Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of wireless communication technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for detecting an AP, and an AP.
Background
AC: and the Access Controller is accessed to the Controller and is used for controlling and managing all the APs in the WLAN. The AC may also provide authentication services to the wireless user by interacting with an authentication server.
Ap (fitap): access Point, Access Point, provides wireless user to local area network bridging function, and performs wireless to wired and wired to wireless frame conversion between wireless client and WLAN.
BSSID: basic Service Set Identification, Basic Service Set identifier. The BSSID is actually the MAC address of the AP, and is used to identify the BSS managed by the AP, and the BSSID and the SSID are mapped one by one in the same AP. The SSID is the same within an ESS, but the BSSID corresponding to it is different for each AP within the ESS. If an AP can support multiple SSIDs simultaneously, the AP assigns different BSSIDs to correspond to the SSIDs.
Vector AP: and starting the AP with the WLAN network health detection function.
When the wireless network has a WIFI fault, the field personnel method can find the reason in time, related engineers can not be located, even if some problems of the engineers are found, the on-site location is also needed, and the problem solving cost is high. Even if no problem occurs, sometimes the wireless network signals are poor, reasons cannot be found in many times, the beam is unfair, and even if self factors are eliminated, the interference source cannot be found, and other interference factors are eliminated. The traditional network positioning starts from accessing the AP, and cannot be triggered by the client, so that the real internet surfing behavior of the client is really reflected.
The vector AP is an AP for simulating a real service flow of an STA client, diagnosing the health degree of the WLAN from the perspective of the STA, and belongs to the intelligent operation and maintenance category. In the connection process, the vector AP records the message interaction time, and after the connection with the AP, some network detection functions, such as ping, HTTP and the like, are performed.

The word "if" as used herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "when … …" or "in response to a determination", depending on the context.
The WIFI fault occurs in a certain area, all APs cannot be connected or the client cannot surf the internet after being connected, manual work is not needed to go to the site, the management platform can be used for selecting a certain AP in the area to perform online test on the SSID of the fixed AP in the area, and a test result is obtained. The oasis platform is similar to the iOS system and can satisfy various application requirements for customers, including: the method comprises the steps of moving operation and maintenance, building an industry application software platform Store-SaaS Store, providing value-added service and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, when a WIFI signal in a region is in a problem, first, it is necessary to manually find out that the AP1 is in a problem, and it is necessary to select the AP2 as a test AP, and select the AP2 in the region on the management platform to probe the SSID released by the AP1 to obtain a detection result.
But the vector AP (i.e., AP2) as a test needs to be specified manually. After finding the tested AP, the user needs to find the AP closest to the tested AP through the network engineering drawing, and select the AP as the tested AP to start the test. Although the test is intelligent, determining the test AP is complex, requires high human participation and is not intelligent enough.
To solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for detecting an AP, as shown in fig. 2, where the method is applied to a management platform, and the method includes:
s201, determining an AP to be detected;
s202, determining a target AP from a target AP association set which has an association relation with the AP to be detected;
s203, the target AP is used for detecting the AP to be detected, and a detection result is obtained.
In step S201, the administrator may select an AP to be tested according to a requirement, for example, when discovering that a certain AP state is unstable through a network state, the AP may be selected as the AP to be tested; or, the administrator selects the AP in the important area as the AP to be tested according to the importance of each network area.
In step S202, the management platform may obtain, from the first AP association set, an AP to be detected by using the first AP association set sent by each AP and using the AP to be detected as an index, an AP associated with the AP to be detected, and form a target AP association set associated with the AP to be detected.
In a method for acquiring a first AP association set, each AP can receive a target message sent by other APs, and determine whether the AP sending the target message belongs to the same AC as the AP itself according to BSSID carried in the target message, if so, the AP and the AP sending the target message are considered to have an association relationship, and the first AP association set is generated.
For convenience of understanding, the following embodiments will be described by taking one of the APs as an example, and the processing procedure of the other APs is the same as that of the one AP.
In an embodiment, a certain AP in each AP receives a target message sent by another AP, where the target message may be a Beacon message, and the Beacon message carries a BSSID of the AP that sends the target message.
And the certain AP acquires the BSSID in the target message and judges whether the AP sending the target message belongs to the same AC as the AP per se according to the BSSID. When the judgment is made, the certain AP can acquire BSSID sets of all APs managed by the AC from the AC, and matches the BSSID sets with BSSIDs in a target message, if the matching is successful, the AP sending the target message and the AP belong to the same AC; or after acquiring the BSSID from the target message, the AP may send the acquired BSSID to the AC, so that the AC performs attribution identification, receive an identification result fed back by the AC, and determine whether the AP sending the target message and the AP itself belong to the same AC according to the identification result.
With reference to fig. 1, through the above steps, the AP1 may learn that there is association with the AP2 and the AP3, the AP2 may learn that there is association with the AP1 and the AP3, and the AP3 may learn that there is association with the AP1 and the AP 2.
Each AP (in fig. 1, AP1, AP2, or AP3) uploads the AP having an association relationship with itself to the AC, and the AP is sent by the AC to the management platform, so that the management platform obtains a first AP association set sent by each AP (the first AP association set is a generic term of a type of association set, and an AP association set sent by each AP and associated with itself may be referred to as a first AP association set).
After the management platform obtains the first AP association set sent by each AP, the AP to be detected may be used as an index, and a target AP association set having an association relationship with the AP to be detected is obtained from the first AP association set, for example, in fig. 1, if the AP to be detected is AP2, the AP2 is used as an index, and a target AP association set associated with the AP2 is found from the first AP association set sent by the AP1, the AP2, and the AP3, where the target AP association set is AP1 and AP3 (in this embodiment, it can be seen that the first AP association set sent by the AP to be detected can be directly used as the target AP association set in a specific situation, and the target AP association set obtained by the index mode can be applied to obtain a more accurate target AP association set in a situation where a large number of APs exist.
In step S202, a target AP may be determined from the target AP association set according to a pre-rule, wherein the budget rule may include: selecting an AP which is not connected with a terminal from the target AP association set as a target AP; or selecting the AP with the maximum signal strength from the target AP association set as the target AP.
And when the target AP is used for detecting the AP to be detected, the target AP can be used as a vector AP for detecting the AP to be detected.
According to the method, when the test AP is determined, manual selection is not needed, labor cost is saved, and meanwhile, the management platform can rapidly determine the test AP, so that test efficiency is improved.
Correspondingly, the present disclosure also provides a method for detecting an AP, as shown in fig. 3, where the method is applied to a target AP, and the method includes:
s301, receiving a target message sent by a first AP, and acquiring target BSSID information of the target message;
s302, judging whether the first AP belongs to the same AC with the first AP according to the target BSSID information;
s303, if yes, establishing an AP association set of the target AP and the first AP;
s304, the AP association set is sent to a management platform, so that the management platform determines a detection AP from the AP association set, and the detection AP is used for detecting the AP to be detected.
In this embodiment, the target AP may be any AP within the AC management range, that is, the target AP corresponds to any one of the APs in the above embodiments.
Based on the same idea concept, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an AP apparatus, including:
the determining module is used for determining the AP to be detected and determining a target AP from a target AP association set which has an association relation with the AP to be detected;
and the detection module is used for detecting the AP to be detected by using the target AP and acquiring a detection result.
Optionally, the receiving module is configured to receive a first AP association set sent by each AP, obtain an AP associated with the AP to be detected from the first AP association set by using the AP to be detected as an index, and form a target AP association set associated with the AP to be detected.
Optionally, the determining module is further configured to select an AP that is not connected to the terminal from the target AP association set as a target AP; or selecting the AP with the maximum signal strength from the target AP association set as the target AP.
An embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an AP, where the AP includes:
the receiving module is used for receiving a target message sent by a first AP and acquiring target BSSID information of the target message;
the judging module is used for judging whether the first AP belongs to the same AC with the first AP according to the target BSSID information;
the processing module is used for establishing an AP association set of the target AP and the first AP when the judging module determines that the first AP and the first AP belong to the same AC;
and the sending module is used for sending the AP association set to a management platform so that the management platform determines a detection AP from the AP association set and detects the AP to be detected by using the detection AP.
