Abstract
The invention discloses a passive signal transmitter steering instrument of a marine hydraulic steering engine, which relates to the technical field of ship accessory manufacturing and comprises a signal transmitter, wherein the signal transmitter is respectively connected with a left rudder contactor and a right rudder contactor through a decoding circuit board, and the left rudder contactor and the right rudder contactor are respectively connected with two poles of an electromagnetic reversing valve; the signal transmitter comprises a permanent magnet connected with a hand wheel, electromagnetic coils are arranged on the periphery of a rotating space of the permanent magnet, the hand wheel generates electromotive force by controlling the permanent magnet to rotate forwards or backwards in the coils, corresponding positive and negative voltage signals are generated, and the signals are converted into steering signals through a decoding circuit board. Compared with the prior art, the invention can solve the problems that the existing signal transmitter steering instrument needs an external power supply and an electronic circuit, the parts are complex and the failure rate is high.

Technical Field

Background
When the ship is in navigation, the navigation direction of the ship in water is kept or changed by operating the ship rudder according to the intention of a driver, the ship hydraulic steering engine is an execution control part of a steering device, and when electric steering is used, a steering signal is sent to an electromagnetic valve through a steering wheel or a simple electric steering switch, and the electromagnetic valve changes an oil way to control the steering direction.
The existing electric steering technology mainly uses three modes of an electric contact switch, a self-leveling angle transmitter and a rotary encoder (including a photoelectric type or a magnetic induction type).
No matter the electric contact switch, the self-angle-adjusting transmitter or the rotary encoder needs an external power supply and a corresponding electronic circuit; and the sensitivity is unstable, the steering effect is influenced, the reliability is low, and the failure rate is high. At least 4 signal transmitters are connected with a receiver and then connected with an electromagnetic directional valve to switch the steering of the left rudder and the right rudder, and complicated electronic circuits are complex to install and debug and are not easy to check and maintain. If a rotary encoder is adopted, a PLC circuit board is needed, functions are excessive, the rotary encoder works by depending on a large number of electronic elements, and the failure rate is high.

The invention aims to solve the problems that a passive signal transmitter steering instrument of a marine hydraulic steering engine needs an external power supply and an electronic circuit, parts are complex and the failure rate is high.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the passive signal transmitter steering instrument of the marine hydraulic steering engine comprises a signal transmitter, wherein the signal transmitter is respectively connected with a left rudder contactor and a right rudder contactor through a decoding circuit board, and the left rudder contactor and the right rudder contactor are respectively connected with two poles of an electromagnetic directional valve; the transmitter comprises a permanent magnet connected with a hand wheel, and electromagnetic coils are arranged around the permanent magnet; the hand wheel generates electromotive force by controlling the permanent magnet to rotate forwards or backwards in the coil, generates corresponding positive and negative voltage signals, and converts the positive and negative voltage signals into steering signals through the decoding circuit board.
In the above technical solution, a more specific solution may be: the bottom of hand wheel is equipped with the center of rotation with the pivot of hand wheel coincidence, the pivot is connected the permanent magnet.
Further: the permanent magnet and the electromagnetic coil are arranged in the shell, and the lower part of the rotating shaft penetrates into the shell and is connected with the wall of the shell through a bearing.

The passive signal transmitter steering instrument of the marine hydraulic steering engine can work without any external power supply, has the advantages of simple structure, few elements, convenient installation and debugging, high working stability, low failure rate and high steering sensitivity, can be independently adjusted to steer left and right, and is suitable for wide popularization.
