The atomization device 30 comprises an oil feeding transfer station 31 connected to an oil feeding pump 50 and an atomization pipe 32 connected to the oil feeding transfer station 31, wherein the oil feeding pump 50 pumps the tobacco tar in the oil bag 12 into the oil feeding transfer station 31, and the tobacco tar is conveyed to the atomization pipe 32 from the oil feeding transfer station 31 for atomization. The atomization device 30 further comprises an atomization wire 33 located at the position of the atomization pipe 32 and an oil absorption sponge 34 wrapped on the periphery of the atomization pipe 32, the resistance value of the atomization wire 33 is changed along with the temperature and the tobacco tar in the atomization pipe 32 is atomized, and the oil absorption sponge 34 is used for fully diffusing the tobacco tar in the atomization pipe 32 and preventing the leakage of the tobacco tar.
The smoke passage 40 communicates with the atomizing pipe 32 of the atomizing device 30 and is used for sucking the atomized tobacco tar in the atomizing device 30. The smoke channel 40 at least partially extends out of the shell 11 of the liner 10 and is communicated with the opening 21 of the suction nozzle 20, and when a user sucks the electronic cigarette 100, atomized tobacco tar in the liner 10 is sucked through the opening 21 of the suction nozzle 20; namely, the tobacco tar atomized by the atomizing wire 33 is discharged out of the liner 10 through the smoke passage 40 and enters the mouth of the user.
In the present embodiment, the controller 60 is a circuit board, and the controller 60 is electrically connected to the atomizing device 30, the oil feed pump 50 and the battery at the same time. The atomization device 30 is controlled by the controller 60 to start and stop the atomization work of the atomization wire 33, the oil feed pump 50 is controlled by the controller 60 to start and stop the active oil supply, and the battery is electrically connected with the controller 60 to control the on-off of the circuit in the electronic cigarette 100. The liner 10 further includes an airflow sensor 70 located in the atomizing device 30 or the smoke channel 40, the controller 60 is electrically connected to the airflow sensor 70, and when the airflow sensor 70 detects that a suction force is formed in the atomizing device 30 or the smoke channel 40, the controller 60 calculates an oil amount to be provided according to the suction force and sends a corresponding working signal to the oil feed pump 50.
The controller 60 includes a set of control program, which can calculate the oil amount to be supplied by the oil supply pump 50 (i.e. the working time of the oil supply pump 50) according to the magnitude of the suction force, and control the working time of the atomizing wire 33 according to the resistance value of the atomizing wire 33. The resistance value of the atomizing wire 33 and the temperature of the atomizing wire 33 have a corresponding proportional relation, and the real-time temperature of the atomizing wire 33 has a corresponding resistance value; that is, the control program may determine the resistance value of the present atomizing wire 33 based on the detected temperature of the atomizing wire 33, and the control program provides the power output control of the battery based on the resistance value of the present atomizing wire 33. Thereby controlling the amount of the oil supplied to the tobacco tar and the power switch of the atomizing wire 33 well.
When the smoke channel 40 of the electronic cigarette 100 is smoked, the controller 60 sends a corresponding working signal to the oil feed pump 50 according to the magnitude of the smoking force in the smoke channel 40, and after receiving the corresponding working signal, the oil feed pump 50 pumps the smoke in the oil bag 12 into the atomizing device 30; meanwhile, the controller 60 sends a signal to the atomization device 30 to control the atomization wire 33 to atomize the tobacco tar.
The battery is electrically connected to the atomizing device 30, the oil feed pump 50 and the controller 60 to supply power to these components. Specifically, the atomization device 30 further includes an atomization electrode 35 connected to the atomization wire 33, the atomization electrode 35 extends out of the housing 11 of the liner 10 and is electrically connected to a battery, and the battery supplies power to the atomization wire 33 through the atomization electrode 35.
The specific workflow of the electronic cigarette 100 of the present invention is as follows: when the user's mouth is placed at the suction nozzle 20 for suction, the airflow sensor 70 built into the atomizing device 30 or the smoke passage 40 detects the suction force and sends a detection signal to the controller 60; after receiving the detection signal, the controller 60 calculates the oil amount to be given according to an algorithm programmed by a system thereof and sends a corresponding working signal to the oil feed pump 50; after receiving the corresponding working signal, the oil feeding pump 50 pumps the tobacco tar with the corresponding amount in the oil bag 12 into the atomizing pipe 32 of the atomizing device 30; meanwhile, the controller 60 sends a signal to the atomization device 30 to control the battery to supply power to the atomization wire 33 through the atomization electrode 35 and control the atomization wire 33 to atomize the tobacco tar; finally, the atomized tobacco smoke is drawn into the mouth of the user via the smoke channel 40.
In the present invention, the liner 10 further includes an oil supply pump 50 and a controller 60 located in the casing 10, the oil supply pump 50 is connected between the oil bag 12 and the atomizing device 30, and the controller 60 is electrically connected to the atomizing device 30 and the oil supply pump 50, respectively.
