Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the drawings and the preferred embodiments.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a projection screen of the present embodiment includes: 1, a substrate layer; 2, arranging a crystal cloth layer; 3, dense crystal stacking layers; 4, coating an angle light-gathering layer; 5, crystal gain spraying coating; 6, individual crystal gain structure layer; 7, a light reflection gain layer; and 8, a surface protection layer.
In the projection screen of this embodiment, the substrate layer is the first, and the preferred material may be PC, PVC or PET, which has high strength and is suitable for crystal coating and spraying operations. On the substrate are a crystal arrangement layer and a crystal dense superposition layer, one preferable scheme of the crystal arrangement layer and the crystal dense superposition layer is a diffused crystal polymer layer, and multiple scattering of the polymer layer can be used for diffusing light, so that the path length range or equivalent time delay of the light in the screen is increased. The speckle effect can be reduced if the distribution of the path length of the light is larger than the coherence length of the light. And an angle light-gathering layer is coated on the dense crystal superposition layer, and the angle light-gathering layer is a uniform light-gathering particle layer for gathering light at 50-70 degrees. A uniformly reflective particle layer that concentrates 50 to 70 degrees is a highly optimized design in such a way that the passing light can be reflected and diffused multiple times to increase the optical path length, which can reduce the speckle effect. Further, the reflective particles may also be formed of pearlescent sheets. The pearlescent sheet depolarizes the light upon reflection, creating polarization diversity to further reduce speckle. And after multiple diffusion and reflection, the light can exit the screen at various angles (much greater than the range of 50 to 70 degrees, 50 to 70 degrees also being the effective scattering angle for common cinema screens). The incident light is reflected and diffused by 50 degrees to 70 degrees for multiple times, so that light is emitted at each angle at the front end of the screen, and the defect that the film-viewing effect is poor at the left side and the right side of the traditional screen, namely the effective scattering angle is low (50 degrees to 70 degrees are also the effective scattering angles of common film screens, and household-grade screens are often worse) is effectively overcome, so that the audience can see good images (including better contrast, smaller facula effect, higher brightness and brightness uniformity and better imaging effect) even if the audience is positioned at the left side and the right side of the screen.
The gain layer is arranged on the coating angle light-gathering layer, and the screen with higher gain can enable the brightness of the picture to be more concentrated and the imaging effect to be better (namely the imaging picture with brighter, rich layers and vivid colors). The gain layer of the present embodiment includes a crystal gain sprayed layer, a respective crystal gain structure layer, and a reflective gain layer. The preferred embodiment of the crystal gain sprayed layer and the individual crystal gain structure layer is a crystal polymer layer of the same material as the crystal arrangement layer. The reflection gain layer can be electroplated, and is preferably made of one or a mixture of magnesium, aluminum, nickel, silver and titanium dioxide, and further, the reflection gain layer can also comprise a fluorescent brightener which can absorb invisible ultraviolet light and convert the invisible ultraviolet light into blue light or purple visible light with longer wavelength, so that the unwanted yellowish color in the substrate can be compensated, and more visible light can be reflected.
The comprehensive adoption of each crystal layer, the light-gathering layer and the gain layer can obviously achieve the following purposes: increasing the interaction length from the incident light with the projection screen. Each of these coatings may provide and/or contribute to a de-speckle effect. These coatings may work together to enhance the de-speckle effect they each provide. Further, each of these coatings may work in combination to increase the range of path lengths or time delays that incident light may take within the screen to reduce speckle and improve the contrast and uniformity of the screen. And after the incident light undergoes multiple diffusion and reflection, the light can exit the screen at various angles (much greater than the range of 50 to 70 degrees, 50 to 70 degrees also being the effective scattering angle of common cinema screens). The present embodiment, which reflects and diffuses incident light by 50 to 70 degrees for multiple times, will make light exit at each angle at the front end of the screen, which will effectively overcome the disadvantage of poor viewing effect at the left and right sides of the traditional screen, i.e. low effective scattering angle.
The uppermost layer of the projection screen is a surface protection layer, and the material preferably used is a transparent material such as a transparent polymer resin or a shadowless adhesive. It is used for preventing the internal coating from being oxidized, polluted and the like. A transparent protective layer of suitable thickness and good uniform distribution can further reduce the speckle effect. Furthermore, a bactericide, an antistatic agent, a flame retardant, an impact modifier and the like can be added to further improve the performance of the screen.
The foregoing is a more detailed description of the invention in connection with specific preferred embodiments and it is not intended that the invention be limited to these specific details. For those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, several simple deductions or substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and all shall be considered as belonging to the protection scope of the invention.
