Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Specific structural and functional details disclosed herein are merely illustrative of example embodiments of the invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many alternate forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a hidden external-open handle, it includes handle main part 1, light guide part 2 and casing 3, handle main part 1 is installed on the door panel beating, and can be according to the needs that the user opened the door, under electrical system's drive, the auto-eject door panel beating outside, is held and is pulled open the door by the operator to after the door is closed, handle main part 1 can retrieve the door panel beating inside under electrical system's drive, so that reduce the windage coefficient of automobile body in the in-process of traveling, also avoid handle main part 1 to leak when the panel beating outside, form the air turbulence around handle main part 1 and cause great noise influence.
The handle comprises a handle body 1, the handle body 1 is used for being installed on a vehicle door and pulling the vehicle door after being popped up, a mounting surface 11 is arranged on the handle body 1, and a light emitting part 4 is arranged on the mounting surface 11.
Handle main part 1 is kept away from establish to installation face 11 one side of door panel beating, and on the installation face 11, install on the installation face 11 and establish illuminating part 4, through the arrangement of door panel beating is kept away from to installation face 11, so that the light that illuminating part 4 on the installation face 11 sent does not enter into the opposite side of installation face 11 to and, this light is more convenient for be observed by the personnel that open the door, when the vehicle of being convenient for opens the door and locates the ambient light condition very poor, opens the door for the personnel that open the door and plays the convenience effect.
The light guide part 2 is mounted on the mounting surface 11 and is in contact with the light emitting part 4, the light guide part 2 is used for converting a linear light source emitted by the light emitting part 4 into a surface light source, so that the light emitted by the light emitting part 4 can be guided by the light guide part 2 to change the path, namely, the light emitting part 4 can be only a small light source, and at the moment, in order to improve the poor light condition of the handle body 1, the handle body can have good lighting effect and atmosphere backing feeling.
It should be noted that the light guide plate (light guide plate) is made of optical acrylic/PC board, and then high-tech material with very high refractive index and no light absorption is used to print light guide points on the bottom surface of the optical acrylic board by laser engraving, V-shaped cross grid engraving, and UV screen printing techniques. The optical-grade acrylic sheet is used for absorbing the light emitted from the lamp to stay on the surface of the optical-grade acrylic sheet, when the light irradiates each light guide point, the reflected light can be diffused towards each angle, and then the reflected light is damaged and is emitted from the front surface of the light guide plate. The light guide plate can uniformly emit light through various light guide points with different densities and sizes. The reflecting sheet is used for reflecting the light exposed from the bottom surface back to the light guide plate so as to improve the use efficiency of the light; under the condition of equal area brightness, the luminous efficiency is high and the power consumption is low. The single-sided microstructure array light guide plate is generally manufactured by an extrusion molding process.
The light guide part 2 may be configured at the edge of the handle body 1, and at least extend to two adjacent sidewalls of the handle body 1, and the light guide part 2 extends in the length direction thereof, so that the light guide part 2 can reflect the approximate outline of the handle body 1 by the emitted light to a certain extent, thereby improving the sensory comfort during operation, and on one hand, avoiding the defect that the requirements for the shape of the light emitting part 4 are too high, which leads to the gradual increase of the requirements for cost, process, installation process, and the like, and on the other hand, avoiding the defect that the lighting direction of the common light emitting part 4 is limited and is easily blocked.
The shell 3 is arranged on the mounting surface 11 and covers the light guide part 2, a first opening 31 used for light transmission is formed in the side wall of the shell 3, the light guide part 2 is arranged between the shell 3 and the mounting surface 11, and after the light emitting part 4 works, light emitted by the light emitting part 4 penetrates through the first opening 31 under the action of the light guide part 2 and is seen by a door opening person, so that the handle body can be found quickly and the door opening operation can be performed.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: the light-emitting part 4 capable of emitting a linear light source is arranged in the handle main body 1, the light guide part 2 capable of converting the linear light source into the surface light source is arranged in the handle main body 1, the light guide part 2 is arranged between the handle main body 1 and the shell 3, the light guide part 2 moves synchronously along with the handle main body 1, a user can accurately find the holding position of the popping handle through the light emitted from the first opening 31 on the shell 3, the vehicle door can be quickly opened, and the light guide part 2 moves synchronously along with the handle main body 1, so that a door opener can observe the light emitted by the light guide part 2 at a plurality of angles, the use convenience is improved, the texture of the light guide part 2 with higher uniform light guide effect is improved, the vehicle product is improved, the problem of poor lighting effect caused by the light source arranged in the handle base is avoided, and the light source can be seen only from the popping handle gap at a certain angle, thereby causing a problem of severe use conditions.
