Abstract
The invention discloses an electric hair drier which comprises a shell, a fan and a plurality of heating elements; wherein, one end of the shell is provided with an air inlet, and the other end of the shell is provided with an air outlet; the fan is arranged in the shell and close to the air inlet; the heating elements are arranged between the fan and the air outlet, each heating element comprises an insulating medium and a heating conductor, and the heating conductors are arranged inside the insulating media. According to the electric hair drier disclosed by the invention, the heating conductor is not exposed in the air like a traditional tungsten filament, but is arranged inside the insulating medium, so that the situations of oxidation fracture, carbide dust falling and the like do not occur like the tungsten filament; meanwhile, because the heating conductor is arranged in the insulating medium, a mica bracket or an asbestos bracket is not needed to be used as an insulator, so that substances harmful to human bodies are not generated; in addition, the heating conductor does not glow, the electrothermal conversion rate is high, and the safety is high.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hair dryers, in particular to a hair dryer.
Background
At present, tungsten wires are generally adopted as heating elements inside the hair dryer, and the tungsten wires need to be wound on an asbestos support or a mica support. However, such heating elements have the following disadvantages: firstly, because the tungsten wire is exposed in the air, the tungsten wire can be oxidized and broken and dust can fall off after being electrified and used for a period of time, and the tungsten wire can glory and glow when being used, so that the electrothermal conversion rate is not high; secondly, researches show that the hot air blown by the electric hair drier for heating the asbestos or mica bracket or aging the asbestos/mica bracket contains teratogenic asbestos fiber particles and carbide dust, and the asbestos fiber particles and the carbide dust are absorbed by the respiratory tract and the skin of the pregnant woman and enter the blood, and then enter the body of the fetus through the blood circulation and the placenta, so that the fetus is malformed, especially in the month of just pregnancy, the pregnant woman blows the hair by the electric hair drier, and the health of the pregnant woman and the fetus is not good.

The electric hair drier provided by the embodiment of the invention at least has the following beneficial effects: in the working process, the outside air enters the shell from the air inlet under the action of the fan, and is heated by the heating element and then blown out from the air outlet. According to some embodiments of the invention, the heat generating conductor is a circular-shaped conductor or a sheet-shaped conductor or a mesh-shaped conductor embedded in the insulating medium; or the heating conductor is formed by solidifying conductor slurry.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the insulating medium is one or more of an alumina substrate, an aluminum nitride substrate, a silicon nitride substrate, a boron oxide substrate, a silicon oxide substrate, a zirconium oxide substrate.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the insulating medium is a substrate made of silicone or polyimide.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the heating element further comprises a metal carrier on which two layers of the insulating medium are disposed, the heating conductor being disposed between the two layers of the insulating medium.
According to some embodiments of the invention, further comprising a handle disposed at a bottom of the housing.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the housing comprises a first shell and a second shell which are snap-connected to each other, and the handle comprises a first half handle and a second half handle which are snap-connected to each other, the first half handle being disposed at the bottom of the first shell, and the second half handle being disposed at the bottom of the second shell.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the first handle half is integrally formed with the first housing and the second handle half is integrally formed with the second housing.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a controller is disposed within the housing for controlling a speed of the fan and a temperature of the heat generating element.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the handle is provided with at least one of a temperature switch button, a wind speed switch button and a mode switch button; the bottom of the handle is provided with a power line; the air outlet is provided with an air gathering nozzle; a filter screen is arranged at the air inlet.

Specifically, the insulating medium can be a base material made of silicate products such as aluminum oxide, aluminum nitride, silicon nitride, boron oxide, silicon oxide, zirconium oxide and the like; the heating conductor may be tungsten paste, platinum paste, or other metal conductor paste or alloy conductor paste, and after being printed inside the insulating medium, the heating conductor is sintered at high temperature to form the heating element 400.
Alternatively, the insulating medium may be a substrate made of a high temperature resistant material such as silica gel or polyimide, and a heating conductor (e.g., stainless copper, platinum wire, etc.) is pressed in the middle of the substrate, and then the substrate is fused by high temperature hot pressing to form the heating element 400. The shape of the heat generating conductor may be circular, sheet-like or net-like.
Alternatively, the heating element 400 may be formed by printing a first insulating medium layer on a metal substrate as a carrier, printing a conductor paste on the first insulating medium layer, printing a second insulating medium layer on the conductor paste, and sintering at a high temperature to form the heating element 400. The first layer of insulating dielectric and the second layer of insulating dielectric may be made of insulating material such as silicon dioxide.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to ensure that the heating effect on the air is uniform, one or more heating elements 400 are disposed at the air outlet of the fan 300.
According to the hair dryer of the embodiment of the invention, in the working process, the outside air enters the inside of the housing 100 from the air inlet 130 under the action of the fan 300, and is heated by the heating element 400 and then is blown out from the air outlet 140. According to the electric hair drier provided by the embodiment of the invention, the heating conductor is arranged in the insulating medium without being exposed in the air like a traditional tungsten filament, so that the situations of oxidation fracture, carbide dust falling and the like do not occur like the tungsten filament; meanwhile, because the heating conductor is arranged in the insulating medium, a mica bracket or an asbestos bracket is not needed to be used as an insulator, so that substances harmful to human bodies are not generated; in addition, the heating conductor does not glow, the electrothermal conversion rate is high, and the safety is high.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, a handle 200 is further included, and the handle 200 is provided at the bottom of the housing 100. The handle 200 may be hinged to the housing 100, or may be integrally formed with the housing 100, so that the handle 200 is convenient for a user to hold the hair dryer.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, the housing 100 includes a first housing 110 and a second housing 120 that are snap-coupled to each other, the handle 200 includes a first half handle 210 and a second half handle 220 that are snap-coupled to each other, the first half handle 210 is disposed at the bottom of the first housing 110, and the second half handle 220 is disposed at the bottom of the second housing 120. The first handle half 210 and the first housing 110 may be integrally formed, and the second handle half 220 and the second housing 120 may be integrally formed. Through the arrangement, the hair drier is simple to mount and dismount.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the outer shell 100 includes a first shell 110 on the left side and a second shell 120 on the right side, the left side of the first shell 110 is provided with an air outlet 140, the right side of the second shell 120 is provided with an air inlet 130, the first shell 110 and the second shell 120 are fastened to form the outer shell 100 with a cavity inside, and the first half handle 210 and the second half handle 220 are fastened to form the handle 200.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a controller (not shown) is disposed in the housing 100, and the controller is used for controlling the rotation speed of the fan 300 and the temperature of the heat generating element 400. The controller can adopt a common single chip microcomputer and the like, and the rotating speed of the fan 300 and the temperature of the heating element 400 are adjusted by the controller according to the needs of a user, so that the wind speed and the temperature of the electric hair drier meet the needs of the user.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, at least one of a temperature switching button 500, a wind speed switching button 600, and a mode switching button 700 is provided on the handle 200. When the user adjusts the temperature switching button 500, the controller adjusts the temperature of the heat-generating conductor, thereby changing the temperature of the blown-out wind; when the user adjusts the wind speed switching button 600, the controller adjusts the rotation speed of the fan 300, thereby changing the wind speed of the hair dryer; when the user adjusts the mode switching button 700, the controller sets the hair dryer to a hot wind mode or a cold wind mode.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a temperature sensor (not shown) is disposed on the heating element 400, and the temperature sensor is electrically connected to the controller. The temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of the heating element 400, and when the temperature of the heating element 400 is found to exceed the preset temperature, the controller controls the electric hair drier to stop working, so that the phenomenon that the electric hair drier is damaged or self-ignited due to overhigh temperature is prevented.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, a wind gathering nozzle 800 is further included, and the wind gathering nozzle 800 is disposed at the wind outlet 140. The air collecting nozzle 800 is used for collecting air blown by the hair dryer, so that a user can shape hair conveniently.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, a filter screen 900 is disposed at the air inlet 130. The filter screen 900 is used for filtering out impurities in the air, and preventing the impurities in the air from entering the inside of the hair dryer to cause damage to the hair dryer.
As shown in FIG. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the bottom of the handle 200 is provided with a power cord 1000. The electric hair drier is connected with a power supply through a power cord 1000. It can be understood that a built-in battery can be arranged in the electric hair drier, and the power can be supplied by the battery.

Claims (10)
1. A hair dryer, characterized in that, includes:
the air conditioner comprises a shell, wherein one end of the shell is provided with an air inlet, and the other end of the shell is provided with an air outlet;
the fan is arranged inside the shell and close to the air inlet;
the heating elements are arranged between the fan and the air outlet, each heating element comprises an insulating medium and a heating conductor, and the heating conductors are arranged inside the insulating medium.
2. The hair dryer according to claim 1, characterized in that said heating conductor is a circular conductor or a sheet conductor or a mesh conductor embedded in said insulating medium; or the heating conductor is formed by solidifying conductor slurry.
3. The hair dryer according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the insulating medium is one or more of an alumina substrate, an aluminum nitride substrate, a silicon nitride substrate, a boron oxide substrate, a silicon oxide substrate, and a zirconium oxide substrate.
4. The hair dryer of claim 1, wherein the insulating medium is a base material made of silicone or polyimide.
5. An electric hair drier according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said heating element further comprises a metal carrier, two layers of said insulating media are disposed on said metal carrier, and said heating conductor is disposed between two layers of said insulating media.
6. A hair dryer according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a handle, said handle being provided at the bottom of said housing.
7. The hair dryer of claim 6, wherein said housing comprises a first housing and a second housing snap-coupled to each other, and said handle comprises a first handle half and a second handle half snap-coupled to each other, said first handle half being disposed at the bottom of said first housing, and said second handle half being disposed at the bottom of said second housing.
8. A hair dryer according to claim 7, characterized in that said first half-handle is formed integrally with said first housing and said second half-handle is formed integrally with said second housing.
9. A hair dryer according to claim 6, characterized in that a controller is provided in said housing, said controller being adapted to control the speed of rotation of said fan and the temperature of said heating element.
10. The hair dryer according to claim 6, characterized in that at least one of a temperature switching button, a wind speed switching button and a mode switching button is arranged on the handle; the bottom of the handle is provided with a power line; the air outlet is provided with an air gathering nozzle; a filter screen is arranged at the air inlet.
