The number of the first hooks 25 and the second hooks 34 in the present invention can be specifically set according to the type of the tire to be gripped, and in order to ensure that the tire can be gripped more stably, the number of the first hooks 25 and the second hooks 34 is set to be more than 2.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a tire hoisting device, a structural schematic diagram of which is shown in fig. 20, and which comprises the tire hoisting clamp 10, a hoisting structural beam 5, a pulley track 6, a sliding vehicle 7 and a lifting device 8; wherein, hoisting structure roof beam 5 below sets up coaster track 6, and the movably setting of slide car 7 is on coaster track 6, and elevating gear 8 is connected to the below of slide car 7, and tire stone tongs 10 is connected with lift tire stone tongs 10 in the below of elevating gear 8.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 21, the tire lifting apparatus further comprises: and the control device 9 can be used for controlling the guide rod of the air cylinder 1 to move so as to drive the connecting column 4 to move up and down, the control device can be used for controlling the sliding vehicle to move, and the control device can be used for controlling the lifting device to lift and lower the tire hoisting clamp 10.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 22, the control means 9 comprise a release button 91, an up and down button 92, a clamping button 93.
The invention provides a tire hoisting device which comprises a hoisting structure beam 5, a pulley track 6, a sliding vehicle 7, a lifting device 8, a control device 9 and a tire hoisting clamp 10. The method for hoisting the tire by using the tire hoisting device provided by the invention specifically comprises the following steps: (1) a worker for hoisting the tire pulls the tire hoisting clamp 10 to a tire storage basket by hand, and the tire hoisting clamp is aligned with a central hole of a tire hub to be hoisted; (2) after the positioning is accurate, pressing a lifting and descending button 92 on the control device 9 to enable the tire hoisting clamp 10 to descend to a height suitable for hoisting a tire, pressing a clamping button 93, starting the air cylinder 1, and enabling the first lifting hook 25 and the second lifting hook 34 to extend out of the clamping tire; pressing the up and down button 92 again causes the tire to rise to the proper height position; (3) the worker for lifting the tire pulls the tire lifting jig 10 to the lower side of the tire conveying line, presses the ascending and descending button 92 to lower the tire until the tire is stably placed on the conveying line, and presses the loosening button 91 to release the tire from the tire lifting jig 10. wherein the first mounting portion includes: the device comprises a first mounting seat, a first pin column, an adapter, a first connecting rod and a first lifting hook; the cylinder is arranged on the upper side of the first mounting seat, and the upper end of the first pin is arranged on the lower side of the first mounting seat; the upper end of the adapter is connected with the lower end of a guide rod of the cylinder, the lower end of the adapter is connected with the upper end of the connecting column, and the cylinder can drive the adapter to move so as to drive the connecting column to move up and down; the first connecting rod and the first lifting hook are multiple, the end part of the upper end of the first lifting hook is rotatably connected with the first mounting seat, one end of the first connecting rod is movably connected to the connecting column, and the other end of the first connecting rod is rotatably connected to the upper end of the first lifting hook;
the second mounting portion includes: the second mounting seat, the second pin column, the second connecting rod and the second lifting hook; the upper side of the second mounting seat is connected with the lower end of the first pin column, the lower side of the second mounting seat is connected with the upper end of the second pin column, a first through hole penetrating in the vertical direction is formed in the first pin column, a second through hole penetrating in the vertical direction is formed in the second pin column, the upper end of the connecting column is arranged in the first through hole in a penetrating mode, and the lower end of the connecting column is arranged in the second through hole in a penetrating mode; the number of the second connecting rods and the number of the second lifting hooks are multiple, the end part of the upper end of each second lifting hook is rotatably connected with the second mounting seat, one end of each second connecting rod is movably connected to the connecting column, and the other end of each second connecting rod is rotatably connected to the upper end of each second lifting hook;
the first lifting hooks are arranged along the periphery of the connecting column at intervals, and the second lifting hooks are arranged along the periphery of the connecting column at intervals;
the connecting column can drive the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod to move when moving up and down, the first connecting rod can drive the first lifting hook to rotate so that the lower end of the first lifting hook moves towards the direction close to or far away from the connecting column, and the second connecting rod can drive the second lifting hook to rotate so that the lower end of the second lifting hook moves towards the direction close to or far away from the connecting column.

The tire lifting clamp according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the first pin is larger than that of the second pin, the first pin is provided with a plurality of first receiving grooves spaced along the circumferential direction of the first pin, each first hook is provided in a corresponding one of the first receiving grooves, and the lower end of the first hook can extend out of the first receiving groove;

5. The tire lifting fixture of claim 1, further comprising:
the first pin shaft is arranged on the first mounting seat, and the second pin shaft is arranged on the second mounting seat;
the end part of the upper end of the first lifting hook is pivotally connected with the first pin shaft, and the first lifting hook can rotate around the first pin shaft; the end part of the upper end of the second lifting hook is pivotally connected with the second pin shaft, and the second lifting hook can rotate around the second pin shaft.
6. The tire lifting fixture of claim 1, further comprising:
the first supporting plate is arranged on the upper surface of the lower end of the first lifting hook; the second support plate is disposed on an upper surface of a lower end of the second hook.
7. The tire lifting clamp of claim 6, wherein the first and second support plates are elastomeric.

The tire lifting jig of claim 1, wherein the number of the first connecting rods and the first hooks is the same, the number of the second connecting rods and the second hooks is the same, each of the first hooks is connected to a corresponding one of the first connecting rods, each of the second hooks is connected to a corresponding one of the second connecting rods, and the number of the first hooks and the second hooks is greater than 2.
9. A tire hoisting device, which is characterized by comprising the tire hoisting clamp as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, and further comprising a hoisting structure beam, a pulley track, a sliding vehicle and a lifting device;
the lifting structure comprises a lifting structure beam, a pulley rail, a sliding vehicle, a lifting device and a tire hoisting clamp, wherein the pulley rail is arranged below the lifting structure beam, the sliding vehicle is movably arranged on the pulley rail, the lifting device is connected below the sliding vehicle, and the tire hoisting clamp is connected below the lifting device to lift the tire hoisting clamp.
10. The tire lifting apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
