Fig. 5 to 9 show an electric tool according to a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the same or corresponding components as those in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment. For the sake of simplicity, only the points of difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment will be described. The difference is that the present embodiment adopts a ramp trigger method. The reversing structure 5 includes a reversing surface that is disposed obliquely with respect to the front-rear direction, i.e., the reversing surface is an inclined surface, and the reversing structure 5 is configured to be moved in the first direction by the operating member 4 so that the reversing surface pushes the trigger portion 31 to move in the second direction.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the reversing structure 5 is fixed with the operating member 4, the reversing structure 5 can be driven by the operating member 4 to move along a first direction, and the reversing surface is inclined relative to the first direction because the first direction is approximately parallel to the front-back direction of the machine body 1, so that the trigger part 31 can be pushed to move along a second direction. The reversing structure 5 moves along the first direction, and the reversing structure 5 is small in size, small in occupied space and flexible and convenient to move.
In fig. 6, the switch is in the off state, and the commutation surface of the commutation structure 5 may be in contact with the trigger 31, and may be spaced apart. When the push button 41 drives the push rod 42 to slide along the first direction, the push rod 42 applies force to the reversing structure 5 to push the reversing structure 5 to move along the first direction, and when the reversing structure 5 moves, the reversing surface presses the trigger portion 31 downward to drive the trigger portion 31 to move along the second direction. In fig. 7, the switch is in the closed state, the commutation surface of the commutation structure 5 abuts the trigger 31 and presses the trigger 31 downwards.
The reversing structure 5 is fixedly connected with the push rod 42, so that the reversing structure 5 and the push rod 42 move in the same and synchronous direction. The reversing surface and the first direction form an included angle, and the trigger part 31 can be pressed downwards in the direction by the movement of the reversing surface.
As an alternative embodiment, a guide groove may be provided on the body 1, so that the reversing structure 5 is in sliding fit with the guide groove to ensure that the reversing structure 5 moves smoothly.

The auxiliary reversing piece 6 and the reversing structure 5 are separately arranged, and when the push rod 42 drives the reversing structure 5 to move along the first direction, the reversing surface of the reversing structure 5 applies force to the guide surface of the auxiliary reversing piece 6 due to the abutting action between the reversing surface and the guide surface.
Because the reversing surface and the guide surface are both inclined surfaces which are abutted, when the push rod 42 drives the reversing structure 5 to move, the two inclined surfaces move relatively, so that the auxiliary reversing piece 6 moves along the second direction. Through setting up supplementary switching-over piece 6, through the middle transmission of supplementary switching-over piece 6, can trigger part 31 through the micro-action of push rod 42, effectively reduce the fore-and-aft direction of push rod 42 and remove the stroke, can reduce the size of fuselage fore-and-aft direction from this, because supplementary switching-over piece 6 removes along the second direction, the little occupation space of structure for the inside part of fuselage 1 can be arranged in the both sides of the first direction of supplementary switching-over piece 6.
A return spring may be provided on the auxiliary reversing element 6 to assist the return.

When the push button 41 drives the push rod 42 to slide along the first direction, the reversing structure 5 slides along the first direction, and due to the interaction of the two inclined planes, the reversing structure 5 applies force to the auxiliary reversing piece 6 to push the auxiliary reversing piece 6 to move along the second direction, and when the auxiliary reversing piece 6 moves, the trigger part 31 is pressed downwards to drive the trigger part 31 to move along the second direction. In fig. 9, the switch is in the closed state, the auxiliary commutation member 6 abuts the trigger portion 31 and presses the trigger portion 31 downward.
The auxiliary reversing piece 6 is provided with a plane, the plane is in contact with the trigger part 31, the contact area is increased, and the moving stability is guaranteed.
Wherein the auxiliary reversing element 6 is movably arranged on the inner wall of the machine body 1, for example, the end part of the auxiliary reversing element can be in sliding fit with a sliding groove on the inner wall of the machine body 1, in this embodiment, the auxiliary reversing element 6 can be in sliding fit with the inner wall of the machine body 1 along the vertical direction in fig. 9, and a guide groove is arranged on the machine body 1, so that the auxiliary reversing element 6 is in sliding fit with the guide groove, and the stable movement of the auxiliary reversing element 6 is ensured.
In the slope triggering mode provided by the embodiment, the motion tracks of the operating part 4 and the reversing structure 5 are straight lines, so that the operation is stable and the shifting is not easy. The motion track of the auxiliary reversing piece 6 is also straight, the operation is stable, and the auxiliary reversing piece can be stably matched with the reversing structure 5. Because linear space is occupied by linear movement, other components can be conveniently distributed on two sides, and the space is fully utilized.

In order to facilitate the push rod 42 to apply force to the leaf spring, the push rod 42 is provided with an inclined surface, the inclined surface is in contact with the arc-shaped surface of the leaf spring, when the push button 41 drives the push rod 42 to slide along the first direction, due to the action of the inclined surface, the push rod 42 downwardly presses the arc-shaped surface of the leaf spring, so that the leaf spring is elastically deformed, and the arc-shaped surface is inwardly deformed to drive the trigger portion 31 to move along the second direction.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, one end of the leaf spring is fixedly connected to the switch structure 3, the other end of the leaf spring is a free end, and the operating member 4 is in contact with the free end. Specifically, the leaf spring is bent to facilitate deformation under the action of the push rod 42. The push rod 42 is provided with an inclined plane, the inclined plane is matched between the push rod 42 and the leaf spring, when the push button 41 drives the push rod 42 to slide along the first direction, due to the interaction of the inclined plane, the push rod 42 downwardly presses the surface of the leaf spring, so that the leaf spring elastically deforms, and the leaf spring bends and deforms downwardly to drive the trigger portion 31 to move along the second direction.

The deformation part 52 is deformed in the moving process, and can also reset under the elastic action of the deformation part, so that the device is flexible and convenient.
Specifically, the fixing portion 51 is a pin fixed on the body 1, the deformation portion 52 includes an opening sleeved on the periphery of the pin, the opening includes an area smaller than the outer diameter of the pin, wherein the opening is gradually enlarged along the first direction, and the opening located on the left side of the pin is smaller than the outer diameter of the pin. When the operating element 4 slides along the first direction, the deformation portion 52 slides along the first direction, and since the opening on the deformation portion 52 on the left side of the pin shaft is smaller than the outer diameter of the pin shaft, the pin shaft stretches the deformation portion 52 to deform, and the deformation portion 52 deforms and acts on the trigger portion 31 to push the trigger portion 31 to move along the second direction.
Specifically, the deformation portion 52 is U-shaped, the pin shaft is inserted into an opening of the deformation portion 52, the deformation portion 52 has elasticity, and an inclined surface is provided on an inner wall of the deformation portion 52, so that the opening includes an area smaller than an outer diameter of the pin shaft.
As an alternative embodiment, the fixing portion 51 may be fixedly connected with the operating element 4, and the deforming portion 52 is fixedly connected with the body 1 and is in contact with or spaced from the triggering portion 31. When the operating element 4 slides in the first direction, the fixing portion 51 slides along the first direction, and since the opening of the deformation portion 52 includes an area smaller than the outer diameter of the pin, the pin expands the deformation portion 52, so that one side of the deformation portion 52 can push the trigger portion 31 to move in the second direction.
In the deformation triggering mode provided by the embodiment, the fixing part 51 is fixed and occupies a smaller internal space of the machine body 1, and the deformation part 52 moves linearly along with the operating element 4, so that other components can be conveniently arranged on two sides, and the internal space of the machine body 1 is fully utilized. The deformation part 52 has elasticity, can automatically reset, and is flexible and convenient.
According to the electric tool provided by the invention, the switch structure does not occupy the space of the machine body along the first direction, the space can be reasonably utilized, the space layout is flexible, the movement of the operating part along the first direction is converted into the movement of the trigger part along the second direction through the reversing structure, the starting and stopping of the motor can be realized through the operating part, the switch structure can be triggered more flexibly through a plurality of triggering modes such as rotation triggering, inclined plane triggering and elastic triggering, the proper triggering mode can be selected according to the change of the internal structure of the machine body, and the applicability is stronger.
