and the identification device can acquire the identity information of the corresponding insulating glove according to the characteristic information of each identity identification group.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a plurality of annular stripes with different colors and different widths are printed on the outer wall of one insulating glove 1 as annular identification marks, the plurality of annular stripes may be arranged at equal intervals or at unequal intervals, and each annular stripe is continuously arranged around the outer wall of the insulating glove 1, so that the annular stripes can be observed from a plurality of different positions around the insulating glove. These annular stripes form an identification group.
Wherein, a first annular stripe 201 with a first color and a first width can be set to uniquely correspond to a first identity information of the insulating glove 1, such as the code "su" of the first-level attribution, and a second annular stripe 202 with a second color and a second width can be set to uniquely correspond to a second identity information of the insulating glove 1, such as the code "E" of the second-level attribution, and so on, a third annular stripe 203 to a tenth annular stripe 210 can be set to uniquely correspond to a third to a tenth identity information of the insulating glove 1, such as the digital codes "3", "2", "1", "8", "9", "5", "6", "1", etc., which can respectively refer to the production place, the production number, the specification, the voltage-resistant grade, the limited use area, the like of the insulating glove 1, Limiting the number of times of use, the identity level of a user and the like.
The corresponding relationship between each annular stripe and an identity information of the corresponding insulating glove and the accurate and complete identity information of the insulating glove, namely 'SuE 32189561', are prestored in a database. The database may be provided in a storage module.
Considering the problem that some annular stripes have similar color to the color of the insulating glove body, so that the annular stripes may not be captured and identified quickly, the present embodiment may also form an annular reflective coating 3 on the insulating glove in advance as a background area, and print the annular stripes on the annular reflective coating.
Meanwhile, considering that the local area of some annular stripes may be worn or covered by oil stain, dust and the like in the frequent use process of the insulating glove, and further the problem that the annular stripes are wrongly identified is caused, one or more annular stripes for verification, namely annular verification marks, can be additionally printed at one end or two ends of the identity mark group in the embodiment. Taking the example of printing a circular stripe 4 for verification on the insulating glove 1, it can be set that the circular stripe for verification corresponds to a verification code, such as "35", and in the aforementioned database, the verification code "35" uniquely corresponds to the accurate and complete identification information "thre 32189561" of the insulating glove.
In this embodiment, each of the recognition devices may include one or more cameras, and the one or more cameras are connected to a data processing module, and the data processing module is connected to a storage module. The storage module is pre-stored with the database.
