Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a connection control method applied to a first communication device. The first communication device includes, but is not limited to, one of: a terminal (UE), and a CN network element (e.g., AMF, Security Anchor Function (SEAF)), where the method includes:
step 201, obtaining second information, where the second information includes at least one of the following: local leaving mode indication information and connection suspension configuration information;
step 202, according to the second information, executing a relevant operation of locally releasing the connection with the first network or executing a relevant operation of locally suspending the connection with the first network;
the local departure manner indication information is used for indicating that the local departure manner is a local release and network connection, or the local departure manner indication information is used for indicating that the local departure manner is a local suspension and network connection.
Further, the local departure mode indication information is used to indicate a local departure mode adopted when the terminal leaves the network. In one embodiment, locally releasing the connection with the network may refer to locally releasing the connection with the network when the terminal leaves the network. In one embodiment, locally suspending the connection with the network may refer to locally suspending the connection with the network when the terminal leaves the network.
In one embodiment, the obtaining of the second information may include receiving and obtaining the second information from a RAN (radio access network) network element or from a CN (core network) network element.
In one embodiment, the second information is obtained from the first network.
In an embodiment, the second information may be transmitted through a Radio Resource Control (RRC) message or a Non-Access-Stratum (NAS) message (e.g., a registration accept message or a UE configuration update message).
In one embodiment, the configuration information of the connection suspension may include at least one of: terminal identity (e.g. Resume ID, or RNTI), originating RAN location update area, period of periodic RAN location update, Next Hop change Count (NCC).
In one embodiment, step 202 may be to perform an operation related to the local release of the connection with the first network, in a case that the local leaving mode indication information indicates that the local leaving mode is the local release of the connection with the network; or, when the local leaving mode indication information is used for indicating that the local leaving mode is the local suspension of the connection with the network, the operation related to the local suspension of the connection with the first network is executed.
In one embodiment, when leaving from the first network (for example, going to the second network), local suspension or local release is performed on the connection with the first network according to the acquired second information.
Optionally, the operation related to the local release and the first network connection includes at least one of the following:
under the condition that a connection release command sent by a first network is not received, locally releasing the connection between the terminal and the first network;
the terminal enters an idle state;
and (5) paging response operation.
In an embodiment, when the connection release command sent by the first network is not received, the connection between the local release terminal and the first network may be released locally without the terminal receiving the connection release command sent by the first network, or the terminal may leave the waiting time locally or the local release waiting time is zero or is overtime, and the connection between the terminal and the first network is released locally.
The terminal local leave waiting time or local release waiting time is specifically described in the embodiment of fig. 4.
In one embodiment, the terminal access idle state may be the terminal entering an RRC idle state or a connection management idle state.
In one embodiment, the paging response operation may be that the terminal responds to a network page.
Optionally, the operation of locally suspending the connection with the first network includes at least one of:
under the condition that a connection suspension command, a connection release command and/or connection suspension configuration information sent by a first network are not received, locally suspending the connection of the terminal and the first network;
the terminal enters an inactive state;
executing the operation of connection recovery according to the configuration information of the connection suspension;
and (5) paging response operation.
In an embodiment, in the case that the connection suspend command, the connection release command, and/or the configuration information of the connection suspend sent by the first network is not received, the connection of the local suspend terminal with the first network may be that the connection of the local suspend terminal with the first network is suspended in the case that at least one of the connection suspend command, the connection release command, and the configuration information of the connection suspend is not received. For example: the terminal locally suspends the connection of the terminal with the first network without receiving a connection suspend command, a connection release command and/or configuration information of the connection suspend.
In one embodiment, the connection suspend command is embodied by the connection release command carrying configuration information of the connection suspend. A connection release command such as an RRC connection release command.
In one embodiment, the terminal entering the inactive state may be the terminal entering an RRC inactive state and a connection management connected state. The paging response operation in the RRC inactive state is a paging response operation for RAN paging.
In one embodiment, the operation of performing connection resumption according to the configuration information of connection suspension may be an operation of performing connection resumption through information such as a terminal identifier (resume ID) in the configuration information. The operation of performing the connection restoration may be that the terminal requests the first network to restore the connection of the terminal with the first network.
In one embodiment, the paging response operation may be a response operation of the terminal to a page of the first network.
Optionally, before the step of obtaining the second information, the method further includes:
and sending first information, wherein the first information is used for negotiating a local departure mode, indicating a terminal-inclined local departure mode and/or requesting the configuration of local departure.
Optionally, the first information comprises a terminal-inclined local departure manner. Such as the terminal tending to release the connection to the network locally upon leaving the network, or the terminal tending to suspend the connection to the network locally upon leaving the network.
In one embodiment, first information is sent to a first network. For example: and sending the first information to a radio access network element or a core network element of the first network.
In one embodiment, the second information is obtained from the first network. For example: the second information may be second information that the first network determines from the first information and returns to the first communication device.
In one embodiment, the first information may be sent to the first network through an RRC message or an NAS message.
In one embodiment, the first information may negotiate a local departure manner with the network side.
Optionally, the second information further includes: paging related configuration information, wherein the paging related configuration information includes: a maximum time interval from page to page response is received.
In one embodiment, the terminal may perform the paging response operation according to the maximum time interval. It will be appreciated that the terminal may delay the page response according to the maximum time interval of the page-to-page response, provided that it is ensured that the maximum time interval is not exceeded.
In one embodiment, the second information includes: local leave operation information and configuration information of connection suspension; and the local leave operation information indicates a local hang.
In one embodiment, the second information includes: local departure operation information, and paging related configuration information; and the local leave operation information indicates a local release.
In one embodiment, the second information includes: local leave operation information, configuration information of connection suspension, and paging related configuration information; and the local leave operation information indicates a local hang.
Optionally, the step of performing an operation related to locally releasing the connection to the first network or performing an operation related to locally suspending the connection to the first network according to the second information includes:
performing a page response operation on a condition that the second information includes a maximum time interval for receiving a page-to-page response, wherein the page response operation includes: and delaying the paging response after receiving the paging, wherein the paging response time does not exceed the maximum time interval from the paging to the paging response.
In an embodiment, the delay of the paging response after receiving the paging may be to delay responding to the paging after the terminal receives the paging sent by the network side, where the paging response time does not exceed a maximum time interval from receiving the paging to receiving the paging response.
Optionally, the step of performing an operation related to locally releasing the connection to the first network or performing an operation related to locally suspending the connection to the first network according to the second information includes:
when the condition of locally leaving the first network is confirmed to be met, executing the operation related to locally releasing the connection with the first network or executing the operation related to locally suspending the connection with the first network according to the second information;
wherein the condition for satisfying local departure from the first network comprises at least one of:
initiating a terminal leaving process to a first network or sending first indication information to the first network, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating at least one of the following: the method comprises the following steps that a terminal leaves, a terminal local leaves, a terminal request local leaves, a terminal request releases connection with a network, the terminal request suspends connection with the network, the terminal request local releases connection with the network, and the terminal request local suspends connection with the network;
determining to leave the first network;
and waiting for receiving a signaling that the first network sends connection release or connection suspension to the terminal.
In one embodiment, the leaving of the local terminal means that the local terminal locally releases the connection with the first network when the connection release command sent by the first network is not received.
In an embodiment, the above-mentioned waiting time for receiving the signaling that the first network sends the connection release or connection suspension to the terminal may be that a waiting time for the terminal to perform the connection release or connection suspension is less than a preset threshold, for example, equal to 0, or less than a time for the network side to send the release or recovery signaling to the terminal.
In one embodiment, for a dual-card UE, when the UE resides in the card 1 network, the user may switch to the card 2 network to receive service data (e.g., telephone call), and the UE may notify the card 1 of the departure of the network terminal. When the service delay requirement of the card 2 is high, the network of the card 1 cannot wait for sending a release or suspend command to the UE. The UE may either release locally or suspend locally after having informed the network.
Optionally, the step of performing an operation related to locally releasing the connection to the first network or performing an operation related to locally suspending the connection to the first network according to the second information includes at least one of:
if the second information comprises local leaving mode indication information and the local leaving mode indication information indicates that the first network connection is released locally, the related operation of the local release and the first network connection is executed;
and executing the relevant operation of local suspension and first network connection under the condition that the second information comprises configuration information of connection suspension and/or local departure mode indication information and the local departure mode indication information indicates that the connection with the network is locally suspended.
In one embodiment, the second information includes configuration information of connection suspension, and the related operation of local suspension of connection with the first network is executed;
an embodiment may suspend locally according to configuration information of connection suspension, such as: when the connection with the first network needs to be restored, reconnection is restored.
In an embodiment of the present application, second information is obtained, where the second information includes at least one of the following: local leaving mode indication information, configuration information of connection suspension. According to the second information, executing the relevant operation of locally releasing the connection with the first network or executing the relevant operation of locally suspending the connection with the first network; the local departure manner indication information is used for indicating that the local departure manner is a local release and network connection, or the local departure manner indication information is used for indicating that the local departure manner is a local suspension and network connection.
Therefore, the related operation of locally releasing the connection with the first network or the related operation of locally suspending the connection with the first network is executed according to the acquired second information, so that the terminal can be supported to quickly return to the first network after leaving the first network, and the signaling of the first network can be saved.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a connection control method, which is applied to a second communication device, where the second communication device includes but is not limited to one of the following: a core network element or a radio access network element, the method comprising:
step 301, obtaining first information, where the first information is used to negotiate a local departure mode, and is used to indicate a local departure mode that a terminal tends to and/or is used to request configuration of local departure;
step 302, determining second information and/or third information according to the first information;
wherein the second information comprises at least one of: the local departure mode indication information is used for indicating that the local departure mode is local release and network connection, or the local departure mode indication information is used for indicating that the local departure mode is local suspension and network connection;
the third information includes at least one of: operation instruction information of the network when the terminal leaves; and the operation indication information of the network when the terminal leaves is used for indicating that the connection with the terminal is released locally or the connection with the terminal is suspended locally.
In one embodiment, locally releasing the connection with the terminal may refer to locally releasing the connection with the terminal when the terminal leaves. The local release may be to suspend the connection with the terminal without sending a connection release signaling to the terminal. In one embodiment, locally suspending connection with the terminal may refer to locally suspending connection with the terminal upon departure of the terminal. The local suspend to terminal connection may be a suspend to terminal connection without sending a connection suspend signaling to the terminal.
The second information may refer to a corresponding description of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
In one embodiment, when the second communication device is a CN network element device, the first information may be received from at least one of: RAN network element equipment and a terminal.
In one embodiment, when the second communication device is the first RAN network element device, the first information may be received from at least one of: CN network element equipment, a terminal and second RAN network element equipment. For example, when the terminal is handed over from the second RAN network element device to the first RAN network element device, the second RAN network element device may send the first information to the first RAN network element device.
In one embodiment, the first information may further include terminal-inclined local leaving manner indication information for indicating whether the terminal-inclined local leaving manner is to locally release connection with the network or to locally suspend connection with the network.
Optionally, after the step of determining the second information according to the first information, the method further includes: and sending the first information.
In one embodiment, when the second communication device is the first CN network element device, the first information may be sent to at least one of: RAN network element equipment, a terminal and second CN network element equipment.
In one embodiment, when the second communication device is the first RAN network element device, the first information may be sent to at least one of: CN network element equipment, a terminal and second RAN network element equipment. In this embodiment, first information may be obtained, where the first information is used to negotiate a local departure manner, and is used to indicate a local departure manner intended by a terminal and/or is used to request configuration of local departure; determining second information and/or third information according to the first information; wherein the second information comprises at least one of: the local departure mode indication information is used for indicating that the local departure mode is local release and network connection, or the local departure mode indication information is used for indicating that the local departure mode is local suspension and network connection; the third information includes at least one of: operation instruction information of the network when the terminal leaves; and the operation indication information of the network when the terminal leaves is used for indicating that the connection with the terminal is released locally or the connection with the terminal is suspended locally. On one hand, the terminal can be supported to quickly return to the first network after leaving the first network, and on the other hand, the signaling of the first network can be saved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is another connection control method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a third communication device, and the third communication device includes but is not limited to one of the following: as shown in fig. 4, the core network element and the radio access network element include the following steps:
step 401, acquiring second information, third information and/or waiting time for the terminal to leave locally;
step 402, according to the second information or the third information, executing a related operation of locally releasing the connection with the terminal or locally suspending the connection with the terminal;
or when the waiting time for confirming that the terminal leaves locally is zero or shorter than the time for sending the relevant signaling of connection release or connection suspension, executing the relevant operation of locally releasing the connection with the terminal or locally suspending the connection with the terminal;
or determining the configuration information of the connection suspension when the operation indication information of the network indicates that the local suspension is connected with the terminal when the terminal leaves according to the third information;
or, according to the third information, determining the maximum time interval from receiving paging to paging response;
wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the waiting time for the terminal to leave locally is the time for waiting for the relevant signaling of connection release or connection suspension sent by the network after the terminal initiates a leaving request to the network, and when the time is exceeded and the relevant signaling of connection release or connection suspension is not received, the terminal executes the local release or local suspension to connect with the network;
the third information includes: operation instruction information of the network when the terminal leaves; the operation indication information of the network when the terminal leaves is used for indicating that the connection with the terminal is released locally or the connection with the terminal is suspended locally;

In one embodiment, locally releasing the connection with the terminal may refer to locally releasing the connection with the terminal when the terminal leaves. The local release may be to suspend the connection with the terminal without sending a connection release signaling to the terminal. In one embodiment, locally suspending connection with the terminal may refer to locally suspending connection with the terminal upon departure of the terminal. The local suspend to terminal connection may be a suspend to terminal connection without sending a connection suspend signaling to the terminal.
In an embodiment, the obtaining of the third information may be obtaining the third indication information from a network element of a core network, or obtaining the third information from a terminal.
In one embodiment, the waiting time for the terminal to leave locally includes at least one of: the waiting time of the terminal local release and the waiting time of the terminal local suspension.
In an embodiment, the waiting time released locally by the terminal, and the waiting time suspended locally by the terminal may be configured by the terminal itself, or agreed by a protocol, or configured in advance by the network side.
In one embodiment, the waiting time for the terminal to locally release is the time for the terminal to initiate a leave request to the network or wait for the network connection release related signaling after the release request, and when the time is exceeded and the connection release related signaling is still not received, the terminal executes the related operation of locally releasing the connection with the network.
In one embodiment, the waiting time of the local suspension of the terminal is the time for the terminal to initiate a leave request to the network or wait for the network connection suspension related signaling after the suspend request, and when the time is exceeded and the connection suspension related signaling is still not received, the terminal performs the operation related to the local suspension of the connection with the network.
Optionally, the step of executing a local release operation related to the connection with the terminal or locally suspending the connection with the terminal according to the second information or the third information includes:
when a second condition is met, executing a related operation of locally releasing connection with the terminal or locally suspending the connection with the terminal according to the second information or the third information;
wherein the second condition comprises at least one of:
the terminal initiates a leaving process;
receiving first indication information, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating at least one of the following items: the method comprises the following steps that a terminal leaves, a terminal local leaves, a terminal request local leaves, a terminal request releases connection with a network, the terminal request suspends connection with the network, the terminal request local releases connection with the network, and the terminal request local suspends connection with the network.
In one embodiment, the terminal local away may further include one of: and releasing the terminal locally, and suspending the terminal locally. That is, the first indication information may be further used to indicate that the terminal is locally released and the terminal is locally suspended.
In an embodiment, the receiving the first indication information may be that the receiving terminal sends the first indication information, or receives the first indication information sent by the CN network element, or receives the first indication information sent by the RAN network element. It is understood that, when the communication device is a RAN network element, the terminal sends the first indication information to the CN network element, and the CN network element may send the first indication information to the RAN network element.
Optionally, the step of performing an operation related to local release of connection with the terminal or an operation of local suspension of connection with the terminal according to the second information or the third information includes one of:
when the second information comprises local leaving mode indication information and the local leaving mode indication information indicates that the connection with the network is released locally, executing the operation related to the connection with the terminal;
when the second information comprises configuration information of connection suspension and/or local leaving mode indication information, and the local leaving mode indication information indicates that the connection with the network is suspended locally, the operation of the connection with the terminal is performed;
if the third information comprises operation instruction information of the network when the terminal leaves and the operation instruction information of the network when the terminal leaves indicates that the connection with the terminal is locally released, the related operation of locally releasing the connection with the terminal is executed;
and executing the operation related to the local suspension of the connection with the terminal under the condition that the third information comprises the operation indication information of the network when the terminal leaves and the operation indication information of the network when the terminal leaves indicates that the connection with the terminal is locally suspended.
Optionally, the operation related to the local release and terminal connection includes at least one of the following:
under the condition of not sending a connection release command, locally releasing the connection with the terminal;
setting the terminal to be in an idle state;
sending a command for locally releasing connection with the terminal;
the operation of locally suspending connection with the terminal comprises at least one of the following:
locally suspending connection with the terminal without sending a connection suspend command, a connection release command and/or configuration information of the connection suspend;
setting the terminal to be in an inactive state;
a command to suspend the connection with the terminal locally is sent.
In an embodiment, the terminal initiates a process of leaving the network to the CN network element, and the CN network element may send a command of locally releasing connection with the terminal or send a command of locally suspending connection with the terminal to the RAN network element according to the second information or the third information.
In one embodiment, in the case of a connection release command that is not sent, locally releasing the connection with the terminal may be directly and locally releasing the connection with the terminal without sending the connection release command to the terminal.
In one embodiment, the method may further locally release the context of the terminal in the first network without sending the connection release command.
In one embodiment, setting the terminal in the idle state may be setting the terminal in an RRC idle state or a connection management idle state.
In one embodiment, in the case where the connection suspend command, the connection release command, and/or the configuration information of the connection suspend are not transmitted, the connection with the terminal may be suspended locally without transmitting at least one of the connection suspend command, the connection release command, and the configuration information of the connection suspend to the terminal. In one embodiment, the connection suspend command is embodied by a connection release command carrying a connection suspend configuration.
In one embodiment, setting the terminal to the inactive state may be setting the terminal to an RRC inactive state and a connection management connected state.
Optionally, the configuration information of the connection suspension is determined according to the third information and when the operation instruction information of the network when the terminal leaves indicates that the connection with the terminal is suspended locally. It is understood that the terminal may send the first information to the CN network element, and negotiate a local leaving manner. The CN network element may only confirm the local leaving mode and send the local leaving mode to the terminal and the RAN network element through the second information and the third information, respectively. And the RAN network element determines the configuration information of the connection suspension according to the third information and when the operation indication information of the network when the terminal leaves indicates that the connection with the terminal is suspended locally. And sending the configuration information of the connection suspension to the terminal. The information in the equivalent first information is determined by the RAN network element and the CN, respectively.
Optionally, after the step of determining the configuration information of the connection suspension, the configuration information of the connection suspension is sent. For example, the configuration information of the connection suspension is sent to the terminal.
Optionally, determining a maximum time interval from receiving a page to a page response according to the third information; it is understood that the terminal may send the first information to the CN network element, and negotiate a local leaving manner. The CN network element may only confirm the local leaving mode and send the local leaving mode to the terminal and the RAN network element through the second information and the third information, respectively. And the RAN network element determines the maximum time interval from paging to paging response receiving according to the third information. And sending the maximum time interval from the paging reception to the paging response to the terminal. The information in the equivalent first information is determined by the RAN network element and the CN, respectively.
Optionally, after the step of determining the maximum time interval from receiving the paging to the paging response, the maximum time interval from receiving the paging to the paging response is sent. Such as a maximum time interval from receiving a page to a page response.
In the embodiment, the second information or the third information can be acquired; according to the second information or the third information, executing the operation related to the local release of the connection with the terminal or the operation of the local suspension of the connection with the terminal; or when the waiting time for confirming that the terminal leaves locally is zero or shorter than the time for sending the relevant signaling of connection release or connection suspension, executing the relevant operation of locally releasing the connection with the terminal or locally suspending the connection with the terminal; or determining the configuration information of the connection suspension when the operation indication information of the network indicates that the local suspension is connected with the terminal when the terminal leaves according to the third information; or, determining a maximum time interval from receiving a page to a page response according to the third information. On one hand, the terminal can be supported to quickly return to the first network after leaving the first network, and on the other hand, the signaling of the first network can be saved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart of another connection control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a fourth communication device, and the fourth communication device includes, but is not limited to, one of the following: as shown in fig. 5, the terminal, the core network element, and the radio access network element include the following steps:
step 501, setting the local leaving waiting time of the terminal to be zero;
and 502, sending the local leaving waiting time of the terminal.
In one embodiment, the waiting time for the terminal to leave locally includes at least one of: the waiting time of the terminal local release and the waiting time of the terminal local suspension.
In an embodiment, the waiting time released locally by the terminal, and the waiting time suspended locally by the terminal may be configured by the terminal itself, or agreed by a protocol, or configured in advance by the network side.
In one embodiment, the sending of the terminal local leave waiting time may be sending the terminal local leave waiting time to a CN network element or a RAN network element.
Optionally, the step of setting the local leave waiting time of the terminal to zero includes: and when the condition that the terminal immediately leaves locally is satisfied, setting the local leaving waiting time of the terminal to be zero.
In one embodiment, the condition that the terminal immediately leaves locally is satisfied may be self-configured by the terminal, protocol agreement, or pre-configured by the network side.
In one embodiment, the condition that the terminal immediately leaves locally is satisfied includes:
traffic collisions result in the terminal needing to leave the first network immediately. For example, when the service of the terminal in the first network conflicts with the service of the second network, the user considers that the service of the second network is more important and the delay requirement of the second network is high, and the terminal is required to process the service immediately; the terminal needs to immediately leave locally and wait short of the signaling of the first network.
In one embodiment, the waiting time for the terminal to leave locally is the time for the terminal to wait for a connection release or connection suspension related signaling sent by the network after initiating a leave request to the network, and when the time is exceeded and no connection release or connection suspension related signaling is received, the terminal performs local release or local suspension of connection with the network.
By the embodiment, the terminal local leaving waiting time can be set to be zero, and the terminal local leaving waiting time is sent. On one hand, the terminal can be supported to quickly return to the first network after leaving the first network, and on the other hand, the signaling of the first network can be saved, so that the service performance of the communication equipment can be improved.
The connection control method provided by the embodiment of the present application is illustrated by a plurality of embodiments as follows:

Step 5, subsequently, when the UE executes the local leave procedure, the UE executes the local release procedure or the local suspend procedure according to the indication of the second information, which is specifically described in fig. 2.
The RAN network element or the CN network element may also perform a local release procedure or perform a local suspend procedure according to the third information or the second information, as specifically described in fig. 2.
In the embodiment of the application, the following can be realized:
and the UE sends indication information to the network to indicate that the local release or the waiting signaling time is zero. The network decides to release locally when the UE leaves according to the information of the UE, and does not send a release signaling to the UE.
The UE negotiates with the network in advance, the network confirms whether the UE local leaving (UE local leaving) is local releasing or local suspending (local suspend), and configures configuration information of the connection suspension. When the UE really initiates the leaving, the UE enters an idle state or an inactive state (such as RRCiactive) according to the indication information of the previous network indicating that the UE leaves locally.

according to the second information, executing the relevant operation of locally releasing the connection with the first network or executing the relevant operation of locally suspending the connection with the first network;
the local departure manner indication information is used for indicating that the local departure manner is a local release and network connection, or the local departure manner indication information is used for indicating that the local departure manner is a local suspension and network connection.
2. The method of claim 1,
the operation related to the local release and the first network connection comprises at least one of the following:
under the condition that a connection release command sent by a first network is not received, locally releasing the connection between the terminal and the first network;
the terminal enters an idle state;
a paging response operation;
the operation of locally suspending the connection with the first network comprises at least one of:
under the condition that a connection suspension command, a connection release command and/or connection suspension configuration information sent by a first network are not received, locally suspending the connection of the terminal and the first network;
the terminal enters an inactive state;
executing the operation of connection recovery according to the configuration information of the connection suspension;
and (5) paging response operation.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the second information is preceded by:

initiating a terminal leaving process to a first network or sending first indication information to the first network, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating at least one of the following: the method comprises the following steps that a terminal leaves, a terminal local leaves, a terminal request local leaves, a terminal request releases connection with a network, the terminal request suspends connection with the network, the terminal request local releases connection with the network, and the terminal request local suspends connection with the network;
determining to leave the first network;
and waiting for receiving a signaling that the first network sends connection release or connection suspension to the terminal.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of performing the operation associated with locally releasing the connection to the first network or performing the operation associated with locally suspending the connection to the first network based on the second information comprises at least one of:
if the second information comprises local leaving mode indication information and the local leaving mode indication information indicates that the first network connection is released locally, the related operation of the local release and the first network connection is executed;
and executing the relevant operation of local suspension and first network connection under the condition that the second information comprises configuration information of connection suspension and/or local departure mode indication information and the local departure mode indication information indicates that the connection with the network is locally suspended.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of performing the operation associated with locally releasing the connection to the first network or performing the operation associated with locally suspending the connection to the first network based on the second information comprises:
performing a page response operation on a condition that the second information includes a maximum time interval for receiving a page-to-page response, wherein the page response operation includes: and delaying the paging response after receiving the paging, wherein the paging response time does not exceed the maximum time interval from the paging to the paging response.
8. A connection control method applied to a second communication device, the method comprising:
acquiring first information, wherein the first information is used for negotiating a local departure mode, indicating a local departure mode inclined by a terminal and/or requesting the configuration of local departure;
determining second information and/or third information according to the first information;

the third information includes at least one of: operation instruction information of the network when the terminal leaves; and the operation indication information of the network when the terminal leaves is used for indicating that the connection with the terminal is released locally or the connection with the terminal is suspended locally.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein after the step of determining second information based on the first information, the method further comprises: and sending the first information.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein after the step of determining second information based on the first information, the method further comprises at least one of: and sending the second information and storing the second information.
11. The method of claim 8, wherein after the step of determining third information based on the first information, the method further comprises at least one of: and sending the third information and saving the third information.
12. The method of claim 8, wherein the second information further comprises: paging related configuration information, wherein the paging related configuration information includes: a maximum time interval from page to page response is received.

the terminal initiates a leaving process;
receiving first indication information, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating at least one of the following items: the method comprises the following steps that a terminal leaves, a terminal local leaves, a terminal request local leaves, a terminal request releases connection with a network, the terminal request suspends connection with the network, the terminal request local releases connection with the network, and the terminal request local suspends connection with the network.

when the second information comprises configuration information of connection suspension and/or local leaving mode indication information, and the local leaving mode indication information indicates that the connection with the network is suspended locally, the operation of the connection with the terminal is performed;
if the third information comprises operation instruction information of the network when the terminal leaves and the operation instruction information of the network when the terminal leaves indicates that the connection with the terminal is locally released, the related operation of locally releasing the connection with the terminal is executed;
and executing the operation related to the local suspension of the connection with the terminal under the condition that the third information comprises the operation indication information of the network when the terminal leaves and the operation indication information of the network when the terminal leaves indicates that the connection with the terminal is locally suspended.
