All other embodiments that can be derived by one of ordinary skill in the art from the embodiments given herein are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the application may be practiced in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the terms "first," "second," and the like are generally used herein in a generic sense and do not limit the number of terms, e.g., the first term can be one or more than one. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The information acquisition method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
Referring to fig. 1, an information obtaining method provided in an embodiment of the present application is applied to an electronic device, and the method may include the following steps 110 to 120:
at step 110, the electronic device receives a first input.
In detail, the electronic device in the embodiment of the present application may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a network television, and the like of a user.
When the user needs to know the device use condition of at least one device, a request can be sent to the electronic device to request to display the use condition of the at least one device. For example, a corresponding function key may be provided on a smart phone of a user, and the user may input a corresponding request by triggering the function key. Correspondingly, the smartphone may receive this input from the user.
And step 120, the electronic device responds to the first input and acquires first information from the cloud server.
The first information is used for representing the use condition of at least one device, and is obtained according to data uploaded to the cloud server by each device.
Wherein the data comprises: at least one of current time information, identification information of a currently started application, and device identification information.
Wherein the at least one device comprises one or more of: the electronic device and a first device different from the electronic device.
In this embodiment, the number of the first devices may be one or multiple.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment acquires the use condition of the equipment requested by the user from the cloud server. In detail, the electronic device may request the cloud server to acquire the first information and receive the first information returned by the cloud server.
Since the cloud server is required to provide the use condition of the device, the device needs to upload related data to the cloud server. In a feasible implementation manner, the device usage data can be uploaded to the cloud server in real time when the device is in a usage state.
In detail, when the device is in a use state, the current time, the identifier of the currently opened application, and the identifier of the device itself can be uploaded to the cloud server in real time, so that the cloud server can generate information representing the device use request according to the information.
Under the condition that time delay is not considered, the equipment does not upload the current time, and the time when the cloud server receives the data can be used as the time when the equipment uploads the data.
The device does not need to upload the application identifier under the condition that different applications do not need to be distinguished.
Under the condition that a special communication channel is established between the equipment and the cloud server, the equipment does not need to upload the equipment identification, and the cloud server can distinguish different equipment according to the communication channel.
Based on the above, after receiving the data uploaded by the device, the cloud server may process the data according to preset processing time and processing rules, so as to generate information capable of representing the device use request. Correspondingly, the user can obtain the information characterizing the device use request through the electronic device.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device can request to acquire the use condition of the electronic device and can also request to acquire the use conditions of other devices.
First, the electronic device is supported to acquire the use condition of the electronic device from the cloud server, and correspondingly, the electronic device only needs to upload data to the cloud server when in use, so that the cloud server is supported to generate information representing the use condition of the electronic device, and the information is acquired from the cloud server and displayed when a user requests the information.
For an implementation manner in which the electronic device processes data to generate the information, the implementation manner may increase data processing pressure of the electronic device on the one hand, and on the other hand, it is inconvenient to show the usage of the electronic device and other devices to the user together (for example, it is inconvenient to compare and summarize usage of multiple devices).
The electronic equipment in the embodiment of the application is simple to operate, the data processing pressure of the electronic equipment can be obviously reduced, the use conditions of the electronic equipment and other equipment can be displayed to a user together, and the user experience is better.
Furthermore, the electronic device is supported to acquire the use condition of other devices from the cloud server, correspondingly, the electronic device only needs to acquire and display the information representing the use condition of other devices from the cloud server, and the other devices only need to upload data to the cloud server when in use, so that the cloud server is supported to generate the information representing the use condition of other devices.
For an implementation manner in which a user operates another device to obtain the information, the implementation manner requires that the user must operate the other device to obtain the use condition of the user, and the user experience is poor, and requires the other device to process data by itself to generate the information, so that the data processing pressure of the other device is increased, and the use condition of the electronic device and the use condition of the other device cannot be displayed to the user.
In the embodiment of the application, the user can know the use request of other equipment by operating other equipment without operating the other equipment, the other equipment only needs to upload data, the operation of the other equipment is simple, the data processing pressure of the other equipment can be obviously reduced, the use conditions of the electronic equipment and the other equipment can be displayed to the user together (namely, the user can be supported to check the use summary conditions of all personal equipment in the same place), and the user experience is better.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device acquires, in response to a first input, first information from a cloud server, where the first information is used to characterize a use condition of at least one device, the first information is obtained according to data uploaded to the cloud server by each device, the at least one device includes the electronic device and/or a first device different from the electronic device, and the data includes at least one of current time information, identification information of a currently-started application, and device identification information. According to the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment is supported to acquire the use information of the electronic equipment and other equipment from the cloud server, and convenience is provided for a user to know the use information of the equipment associated with the user.
After the first information is acquired in step 120, the electronic device may present the first information through a display screen, for example, such a presentation interface may be as shown in any one of fig. 2 to fig. 9.
In detail, in the display effect of the first information, different devices may be distinguished based on different identifications (e.g., colors).
Referring to fig. 2 to 9, based on the display of the first information by the electronic device, the user can view the collected usage durations of the multiple devices, the usage durations of the devices, the usage durations of different types of applications, the usage duration ranking of the applications, and the application usage report notification.
In this embodiment, the relationship between the electronic device and the first device (that is, other devices or other electronic devices) may be any one of the following relationships:
relation 1: the electronic device and the first device are both devices of the same user, such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer of the user;
relation 2: the electronic device and the first device are devices of different users, such as a parent's mobile phone and a child's tablet computer.
The information characterizing the use of the device may be different when the relationship between the electronic device and the first device is different. Next, the implementation of the embodiment of the present application will be further described with respect to two relations, respectively.
In detail, with respect to the above relation 1:
in an embodiment of the present application, a preset first association relationship exists between the electronic device and the first device, and both the electronic device and the first device have an authority to acquire the first information.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device and the first device can both have the right to acquire the first information by setting the first association relationship between the electronic device and the first device, that is, any device with the first association relationship can acquire the use conditions of the device and other devices from the cloud server. Therefore, when the user checks the service condition of any equipment, the user can check the service condition of the equipment through the equipment which is currently provided, the equipment to be checked does not need to be operated to obtain the service condition of the equipment, and the method and the device are particularly suitable for scenes in which the user needs to check the service conditions of a plurality of equipment at the same time.
In a feasible implementation manner, a user can log in on both the electronic device and the first device by using the same account, and start corresponding authorization functions on both the electronic device and the first device, so that the electronic device and the first device have a first association relationship.
Based on the above, in one embodiment of the present application, the first information is used to characterize at least one of the following 9 use cases:
use case 1: a first usage duration of the at least one device within each preset time period of a preset cycle.
In detail, one preset period may be one day, one week, one month, etc.
In detail, every 2 hours of a day may be used as a preset time period, and every day of a week may also be used as a preset time period.
As shown in fig. 2, the user's device may have at least a mobile phone and a tablet, the upper legend of fig. 2 (i.e. a schematic diagram for indicating the use condition of the device) shows the use duration of the mobile phone and the tablet for every 2 hours in a day, the middle legend of fig. 2 shows the use duration of the mobile phone for every 2 hours in a day, and the lower legend of fig. 2 shows the use duration of the tablet for every 2 hours in a day.
As shown in fig. 3, the user's device may have at least a mobile phone, a tablet computer and a television, and the upper diagram of fig. 3 shows the usage time of the mobile phone, the tablet computer and the television every 2 hours in a day.
As shown in the upper legend of fig. 6, the user's device may have at least a cell phone and a tablet, and the upper legend of fig. 6 shows the usage duration of the cell phone and the tablet each day of the week.
As shown in the lower legend of fig. 6, the user's equipment may have at least a cell phone, a tablet computer, and a television, and the lower legend of fig. 6 shows the usage duration of the cell phone, the tablet computer, and the television each day of the week.
It can be seen that the display modes of the use case 1 may be different, and which display mode is preferred by the user may be that a corresponding request is sent by the user equipment, so that the cloud server returns the first information corresponding to the display mode.
Use case 2: a first usage time of the at least one device within each preset time period of a preset cycle.
Please refer to the middle legend of fig. 3, which shows the usage time of the mobile phone, the tablet computer and the television every 2 hours in a day. The user can know the times of using any equipment in one day and the starting time of using the equipment each time through the graph.
It should be noted that a user may use one or more devices at the same time, for example, the user is using a mobile phone and a television at the same time. In this way, the use time of the mobile phone by the user and the use time of the television by the user overlap.
For the problem of using time overlap, the overlap time may or may not be accumulated.
For example, if the user uses the mobile phone at 8-10 hours and uses the television at 9-10 hours in a day, the accumulated summary time of the user using the electronic device is 3 hours, and the non-accumulated summary time is 2 hours.
Use case 3: and the sum of the first use durations in the same preset time period.
In this embodiment, the overlap time is accumulated.
As shown in the upper legend of fig. 2, it not only shows the usage time of the mobile phone and the tablet computer every 2 hours in a day, but also shows the accumulated and summarized usage time of the mobile phone and the tablet computer every 2 hours in a day.
Use case 4: the duration of each first use time in the same preset time period.
In this embodiment, the overlap time is not accumulated.
As shown in the upper and middle legends of fig. 3, the upper legend of fig. 3 shows the usage duration of each device every 2 hours of the day, the middle legend of fig. 3 shows the usage duration of each device every 2 hours of the day, and both legends also show the non-accumulated aggregated usage duration of a plurality of devices every 2 hours of the day.
As shown in the lower legend of fig. 6, which shows the usage time of each device per day of the week, and which shows the non-accumulated aggregate usage time of each device per day of the week.
Based on the above-mentioned use cases 1 to 4, the embodiments of the present application may not distinguish applications, but only pay attention to whether the device is used at any time, and not to which application is used.
On the other hand, based on the following usage cases 5 to 9, the embodiments of the present application can distinguish applications, and pay attention not only to whether the device is used at any time but also to which application is used.
Use case 5: and the use duration of at least one application of the at least one device in a preset period.
In this embodiment, the application is installed on at least one device, such as an instant messaging application installed on the user's handset but not on the user's television.
As shown in the lower legend of fig. 3, which shows the usage duration of multiple applications of multiple devices over a day. Based on this, the usage duration ranking of the various applications within a day can also be appreciated.
As shown in the middle legend of fig. 6, which shows the usage duration of multiple applications of multiple devices within a week. Based on this, the usage duration ordering of the individual applications within the week can also be appreciated.
For example, the user can know the time spent on each application by looking up the time duration sequence, and if the time spent on a certain application is too much, the user can be warned to improve the self-control force of the application.
Use case 6: any one of the at least one device applies a second usage duration within each preset time period of a preset cycle.
Referring to fig. 4, an upper diagram of fig. 4 shows the usage duration of the mobile phone and the application a of the tablet computer in every 2 hours of the day, a middle diagram of fig. 4 shows the usage duration of the mobile phone application a in every 2 hours of the day, and a middle diagram of fig. 4 shows the usage duration of the application a of the tablet computer in every 2 hours of the day.
As shown in the upper legend of fig. 5, the usage time of the application a of a plurality of devices in every 2 hours of the day is shown in a manner different from that of the upper legend of fig. 4. The user can send a corresponding request through the user equipment to enable the cloud server to return first information corresponding to the display mode.
Use case 7: any one of the at least one device applies a second usage time within respective preset time periods of a preset cycle.
As shown in the lower legend of fig. 5, which shows the usage time of application a of multiple devices every 2 hours of the day. The user can know the times of using the application A on any device in one day and the starting time of using the application A on the device each time through the graph.
Use case 8: and the sum of the second use durations in the same preset time period.
In this embodiment, the overlap time is accumulated.
As shown in the upper legend of fig. 4, not only the usage time of the application a of each device every 2 hours in a day, but also the accumulated and summarized usage time of the application a of each device every 2 hours in a day is shown.
Use case 9: the duration of each second use time in the same preset time period.
In this embodiment, the overlap time is not accumulated.
As shown in the upper side legend and the lower side legend of fig. 5, the upper side legend of fig. 5 shows the usage duration of the application a of each device every 2 hours in a day, the lower side legend of fig. 5 shows the usage duration of the application a of each device every 2 hours in a day, and the two legends also show the non-accumulated aggregate usage duration of the application a every 2 hours in a day.
As can be seen from the above, based on the first association relationship, the usage of all the terminals and applications of the user can be counted and summarized, and specifically, the usage of all the terminals or all the applications for each hour every day and the usage of each day every week can be summarized, and the summarized statistical usage of multiple devices can be displayed on any terminal of the user. Based on this, the user can know the use condition of a plurality of devices and a plurality of applications on the devices intuitively and accurately, the time spent on any device or application can be controlled conveniently by the user, and the experience of using the devices by the user is improved.
In detail, with respect to the above relation 2:
in an embodiment of the present application, a preset second association relationship exists between the electronic device and the first device, the electronic device has an authority to acquire the first information, and the first device does not have an authority to acquire the first information.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device has the right to acquire the first information of the first device by setting the second association relationship between the electronic device and the first device, that is, the electronic device can acquire the use conditions of the electronic device and the first device from the cloud server. Therefore, when the user of the electronic equipment views the service condition of the first equipment, the user can view the service condition of the first equipment through the currently-provided equipment without operating the first equipment to obtain the service condition of the first equipment, and the method and the device are particularly suitable for scenes in which the user needs to view the service conditions of a plurality of first equipment at the same time.
In a feasible implementation manner, different accounts are used for logging in the electronic device and the first device, and corresponding authorization functions are started on the electronic device and the first device, so that the electronic device and the first device have a second association relationship.
For example, a parent has an electronic device, a child has a first device, and by setting a second association relationship between the electronic device and the first device, the electronic device is enabled to acquire the use condition of the first device from the cloud server, and then the parent can view the use condition of the first device by the child through the electronic device.
Therefore, the electronic equipment of the parents can display the using condition of the equipment of the children, and the parents can know the using condition of the equipment of the children in real time, for example, whether the children use the application on the equipment correctly, whether the children play games for a long time and the like, so that convenience is provided for the parents to know the dynamic condition of the children.
In the following, the implementation of the embodiment of the present application is described by taking a mobile phone of which the electronic device is a parent and a tablet computer of which the first device is a child as examples.
Based on the above, in one embodiment of the present application, the first information is used to characterize at least one of the following 3 use cases:
use case a: the service time of the first device in each preset time period of a preset period.
As shown in the lower legend of fig. 7, which shows the usage time of a child's tablet computer for every 2 hours of the day. As shown in the upper legend of fig. 9, which shows the usage time of a child's tablet computer each day during the week.
Besides displaying the use duration of the first device, the embodiment of the application can also support the electronic device to display the use duration of the electronic device. As shown in the upper legend of fig. 7, which shows the usage time of the parent's handset during every 2 hours of the day.
Use case B: and the use duration of at least one application of the first equipment in a preset period.
As shown in the upper legend of fig. 8, which shows the usage time of each application on the child's tablet for every 2 hours of the day. As shown in the lower legend of fig. 9, which shows the usage time of each application on the child's tablet per day for a week.
Use case C: and any application of the first equipment is used for the use time of each preset time period of one preset period.
As shown in the lower legend of fig. 8, which shows the usage time of application a on the child's tablet for every 2 hours of the day.
As can be seen from the above, based on the second association relationship, the usage of the first device and the applications thereon can be counted and summarized, and specifically, the usage of the first device or all the applications thereon for each hour per day and each day per week can be summarized, and the summarized device statistics usage can be displayed on the electronic device of the user. Based on the method, the user can intuitively and accurately know the use conditions of the first device and the plurality of applications on the device by other users, and the user can conveniently control the time spent by the other users on the first device or any application.
Based on the above, in an embodiment of the present application, the method may further include the following steps 130 to 150:
in step 130, the electronic device receives a second input.
In detail, in order to control the usage duration of the device or any application or any type of application on the device by the child, the parent may input a corresponding usage duration amount through the electronic device, and the electronic device may receive the input.
In step 140, the electronic device determines a duration threshold in response to the second input.
After receiving the second input, the electronic device may determine the duration threshold according to the usage duration amount for setting. For example, the time threshold for the game-like application may be determined to be 1 hour.
Step 150, the electronic device executes a preset operation, so that the cloud server controls the preset application of the first device to be in a closed state when the usage duration of the preset application of the first device in the current preset period reaches the duration threshold.
The electronic device can send the determined duration threshold to the cloud server, so that the cloud server monitors the use condition of the first device accordingly. In order to prevent children from using the electronic device or the application thereon too much, the cloud server may not start the corresponding control device or the specific application on the device when the usage duration exceeds the time threshold.
In a feasible implementation manner, the cloud server further sends a corresponding prompt to the electronic device when detecting that the use duration reaches the duration threshold, so that the user can timely know that the use of the first device by other users is overtime.
In a feasible implementation manner, the operation of controlling the preset application of the first device to be in the off state may include the following steps a to C:
and step A, controlling the first equipment to perform corresponding reminding processing.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the first device is overtime, the user of the first device can be effectively reminded to remind the user not to use the device too much. For example, the reminder page for the first device may be as shown in FIG. 11.
And step B, receiving a third input, responding to the third input, and sending a delay request to the electronic equipment.
As shown in fig. 11, when the first device is prompted for timeout, a delay control may be further provided, and the child may request the parent to delay by triggering the delay control, and the time to be extended may be preset by the parent.
In this step, when the child triggers the delay control, the first device inputs a delay request to the cloud server. The cloud server sends the delay request to the electronic device owned by the parent based on the delay request sent by the first device.
For example, the interface of the electronic device of the parent displaying the delay request may be as shown in fig. 10, and the parent may allow or reject the delay as desired.
And step C, receiving a request failure notice sent by the electronic equipment according to the delay request, responding to the request failure notice, and controlling the preset application of the first equipment to be in a closed state.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the householder refuses to delay, the delay request can be sent to the cloud server through the electronic equipment without passing the notification. Based on the notification, the cloud server correspondingly controls the first device not to be started or the specific application on the first device not to be started.
Therefore, based on the second association relationship, the parents can check the use condition of the application on the child terminal, and the parents can set the use duration quota reminding of the application type, and if the child uses the application type, the use duration is overtime, the parents can remind the parents at the mobile terminal so as to remind the parents of paying attention to the health condition of the use terminal of the child.
It should be noted that, in the information acquisition method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution main body may be an electronic device, or a control module used for executing the information acquisition method in the electronic device. The electronic device provided by the embodiment of the present application is described by taking an example of an electronic device executing an information obtaining method.
