< action of liquid discharge apparatus 100>
The server device 300 determines the type and amount of the liquid discharged from the liquid discharge device 100 used by the user based on personal information such as the age of the user, the characteristics of the skin, the state of the skin, etc., environmental information such as the temperature, humidity, weather, etc., time information, etc. When the user presses a button (switch) 109 of the liquid discharge apparatus 100, the liquid discharge apparatus 100 transmits information (discharge liquid information) of the type and amount of the discharged liquid to the server apparatus 300, and the server apparatus 300 transmits information (discharge liquid information) of the type and amount of the discharged liquid to the liquid discharge apparatus 100. When the user inserts his or her hand into the hand insertion portion 105, the liquid discharge device 100 discharges 1 or more types of liquid corresponding to the container 500 stored in the liquid discharge device 100. The liquid discharge device 100 discharges each liquid based on the amount of discharge liquid information.
The device control unit 141 of the liquid material discharge device 100 determines which container 500 of the containers 500 (501, 502, 503, 504, 505) stored in the liquid material discharge device 100 is to be discharged, based on the discharged liquid material information received from the server device 300. Then, the device control unit 141 calculates how much liquid is discharged for the specified container 500 to be discharged, that is, calculates how many times the push button 522 is pushed.
When the user inserts his or her hand into the hand insertion portion 105, the apparatus control portion 141 controls the rotation control portion 143 to rotate the container housing portion 120 of the container 500 for discharging the liquid material to the discharge position PosA. Next, the device control unit 141 controls the discharge control unit 144 to push the push button 522 of the container 500 a calculated number of times, thereby discharging the liquid material.
< fixing of Container 500 >)
Fig. 9 is a diagram illustrating a fixing structure of a container 500 of the liquid discharge apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment.
The turntable 110 includes a fixing spring 114 on a wall of the container housing 120 on the side of the rotation shaft 112. Specifically, the container housing portion 121 includes a fixing spring 114-1. Similarly, the container housing portions 122, 123, 124, 125 are provided with fixing springs 114-2, 114-3, 114-4, 114-5, respectively.
Fig. 10 shows an enlarged cross-sectional view of a portion to which the container 500 is fixed. The cross section of the container 500 is shown by oblique lines, omitting the inside.
First, a case where the container 500 is located at the replacement position PosB will be described. Fig. 10 (a) is a cross-sectional view of a portion of the container 500 secured in the replacement position PosB. In this case, the container 500 is fixed by the fixing spring 114. One end of the fixing spring 114 is fixed to the upper portion of the container housing 120, while the other end is not fixed to the rotary shaft 112 side and is displaceable. That is, the fixing spring 114 has a cantilever structure.
The fixing spring 114 includes a holding portion 1141 at the other end portion. The holding portion 1141 is bent and has a mountain-shaped cross section. When the fixing spring 114 is attached to the container housing 120, the fixing spring is convex on the container housing 120 side.
As shown in fig. 3, the container 500 includes an annular flange 521 at a side wall portion of the lid 520. When the container 500 is inserted, the flange 521 deforms the fixing spring 114 toward the rotation shaft 112 while pressing the holding portion 1141 of the fixing spring 114 toward the rotation shaft 112. When the container 500 is further pushed beyond the mountain-shaped cross-section, the fixing spring 114 deforms toward the container housing 120 so as to return to its original shape. The flange 521 of the container 500 is in contact with the stage 128 of the container housing 120. At this time, the flange 521 is sandwiched and fixed by the holding portion 1141 of the fixing spring 114 and the stage portion 128. Thus, the fixing spring 114 holds the flange 521, thereby fixing the container 500.
In order to replace the container 500, the container 500 must be taken out or inserted into the container housing 120. When the container 500 is taken out or inserted into the container housing 120, the container 500 can be inserted or taken out by the deformation of the fixing spring 114 when the container 500 is moved in the up-down direction. When the container 500 is located at a position other than the discharge position PosA, the container 500 is fixed as in the case of the replacement position PosB.
Next, the fixing of the container 500 in the discharge position PosA will be described. Fig. 10 (B) is a cross-sectional view of a portion of the container 500 fixed in the discharge position PosA. When the container 500 is positioned at the discharge position PosA, the container 500 is provided with the fixing spring 115 at a position facing the fixing spring 114 in addition to the fixing by the fixing spring 114. Thus, by fixing the flanges 521 of the container 500 on both sides, the container 500 can be more firmly fixed.
In the discharge position PosA, the fixing spring 114 is fixed so as not to be displaced toward the rotation shaft 112 by the displacement preventing portion 116 on the rotation shaft 112 side. The fixing spring 115 is fixed so as not to be displaced to the opposite side of the rotation shaft 112 by the displacement preventing portion 117 located to the opposite side of the rotation shaft 112. Accordingly, the fixing spring 114 cannot be displaced toward the rotation shaft 112, and the fixing spring 115 cannot be displaced toward the opposite side to the rotation shaft 112, so that the container 500 can be more firmly fixed. Thus, even if the container 500 is pushed by the discharge mechanism 130, the container 500 is fixed by the fixing springs 114 and 115 and does not move.
The fixing spring 114 is an example of the 1 st holding member, and the fixing spring 115 is an example of the 2 nd holding member.
< action, effect >)
By using the fixing structure in the liquid material discharge apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment, the container 500 can be reliably fixed when the container 500 is located at the discharge position PosA. In addition, the container 500 is loosely fixed at the replacement position PosB so that the container 500 can be taken out or inserted for replacement.
The present invention has been described above with reference to the examples, but the present invention is not limited to the examples, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims.
