The cam locking mechanism 10 comprises a driving assembly and a cam locking piece hinged to the vehicle body, wherein the bottom end of the driving assembly is arranged on the circumferential wall surface of the cam locking piece so as to drive the cam locking piece to rotate relative to a hinged point; the driving assembly is movably arranged on the vehicle body and can axially move relative to the vehicle body, the cam locking piece comprises a locking part 18, the locking part 18 rotates based on the movement of the driving assembly and rotates to be abutted against a locking block 24 arranged on the vehicle frame to limit the vehicle body to swing, and the axial movement of the cam locking piece comprises upward movement or downward movement; specifically, the driving assembly comprises a driving rod 13 and a handle fixedly arranged at the top end of the driving rod 13, the driving rod 13 is driven to move downwards in the axial direction relative to the vehicle body 1 by pressing the handle, and the vehicle body is unlocked, in the scheme, the driving rod 13 can be a complete rod body, the bottom of the rod body is hinged with the cam locking piece, and the cam locking piece is driven to rotate around a hinged point; two opposite side walls in the radial direction of the rod body section are respectively provided with a guide plate 21, the two guide plates 21 respectively extend to the pulling section, a pin shaft is arranged between the two guide plates 21 on the pulling section, one end of the elastic element 14 is arranged on the pin shaft, the elastic element 14 is arranged between the two guide plates 21, and the guide plates 21 can ensure that the elastic element 14 deforms and is pulled in the guiding direction; the locking mode is that two wall surfaces of the moving channel which are opposite in radial direction are provided with lock holes 23, a bolt is elastically arranged on the rod body of the driving rod 13, the bolt is partially exposed out of the rod body, and the exposed part is an arc surface; in the moving process of the driving rod 13, the lock tongue can be clamped into the lock hole 23, under the technical scheme, the elastic arrangement means that the lock tongue can move relative to the rod body, when the lock tongue is pressed, the lock tongue can move towards the rod body, and when the lock tongue is not pressed, the part of the lock tongue is exposed out of the bulge; the technical scheme only requires that the exposed part is an arc-shaped surface, and the structural shape of the unexposed part is not required, so that the arc-shaped surface can smoothly slide on the inner wall of the pipe plug 15;
