Abstract
The invention discloses a pre-forming sample preparation method for evaluating the waviness of a floating-coating-free automobile panel, which comprises the following steps of: 1) coating vaseline on the surface of a steel plate of a cut sample; 2) overlapping a plurality of steel plates coated with vaseline; 3) carrying out electric spark cutting on a plurality of steel plates which are overlapped together; 4) cleaning the surface of the cut preformed corrugation degree sample by using absolute ethyl alcohol; according to the pre-forming sample preparation method for evaluating the corrugation degree of the floating-coating-free automobile panel, which is designed by the invention, a plurality of steel plates are overlapped through vaseline, and compared with a plate shearing machine and direct electric spark cutting, the pre-forming sample preparation method can obtain accurate size and good surface.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of steel sample preparation, in particular to a preformed sample preparation method for evaluating the waviness of a floating-coating-free automobile panel.
Background
The degree of surface waviness is one of the important indicators for evaluating automobile outer panels, particularly automotive panels free of intercoat coating, and directly affects the appearance effect of the automobile outer panels after painting. With the improvement of the automobile coating process and the strictness of the environmental protection requirement, the thickness of the automobile surface coating is thinner and thinner, which puts requirements on the surface appearance of the steel plate, wherein the index directly influencing the appearance effect of the painted automobile outer plate is the waviness.
In order to test the waviness of the steel plate after forming, detailed requirements are made on a steel plate waviness test method and a sample size after forming according to the automobile industry standard. The sample is octagonal, the size is shown in figure 1, the sample with accurate size is difficult to obtain by using a plate shearing machine, burrs are formed at the cut of a steel plate machined by the plate shearing machine, and the punching die can be damaged in the punching forming process in the subsequent testing process. The cutting by the electric spark machine can accurately control the size of the sample through programming, but the cutting fluid and splashed slag are accompanied, the slag and the cutting fluid can pollute the surface of the sample, and the slag adhered to the surface of the steel plate in the wiping process can cause scratches and seriously affect the surface waviness test.
Therefore, a pre-forming sample preparation method for evaluating the corrugation degree of the floating-coating-free automobile panel is needed to be designed, so that the problems that burrs exist at a cutting opening and the surface of a steel plate is easily scratched when the steel plate is sampled by testing the corrugation degree of the steel plate in the prior art are solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for preparing a preformed sample for evaluating the waviness of an automobile panel without middle coating.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a pre-forming sample preparation method for evaluating the waviness of a floating-coating-free automobile panel comprises the following steps:
1) coating vaseline on the surface of a steel plate of a cut sample;
2) overlapping a plurality of steel plates coated with vaseline;
3) carrying out electric spark cutting on a plurality of steel plates which are overlapped together;
4) and cleaning the surface of the cut preformed corrugation sample by using absolute ethyl alcohol.
Specifically, the vaseline in the step 1) is coated on the surface of the steel plate to form a ring shape with the outer diameter of 180-200 mm and the inner diameter of 150-170 mm.
Specifically, the steel plate stacking in the step 2) is to stack a plurality of steel plates in a manner that the circle centers of the vaseline rings coincide with each other.
Specifically, in the electric spark cutting in the step 3), the electric spark cutting is performed by taking the circular shape of the vaseline coated in the step 1) as a sample center, and an electric spark wire cutting machine is adopted for the electric spark cutting.

4) and cleaning the surface of the cut preformed corrugation sample by using absolute ethyl alcohol.
And (2) coating vaseline in the step 1) on the surface of the steel plate to form a circular ring shape with the outer diameter of 180-200 mm and the inner diameter of 150-170 mm, as shown in figure 2.

3. The method for preparing a preformed sample for evaluating the waviness of the floating-coating-free automobile panel according to claim 1, wherein the steel plates in the step 2) are stacked in such a manner that the centers of the respective vaseline rings coincide with each other.

The method for preparing the preformed sample for evaluating the waviness of the floating-in-place automobile panel according to claim 1, wherein the electric spark cutting in the step 3) is carried out by taking the circular ring shape of the vaseline coated in the step 1) as a sample center, and the electric spark cutting is carried out by a wire electric discharge machine.
