The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, will make the advantages and features of the invention easier to understand by those skilled in the art, and thus will clearly and clearly define the scope of the invention.
Embodiment 1 this embodiment relates to a system for managing an electric power safety tool. The system and the corresponding management method are explained below by taking an insulating glove as an example.
The management object of the electric power safety tool management system of the embodiment is a plurality of insulating gloves, and the management system comprises:
the identity identification groups are respectively arranged on the insulating gloves, each identity identification group comprises a plurality of annular identity identifications arranged around the outer wall of the corresponding insulating glove, and the characteristic information of the identity identification group corresponds to the identity information of the insulating glove;
and the identification device can acquire the identity information of the corresponding insulating glove according to the characteristic information of each identity identification group.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a plurality of annular stripes with different colors and different widths are printed on the outer wall of one insulating glove 1 as annular identification marks, the plurality of annular stripes may be arranged at equal intervals or at unequal intervals, and each annular stripe is continuously arranged around the outer wall of the insulating glove 1, so that the annular stripes can be observed from a plurality of different positions around the insulating glove. These annular stripes form an identification group.
Wherein, a first annular stripe 201 with a first color and a first width can be set to uniquely correspond to a first identity information of the insulating glove 1, such as the code "su" of the first-level attribution, and a second annular stripe 202 with a second color and a second width can be set to uniquely correspond to a second identity information of the insulating glove 1, such as the code "E" of the second-level attribution, and so on, a third annular stripe 203 to a tenth annular stripe 210 can be set to uniquely correspond to a third to a tenth identity information of the insulating glove 1, such as the digital codes "3", "2", "1", "8", "9", "5", "6", "1", etc., which can respectively refer to the production place, the production number, the specification, the voltage-resistant grade, the limited use area, the like of the insulating glove 1, Limiting the number of times of use, the identity level of a user and the like.
The corresponding relationship between each annular stripe and an identity information of the corresponding insulating glove and the accurate and complete identity information of the insulating glove, namely 'SuE 32189561', are prestored in a database. The database may be provided in a storage module.
Considering the problem that some annular stripes have similar color to the color of the insulating glove body, so that the annular stripes may not be captured and identified quickly, the present embodiment may also form an annular reflective coating 3 on the insulating glove in advance as a background area, and print the annular stripes on the annular reflective coating.
Meanwhile, considering that the local area of some annular stripes may be worn or covered by oil stain, dust and the like in the frequent use process of the insulating glove, and further the problem that the annular stripes are wrongly identified is caused, one or more annular stripes for verification, namely annular verification marks, can be additionally printed at one end or two ends of the identity mark group in the embodiment. Taking the example of printing a circular stripe 4 for verification on the insulating glove 1, it can be set that the circular stripe for verification corresponds to a verification code, such as "35", and in the aforementioned database, the verification code "35" uniquely corresponds to the accurate and complete identification information "thre 32189561" of the insulating glove.
In this embodiment, each of the recognition devices may include one or more cameras, and the one or more cameras are connected to a data processing module, and the data processing module is connected to a storage module. The storage module is pre-stored with the database.

Alternatively, the one or more cameras and the data processing module and the storage module may be integrated in a mobile terminal (e.g., a mobile phone, a mobile robot, etc.) or a fixed terminal.
In this embodiment, the plurality of insulating gloves may be stored on an insulating glove support frame 5, and a camera is disposed in front of the insulating glove support frame 5, so that the plurality of insulating gloves are all within the lens range of the camera. When a worker takes an insulating glove from the insulating glove support frame 5 or stores the insulating glove into the insulating glove support frame 5, the camera can quickly capture an image of the corresponding insulating glove, the data processing module identifies and extracts the characteristic information of the upper identity identification group of the insulating glove and the check code of the check identification group, then the complete identity information of the corresponding insulating glove is obtained from the database and is compared by the data processing module, when the complete identity information of the insulating glove obtained by the characteristic information of the identity identification group is inconsistent with the complete identity information of the insulating glove obtained by the check code, the alarm module and the like connected with the data processing module can send out a warning signal, the data processing module records and stores the corresponding information into the database, and if the complete identity information of the insulating glove obtained by the characteristic information of the identity identification group is consistent with the complete identity information of the insulating glove obtained by the check code, the corresponding glove access information (e.g., time taken, time returned, etc.) is also recorded and stored in a database by the data processing module to form a statistical file.
Preferably, referring to fig. 3, a plurality of cameras 6 may be disposed around the insulating glove support 5, for example, a camera may be disposed behind the insulating glove support 5, and the whole insulating glove support 5 is within the viewing range of each camera (shown by the dotted line in fig. 3). Under the condition that the identification group on the front side surface or the back side surface of one of the insulating gloves is worn or covered by dirt and cannot be identified or can be identified wrongly, but the identification group on the back side surface or the front side surface of the insulating glove is kept complete and clear, the two cameras capture images of the insulating glove from different directions step by step or synchronously, so that the accurate and complete identification information of the insulating glove can still be ensured to be successfully acquired, and the problems that the complete identification information of the insulating glove cannot be acquired or the obtained complete identification information of the insulating glove is wrong and the like are solved.
Further, the insulating glove support frame 5 in this embodiment may be disposed in a storage cabinet, and the plurality of cameras 6 may be fixed to a cabinet door, a frame, and the like of the storage cabinet. Besides, an identity identification module, an alarm module and the like of a user can be arranged on the storage cabinet, and the functional modules and the identification device are controlled by a control system. Therefore, when the user takes the insulating gloves from the storage cabinet, the identity of the user can be verified and recorded.
In this way, a statistical file such as a table or a list can be generated or updated according to the relevant identity information of the insulating gloves and the identity information of the user. And the information of the statistical file is richer and more perfect, for example, the information can comprise the name, the model, the manufacturer, the delivery date, the test period, the accumulated receiving times, the current receiving state, the name of the last receiving person, the telephone number of the last receiving person, the last receiving time and the like of the insulating gloves. The current receive status may be received, not received, or in receive/return, etc.
