastic; because the wire harnesses of the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor and the blood oxygen saturation sensor are longer, the wire harnesses are required to be collected, the difficulty of arrangement is reduced, firstly, the wire harnesses of the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor and the blood oxygen saturation sensor are wound on the wire collecting rod along the wire releasing groove, and then the wire harnesses of the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor and the blood oxygen saturation sensor at one end are extruded into the U-shaped groove, so that the arrangement of the wire harnesses of the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor and the blood oxygen saturation sensor is realized.
Further, the lead penetrates through and is fixedly connected with a first plate; the side wall of the first plate is fixedly connected with a pair of first rods, and the two first rods are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lead; the side wall of the monitor is fixedly connected with a rectangular block; a first groove is formed in the side wall of the rectangular block; the first rod and the first groove are in a sliding fit state; because the wire is connected with the monitor, the sensor interface is likely to be loosened, the first rod is inserted into the first groove at the moment, the preliminary positioning of the wire is realized, and the wire can be prevented from loosening.
Further, one end of the first rod, which is close to the rectangular block, is fixedly connected with a first magnet; a second groove is formed in the top of the rectangular block, and the first groove is communicated with the second groove; a second magnet is connected in the second groove in a sliding way; after a pole inserts a recess, will make a magnet and No. two magnet adsorb together, can further realize the restriction to a pole position, and then make the distance between a board and the guardian can not change to make the wire can not produce rocking easily, then the sensor interface can not produce not hard up.
Further, a second rod is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second magnet; the second rod penetrates through and is connected to the bottom of the rectangular block in a sliding manner; when needs are with wire and guardian separation, only need upwards promote No. two poles for No. two magnet slides along the inner wall of No. two recesses, and then makes No. two magnet and No. one magnet mutual separation, takes out No. one pole in follow recess again this moment, just can realize the separation with wire and guardian.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. according to the sublingual microcirculation monitoring device, the temperature, the oral humidity, the blood oxygen saturation and the perfusion index of a patient can be simultaneously observed through the display screen of the monitor, so that the monitoring of the sublingual microenvironment of the patient is realized.
2. According to the sublingual microcirculation monitoring device, through the cooperation of the air pipe, the air bag, the shell, the push plate, the push rod and the threaded hole, the probe of the temperature sensor, the probe of the humidity sensor and the probe of the blood oxygen saturation sensor can be in close contact with the tongue, and the oral cavity information is not easy to fall off in the acquisition process.
