To simplify the disclosure of the present invention, the components and arrangements of specific examples are described below. Of course, they are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present invention. Furthermore, the present invention may repeat reference numerals and/or letters in the various examples. This repetition is for the purpose of simplicity and clarity and does not in itself dictate a relationship between the various embodiments and/or configurations discussed. In addition, the present invention provides examples of various specific processes and materials, but one of ordinary skill in the art may recognize the applicability of other processes and/or the use of other materials.
A control method of the air treatment device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, according to the control method of the air treatment device 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the air treatment device 100 includes the purification module 32, and the air treatment device 100 has a plurality of purification modes with different purification functions. It will be appreciated that due to the complexity of the external environment, there are often a variety of contaminants in the air, such as: particulate matter such as dust; formaldehyde, TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compounds) and other gaseous substances harmful to human bodies, which are volatilized into the air by furniture, paint and the like; bacteria carrying viruses, and the like. Therefore, the purification modes with different purification functions refer to that each purification mode can purify different target pollutants, so that each purification mode can specifically purify the corresponding target pollutants in the air. For example, the air treatment device 100 may have: a purification mode for filtering particulate matters such as dust, a purification mode for adsorbing and purifying harmful gaseous substances such as TVOC (total volatile organic compound), such as formaldehyde gas, and a purification mode for purifying bacteria carrying viruses. From this, through setting up the purification mode that multiple can purify the pollutant of different grade type for air treatment device 100 can carry out purification treatment to multiple different types of pollutant in the room air, thereby can promote air treatment device 100 to the purifying effect of room air, and then can guarantee clean, the health of room air, do benefit to and build healthy respiratory environment for the user.
The control method comprises the following steps: the indoor air composition can be detected through the detection unit, for example, the content of TVOC in the air can be detected through a TVOC sensor, for example, the content of particulate matter in the air can be detected through a particulate matter sensor (for example, a PM2.5 sensor), and for example, the content of microorganisms (mainly harmful bacteria, viruses and the like) in the air can be detected through a microorganism sampling and analyzing instrument;
analyzing the air components, comparing the detection result of the detection unit with a set value through the analysis unit, and analyzing and comparing which pollutant content in the current air components is higher;
and starting the corresponding purification mode according to the air composition. According to the detection and analysis result, the corresponding purification mode is started, so that pollutants with higher content in the air can be purified and removed in a targeted manner, the purification efficiency and the purification effect are improved, the use of other purification pieces 321 is reduced, and the use cost of the purification pieces 321 is saved.
For example, when the content of the particulate matter in the air is detected to exceed a set value, the purification mode for purifying and removing the particulate matter can be started, and other purification modes can be in a non-operating state, so that the particulate matter in the air can be purified and removed in a targeted and efficient manner, and the use of other unnecessary purification pieces 321 can be omitted. For another example, when the content of the harmful gas in the air is detected to exceed the set value, the purification mode for removing the harmful gas can be started, and other purification modes can be in a non-operating state, so that the harmful gas in the air can be purified and removed in a targeted and efficient manner, and the use of other unnecessary purification pieces 321 is omitted. For another example, when the content of harmful microorganisms in the air is detected to exceed a set value, a purification mode for purifying and removing the harmful microorganisms can be started, and other purification modes can be in a non-operating state, so that the harmful microorganisms in the air can be purified and removed in a targeted and high-efficiency manner, and the use of other unnecessary purification pieces 321 is omitted.
It should be noted that, when at least two of the content of the particulate matter, the content of the harmful gas, and the content of the harmful microorganisms in the air exceed the set values during the detection, the air treatment device 100 may simultaneously start the purification modes corresponding to the set values, that is, the purification modes with different functions may simultaneously operate. For example, when it is detected that both the particulate matter content and the harmful gas content in the air exceed the corresponding set values, the purification mode for purifying and removing the particulate matter and the purification mode for purifying and removing the harmful gas may be simultaneously started.
From this, make air treatment device 100 can accurately acquire the air condition of indoor space, and through air composition analysis, can obtain the content of the pollutant of the different grade type in the room air better, and can reachd the type and the content of the pollutant that exceeds standard in the room air, be convenient for carry out purification treatment through opening the pollutant that the corresponding purification mode exceeds standard to the content in the room air, thereby guarantee the accuracy that air treatment device 100 purified the pollutant, and then can guarantee the cleanness of room air, sanitary, do benefit to and build healthy respiratory environment for the user.
For example, when the content of particulate matter such as dust in the indoor air exceeds the standard, the air processing device 100 starts a purification mode capable of filtering particulate matter, and after the indoor air enters the air processing device 100, the air processing device 100 can better filter the particulate matter in the air, so that the content of the particulate matter in the air purified by the air processing device 100 and discharged into the indoor space can be reduced; when the content of harmful gaseous substances such as formaldehyde, TVOC and the like in the indoor air exceeds the standard, the air treatment device 100 starts a purification mode capable of adsorbing and purifying the harmful substances such as formaldehyde, TVOC and the like, and after the indoor air enters the air treatment device 100, the air treatment device 100 can better purify the harmful gaseous substances in the air components, so that the content of the harmful gaseous substances in the air which is purified by the air treatment device 100 and then discharged into the indoor space can be reduced; when the bacteria carrying viruses in the indoor air exceed the standard, the air treatment device 100 starts a purification mode capable of sterilizing, and after the indoor air enters the air treatment device 100, the air treatment device 100 can better eliminate germs in the air, so that the number of germs in the air which is purified by the air treatment device 100 and then discharged into the indoor space can be reduced.
In addition, the influence of opening a non-corresponding purification mode on the wind speed can be better avoided. Taking the example of filtering particulate matters such as dust by using a HEAP (High efficiency particulate Filter) net and filtering and purifying TVOC in air components by using a TVOC removing net, when the content of the particulate matters such as dust in indoor air exceeds the standard, only the corresponding purification mode is started, i.e. the HEAP net is used to Filter the particulate matters such as dust in the flowing air, at this time, the air does not flow through the TVOC removing net, the flow resistance of the TVOC removing net to the air can be avoided well, thereby reducing the loss of the air flowing in the air treatment device 100 and being beneficial to improving the treatment efficiency of the air treatment device 100.
It should be noted that, when two or more contaminants exceeding the standard exist in the indoor air, the purification mode corresponding to the contaminants exceeding the standard can be simultaneously started, so that the air treatment device 100 can simultaneously purify the contaminants exceeding the standard of various types, thereby improving the purification efficiency of the air treatment device 100 on the indoor air.
For example, when the contents of particulate matters such as dust, formaldehyde, harmful substances such as TVOC, and germs in the indoor air all exceed the standard, the air treatment device 100 can simultaneously open three corresponding purification modes to simultaneously perform purification treatment of particulate matters such as dust, harmful substances such as formaldehyde, TVOC, and germs, thereby improving the purification efficiency of the air treatment device 100 on the indoor air.
Alternatively, the air treatment device 100 may control the sequence of activation of the purification modes based on the priority of the out-of-standard contaminants in the indoor air. The priority of the pollutants is understood to mean that the greater the harm to the health of the user body, the higher the priority, and the less the harm to the health of the user body, the lower the priority. Therefore, by preferentially purifying pollutants which are more harmful to the health of the user body, the threat of the pollutants in the air components to the health of the user can be further reduced. For example, when the contents of particulate matters such as dust in the indoor air and harmful substances such as formaldehyde and TVOC exceed the standard, but the exceeding amount of dust particulate matters is too large, the purification mode for filtering the particulate matters such as dust is preferentially started to preferentially reduce the contents of the particulate matters such as dust in the indoor air, and then the purification mode for adsorbing the harmful substances such as formaldehyde and TVOC is started.
It is to be understood that the particulate matters such as dust, the harmful substances such as formaldehyde and TVOC, and germs are not limited to the type of the pollutants for facilitating understanding of the purifying function of the air treatment device 100 of the present application, and in addition, the three purifying modes are not limited to the present invention, and the number of the purifying modes can be flexibly set according to the number of the pollutants.
According to the control method of the air treatment device 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the air treatment device 100 has a plurality of purification modes with different purification functions, the accuracy of purifying pollutants by the air treatment device 100 can be better ensured by detecting indoor air components, analyzing the air components and starting the corresponding purification mode according to the air components, and meanwhile, the treatment efficiency of the air treatment device 100 is improved, so that the cleanness and sanitation of indoor air can be ensured, and a healthy breathing environment can be created for a user.
In some embodiments of the invention, the purge module 32 comprises a plurality of purges 321 of different functions, each purge 321 being switchable between an active position and an inactive position. Specifically, when the purifying member 321 is in the working position, the indoor air enters the air treatment device 100 and flows through the purifying member 321 to complete the purifying process of the air through the contact with the purifying member 321. When the purifying member 321 is in the non-operating position, the indoor air entering the air treatment device 100 does not flow through the purifying member 321, so that the air does not contact the purifying member 321 in the non-operating position. Therefore, the flow resistance of the purifying piece 321 at the non-working position to the air can be avoided better, so that the loss of the air flowing in the air processing device 100 can be reduced, the purification efficiency of the air processing device 100 is improved, unnecessary use of the purifying piece 321 can be reduced, and the cost is saved.
Further, turning on the corresponding purge mode includes: the purge member 321 having the corresponding function is controlled to switch to the operating position. Therefore, the purification piece 321 with the corresponding function in the working position can better purify the flowing air, and the purification piece 321 with the non-corresponding function is located in the non-working position, so that the flow resistance of the purification piece 321 in the non-working position to the air can be better avoided, the loss of the air flowing in the air treatment device 100 can be reduced, and the purification efficiency of the air treatment device 100 can be improved.
Specifically, after the air processing apparatus 100 passes detection and analysis of air components, for example, when particles such as dust or dirt in indoor air exceed a standard, the cleaning member 321 for filtering particles such as dirt is switched to the operating position. Therefore, when the indoor air enters the air treatment device 100 and flows through the purifying member 321, the purifying member 321 can better intercept particulate matters such as dust in the air, so that the content of the particulate matters such as dust in the air which is purified and discharged into the indoor space after passing through the purifying member 321 is reduced, and the air quality of the indoor space can be gradually improved. At this time, the cleaning members 321 except for particles such as filtered dust are in the non-operating position.
Therefore, the purifying piece 321 at the working position can better purify the corresponding pollutants in the indoor air, and meanwhile, the flowing resistance of the purifying piece 321 at the non-working position to the air can be better avoided, so that the flowing loss of the air in the air treatment device 100 can be reduced, and the purification efficiency of the air treatment device 100 can be favorably improved.
In some embodiments of the invention, turning on the corresponding purification mode according to the air composition comprises: if the content of the particulate matter in the air component exceeds a first set value, a first purification mode is started. That is, when the air treatment device 100 is turned on in the first purification mode, at least the particulate matter in the purified air component can be filtered. The first set value can be set according to the requirement standard of the content of the particulate matters in the air composition in the environmental protection standard, and can also be set according to the actual requirement of a user, so that the health of the user can not be harmed when the content of the particulate matters in the air composition is not higher than the first set value.
Specifically, after the air treatment device 100 starts the first purification mode, after the indoor air enters the air treatment device 100, the air treatment device 100 can better filter the particulate matters in the inflow air so as to reduce the content of the particulate matters in the air purified by the air treatment device 100 and then discharged into the indoor space, so that the content of the particulate matters in the indoor air can be gradually reduced, and the air quality of the indoor space can be improved. In addition, by maintaining the air treatment device 100 in the first purification mode, the filtering of the particulate matter in the air component can be continued until the content of the particulate matter in the indoor air component is not higher than the first set value, so that a healthy breathing environment can be created for the user.
Further, if the content of the harmful gas in the air component exceeds a second set value, a second purification mode is started. That is, when the air treatment device 100 starts the second cleaning mode, at least harmful gas in the air component can be cleaned. The second setting value here can be set according to the requirement standard of harmful gas content in the air composition in the environmental protection standard, and certainly can also be set according to the actual demand of the user, thereby ensuring that the content of harmful gas in the air composition is not higher than the second setting, and the health of the user can not be harmed.
Specifically, after the air treatment device 100 starts the second purification mode, after the indoor air enters the air treatment device 100, the air treatment device 100 can better filter and purify the harmful gas in the inflow air so as to reduce the content of the harmful gas in the air which is purified by the air treatment device 100 and then discharged into the indoor space, thereby gradually reducing the content of the toxic gas in the indoor air and further improving the air quality of the indoor space. Further, by keeping the air processing apparatus 100 in the second purification mode, the harmful gas in the air component can be continuously purified until the content of the harmful gas in the indoor air component is not higher than the second set value, so that a healthy breathing environment can be created for the user.
In addition, if the particulate matter content in the indoor air composition exceeds the first set value, and when the harmful gas content exceeds the second set value, the air treatment device 100 can open the first purification mode and the second purification mode simultaneously, so that after the indoor air enters the air treatment device 100, the air treatment device 100 can simultaneously filter and purify the particulate matter and the harmful gas in the inflow air, and the purification efficiency of the air treatment device 100 to various pollutants in the air composition is favorably improved.
Further, according to the air composition, open corresponding purification mode, still include: and if the content of the microorganisms in the air components exceeds a third set value, starting a third purification mode. That is, when the air treatment device 100 starts the third purification mode, at least the microorganisms in the air components can be inactivated, so that the risk of diseases caused by the inhalation of the microorganisms carrying germs by the user can be reduced, and a healthy breathing environment can be created for the user. The third setting value can be set according to the requirement standard of the microorganism content in the air component in the environmental protection standard, and can also be set according to the actual requirement of the user, so that the health of the user can not be harmed when the microorganism content in the air component is not higher than the third setting value.
Specifically, after the air treatment device 100 starts the third purification mode, after the indoor air enters the air treatment device 100, the air treatment device 100 can inactivate microorganisms in the inflow air well, so as to reduce the content of particulate matters in the air purified by the air treatment device 100 and discharged into the indoor space, thereby gradually reducing the content of microorganisms in the indoor air, and further improving the air quality of the indoor space. Furthermore, by maintaining the air treatment device 100 in the third purification mode, germs in the air component can be continuously inactivated until the content of microorganisms in the indoor air component is not higher than the third set value, so that a healthy breathing environment can be created for the user.
In addition, if the content of particulate matter in the indoor air component exceeds the first set value, when the content of harmful gas exceeds the second set value, and when the content of microorganisms exceeds the third set value, the air treatment device 100 can simultaneously open the first purification mode, the second purification mode and the third purification mode, so that after the indoor air enters the air treatment device 100, the air treatment device 100 can simultaneously purify the particulate matter, the harmful gas and the microorganisms in the inflow air, and the purification efficiency of the air treatment device 100 for various pollutants in the air component is favorably improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the rotation speed of the fan 22 corresponding to each purification mode is different, and the starting of the corresponding purification mode further includes: the rotational speed of the fan 22 is adjusted to the rotational speed corresponding to the corresponding purification mode. Therefore, the air flow speed in the air treatment device 100 can be flexibly adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed of the fan 22, so that the air treatment device 100 can flexibly adjust the air flow speed according to the characteristics of purifying pollutants, and the purification quality of the air treatment device 100 for purifying different pollutants is improved.
Further, adjusting the rotational speed of the fan 22 to the rotational speed corresponding to the corresponding purification mode includes: if the content of the particulate matter in the air component exceeds a first set value, starting a first purification mode, and adjusting the rotating speed of the fan 22 to a first rotating speed; if the content of the harmful gas in the air component exceeds a second set value, the second purification mode is started, the rotation speed of the fan 22 is adjusted to a second rotation speed, and the first rotation speed is greater than the second rotation speed. That is, the air flow speed when the air treatment device 100 turns on the first purification mode to filter particulate matter in the air is greater than the air flow speed when the air treatment device 100 turns on the second purification mode to purify harmful gases in the air.
Specifically, when the air treatment device 100 starts the first purification mode, the speed of the air flowing through the air treatment device 100 is increased by setting the rotating speed of the fan 22 which is higher than the rotating speed, so that the air treatment device 100 can filter particles in the air composition more quickly, and the content of the particles in the indoor air composition can be quickly reduced, and the purification efficiency of the air treatment device 100 to the indoor space is improved. When the second purification mode is started by the air treatment device 100, the speed of air flowing through the air treatment device 100 is slowed down by setting the rotating speed of the fan 22 with the slow rotating speed, so that harmful gaseous substances such as formaldehyde, TVOC and the like have more sufficient contact time with the air treatment device 100, the purification effect of the air treatment device 100 on the harmful gases is ensured, and the purification quality of the air treatment device 100 on indoor air can be improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, air treatment device 100 comprises:
starting timing after the air treatment device 100 enters the purification mode, and executing the following steps after determining that the air treatment device 100 works in the purification mode for a preset time (for example, the preset time can be 1h-3 h);
judging whether the content of the pollutants in the current air is greater than a first set value, if the content of the pollutants in the current air is not greater than the first set value, indicating that the air treatment device 100 has a good purification effect and relatively high purification efficiency on the indoor air in the purification mode, and continuing to enable the air treatment device 100 to be kept in the current purification mode, and certainly, after the indoor air quality reaches the standard, the purification mode can be quit;
when determining that the content of the pollutants in the current air component is greater than the first set content, it indicates that the air processing apparatus 100 has a poor purification effect and relatively low purification efficiency in the purification mode, and the content of the pollutants in the indoor air is high, and if the pollutants are removed only in the purification mode, the purification effect and the purification efficiency may be poor, and at this time, the following steps may be performed;
the air treatment device 100 is controlled to be switched to the air exhaust mode, the air treatment device 100 exhausts the indoor air to the outside in the air exhaust mode, and the air with high indoor pollutant content is directly exhausted to the outside, so that the indoor pollutant content can be rapidly reduced.
Wherein, the "pollutant" includes the above-mentioned particulate matter, harmful gas, harmful microorganism, etc.
Therefore, when the air treatment device 100 operates in the cleaning mode for a preset time period, but the current content of the pollutants in the air components is greater than the first set content, that is, the air treatment device 100 has poor cleaning effect on the indoor air within the preset time period. From this, through being in the air treatment device 100 of the mode of airing exhaust, discharge indoor air to outdoor for the pollutant in the indoor air composition is along with indoor air discharges to outdoor simultaneously, can reduce the pollutant content in the indoor air composition fast and effectively, thereby can improve indoor space's air quality fast, does benefit to the purification efficiency who promotes air treatment device 100 to indoor air.
It can be understood that when the air treatment device 100 operates in the purification mode for the preset time period, the current content of the pollutants in the air components is not greater than the first set content, that is, the air treatment device 100 operates in the purification mode for the preset time period with good purification effect, the air treatment device 100 can be kept operating in the purification mode.
Further, the control method of the air treatment device 100 includes:
continuously detecting indoor air components in real time in an air exhaust mode, and determining that the content of pollutants in the current air components is smaller than a second set content which is smaller than a first set content, which shows that the indoor air quality is obviously improved at the moment;
and closing the air exhaust mode, wherein after the air exhaust mode is closed, the air treatment device 100 can enter a fresh air mode, a purification mode, a humidification mode or stop working.
Specifically, as the operation time of the air processing device 100 in the air exhaust mode is prolonged, the indoor air is continuously exhausted to the outside, so that the pollutants in the indoor air component are continuously exhausted to the outside along with the indoor air, that is, the content of the pollutants in the indoor air component is continuously reduced, and therefore, when the content of the pollutants in the indoor air component is smaller than the second set content, the content of the pollutants in the indoor air at this time is not harmful to the health of the user. Therefore, the air treatment device 100 closes the air exhaust mode, so that the energy consumption of the air treatment device 100 can be well reduced while the user is in a healthy breathing environment, and the air treatment device is environment-friendly.
It can be understood that, when the air treatment device 100 operates in the air exhaust mode and the pollutant content in the air composition is not less than the second predetermined content, the air treatment device 100 is kept in the air exhaust mode until the pollutant content in the indoor air composition is less than the second predetermined content, and then the air exhaust mode of the air treatment device 100 is turned off.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, when the air treatment device 100 is in the air exhaust mode, the indoor air can be directly exhausted into the outdoor space through the airflow path, so that the flow path of the indoor air exhausted to the outdoor can be shortened, the speed of the indoor air exhausted to the outdoor can be increased, the resistance to the air flow is small, and the purification efficiency of the indoor space by the air treatment device 100 can be increased. As shown in fig. 17 and 18, when the air treatment device 100 is in the exhaust mode, the indoor air is cleaned by the cleaning member 321 and then discharged to the outside through the air flow path. From this, can filter, purify the pollutant in the gas composition of flowing through better through purifying part 321, can promote the cleanliness factor of discharging into outdoor air better to satisfy the emission standard of environmental protection to exhaust gas, thereby can reduce the harm of pollutant in the exhaust air to the environment, safety ring protects.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the air treatment device 100 further has a fresh air mode, and the air treatment device 100 in the fresh air mode can introduce outdoor air into the air treatment device 100, and discharge the outdoor air into the indoor space after being purified by the air treatment device 100. From this, when the oxygen content in the room air is lower, through opening the new trend mode for the user can inhale fresh air, does benefit to and builds healthy respiratory environment for the user.
A control method of the air treatment device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.
The control method of the air treatment device 100 according to the embodiment of the invention includes:
detecting the air composition in the room;
analyzing the air composition;
if the content of the particulate matter in the air component exceeds a first set value, starting a first purification mode, and adjusting the rotating speed of the fan 22 to a first rotating speed; if the content of the harmful gas in the air component exceeds a second set value, a second purification mode is started, and the rotating speed of the fan 22 is adjusted to a second rotating speed; if the content of the microorganisms in the air components exceeds a third set value, starting a third purification mode;
the purge member 321 having the corresponding function is controlled to switch to the working position;
after the air treatment device 100 works in the purification mode for a preset time, judging whether the content of pollutants in the current air components is greater than a first set content; if the current pollutant content is larger than the first set content, controlling the air treatment device 100 to open an air exhaust mode; and if the current pollutant content is not greater than the first set content, controlling the air treatment device 100 to be in the current purification mode.
In the air exhaust mode, judging whether the content of pollutants in the current air components is less than a second set content; if the content of pollutants in the current air components is less than a second set content, closing the air exhaust mode and opening the fresh air mode; if the content of the pollutants in the current air component is not less than the second set content, the air treatment device 100 is kept to continue to operate in the air exhaust mode.
An air treatment device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
The air treatment device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has a plurality of purification modes having different functions. For example, the air treatment device 100 may have: a purification mode for filtering particles such as dust, a purification mode for adsorbing and purifying harmful gaseous substances such as formaldehyde and TVOC, and a purification mode for purifying bacteria carrying viruses.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the air treatment device 100 includes: a housing 1, a fan 22, a purification module 32, a detection unit, an analysis unit and a control unit. Wherein, fan 22 and purification module 32 locate in casing 1, and the detecting element is used for detecting indoor air composition, and the analytical element is used for according to the testing result of detecting element, analysis air composition, and the control unit is used for according to air composition, the purification mode that the control corresponds is opened. Wherein, the inside fan 22 and the purification module 32 of acceping that can be better of casing 1 to reduce external environment and to fan 22 and the interference of purification module 32, in order to promote fan 22 and the operating stability and the reliability of purifying the module 32. In addition, the fan 22 can drive the air to flow well, so that the speed of the indoor air entering the air treatment device 100 to contact with the purification module 32 can be increased, and the indoor air purification efficiency of the air treatment device 100 can be improved.
Specifically, can accurately acquire the air condition of indoor space through the detecting element, and through analysis unit analysis air composition, can obtain the content of the pollutant of the different grade type in the room air better, and can reachd the type and the content of the pollutant that exceeds standard in the room air, the control unit carries out purification treatment through opening the pollutant that the corresponding purification mode exceeds standard in to the room air, thereby guarantee the accuracy that air treatment device 100 purified the pollutant, and then can guarantee the cleanness of room air, it is sanitary, do benefit to and build healthy respiratory environment for the user.
For example, when the analysis unit analyzes that the content of particulate matters such as dust in the indoor air exceeds the standard according to the detection result of the detection unit, the control unit controls the air processing device 100 to start the purification mode capable of filtering the particulate matters, and after the indoor air enters the air processing device 100 under the driving of the fan 22, the air processing device 100 can better filter the particulate matters in the air, so that the content of the particulate matters in the air purified by the air processing device 100 and discharged into the indoor space can be reduced.
When the analysis unit is according to the testing result of detecting element, the content of harmful gaseous state material such as formaldehyde and TVOC in the analysis room air exceeds standard, the control unit control air treatment device 100 opens the purification mode that can adsorb harmful gaseous state material such as purification formaldehyde and TVOC, after room air gets into air treatment device 100 under the drive of fan 22, air treatment device 100 can purify the harmful gaseous state material in the air composition betterly, thereby can reduce the particulate matter content in the air of discharging into the indoor space after purifying through air treatment device 100.
When the analysis unit analyzes that the bacteria carrying viruses in the indoor air exceed the standard according to the detection result of the detection unit, the control unit controls the air treatment device 100 to start the purification mode capable of sterilizing, and after the indoor air enters the air treatment device 100 under the driving of the fan 22, the air treatment device 100 can better eliminate the germs in the air, so that the number of the germs in the air which is purified by the air treatment device 100 and then discharged into the indoor space can be reduced.
According to the air treatment device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the air treatment device 100 has a plurality of purification modes with different purification functions, the detection unit is used for detecting indoor air components, the analysis unit is used for analyzing the air components according to the detection result of the detection unit, and the control unit is used for starting the corresponding purification modes according to the air components, so that the accuracy of purifying pollutants by the air treatment device 100 can be better ensured, the treatment efficiency of the air treatment device 100 is improved, the cleanness and sanitation of indoor air can be ensured, and the healthy breathing environment can be favorably created for users.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the purification module 32 comprises a plurality of purification members 321 with different functions, each purification member 321 being switchable between an operating position and a non-operating position, the purification members 321 being positioned within the air channel when the purification members 321 are in the operating position, and the purification members 321 being positioned outside the air channel when the purification members 321 are in the non-operating position.
Specifically, when the purifying member 321 is in the working position, the indoor air enters the air treatment device 100 and flows through the air duct, and the purifying treatment of the air is completed by contacting with the purifying member 321 in the air duct. When the purifying member 321 is in the non-operating position, and the indoor air enters the air treatment device 100 and flows through the air duct, the indoor air is not in contact with the purifying member 321 in the non-operating position because the purifying member 321 is located outside the air duct. Therefore, the flow resistance of the purifying member 321 in the non-working position to the air can be avoided, so that the loss of the air flowing in the air treatment device 100 can be reduced, and the purification efficiency of the air treatment device 100 can be improved.
Further, when the plurality of purge members 321 are all located at the operation position, the plurality of purge members 321 are arranged in the flow direction of the air current. Specifically, the indoor air may sequentially pass through the plurality of purifying members 321 as it flows along the wind path under the driving of the fan 22. From this, through a plurality of purification pieces 321, can flow through the purification of pollutants such as particulate matter, harmful gas and microorganism in the air in proper order for the in-process of the once-through circulation of indoor air in air treatment device 100, alright in order to accomplish the purification of multiple pollutant, do benefit to the purification efficiency who promotes air treatment device 100 to the indoor air.
Further, a containing cavity separated from the air duct is defined in the housing 1, the air duct includes a purifying cavity 311, the purifying member 321 is located in the purifying cavity 311 when the purifying member 321 is in the working position, and the purifying member 321 is located in the containing cavity when the purifying member 321 is in the non-working position. That is to say, the purifying member 321 is telescopically disposed in the accommodating cavity, and when the purifying member 321 is switched from the non-operating position to the operating position, the purifying member 321 extends out of the accommodating cavity, and the purifying member 321 is located in the purifying cavity 311, so that the air flowing through can be purified better, and the content of the pollutants in the air component can be reduced. When the purifying gold is switched from the working position to the non-working position, the part of the purifying member 321 in the purifying cavity 311 retracts into the containing cavity, that is, the purifying room in the non-working position is completely positioned in the containing cavity, so that the influence of the purifying member 321 on the air flow rate in the purifying cavity 311 is avoided, the loss of air flowing in the air treatment device 100 can be reduced, and the improvement of the treatment efficiency of the air treatment device 100 is facilitated.
Furthermore, the storage cavity and the purification cavity 311 are separated by a partition plate, an avoiding opening for avoiding the purification member 321 is formed on the partition plate, and the purification member 321 movably penetrates through the avoiding opening between the working position and the non-working position. Therefore, the avoiding port can be well communicated with the accommodating cavity 311 and the purifying cavity 311, the moving path of the purifying piece 321 can be well limited through the avoiding port, the difficulty of the purifying piece 321 moving between the accommodating cavity and the purifying cavity 311 is reduced, and particularly, when the purifying piece 321 is switched to the working position from the non-working position, the purifying piece 321 extends out of the accommodating cavity through the avoiding port and moves towards the purifying cavity 311 until the purifying piece is moved in place. When the purifying member 321 is switched from the working position to the non-working position, the part of the purifying member 321 in the purifying cavity 311 retracts into the containing cavity along the avoiding opening, so that the influence on the gas flowing speed in the purifying cavity 311 can be well reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the air processing apparatus 100 has an exhaust mode for exhausting indoor air to the outside, and after the air processing apparatus 100 operates in the cleaning mode for a preset time period, if the analyzing unit determines that the content of the pollutants in the current air component is greater than the first set content, the control unit is configured to control the air processing apparatus 100 to switch to the exhaust mode.
The first set content refers to a preset content of a preset time period for which the air treatment device 100 operates in the purification mode, that is, the content of the pollutants in the indoor air is not higher than the first set content after the air treatment device 100 operates in the purification mode for the preset time period.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, when the air treatment device 100 is in the exhaust mode, the indoor air can be directly exhausted into the outdoor space through the airflow path, so that the flow path of the indoor air exhausted to the outdoor can be shortened, the speed of the indoor air exhausted to the outdoor can be improved, the resistance to the air flow is small, and the purification efficiency of the indoor space by the air treatment device 100 can be improved.
In one specific example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a fresh air inlet 43 communicating with the outside is formed on the housing 1, and when the blower 22 is driven, indoor air enters the inside of the air processing device 100 through air inlets opened at both sides of the blower 22 and is discharged to the outside through the air inlets. In addition, along with the extension of the working time of the air treatment device 100 in the air exhaust mode, the indoor air is continuously exhausted to the outside, so that the pollutants in the indoor air components are continuously exhausted to the outside along with the indoor air, that is, the pollutant content in the indoor air components is continuously reduced, and therefore, when the pollutant content in the indoor air components is smaller than the second set content, the pollutant content of the indoor air at the moment is not harmful to the health of the user.
At this moment, the exhaust mode is closed, the indoor air is stopped being discharged to the outdoor, the outdoor fresh air can be introduced into the air treatment device 100 through the fresh air outlet, and the fresh air is purified and then discharged into the indoor space through the air treatment device 100, so that the freshness and cleanness of the indoor air can be better ensured, and the healthy breathing environment can be favorably created for users.
