Accordingly, in some embodiments, the numerical parameters used in the specification and claims are approximations that may vary depending upon the desired properties of the individual embodiments. In some embodiments, the numerical parameter should take into account the specified significant digits and employ a general digit preserving approach. Claims (10)

1. A document editing and reviewing method is applied to a client side and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
generating a document template, and performing first management on the document template; wherein the first management comprises: editing, uploading, determining at least one of effectiveness, translating, setting authority and converting storage formats;
forming a document primary draft based on the document template and a first operation of a user;
judging whether the document primary draft is approved or not, and if so, examining and approving the document primary draft based on a second operation of the user or automatically examining and approving the document primary draft; determining the document initial draft after the approval as a document final draft;
performing second management on the document finalization, wherein the second management at least comprises performing at least one of the following operations on the document finalization: document classification, document calling, document information query and document information storage; and performing third management on the system of the client.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining whether to approve the document manuscript comprises: acquiring the approval degree of the document manuscript at least based on a document approval model;
and judging whether to examine and approve the document manuscript or not based on the examination and approval degree.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising: and acquiring an approval strategy for the document manuscript based on the approval degree.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a document template comprises: generating an initial template;
and associating the initial template with a manuscript setting template to update the initial template to be the document template, wherein the manuscript setting template is a document template corresponding to any document manuscript setting.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the first operation by the user comprises: at least one of online writing, offline writing and collaborative writing.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the document information query comprises: and inquiring to obtain the document draft based on at least one of an application system, a project name, a file name, a writing department, writing time and a writer corresponding to the document draft.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising: before the second management is carried out on the document finalization, whether the examination and approval of the document finalization is initiated again or whether the document finalization is edited again is judged.
8. A document editing and reviewing apparatus, comprising:
the template management module is used for generating a document template and performing first management on the document template; wherein the first management comprises: editing, uploading, determining at least one of effectiveness, translating, setting authority and converting storage formats;
the document writing module is used for forming a document primary draft based on the document template and a first operation of a user;
the document approval module is used for judging whether to approve the document primary draft, and if so, the document primary draft is approved based on second operation of the user or automatically approved; determining the document initial draft after the approval as a document final draft;
a document management module, configured to perform second management on the document finalization, where the management at least includes performing at least one of the following operations on the document finalization: document classification, document calling, document information query and document information storage; and the system management module is used for carrying out third management on the system of the client.
9. An electronic device, comprising: one or more processors; a memory;
one or more applications, wherein the one or more applications are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs configured to perform the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having program code stored therein, the program code being invoked by a processor to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
