Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of refrigerator production, and particularly relates to a temperature detection method for plastic suction molding of a refrigerator lining.
Background
When the refrigerator lining is formed, the heating tile is needed to be adopted to heat the plate to a softening state, and then the plastic suction forming is carried out. Under normal conditions, tens of heating tiles or even hundreds of heating tiles are needed for the heating plate, and the heating tiles are designed in parallel and work independently.
The heating tile is suspended right above the plate, and the stretching depths of different positions of the same lining plate are different, so that the corresponding heating temperatures of different positions on the plate are different. The heating tile power is invariable, through input power percentage control heating tile surface temperature height, the operator in the use, can't know the temperature height, only can rely on experience to set for or try many times and confirm suitable input power percentage, and this process parameter can't solidify, wastes time and energy, and the accuracy is poor.
Simultaneously, if circuit trouble or heating tile self trouble appear, lead to heating tile inefficacy, the operator can't know and reachs the fault point of heating tile the very first time, can only be through the inside lining back-push after the shaping which piece of heating tile has gone wrong, delay solution time, seriously influence holistic production efficiency.

step three: judging the sizes of P1 and P, if P1 is less than P, the power of the heating tile is increased, if P1 is more than P, the power of the heating tile is decreased, and if P1 is equal to P, the power of the heating tile is kept unchanged;
step four: when the real-time heating time reaches the preset heating time, namely T1 is T, detecting whether T1 is equal to T, and if so, carrying out plastic-suction molding operation on the plate; if not, executing the next step;
step five: and moving the plate out of the heating area of the heating tile, detecting the heating tile through a thermal infrared imager, and confirming the fault point of the heating tile.
Further, the fifth step includes:
a. presetting the temperature of a fault point of a heating tile as T';
b. detecting the temperature T1' of the heating tile by a thermal infrared imager;
c. judging the sizes of T 'and T1'; if T1 'is less than or equal to T', the heating tile cannot work normally; if T1 '> T', the heating tile temperature rising rate is low.
Further, when T1 'is less than or equal to T', a sound and light alarm device prompts shutdown maintenance operation.
Furthermore, when T1 'is greater than T', the heating tile is prompted to be replaced through an audible and visual alarm device.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the invention, the surface temperature of the plate is detected through the thermal infrared imager, and the power of the heating tile is adjusted according to the comparison result of the real-time heating rate of the plate and the preset heating rate, so that the power adjustment of the heating tile is more visual and convenient, and the convenience and the accuracy of the power adjustment of the heating tile are effectively improved.
Meanwhile, the temperature of the heating tile is detected through the thermal infrared imager and is compared with the preset fault point temperature, so that the fault point of the heating tile is quickly confirmed, the heating tile is quickly maintained, and the overall production efficiency is improved.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a temperature detection method for the blister molding of a refrigerator liner according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention is a temperature detection method for plastic suction molding of a refrigerator liner, including the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: presetting the target temperature of the surface of the plate as T, presetting the heating time as T, and presetting the heating rate of the plate as P; wherein, P is T/T.
Meanwhile, the corner positions of the lining are large in tensile deformation, the central area of the lining is large in heating area, and the tensile proportion is small, so that the target temperature T on the surface of the plate can be one or more, different target temperatures T are set at different positions of the plate, and the heating rate of the corresponding plate is also multiple.
If the surface target temperature of the edge angle position of the lining board is 180 +/-2 ℃; the target surface temperature of the central area of the lining plate is 150 +/-2 ℃, the preset heating time t is 30s, and the heating process of the edge angle position of the lining plate is taken as an example, the heating temperature rise rate P of the preset plate is 6 ℃/s.
Step two: when the heating tile starts to heat the plate, the thermal infrared imager is arranged right below the plate, the actual temperature of the surface of the plate is detected to be T1 in real time through the thermal infrared imager, and the actual heating rate of temperature rise of the plate is calculated to be P1 according to the real-time heating time T1, wherein P1 is T1/T1, and T1 is not more than T.
The surface temperature of the plate is detected in real time by the thermal infrared imager within the heating time of 30s, and the actual heating temperature rise rate of the plate is calculated to be P1 according to the actual temperature T1 of the surface of the plate and the required heating time.
Step three: and judging the sizes of P1 and P, if P1 is less than P, increasing the power of the heating tile, further realizing temperature rise, improving the heating rate of the plate, and enabling the plate to reach the preset target temperature within the preset time. If P1 is more than P, the power of the heating tile is reduced, the temperature is reduced, and the heating temperature of the plate is prevented from being too high. If P1 is equal to P, the power of the heating shoe is kept unchanged. The power of single heating tile is 500W in the real-time detection process, the power of the heating tile is adjusted through the comparison result of the real-time heating rate of the plate and the preset heating rate, the actual power of the heating tile is controlled, the power of the heating tile is adjusted more visually and conveniently, and the convenience and the accuracy of the power adjustment of the heating tile are effectively improved.
Step four: and when the real-time heating time reaches the preset heating time, namely T1 is T, and the heating time of the plate reaches 30s, detecting whether T1 is equal to T, if so, indicating that the plate is heated to the target temperature, carrying out plastic suction molding operation on the plate, returning to the step two, and heating and detecting the next plate. If not, the plate is not heated to the target temperature, and the plastic suction molding operation cannot be carried out, then the next step is executed.
Step five: the plate is moved out of the heating tile heating area, the heating tile is detected through the thermal infrared imager, and the heating tile fault point is confirmed, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
a. presetting the fault point temperature of the heating tile as T ', such as T' ═ 40 ℃;
b. detecting the temperature T1' of the heating tile by a thermal infrared imager;
c. judging the sizes of T 'and T1'; if T1' is not more than 40 ℃, the heating tile cannot work normally, a sound and light alarm device prompts shutdown maintenance operation, the program operation is finished, the system is powered off, the heating tile and the accessories connected with the heating tile are maintained in detail, and the fault source is searched.
If T1 '> T', it is indicated that the heating tile is in the power-on state, but the temperature does not reach the target temperature, it is indicated that the heating tile has a low heating rate, and if the heating tile works for a long time, the resistance value is increased, which results in the effective heating power of the heating tile being reduced, so that the heating tile cannot reach the required heating rate, and the corresponding heating tile needs to be replaced. At the moment, the heating tile is prompted to be replaced through the audible and visual alarm device.
