Abstract
The invention discloses an active protection device for the stability of a cross-country forklift, which comprises an angle sensor, a position sensor, a multi-way valve and a control system, wherein the angle sensor is arranged on a forklift body and used for acquiring angle data of the forklift body, the position sensor is arranged on a portal and used for detecting the state of the portal, the control system is used for receiving signals sent by the angle sensor and the position sensor, processing the signals and judging whether the processing result meets the instability condition; and when the processing result meets the instability condition, the control system gives an alarm and limits the operation of the multi-way valve. The active protection device for the stability of the cross-country forklift can effectively monitor the transverse and longitudinal stability of the cross-country forklift in real time, can feed back information to be output to the cross-country forklift, sends corresponding warning and takes protection measures to prevent the cross-country forklift from continuing to work in the whole forklift in a destabilization state, and plays a role in active safety protection of the stability. Disclosure of Invention

When the pressure sensor of the lifting oil cylinder detects that the portal frame is lifted, and the position sensor detects that the portal frame is in a horizontal state, if the angle sensor reaches a first set angle, the angle sensor sends a signal to the control system, the control system judges that the forklift meets the instability condition, and the control system gives an alarm and limits the operation of the multi-way valve.
The pressure sensor of the lifting oil cylinder detects that the portal is in a contraction state, and when the position sensor detects that the portal is in a retroversion state, if the angle sensor reaches a second set angle, the angle sensor sends a signal to the control system, the control system judges that the forklift meets the instability condition, and the control system gives an alarm and limits the operation of the multi-way valve.
When the pressure sensor of the lifting oil cylinder detects that the portal frame is lifted, and the position sensor detects that the portal frame is in a backward tilting state, if the angle sensor reaches a third set angle, the angle sensor sends a signal to the control system, the control system judges that the forklift meets the instability condition, and the control system gives an alarm and limits the operation of the multi-way valve.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings for a purpose of helping those skilled in the art to more fully, accurately and deeply understand the concept and technical solution of the present invention and to facilitate its implementation.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides an active protection device for the stability of a cross-country forklift, which comprises an angle sensor, a position sensor, a multi-way valve and a control system. The angle sensor is arranged on the forklift body and used for collecting angle data of the forklift body. The position sensor is arranged on the door frame and used for detecting the state of the door frame. The control system is used for receiving signals sent by the angle sensor and the position sensor, processing the signals and judging whether a processing result meets an instability condition; and when the processing result meets the instability condition, the control system gives an alarm and limits the operation of the multi-way valve.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the angle sensor is installed on the forklift body through bolts, and the angle sensor is fixed inside the forklift body through 4 bolts, so that the installation and the disassembly are convenient, the occupied space is small, the operation is simple, and the safety is high. The angle sensor is a double-shaft inclination sensor, and the specific working principle of capturing angle data by adopting the double-shaft inclination sensor is as follows:
1) when the inclination angle of the angle sensor is smaller than the set alarm angle, the green light is on, the red light is off, and the signal line output is in a high-resistance state;
2) when the inclination angle of the angle sensor is larger than or equal to the alarm angle, the red light is turned on, the green light is turned off after two seconds of delay, the corresponding switch is turned on, when the device returns from the alarm angle, the red light is turned off, the green light is turned on after two seconds of delay, the corresponding switch is turned off, and the signal line output is in a high-resistance state. If the tilt state changes during the delay, the corresponding output signal does not change;
3) the resistance value of the angle sensor can be changed along with the angle to set the gear, so that the signal output of the gear with different resistance values at different angles is realized.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the multiway valve mainly comprises an oil inlet valve plate, an oil return valve plate and three working valve plates 5, 6 and 7, wherein the working valve plates comprise a lifting valve plate, an inclined valve plate and an accessory valve plate. The multiple unit valve is provided with 2 solenoid valves. As shown in fig. 5, when the lift valve rod of the multi-way valve is at the descending position of the lift cylinder, the electromagnet is energized, the pilot oil flows from the a2 oil passage to the oil return passage, the check valve controlled by the electromagnetic valve is opened, and the oil of the lift cylinder flows to the oil return passage through the a1 oil passage, so that the control of the lift cylinder is realized, and the descending of the mast of the forklift can be controlled. Therefore, when the electromagnetic valve is not electrified, the gantry of the forklift is in a locked state and cannot descend, and the linkage of the electric signal and the multi-way valve is realized.
The active protection device for the stability of the cross-country forklift further comprises a lifting oil cylinder pressure sensor for detecting the pressure of a lifting oil cylinder, wherein an angle sensor, a position sensor, a multi-way valve and the lifting oil cylinder pressure sensor are electrically connected with a control system, and the multi-way valve is controlled by the control system. The control system is electrically connected with an alarm device, the alarm device is used for giving out voice alarm, and the alarm device is controlled by the control system.
In the operation process of the forklift, angle data of a forklift body are collected in real time through an angle sensor, the angle of the forklift body refers to the included angle between the forklift body and the horizontal ground, pressure data of a lifting oil cylinder are collected in real time through a pressure sensor of the lifting oil cylinder, state data of the gantry are collected through a position sensor, and the collected data are transmitted to a control system through the angle sensor, the position sensor and the pressure sensor of the lifting oil cylinder. The control system processes the received data so as to judge the stability of the forklift in real time, and when the real-time monitoring data of the forklift meet at least one of the following instability conditions, an alarm is given and the multi-way valve is limited to work:
1. as shown in fig. 6, when the pressure sensor of the lifting cylinder detects that the gantry is lifted and the position sensor detects that the gantry is in a horizontal state, if the angle sensor (when the output resistance value reaches the set X-axis value) reaches a first set angle, the angle sensor sends a signal to the control system, the control system judges that the forklift meets the instability condition, and the control system gives an alarm and limits the multi-way valve to work. The first set angle is the maximum value of the longitudinal stacking angle of the forklift.
2. As shown in fig. 7, when the pressure sensor of the lifting cylinder detects that the gantry is in a contracted state, and the position sensor detects that the gantry is in a backward inclined state, if the angle sensor (when the output resistance value reaches the maximum X-axis value) reaches a second set angle, the angle sensor sends a signal to the control system, the control system judges that the forklift meets the instability condition, and the control system gives an alarm and limits the operation of the multi-way valve. The second set angle is the maximum value of the longitudinal stacking angle of the forklift. The second set angle is the maximum longitudinal operation angle of the forklift.
3. As shown in fig. 8, when the pressure sensor of the lifting cylinder detects that the gantry is lifted and the position sensor detects that the gantry is in a backward tilting state, if the angle sensor (when the output resistance value reaches the set Y-axis value) reaches a third set angle, the angle sensor sends a signal to the control system, the control system judges that the forklift meets the instability condition, and the control system gives an alarm and limits the operation of the multi-way valve. The third set angle is the maximum value of the transverse stacking angle of the forklift.
4. As shown in fig. 9, when the pressure sensor of the lift cylinder detects that the mast is in the retracted state and the position sensor detects that the mast is in the backward tilting state, if the angle sensor (when the output resistance value reaches the maximum Y-axis value) reaches the fourth set angle, the angle sensor sends a signal to the control system, the control system determines that the forklift meets the instability condition, and the control system sends an alarm and limits the operation of the multi-way valve. The fourth set angle is the maximum transverse operation angle of the forklift.
The active protection device for the stability of the cross-country forklift starts with the condition triggered by the instability state (transverse longitudinal tipping and transverse tipping) of the forklift, namely the angle data of a forklift body and the horizontal ground, judges the stability state by capturing angle information, a pressure sensor on a lifting oil cylinder, a position sensor on an outer gantry and the like, and transmits angle signals to an execution module of the cross-country forklift in the aspect of safety protection, so that voice alarm is triggered and the operation of a multi-way reversing valve of the forklift is controlled under the instability approaching condition, the continuous operation of the forklift is limited, and the aim of actively protecting a vehicle is further fulfilled.
The invention also provides a cross-country forklift comprising the active protection device for the stability of the cross-country forklift. The detailed structure of the active protection device for the stability of the forklift can be referred to fig. 1 to 9, and will not be described herein. Since the cross-country truck of the present invention includes the active cross-country truck stability protection device in the above-described embodiments, it has all the advantages of the above-described active cross-country truck stability protection device.
