As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the printer 10 is used to print the results of the electronic device processing on the relevant media. The electronic equipment is a mobile terminal or a computer. The printer 10 includes a printer main body 11 (shown in fig. 4), an ink cartridge 12, an ink bag 13, an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag 14, and a reader/writer 21. The printer body 11 may refer to a body of the printer 10 carrying a printing component (not shown) to effect printing. The printer main body 11 includes a printer housing 22 and a printing component provided in the printer housing 22, and the printer housing 22 can accommodate the printing component. In some embodiments, printing components including ink cartridge 12 and/or printhead 15 may perform the function of printing data. In which an ink cartridge 12 is attached to a printer main body 11, the ink cartridge 12 may be fixed to the printer main body 11 to accommodate an ink bag 13. The ink bag 13 can contain ink, the print head 15 is connected to the ink cartridge 12, and the print head 15 discharges the ink to print data. The ink bag 13 is detachably assembled in the ink cartridge 12, so that it is convenient to replace the ink bag 13, such as replacing the ink bag 13 with ink or replacing the ink bag 13 with less or no ink. In some embodiments, the ink may include multiple color inks, such as yellow ink, red ink, blue ink, and/or black ink. In this case, the ink bags 13 are provided with labels 14, by means of which labels 14 individual ink bags 13 can be uniquely identified. The tag 14 includes a data storage module (not shown) for storing retained ink volume data of the ink volume retained in the ink bag 13, so that compared with the case that data recording by using other recording units is larger and error-prone, the embodiment of the present application can identify the retained ink volume in a single ink bag 13 by the tag 14, and record data by using the data storage module with the tag 14, so that the pertinence is stronger and the accuracy is higher. In some embodiments, the data storage module may include a memory that may store the retained ink volume data and/or a counter that may be a decrementing counter.
In some embodiments, the reader/writer 21 is provided in the printer main body 11, the reader/writer 21 is connected to the tag 14 in noncontact communication, and the reader/writer 21 reads the remaining ink amount data. The reader/writer 21 can write data to the tag 14 or read data from the tag 14. In some embodiments, the reader/writer 21 is pre-mated with the tag 14 to enable contactless communication of the reader/writer 21 with the tag 14.
In the embodiment of the present application, unreliability due to contact communication is avoided by non-contact communication of the reader/writer 21 with the tag 14, so that reliability of communication is improved, and the printer 10 can operate normally. Moreover, compared with the replacement of the ink box 12, the ink bag 13 in the embodiment of the application is detachably connected in the ink box 12, so that the ink bag 13 and the label 14 are convenient to disassemble and replace, the cost of the ink bag 13 and the cost of the label 14 are low, the replacement cost can be saved, meanwhile, the label 14 arranged on the ink bag 13 can mark the ink bag 13, the identification performance of the ink bag 13 is improved, a single ink bag 13 can be accurately identified, and the installation effectiveness and accuracy of the ink bag 13 are improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the printing assembly includes a printhead 15 disposed within a printer housing 22; the print head 15 is connected to the ink bag 13; the printer body 11 includes a motion guide 16 disposed within a printer housing 22 and the printer housing 22 such that the printhead 15 includes a printhead housing 17 enclosing the printhead 15, and a label 14 (shown in fig. 3) is formed on the printhead housing 17. The print head 15 is slidably connected to the motion guide 16 along the motion guide 16 to allow the print head to discharge ink for printing. In some embodiments, the motion guide 16 may be a guide rail capable of carrying the print head 15 and providing a moving guide for the print head 15. The printer casing 22 includes a casing mounting portion 23 facing the movement guide 16, and the reader/writer 21 is provided inside the casing mounting portion 23 or outside the casing mounting portion 23. The case mount 23 of the printer case 22 is thus opposed to the motion guide 16, so that the print head 15 and the reader/writer 21 of the printer case 22 can reliably communicate on the locus of movement along the motion guide 16. The housing mounting portion 23 may be a mounting structure of the printer housing 22, and can mount the reader/writer 21. The reader/writer 21 is mounted inside the housing mounting portion 23, and can be positioned right above the motion guide device 16, so that the printer 10 has an attractive appearance, and has no housing shield in the moving process of the printing head 15, and the communication efficiency is better. The mounting reader/writer 21 is mounted outside the housing mounting portion 23, which facilitates the layout of the components inside the housing.
In the embodiment of the present application, the communication range of the reader/writer 21 covers the track of the movement of the print head 15 along the motion guide 16, so that the effectiveness of communication can be ensured and the efficiency of communication can be improved. Such as the communication range of the reader/writer 21, may be, but is not limited to, within a 10cm area.
In the moving process of the printer 10 according to the embodiment of the present application, the print head 15 is in a state where the print head 15 is in operation to discharge ink. The state of the print head 15 of the embodiment of the present application also includes a rest state in which the ink bag 13 is replaced; in the rest state, the print head 15 is in the first position 213 on the movement guide 16, the ink bag 13 is in the first position 213; the reader/writer 21 is attached to the second position 214 of the housing attachment portion 23, and the first position 213 is opposed to the second position 214. The static state may be a state where the printhead 15 is idle without discharging ink, and it is necessary to replace the ink bag 13 or repair the ink bag 13. The first position 213 may be a predetermined fixed position or a plurality of fixed positions, for example, the first position 213 may be a middle position of the motion guide 16, and both sides are provided with a gap for convenient operation. Thus, when ink bag 13 is reset, ink bag 13 with label 14 and printhead 15 may be repositioned to first position 213. And after the ink bag 13 is reset, the printer housing 22 is then closed, and the ink bag 13 with the label 14 is more effectively communicated with the print head 15 due to the first position 213 being opposite to the second position 214, so that the remaining ink data of the ink bag 13 can be read quickly in time.
There are various embodiments of the tag and the reader, and in one embodiment, the tag 14 is an NFC (Near Field Communication) tag, and the reader 21 is an NFC reader. In the embodiment of fig. 4, the tag 14 is an RFID tag and the reader/writer 21 is an RFID reader/writer. The detailed description is as follows.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the interaction between the tag 14 and the reader/writer 21 in the printer 10 provided by the present application.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the RFID tag includes an RFID tag chip 141 and a tag antenna 142 connected to the RFID tag chip 141, and the tag antenna 142 is disposed toward the second position 214; the tag antenna 142 is disposed inside the tag 14 and may be referred to as a tag antenna. The RFID reader includes an RFID reader chip 211 and a reader antenna 212 connected to the RFID reader chip 211, the reader antenna 212 is opposite to the tag antenna 142, and the reader antenna 212 is disposed toward the first position 213. The reader antenna 212 is disposed inside the reader 21, and may be referred to as a read antenna, and the reader 21 may include an RFID reader. Thus, the tag antenna 142 is directly opposite to the reader antenna 212, which is beneficial to transmitting and receiving signals, reduces the interference of other signals, and can more effectively transmit the reserved ink volume data in the data storage module.
The RFID tag may transmit and receive radio frequency signals to and from the RFID reader through the tag antenna 142, and the RFID reader may transmit and receive radio frequency signals to and from the RFID tag through the reader antenna 212. The RFID read-write chip 211 of the RFID read-write device and the tag chip 141 of the RFID tag of the embodiment of the present application can obtain a radio frequency signal having an encoding and decoding function at a certain frequency and an encryption function, so as to prevent information of a memory in the tag chip 141 from being changed.
In some embodiments, one RFID reader may identify multiple RFID tags, such that multiple RFID tags may identify multiple ink bags 13, to enable communication of multiple RFID tags with one RFID reader, as described in detail below.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the interaction between the RFID tag and the RFID reader/writer device in the printer 10 provided by the present application.
As shown in fig. 5, the RFID tag includes a plurality of RFID tag chips 141 and a plurality of tag antennas 142, and a single RFID tag chip 141 corresponds to one tag antenna 142; for example, as shown in fig. 5, with four ink bags 13, the first ink bag 181 is provided with a first RFID tag 143, the first RFID tag 143 includes a tag antenna 142, the second ink bag 182 is provided with a second RFID tag 144, the second RFID tag 144 includes a tag antenna 142, and so on, and the fourth ink bag 183 is provided with a fourth RFID tag 145, the fourth RFID tag 145 includes a tag antenna 142. Thus, one RFID reader/writer is advantageous for reading or writing 1-4 RFID tags, i.e., for communicating with 1-4 ink cartridges 12. Of course, "first", "second", and "fourth" of the first RFID tag 143, the second RFID tag 144, and the fourth RFID tag 145 are the tags 14 for distinguishing the respective ink bags 13, and the order is not limited herein.
Each tag 14 is provided with a tag antenna 142, the communication coverage of the reader antenna 212 covers the plurality of tag antennas 142, and the reader antenna 212 and the plurality of tag antennas 142 perform time-sharing data transmission. Therefore, data can be transmitted through the reader antenna 212 and the tag antennas 142, so that one reader 21 can read or write data of a plurality of tags 14, and the reader 21 arranged on the printer main body 11 only has one reader antenna 212, so that the structure is simple and the layout is convenient.
As shown in fig. 4, the printer 10 according to the embodiment of the present application includes a control module 30 (not shown) disposed in a printer main body 11; the control module 30 is used for processing data received by the printer 10 and controlling the devices of the printer 10 to operate. In some embodiments, the control module 30 may include a Central Processing Unit (CPU) controller. The CPU controller realizes bidirectional communication with the reader/writer 21 via a serial interface, and is connected to the printer main body 11 to control the operation of the printer 10. The control module 30 comprises a first control end 33 and a signal receiving end 34, the first control end 33 is in communication connection with the reader/writer 21 through the first control end 33, and the control module 30 controls the reader/writer 21 to write or read the remaining ink amount data in the data storage module through the first control end 33; the control module is in communication connection with the reader-writer 21 through the signal receiving terminal 34, and at least receives the reserved ink quantity data through the signal receiving terminal 34. Thus, the control module 30 can control the RFID reader to read or write the tag 14 through the reader antenna 212, which is more beneficial to controlling the amount of ink to realize uniform control and has a simple structure.
In some embodiments, the first control terminal 33 and the signal receiving terminal 34 are serial communication interfaces respectively. The control module 30 communicates with the reader/writer 21 through a serial communication interface. The Serial communication Interface may include an IIC (Inter-Integrated circuit) or an SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) or a UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter). Thus, the reader/writer 21 reads or writes the data of the plurality of tags 14, and the reliability of the operation of the control module 30 is improved.

The control module 30 includes a detection end 35 and a second control end 36, the detection end 35 is connected to the input end of the printer, and the first reminding device 31 is connected to the second control end 36. The control module 30 detects consumed ink quantity data of the ink quantity required to be consumed at the input end of the printer through the detection end 35, if the remaining ink quantity data is lower than the consumed ink quantity data or reaches the minimum ink quantity, the ink quantity is not enough or the ink bag 13 needs to be replaced, and the control module 30 sends and controls the first reminding device 31 to generate a first reminding signal through the second control end 36. Therefore, when the ink quantity is determined to be insufficient or the ink bag 13 needs to be replaced, the first reminding device 31 can remind a user in time, so that the normal operation of the printer 10 is ensured, and the reliability of the printer 10 is improved.
Wherein, first reminding device 31 can include the signal lamp, and the first reminding signal that corresponds can be the photoelectric signal, can remind the user through the photoelectric signal scintillation of signal lamp. The first reminding device 31 may include an alarm, and the corresponding first reminding signal may be a sound signal, and may remind the user through a pre-recorded sound. The minimum amount of ink may be determined according to the amount of ink that can be recognized by the printer 10 and the user's needs. For example, the minimum ink amount may be, but is not limited to, 5%, and the CPU controller controls the printer 10 to stop operating and controls the first reminding device 31 to operate, and reminds the user to replace the ink bag 13, whereas the user uses the ink bag 13 normally.
In some embodiments, the data storage module includes a memory and an authority controller (not shown) connected to the memory (not shown), and the authority controller and the memory are respectively connected to the reader/writer 21; the authority controller can realize the authority control of the memory by subtracting the counter, the subtraction counter is only subtracted without being added, so that the subtraction counter limits writing of data larger than current counting data in the subtraction counter, and the reserved ink volume data is prevented from being abnormally changed. The control module 30 includes an output terminal 37 connected to the reader/writer 21, and the control module 30 is configured to output a difference between the remaining ink amount data and the consumed ink amount data as remaining ink amount data to the reader/writer 21 through the output terminal 37; if the remaining ink amount data is less than the remaining ink amount data, the authorization controller allows the remaining ink amount data to be written into the memory. Thus, the data written by the CPU controller is prevented from being wrongly written, and the safety of the data writing of the memory can be improved.
If the reader-writer 21 tries to write the residual ink volume data into the memory and the authority controller determines that the residual ink volume data is smaller than the reserved ink volume data, the authority controller allows the residual ink volume data to be written into the memory; if the reader-writer 21 tries to write the remaining ink volume data into the memory and the authority controller determines that the remaining ink volume data is not less than the remaining ink volume data, the authority controller refuses to write the remaining ink volume data into the memory.
