In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The following describes in detail a document processing method and apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
As shown in fig. 1, a document processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application includes:
a step 101 of receiving a first input to a first document in the case that the first document is displayed;
102, saving a second document or saving a third document under the condition that a first input track of a first input comprises a preset modification symbol;
the second document is a first document comprising a first input track, and a preset modification symbol in the second document is associated with a modification rule;
and the third document is a document obtained by modifying the first document according to a modification rule associated with a preset modification symbol.
The document processing method provided by the embodiment of the present application may be applied to an electronic device, which may be, for example, a mobile terminal, a tablet computer, or other types of electronic devices, and is not limited specifically herein.
For simplicity, the following description mainly takes an electronic device as a tablet computer, which may include a touch screen and a stylus pen for a user to perform input operations. In some examples, a communication connection may be established between the stylus pen and the body of the tablet computer, and a user may use the stylus pen to write on the touch screen on one hand, and may input on the stylus pen on the other hand, so as to control display content and the like of the tablet computer.
Of course, the various input operations mentioned in the embodiments of the present application may be input by a user using a stylus pen, or input by a finger on a screen of an electronic device, or voice input, and the like, and are not limited in detail here.
The electronic device may display a first document, which may be an article, a courseware, or information in an edit, etc., in conjunction with some application scenarios.
In some examples, the first document may include text or a picture, or the like. The text in the first document may be stored in a text format, or may be a text obtained by identifying a picture in the first document, which is not specifically limited herein.
In this embodiment, the text or the picture in the first document may be used for modification. For example, text may be edited, or pictures may be deleted or resized, etc. For simplicity of explanation, in the following embodiments, the modification of the first document may mainly refer to the modification of text in the first document.
In step 101, the electronic device may receive a first input of a first document from a user when the first document is displayed.
For example, a user may use a stylus to write within a display area of an electronic device for displaying a first document, and the written input may correspond to the user's first input to the first document. Of course, this is merely an example of the first input, and in practical applications, the input area corresponding to the first input may not be limited to the display area of the first document; alternatively, the user may also use a finger for the first input, and so on.
In step 102, the electronic device may save the second document or save the third document in a case that the first input trajectory of the first input includes a preset modification symbol.
In combination with some application scenarios, the user may annotate some of his or her own feelings about the content of the first document in the first document when reading the first document. At this time, the first input trajectory may correspond to a text annotated by the user.
Alternatively, the user may find that there is a grammar error in some texts in the first document, and the texts need to be modified, and further, modification symbols may be used.
For example, the first document includes a text "today is monday" in which there is a duplication of the word "monday" and the user can input a deletion symbol at the display position of the word "monday". At this time, the first input trajectory may correspond to the above-described deletion symbol.
For another example, the first document includes a text "today is a boom", wherein the term "boom" is a stroke error, and the user can input a replacement symbol at a display position of the term "boom" and write a term "week" above the replacement symbol. At this time, the first input trajectory may correspond to the replacement symbol and the written word "week".
The above process of annotating or modifying the first document can be considered as an editing process of the first document. When the user modifies the first document, the first input track may include a preset modification symbol.
In one embodiment, the electronic device may recognize the first input track to determine whether the first input track includes a preset modification symbol.
The preset modification symbol may be preset. Referring to fig. 2a to 2d, fig. 2a to 2d are exemplary diagrams of several preset modification symbols. For simplicity, the preset modification symbols shown in fig. 2a to 2d may be respectively marked as a delete symbol, a swap symbol, a replace symbol, and an add symbol according to the modification function corresponding to each preset modification symbol.
In an example, the preset modification symbols may be used as training samples to train the deep learning model, so that the deep learning model obtained through training can recognize the preset modification symbols.
Of course, the style of the preset modification symbol corresponding to the modification function may not be limited to the examples of fig. 2a to 2d, for example, the deletion symbol may also be a line drawn on the text. In addition, one modification function may also correspond to preset modification symbols of multiple styles, which is not illustrated here.
In combination with the above examples, in practical applications, the type of the preset modification symbol may be one or more. In the case that the types of the preset modification symbols are multiple, if the first input track includes any one of the types of the preset modification symbols, the first input track may be considered to include the preset modification symbol.
Under the condition that the first input track of the first input comprises preset modification symbols, the preset modification symbols can be correspondingly processed as required to form a second document or a third document for storage.
The second document is a first document including the first input track, and accordingly, when the preset modification symbol is processed, the first input track including the preset modification symbol may be retained in the document, and meanwhile, the preset modification symbol may be associated with the corresponding modification rule.
Combining an application scenario, on the basis of saving the second document, if a subsequent user reopens the second document, the electronic device may display the content of the original first document and the first input tracks input by the user therein, and preset modification symbols in the first input tracks are associated with modification rules.
In an example, the preset modification symbol is associated with a modification rule, which may be embodied that the electronic device may receive a preset input from a user, and modify the content of the first document according to the modification rule. Of course, this is merely an illustration of one expression form in which the preset modification symbol is associated with the modification rule, and in practical applications, the expression form may also be on a display difference of each preset modification symbol, or on a display difference of a text in the first document associated with each preset modification symbol, and so on, which is not illustrated here.
The third document may be a document modified from the first document according to a modification rule associated with a preset modification symbol.
In combination with the above example regarding deleting the corresponding and replacing symbols, each preset modification symbol may be associated with a modification rule, and the first document may be modified according to the modification rule associated with the preset modification symbol.
For example, if a delete symbol is input at the display position of the word "monday", the word "monday" can be deleted, and the original text "today is monday" is modified to "today is monday". For another example, if a replacement symbol is input at a display position of the word "happy" and the word "week" is written above the replacement symbol, the word "happy" may be replaced with the word "week", and the original text "today is happy" is modified to "today is monday".
In the related technology, if a user needs to delete the word of the week, the user needs to firstly position a cursor behind the word of the week through fingers and then call a soft keyboard to delete the word of the week; if the user needs to replace the word of 'rising' with the word of 'week', the user needs to firstly position the cursor behind the word of 'rising' by fingers, then call the soft keyboard to delete the word of 'rising', and finally input the word of 'week' by the input method.
In contrast, in the embodiment of the present application, a user may perform a first input on the electronic device, and the electronic device may perform corresponding processing on the first document based on a preset modification symbol in a first input track of the first input, and store the first document in the second document or store the first document as the third document. And further, the operation complexity of the user can be effectively reduced.
In some examples, whether the electronic device stores the first document as the second document or the third document may be determined according to default settings or settings made by a user, or may be determined according to further input of the first document by the user, which may not be limited specifically herein.
The document processing method provided by the embodiment of the application receives a first input to a first document under the condition that the first document is displayed, and saves a second document or a third document under the condition that a first input track of the first input comprises a preset modification symbol, wherein the second document is the first document comprising the first input track, and the preset modification symbol in the second document is associated with a modification rule; and the third document is a document obtained by modifying the first document according to a modification rule associated with a preset modification symbol. In the embodiment of the application, the preset modification symbol in the first input track can be associated with a modification rule, and a user can edit the first document through the first input, so that the user operation is facilitated to be simplified, and the document modification efficiency is improved.
Optionally, in step 102, when the first input track of the first input includes a preset modification symbol, saving the third document may specifically include:
under the condition that the second input is received, responding to the second input, and modifying the first text according to a modification rule associated with the preset modification symbol to obtain a third document, wherein the first text is a text associated with the preset modification symbol in the first document;
the third document is saved.
In connection with some application scenarios, a user may need to make a first input on a first document to modify text in the first document, and accordingly, a first input track of the first input may include a preset modification symbol therein.
In this embodiment, in a case that the second input is received, the electronic device may modify the first text according to a modification rule associated with a preset modification symbol in response to the second input. At this time, it may be considered that the text of the first document is updated, so that the user can more intuitively acquire the text content of the modified first document.
For example, the text "today is monday" is included in the first document, and the first input may be received while the first input may remain displayed on the electronic device, but the first input trace may be further displayed, for example, displaying a delete symbol written by the user at the previous "monday". At this time, the previous "week" may be considered the first text described above.
And in the case of receiving the second input, the electronic device may delete the previous "week" according to the modification rule corresponding to the deletion symbol, i.e., may modify the text "today is monday" to "today is monday".
That is, in the case that the preset modification symbol is a deletion symbol, the modification rule associated with the preset modification symbol may be to delete the text circled by the deletion symbol.
Similarly, when the preset modification symbol is another type of modification symbol, a corresponding modification rule may be associated with the preset modification symbol.
For example, as shown in fig. 2c, the replacement symbol may include a closed curve and two oblique lines connected to the closed curve, and the modification rule associated with the replacement symbol may be to replace the text selected by the closed curve with the text input by the user between the two oblique lines.
As for the second input, a preset gesture input may be used, or an input to a preset control displayed on the electronic device may be used, and the like, which is not limited in particular here.
For example, where the electronic device includes a stylus, the second input may correspond to a tap input by a user to an end of the stylus remote from the tip.
For example, a preset control may be displayed at the top of the display area for displaying the first document, and the first text may be modified upon receiving a click input to the preset control.
And modifying the first text in the first document according to a modification rule associated with the preset modification symbol to obtain the third document. The electronic device may further save a third document.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the electronic device may modify the first text in the first document in response to the second input of the user to obtain the third document, so that the user can read the text content of the third document relatively continuously, and the diversified processing requirements of the user on the documents are effectively met.
In one embodiment, the electronic device may further delete the first input track when receiving the second input, so as to avoid the first input track interfering with the user during reading of the third document.
Optionally, modifying the first text according to a modification rule associated with a preset modification symbol, including at least one of:
deleting the first text under the condition that a modification rule associated with a preset modification symbol is a deleted text;
under the condition that a modification rule associated with a preset modification symbol is a swap text, determining a first sub text and a second sub text from the first text, and swapping the positions of the first sub text and the second sub text;
under the condition that a modification rule associated with a preset modification symbol is a replacement text, replacing the first text with a second text;
under the condition that the modification rule associated with the preset modification symbol is that a text is added, adding a second text at the preset position of the first text, wherein the preset position corresponds to the position of the preset modification symbol;
the second text is a text included in the first input track, or the second text is a text input in a preset input box.
As shown above, the type of the preset modification symbol may be one or more, and the modification rule associated with each preset modification symbol may correspond to the type of each preset modification symbol, or to the modification function of each preset modification symbol.
For example, the preset modification symbol may be a delete symbol, a swap symbol, a replace symbol, or an add symbol.
In connection with the above example, for a deletion symbol, the associated modification rule may be to delete the text circled by the deletion symbol. For the replacement symbol, the associated modification rule may be to replace the text circled in the closed curve with the text input by the user between two oblique lines.
Generally, in the case that the electronic device determines that the first input track includes a preset modification symbol, the type of the preset modification symbol may also be determined, and accordingly, a modification rule associated with the preset modification symbol may also be determined.
To better understand the implementation process of modifying the first text in response to the second input by the electronic device, the following description will be made with reference to fig. 3a and 3 b.
FIG. 3a is an exemplary diagram of a first document display interface when a first input track is included, and FIG. 3b is an exemplary diagram of a first document display interface after a first document is modified according to a preset modification symbol in the first input track.
The preset modification symbol shown at the reference R1 in fig. 3a may be a deletion symbol and the associated modification rule is a deletion text. The presence of the bold text "very" at the designation R1 corresponds to the first text.
Referring to what is shown at reference R' 1 in fig. 3b, the first text "very" has been deleted. In other words, the electronic device may delete the first text circled by the deletion symbol according to the modification rule associated with the deletion symbol in response to the second input.
The preset modification symbol shown at the reference R2 in fig. 3a may be a swap symbol and the associated modification rule is a swap text. At the identifier R2, there is a bold text "announce official", corresponding to the first text.
According to the characteristics of the lines of the exchange symbols, two sub-texts of 'announce' and 'formal', namely the first sub-text and the second sub-text, can be determined from the first text. For example, in connection with the change of sign shown at R2, a downward opening curve and an upward opening curve are included. The text circled inside each section of curve can be used as a sub-text respectively.
Referring to the content shown at the position marked R' 2 in FIG. 3b, the positions of "announce" and "official" are reversed, i.e., the content at that position is shown as "official announce". In other words, the electronic device may, in response to the second input, swap the first sub-text and the second sub-text that are circled by the swap symbol according to the modification rule associated with the swap symbol.
The preset modification symbol shown at R3 in fig. 3a may be a replacement symbol and the associated modification rule is replacement text. At the identifier R3, there is a bolded text "received", corresponding to the first text.
At the symbol R3, in addition to the replacement symbol, a handwriting "subject" handwritten by the user is displayed. It is readily understood that the electronic device may recognize for the first input handwriting, resulting in the text "received". From another perspective, the first input script may include an alternate symbol and the text "subject," where the text "subject" corresponds to the second text.
Referring to what is shown at reference R' 3 in FIG. 3b, the text "received" in the first document is replaced with "received". In other words, the electronic device, in response to the second input, may replace the first text it has circled with the second text written by the user according to the modification rule associated with the replacement symbol.
Of course, as shown above, the second text may be the text included in the first input track, or may be the text input by the user in the preset input box.
For example, when the electronic device recognizes the replacement symbol in the first input track, it may determine that the first text is "received" according to the replacement symbol, and display a preset input box above the first text, in which the user may input the word "received".
After the user finishes inputting the word 'received', the user can click the preset control displayed beside the preset input box. The input of clicking the preset control may correspond to a second input, and the electronic device may replace the text "received" in the first document with "received" in response to the second input.
Of course, in practical applications, the display interface of the first document itself may be an editing interface for the first document, and accordingly, the editing interface may be considered as a preset input box as a whole. At this time, the user can input the word "subject" directly before or after "receiving" the word. Upon receiving the second input, the electronic device replaces the text "received" with "received" in response to the second input.
The preset modification symbol shown at R4 in fig. 3a may be an add symbol and the associated modification rule is add text. At the symbol R4, an I-shaped cursor is displayed between the text "on" and the text "1", and the text "on" and the text "1" can be considered as the first text.
At the symbol R4, in addition to the plus symbol, the "1 month" handwriting of the user is displayed. Similar to the "accepted" note above, the "1 month" note may be included in the corresponding first input track and may be recognized as text, i.e., corresponding to the second text described above.
Referring to what is shown at reference R' 4 in fig. 3b, the text "1 month" is added between "and" 1 "(i.e., the display position of the I-shaped cursor). In other words, in response to the second input, the electronic device may add the second text in the first input track to the preset position of the first text according to the modification rule associated with the add symbol, where the preset position corresponds to the position of the add symbol.
Similarly, the second text "1 month" may also be obtained based on the input of the user in the preset input box, and is not described herein again.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the electronic device can associate the modification rule with various preset modification symbols, so that the modification requirements of the user on different forms of the first document can be effectively met.
As indicated above, the first input trajectory may correspond to a feeling of the user annotating in the first document, or the like, and at this time, the first input trajectory may not include the preset modification symbol. For convenience of explanation, the first input trajectory excluding the preset modification symbol may be referred to as a second input trajectory. In some possible implementations, the electronic device may retain a display of these second input tracks on the first document in the event that second inputs are received.
Optionally, in step 101, after receiving the first input to the first document, the method further includes:
in response to a first input, displaying a first input trajectory of the first input;
and in the case that the first input track comprises a preset modification symbol, differentially displaying a first text, wherein the first text is a text which is associated with the preset modification symbol in the first document.
In this embodiment, in the case that the first input track includes the preset modification symbol, the first text, that is, the text in the first document associated with the preset modification symbol, may be displayed distinctively.
It will be readily appreciated that when a user modifies text using a modification symbol, the modification is based on the text already in the first document, and therefore, when the first input trajectory includes a preset modification symbol, the preset modification symbol is typically associated with the text.
For example, for the deleting symbol shown in fig. 2a, the associated text may be the text circled in the closed curve. For the exchange symbol shown in fig. 2b, the associated text may include two parts of sub-texts to be subjected to position exchange, and the two parts of sub-texts may be determined by the enclosing area of the two C-shaped lines. For an alternative symbol as shown in fig. 2c, the associated text may be the text circled in a closed curve. For the increased symbols shown in fig. 2d, the associated text may be the text on both sides of the V-shaped line tip.
The text associated with the above preset modification symbol in the first document may be referred to as a first text. For these first texts, a distinctive display may be made.
For example, the first text may be displayed in a color different from other texts in the first document, or the first text may be processed in a manner of bold, slant, underline, or font replacement, so as to highlight the first text. Of course, in practical applications, other processing manners or a combination of multiple processing manners may also be used to implement the highlighting of the first text, which is not illustrated here.
For another example, a preset mark may be displayed at a preset position of the first text, for example, for the first text associated with the add symbol, an I-shaped cursor may be additionally displayed therein to prompt an add position of the text to be added. Displaying an I-shaped cursor may actually be considered as a way of distinctively displaying the first text.
In summary, the manner of displaying the first text differently may be to highlight the first text, or to display a preset mark at a preset position of the first text, or a combination of multiple manners, and the like, which is not illustrated herein.
According to the method and the device for processing the first document, the first input track is displayed, the first text is displayed in a distinguishing mode, the requirement of a user for acquiring specific modification content of the first document can be effectively met, and the first document processing effect is improved. In addition, the first text is highlighted, so that the method is helpful for helping the user to check whether the modification of the first document is accurate, and the use experience of the user is effectively improved.
Optionally, in a case that the first input track includes a preset modification symbol, after the first text is distinctively displayed, the method further includes at least one of:
in the event that a third input is received, re-determining the first text in response to the third input;
in the event that a fourth input is received, the first input track is deleted in response to the fourth input.
The present embodiment is described below with reference to some application scenarios.
In one application scenario, the quality of the first input trajectory may be poor. For example, a deletion symbol in the first input trace may intersect a portion of text in the first document, at which point it may be difficult for the electronic device to accurately determine the first text.
From the perspective of the user, by looking at whether the highlighted text is a text that needs to be deleted, it can be determined whether the first text determined by the electronic device is accurate. In the event that the determined first text is inaccurate, the user may make a third input, for example, a tap on an end of the stylus near the tip.
The electronic device may re-determine the first text in response to the third input. That is, the electronic device may determine the text circled by the deletion symbol again according to the first input trajectory and highlight the determined first text again.
Of course, similar problems of selection by circles or inaccurate determination of associated text may also exist for other types of preset modifier symbols. The electronic device may also re-determine the first text in response to the third input.
Therefore, the electronic equipment responds to the third input and re-determines the first text, so that the modification requirement of the user on the text can be accurately determined, the operation is simple, and the operation experience of the user is effectively improved.
In another application scenario, the user may write incorrectly or the writing position is inaccurate, so that the electronic device cannot accurately determine the first text according to the first input trajectory. At this time, the user may make a fourth input, for example, tapping two consecutive strokes of the stylus at the end near the tip.
The electronic device may delete the first input track in response to the fourth input. At this time, the modification of the first document by the first input may be cancelled, and the subsequent user may perform the first input again, so as to accurately complete the modification of the first document.
As shown in fig. 3a, the user makes a plurality of first inputs with respect to the text in the first document, and accordingly, a plurality of first input tracks may be included in the first document display interface. In connection with some examples, the user may write one "√" after each time the first input is completed. From the perspective of the electronic device, the "√" written by the user can be said to correspond to a gesture that indicates that the first input is complete, and the electronic device can wait to receive the next first input by the user in response to the gesture.
In order to facilitate the electronic device to distinguish the first input trace corresponding to each first input, the user may perform a fifth input on the electronic device after completing the first input. For example, the user may draw a "√" in the first document, or click a preset control displayed on the electronic device, or the like.
The electronic device may save the first input track in response to the fifth input. From another perspective, in the case that the fifth input is received, the electronic device may determine that the first input by the user is completed, further save the first input trajectory of the first input of this time, and wait for receiving the first input of the next time by the user. Therefore, the problem that the electronic equipment determines the multiple times of modification of the first document by the user as the same modification to cause the modification error of the first document can be effectively avoided.
Of course, in the above application scenario, the specific manner of each input of the user on the electronic device is only an illustration made for the convenience of understanding. In practical applications, these input modes may be set according to needs, and are not specifically limited herein. As for the gesture inputs in the form of the "check mark" or other forms, the electronic device may cancel the input trajectory caused by the display gesture input when recognizing the gesture inputs.
In one example, the electronic device, upon receiving the fifth input, may save the first document as the second document in response to the fifth input. And when the fifth input is continuously received, the electronic equipment can update the second document and store the updated second document.
In yet another example, the electronic device saves the first document as the second document, which may be in response to other forms of input (denoted as sixth input). For example, the user may click the "save" control after completing editing of the first document, and the electronic device saves the first document as the second document in response to a sixth input of clicking the "save" control.
Optionally, after receiving the first input to the first document, the file processing method may further include:
in response to the first input, an edit record associated with the first document is updated based on the first input, the edit record storing input parameters of the first input.
In this embodiment, the edit record associated with the first document may be used to record the editing process of each step of the first document by the user. For example, the edit record associated with the first document may include an edit node corresponding to the first input each time, and the edit record associated with the first document is updated according to the first input, which may be to some extent the edit node corresponding to the first input.
According to the embodiment, the editing record associated with the first document is updated according to the first input, so that a user can conveniently check any editing node in the editing process, the user is helped to recall the editing process, and the user experience is improved.
As indicated above, the editing process for the first document may include a process of annotating or modifying the first document. For example, the user may annotate his/her reading thoughts in the first document, and the edit record may record the annotation time of the annotated content and the annotation location in the first document, and so on. For another example, the user may write a modification symbol on the first document to modify the text in the first document, and the edit record may record the modification time of the modification and the text before and after the modification of the first document.
Of course, the content of the specific record in the editing record may be set according to actual needs, which is not illustrated here.
From the perspective of the electronic device, each editing process of the first document by the user can be reflected in the input parameters of each first input. For example, the first input parameter includes the first input trajectory, and may also include the annotation time, annotation position, modification time, and the like.
In one example, a version control system may be employed to record editing nodes in an editing process. For example, taking the version control system as the distributed version control system GIT as an example, each time the user makes a first input on the electronic device, the GIT may store the annotation or modified content correspondingly generated by the first input.
In one example, the electronic device may delete an edit node in the edit record whose existence duration exceeds a preset duration, and the existence duration may be a duration counted from the edit node generation time.
For example, the preset duration may be ten days, and when the existence time of a certain editing node exceeds ten days, the electronic device may delete the editing node, thereby saving the storage resource of the electronic device.
The following describes a document processing method provided in the embodiments of the present application with reference to a specific application example.
In this specific application example, the document processing method may be applied to a tablet computer including a stylus pen and a touch screen. As shown in fig. 4, the document processing method may include:
step 401, displaying a document editing interface;
for example, a user may display a first document by clicking on a first document icon on a touch screen.
In one example, the first document display interface may default to a document editing interface, and the user may edit the first document using a stylus. In another example, the tablet computer may also receive input of preset controls in the first document display interface to enter the first document editing interface.
Step 402, receiving a first input to a first document;
the user may use the stylus to write, i.e., make a first input, on a first document.
The first input trajectory of the first input may comprise a preset modification symbol, such as a delete symbol, a swap symbol, a replace symbol or an add symbol as shown in fig. 2a to 2 d.
Step 403, displaying the text associated with the preset modification symbol in the first document in a distinguishing manner;
each type of preset modification symbol may be associated with text in the first document, i.e. the first text described above. For example, the text associated with the deletion symbol may be the circled text thereof; the text associated with the exchange symbol may be a text in which two curves with openings are respectively circled, and the like.
Different preset modification symbols correspond to different modification operations. When deleting operation is carried out, highlighting the text of the circle selection part, and prompting a user whether the circle selection text to be deleted is correct or not; when the exchange operation is carried out, the text of the exchange part is highlighted, and the exchange text is prompted to be correct or not; during replacement operation, the text to be replaced is highlighted, so that whether the text to be replaced is correct or not is prompted; when the adding operation is performed, the adding insertion points of the two characters or symbols can display a cursor to help prompt whether the adding points are correct or not.
Step 404, determining whether a confirmation input of the user to the first input track is received, if not, executing step 405, and if so, executing step 406;
step 405, re-determining the first text under the condition that the single-click input of the user to one end, close to the pen point, of the stylus is received; and deleting the first input track under the condition of receiving double-click input of the user to one end, close to the pen point, of the stylus pen.
In this step, the user can determine whether the tablet computer correctly determines the modification intention of the text according to the first text displayed in a distinguishing manner.
For example, when the first input track includes a deletion symbol, the user may detect whether the first text to be deleted is correct, and if not, an optional operation is to click the stylus pen near the pen tip (corresponding to the third input) to control the tablet computer to re-determine the first text; another optional operation is to double-click the stylus near one end of the pen tip (corresponding to the fourth input) to control the tablet computer to delete the first input track, and at this time, the user may reuse the stylus for the first input.
When the first text is redetermined, execution may return to step 403, and when the first input track is deleted, execution may return to step 402.
Step 406, saving the first input track, and generating an editing node;
for example, when the tablet computer receives the first input, if the user writes a √ shape, it can be determined that the user has completed the first input. At this time, the tablet computer may store the current first input trajectory and wait for receiving the next first input of the user.
In addition, the tablet computer may generate an editing node corresponding to the first input when it is determined that the user completes the first input, that is, update the editing record, so that a subsequent user may view an editing process corresponding to the first input.
Step 407, determining whether an input for ending the first document editing is received, if not, keeping waiting for receiving the first input of the user, and if the first input is received, returning to execute step 402; if yes, go to step 408.
Step 408, saving a first document with a first input track of a first input under the condition that the single-click input of the user to the stylus pen far away from the pen point is received, namely saving a second document; and under the condition that double-click input of the user to the stylus pen far away from the pen point is received, saving the first document modified according to the modification symbol, namely saving the third document.
That is, if the user does not want to view the document with the correction content, the system uses the third document generated after correction as the saved document by double-clicking the top of the stylus pen (corresponding to the second input), and the tablet computer automatically generates a new document according to the editing intention.
If the user wants to view the document with the correction content, the tablet personal computer takes the second document with the correction mark as the saved document by clicking the top of the stylus pen, and the document with the correction content can be displayed when the second document is opened next time.
And step 409, deleting the editing nodes when the existence duration of the editing nodes in the editing records exceeds ten days.
Here, ten days may correspond to the preset time period. The editing nodes are saved for ten days, and the user can view each modification node in the modification history.
In one example, the edit record of the document may be saved for ten days for the user to review in time, the user may view any edit node in the editing process to help recall the editing process, and each modification submitted by the GIT may be saved with reference to each submission. Edit node records will be cleared over ten days to save storage resources.
In combination with the above specific application examples, the embodiments of the present application may use some modification symbols, such as: the method comprises the steps that symbols are deleted, exchanged, corrected and added into document editing capacity, in the process of editing the first document, a user can use a handwriting pen to edit the annotation symbols on the first document displayed on the touch screen, the electronic equipment can recognize the modification rules of the annotation symbols, after the annotation is completed, the user can determine that the annotation is completed, and the electronic equipment can automatically generate a new document which accords with the annotation intention of the user, so that the processing effect of the electronic equipment on the text is effectively improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
