The method of claim 8, wherein the signal relay receives and releases the liquid level sensor through another rope mechanism, the other telescoping mechanism comprises a second rope driving mechanism and a third pulling rope, the second rope driving mechanism is mounted on the signal relay, the second rope driving mechanism is in communication connection with the signal controller, two ends of the third pulling rope are respectively connected with the second rope driving mechanism and the liquid level sensor, the second rope driving mechanism can receive and release the third pulling rope, and the liquid level sensor can be automatically switched between the two states of being stored in the mounting groove and being located below the signal relay through the other rope mechanism.
