Technical Field

Background
In the lithium battery production field, because of the limitation of the height of a factory building, the oven structure of a large-scale coating machine is generally side air inlet, side air return and air exhaust. Therefore, the flow rate of one side of the oven close to the inlet and the outlet of the air pipe is relatively large or the flow speed is high; the flow rate of one side far away from the air inlet and the air outlet of the air pipe is relatively small, or the air speed is low.
After hot-blast air flow out of the tuyere and enter the oven, the wind field distribution in the oven is mainly or mainly influenced by the overall structure, rather than the influence of the air output consistency of the tuyere, namely: and the air pressure is low and the air speed is high when the air pressure is far away from one side of the air inlet and the air outlet, so that the deviation of the pole piece is easily caused.
Even if the difference of the air quantity and the air speed detection value of the inner side and the outer side of a single air nozzle is small, the air quantity and the air speed detection value are generally 1-2%. If the air valve and the air pressure are not adjusted evenly, the pole piece is easy to deviate in the oven. The debugging personnel need to move back and forth for hundreds of meters in order to observe and record the balance of the wind pressure and the deviation of the pole piece. When the double-layer coating is carried out, the height needs to be climbed for many times, and the workload is very large.
Common adverse consequences of pole piece deviation
1. The pole piece deviates, the position of the pole piece is inconsistent with the preset flow partition position of the air nozzle, and the dryness is different.
2. The pole piece deviation amount is large, the middle part of the oven possibly exceeds a tuyere baking area, and the area is seriously wet.
3. The pole piece is deviated by the unbalanced wind field area in the oven, and the oven export is forced to rectify the deviation, forms the extension of rectifying the power in the afterbody oven, leads to appearing violent fold on the whole pole piece broad width, forces to flatten on the roller of rectifying and leads to the dead fold. Wrinkles are higher than the coating gap at the second side coating die, causing scraping and belt breakage.

And the incidence relation between the air pressure of the oven and the pole piece deviation can be efficiently matched.
The wind pressure difference value grades comprise a reference value, a limiting value and a plurality of grades between the reference value and the limiting value.
Specifically, the whole air pressure in the oven is generally micro negative pressure (-10-20 Pa), so that high-temperature air in the oven is prevented from overflowing, burning production and debugging personnel or wasting heat.
Detecting the wind pressure values of two sides close to and far away from the air inlet and the air outlet in the oven, calibrating the value of the wind pressure difference value of the two sides without causing the deviation of the pole piece as a reference value, and setting the wind pressure difference value causing the deviation in a graded association manner with the deviation and setting a limit.
The width of the pole piece, the thickness of the foil, the tension of the foil and the like are also factors influencing the deviation of the pole piece or resisting the deviation of the pole piece. For the same specification, batch and same tape tension, the air pressure difference value at two sides of the pole piece mainly influences the pole piece deviation degree.
For different customers or material specifications and batches, the wind pressure difference value and the deviation amount are also different, but the method for detecting the wind pressure difference value on the two sides of the pole piece is the same as the method for setting the deviation pressure difference reference and limit.
Preferably, a pole piece deviation sensor is arranged in the oven, and the transverse deviation of the pole piece is detected through the pole piece deviation sensor.
Establishing a deviation grade, determining the deviation grade of the pole piece falling into the transverse deviation amount, and outputting a corresponding deviation early warning outwards, specifically, classifying according to expected adverse consequences: the offset of the pole piece exceeds the grading value, so that an alarm is given in time, and the conditions of drying difference, folds and even fracture of the pole piece are avoided.
In a preferred embodiment, the walk-off rating includes within 10mm, within 10-30mm, within 30-100mm, within 100-150mm, and over 150mm.

when the width of the pole piece exceeds 150mm, the outlet of the oven is forcibly corrected, and the extension of the correction force is formed in the oven at the tail part, so that severe wrinkles appear on the width of the whole pole piece, and the wrinkles are caused by forcibly flattening on a correction roller; the wrinkles are higher than the coating gap at the second side coating die head, which easily causes scraping and belt breaking.
In the classification, the specific classification standard is only a classification method corresponding to one type of pole piece, and the value is focused on the classification method and not only a specific value. The above values are slightly different from customer to customer and from material batch to batch, but the grading method is the same.
Based on the method for monitoring the air pressure and preventing the deviation of the pole piece, the invention also provides the oven capable of monitoring the air pressure and preventing the deviation of the pole piece, which comprises an oven body, wherein an upper air nozzle box body and a lower air nozzle box body are arranged in the oven body, one sides of the upper air nozzle box body, the lower air nozzle box body and the oven, which are close to the air inlet and outlet of the oven, and one sides of the upper air nozzle box body, the lower air nozzle box body and the oven, which are far away from the air inlet and outlet of the oven, are respectively provided with a pressure sensor, and the pressure sensors are used for detecting the air pressure at corresponding positions.

Preferably, a pole piece deviation sensor is further arranged in the oven wire body and used for detecting the deviation of the pole piece in the oven, and preferably, the pole piece deviation sensor is a position sensor.
