Abstract
The invention provides a maintenance method and an auxiliary tool for a driving chain on a circular cooler, which comprise the following steps: 1) determining a chain section which needs to be replaced by a driving chain on the circular cooler; 2) two gripping pieces are fixed on the driving chain, are respectively close to two ends of the chain section, and are fixedly connected with two telescopic ends of a hydraulic rod respectively; 3) driving the hydraulic rod to tighten so that the chain section is in a loose state; removing the chain section and replacing the chain section with a new chain section; 4) and (4) removing the hydraulic rod and the gripping member. The invention is used for solving the problems of low operation efficiency and high labor intensity when the driving chain of the circular cooler is maintained in the prior art.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of equipment maintenance of a circular cooler, in particular to a driving chain maintenance method and an auxiliary tool.

Preferably, a circle of chain plates is arranged on the periphery of the driving chain, and before the step 2), the chain plate segment corresponding to the periphery of the chain segment needs to be removed.
