The invention discloses a fixing device of a continuous peripheral nerve block catheter, which comprises: a conduit; the fixing assembly is used for fixing two sides of the catheter, so that the adhesive tape can be used for firmly adhering the catheter to the skin; the adjusting component is used for adjusting the fitting degree of the fixing component and the skin and increasing the applicability of the using part; the cutting assembly is used for cutting the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape is closely attached along the fixed plate, the fixed block and the catheter, and the gap between two sides of the traditional catheter and the skin is made up, so that the catheter is more stable, and the adhesive tape can be conveniently and rapidly cut through the first blade for left and right cutting and the second blade for upper and lower stabbing.

The continuous peripheral nerve block catheter kit consists of a Tuohy insulating needle, a hemostatic valve/side hole assembly connected with a pipeline, a catheter with a catheterization guide, a catheter connector, a filter, a fixed application and a syringe. The adjusting component 6 comprises two fixed columns 7 which are fixedly connected with the fixed plate 4, threaded rods 8 are connected with the top of the fixed columns 7 in a threaded mode, gears 9 are fixedly connected with the middle of the threaded rods 8, chains 10 are wound between the gears 9, adjusting rods 11 are fixedly connected with the fixed plate 4 in a penetrating mode, limiting plates 12 which are fixedly connected with the threaded rods 8 are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the fixed plate 4, the adjusting rods 11 are rotated, the threaded rods 8 rotate, the threaded rods 8 are screwed into the fixed columns 7 in a straight mode, the pressing plates 5 rotate under the action of the limiting plates 12, and accordingly corresponding adjustment is conducted according to different human body parts fixed by the guide pipe 1.

The side surfaces of the first movable block 20 and the second movable block 21 are embedded with balls 24 which are in sliding fit with the second movable groove 16, and the left and right cutting actions are more flexible through the balls 24.
The top surface of the fixing block 3 is a smooth and sequential surface with the guide pipe 1, so that the adhesive tape is tightly attached to the fixing plate 4, the fixing block 3 and the guide pipe 1.
