The present invention has been made in view of the above and/or other problems occurring in the conventional circuit board storage device.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the invention is how to solve the problem of easy damage in the circuit board transferring process.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the intelligent storage device for the circuit board convenient to access comprises a frame unit, a storage unit and a control unit, wherein the frame unit comprises a bottom frame and a moving piece, and the moving piece is fixed on the bottom frame; the storage unit is connected with the bottom frame and comprises a placing piece, a protection piece, a connecting piece and a clamping piece, wherein the protection piece is connected with the placing piece through the connecting piece, and the clamping piece is respectively connected with the placing piece and the bottom frame; the connecting piece include with bottom frame sliding fit's articulated seat, with articulated seat articulated first articulated rod, longitudinal fixation are in first dead lever in the bottom frame, and connect the joint spare with spring on the articulated seat, first articulated rod includes first section and second section, first section one end with articulated seat is articulated, second section one end with protection piece fixed connection, first section and second section acutangulate, the junction of first section and second section with first dead lever normal running fit.

The circuit board placing device has the advantages that the circuit board is placed on the placing piece, the protection piece is clamped on the side edge of the circuit board through the self weight of the circuit board, so that the circuit board is protected, the whole device cannot touch electronic components on the front side and the back side of the circuit board, the circuit board cannot be prevented from toppling forwards and backwards, and the shock absorption and shock absorption functions can be achieved.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a first embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent storage device for circuit boards, which is convenient for access, and includes a frame unit 100 and a storage unit 200, where the storage unit 200 is disposed in a carrying chassis 100 and used for placing and protecting circuit boards.
Specifically, the frame unit 100 includes a bottom frame 101 and a moving member 102, and the moving member 102 is fixed to the bottom frame 101. The moving member 102 includes a roller 102a and a driving motor 102b, and the driving motor 102b drives the roller 102a to rotate.
The storage unit 200 is connected with the bottom frame 101 and comprises a placing part 201, a protecting part 202, a connecting part 203 and a clamping part 204, wherein the protecting part 202 is connected with the placing part 201 through the connecting part 203, and the clamping part 204 is respectively connected with the placing part 201 and the bottom frame 101. The connecting member 203 comprises a hinge seat 203a slidably engaged with the base frame 101, a first hinge rod 203b hinged with the hinge seat 203a, a first fixing rod 203c longitudinally fixed in the base frame 101, and a spring 203d connected to the snap member 204 and the hinge seat 203a, wherein the first hinge rod 203b comprises a first segment 203b-1 and a second segment 203b-2, one end of the first segment 203b-1 is hinged with the hinge seat 203a, one end of the second segment 203b-2 is fixedly connected with the protection member 202, the first segment 203b-1 and the second segment 203b-2 form an acute angle, and the joint of the first segment 203b-1 and the second segment 203b-2 is rotatably engaged with the first fixing rod 203 c. The placing member 201 is in a high position when no circuit board is placed by the elastic force of the spring 203 d.
Further, the placing member 201 is transversely provided with a first T-shaped groove 201a, the hinge base 203a is provided with a first engaging portion 203a-1 engaged with the first T-shaped groove 201a, and the engaging member 204 includes an inserting portion 204a engaged with the first T-shaped groove 201 a.
Preferably, the clip member 204 further includes a second engaging portion 204b fixedly connected to the insertion portion 204a, the second engaging portion 204b is symmetrically fixed on the insertion portion 204a, and the second segment 203b-2 passes through the second engaging portion 204b, so that the second segment 203b-2 can be limited by the second engaging portion 204b, and cannot move back and forth.
Preferably, a second T-shaped groove 101a is formed in a side surface of the bottom frame 101, and the second engaging portion 204b is slidably engaged with the second T-shaped groove 101 a.
Furthermore, the springs 203d are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the insertion portion 204a, one end of each spring is connected to the hinge seat 203a, and the other end of each spring is connected to the second engaging portion 204 b.
Preferably, a plurality of the storage units 200 are equidistantly arranged in the same bottom frame 101 so as to place a plurality of circuit boards.
Preferably, the placing member 201 is provided with a placing groove 201b, and two side edges of the placing groove 201b are inclined outwards, so that the placing member has the advantages that the circuit board can be placed in the placing groove 201b conveniently on one hand, and the circuit board can be fixed conveniently on the other hand; the protection member 202 is vertically provided with a protection groove 202a, and two side edges of the protection groove 202a are inclined outwards, so that the protection groove 202a is beneficial to clamping the circuit board; the first fixing rod 203c is equidistantly provided with a plurality of ring grooves 203c-1 matched with the second sections 203b-2, and the first hinge rod 203b can be limited by the ring grooves.
Finally, the storage device of our invention has at least the following advantages:
the protection device can protect a circuit board from tilting forwards and backwards, the whole device cannot touch electronic components on the front and back surfaces of the circuit board, and the whole device only can touch the frame of the circuit board;
secondly, the shock absorption function can be achieved through the spring 203g and the sliding support 203b, so that the storage device can protect the circuit board when passing through a concave-convex road surface or an earthquake occurs;
thirdly, the circuit board can be centered, and the circuit board can be conveniently taken by a robot or a worker in the next process;
and fourthly, the device is suitable for circuit boards of various specifications, and the circuit boards with the length, the width and the height within a certain limit can be used, so that the practicability is high.
When using, place the circuit board in the standing groove 201b of placing 201, make the circuit board keep vertical, press down placing 201 through its self gravity, then make the protection piece 202 press from both sides tight circuit board side through first articulated pole 203b, it can to the circuit board formation is fixed.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a second embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the first embodiment, is: a jacking unit 300 is also included. The circuit board intelligent storage device convenient to store and take comprises a frame unit 100, a storage unit 200 and a jacking unit 300, wherein the storage unit 200 is arranged in the bearing underframe 100 and used for placing and protecting the circuit board, and the jacking unit 300 is arranged below the storage unit 200 and used for jacking the circuit board and facilitating taking of the circuit board.
The frame unit 100 includes a bottom frame 101 and a moving member 102, and the moving member 102 is fixed to the bottom frame 101. The moving member 102 includes a roller 102a and a driving motor 102b, and the driving motor 102b drives the roller 102a to rotate.
The storage unit 200 is connected with the bottom frame 101 and comprises a placing part 201, a protecting part 202, a connecting part 203 and a clamping part 204, wherein the protecting part 202 is connected with the placing part 201 through the connecting part 203, and the clamping part 204 is respectively connected with the placing part 201 and the bottom frame 101. The connecting member 203 comprises a hinge seat 203a slidably engaged with the base frame 101, a first hinge rod 203b hinged with the hinge seat 203a, a first fixing rod 203c longitudinally fixed in the base frame 101, and a spring 203d connected to the snap member 204 and the hinge seat 203a, wherein the first hinge rod 203b comprises a first segment 203b-1 and a second segment 203b-2, one end of the first segment 203b-1 is hinged with the hinge seat 203a, one end of the second segment 203b-2 is fixedly connected with the protection member 202, the first segment 203b-1 and the second segment 203b-2 form an acute angle, and the joint of the first segment 203b-1 and the second segment 203b-2 is rotatably engaged with the first fixing rod 203 c.
The placing piece 201 is transversely provided with a first T-shaped groove 201a, the hinge seat 203a is provided with a first clamping portion 203a-1 matched with the first T-shaped groove 201a, and the clamping piece 204 comprises an inserting portion 204a matched with the first T-shaped groove 201 a. The clip member 204 further includes a second engaging portion 204b fixedly connected to the inserting portion 204a, the second engaging portion 204b is symmetrically fixed to the inserting portion 204a, and the second segment 203b-2 penetrates through the second engaging portion 204 b. The bottom frame 101 is provided with a second T-shaped groove 101a on a side surface thereof, and the second engaging portion 204b is slidably engaged with the second T-shaped groove 101 a.
The springs 203d are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the insertion portion 204a, one end of each spring is connected to the hinge seat 203a, and the other end of each spring is connected to the second engaging portion 204 b. A plurality of the storage units 200 are equidistantly disposed in the same bottom frame 101. A placing groove 201b is formed in the placing piece 201, and two side edges of the placing groove 201b are inclined outwards; a protection groove 202a is vertically arranged on the protection member 202, and two side edges of the protection groove 202a are inclined outwards; a plurality of annular grooves 203c-1 matched with the second sections 203b-2 are equidistantly arranged on the first fixing rod 203 c.
Further, the jacking unit 300 is disposed below the storage unit 200, and includes a rail 301 fixed on the frame unit 100, a jacking member 302 engaged with the rail 301, and a telescopic rod 303 driving the jacking member 302 to move, a fixing member 201c is disposed at a middle position of the bottom of the placing member 201, and the jacking member 302 is engaged with the fixing member 201 c.
It should be explained that when the circuit board is placed on the storage device, the protection member 202 clamps the circuit board, and when the circuit board is taken out from the storage device, if the speed is too fast, the protection member 202 may not be separated from the circuit board to hinder the taking, and because the first hinge rod 203b and the protection member 202 are present, the circuit board is not easy to carry, and the placing member 201 is lifted by pushing the lifting member 302 through the telescopic rod 303 to separate the protection member 202 from the circuit board, so that the two problems can be perfectly avoided, which is very convenient.
Preferably, the fixing member 201c includes a fixing seat 201c-1 and a jacking cylinder 201c-2, the jacking cylinder 201c-2 is symmetrically disposed on both sides of the fixing seat 201c-1, the jacking member 302 includes a sliding block 302a engaged with the rail 301, and a jacking seat 302b fixedly connected with the sliding block 302a, a front and a rear surface of the jacking seat 302b are inclined surfaces, and an arc-shaped recess 302b-1 is disposed on a top surface of the jacking seat 302 b. When the telescopic rod 303 pushes the jacking piece 302 to move, the placing piece 201 can rise along with the inclined edge of the jacking piece 302, and after the jacking piece rises to the highest point, the jacking cylinder 201c-2 can fall into the arc-shaped recess 302b-1, so that firstly, the placing piece 201 is limited, and the placing piece 201 cannot be displaced too much when a circuit board is taken; secondly, the telescopic rod 303 is released to give a signal to tell that the telescopic rod should stop stretching at the moment. It should be noted that the release signal mentioned here refers to a process in which the pressure borne by the telescopic rod 303 is increased, decreased, and increased again, that is, the supporting cylinder 201c-2 firstly passes through the oblique edge of the jacking piece 302, at this time, the pressure borne by the telescopic rod 303 is increased, then the supporting cylinder 201c-2 reaches the vertex, the pressure borne by the telescopic rod 303 is decreased, when the supporting cylinder 201c-2 falls into the arc-shaped recess 302b-1, if the jacking piece 302 is pushed continuously, the pressure borne by the telescopic rod 303 is increased, and then the expansion and contraction of the telescopic rod 303 are stopped, which can be completely realized by adding a pressure sensor and a PLC single chip microcomputer on the telescopic rod 303.
When the circuit board placing device is used, a circuit board is placed in the placing groove 201b of the placing piece 201 to be kept vertical, the placing piece 201 is pressed downwards through the self gravity of the circuit board placing device, then the protecting piece 202 is enabled to clamp the side edge of the circuit board through the first hinge rod 203b to fix the circuit board, then the driving motor 102b drives the idler wheel 102a to rotate, the circuit board is conveyed to the next production line, the upper end face of the circuit board is grabbed through a machine or a person to enable the circuit board to be kept horizontal, the telescopic rod 303 pushes the jacking seat 302b to enable the placing piece 201 to be lifted, and after the jacking cylinder 201c-2 falls into the arc-shaped recess 302b-1, the circuit board is taken down and placed on the next production line.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, which should be covered by the claims of the present invention.
