In the present embodiment, the brain wave collecting module 3 may be an electroencephalogram sensor.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the gyroscope 4 is disposed on the helmet 1 and can detect the movement of the head of the subject, so that if the subject makes some motions in the VR video provided by the VR glasses 2, the position and motion data of the motions in the VR video of the subject can be obtained.
The eye movement monitoring module 5 is arranged on the VR glasses 2, can detect the movement condition of the eyeball of the subject, tracks the change of the eyeball and completes certain VR control and eye imaging.
The preset receiving end can be a cloud server or a local server, a relevant artificial intelligence algorithm is integrated in the preset receiving end, parameters such as treatment time, treatment intensity and treatment mode required by the subject during treatment can be calculated according to brain waves, position and action data and eye movement information, and then the treatment parameters are transmitted to the communication module 6.
The first phototherapy module 7 can perform photobiological regulation treatment on the eyes of the subject according to the photobiological regulation treatment information of the eyes in the treatment parameters; the second phototherapy module 8 can perform photobiological regulation treatment on the head of the subject according to the head photobiological regulation treatment information in the treatment parameters; the earphone 9 can play the treatment audio according to the audio treatment information in the treatment parameters to perform audio treatment on the subject.
Therefore, the senile dementia diagnosis and treatment device provided by the embodiment can collect brain waves, position and motion data and eye movement information of a subject, and the preset receiving end can calculate treatment parameters aiming at the current subject according to the information, so that eye and head photobiological regulation treatment and ear audio treatment are respectively carried out according to the treatment parameters, and the condition of the subject can be better fitted when corresponding personalized training is carried out by utilizing virtual reality, so that the treatment effect is more remarkable.
In this embodiment, helmet 1 still is provided with the matte layer with the one side of experimenter head contact, through setting up the matte layer, can promote the experimenter and wear the head comfort level behind helmet 1, treats under the comparatively comfortable condition of experimenter, can promote treatment.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the diagnosis and treatment device for alzheimer's disease further includes: a first massage module 10 and a second massage module 11; the first massage module 10 is arranged on the VR glasses 2 and is used for massaging eyes of a subject; the second massage module 11 is disposed on the helmet 1 for massaging the head of the subject.
In the present embodiment, the first massage module 10 at least comprises massage heads, and the massage heads are driven by different forces to realize the massage of eyes; the second massage module 11 also comprises at least massage heads, which are driven by different forces to realize the massage of the head.
The eye and head of the subject are massaged, so that the pressure of the eye and head of the subject can be well relieved, the blood circulation of the eye and head of the subject is promoted, and the treatment effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, in one embodiment, the first phototherapy module 7 includes: the LED lamps in the LED lamp strips 71 are white lamps with adjustable frequency and brightness; the latex protective belt 72 is arranged in the VR glasses 2 and is positioned in the space surrounded by the LED lamp belt 71; a temperature control module disposed within the latex protective band 72 for heating and temperature monitoring to promote blood circulation in the eyes of the subject.
In this embodiment, the parameters of the LED lamp are 40Hz, and the LED lamp strip 71 emits light in a flashing manner during the working process, so as to realize light irradiation on the eyes of the subject and photobiological regulation treatment.
The latex protective tape 72 is made of latex, and can buffer the massage force generated by the first massage module 10 and protect the eyes.
The temperature control module comprises a heating circuit board and a graphene layer, the graphene has good heat conduction and heat dissipation functions, heat of the heating circuit board can be absorbed in time and dissipated to eyes of a patient, the eyes of a subject are heated, and blood circulation of the eyes of the subject is promoted. The temperature control module has the function of monitoring the temperature change of the heating area, always keeps the temperature of the equipment lower than the maximum tolerance temperature of a human body, and prompts and automatically closes the equipment at high temperature.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, in one embodiment, the second massage module 11 includes: a massage head array 111 arranged on the helmet 1, comprising a plurality of massage heads for massaging; and the driving module 112 is arranged on the helmet 1 and is used for driving the massage head array 111 to carry out massage.
In the present embodiment, by driving the massage heads of the different-region massage head array 111 using the driving module 112, it is possible to massage different regions of the subject's head.
In one embodiment, the driver module 112 includes: an air pump and a deflection motor arranged on the helmet 1 are used for adjusting the massage area and the massage force of the massage head array 111.
In the present embodiment, the air pump is used to push the massage heads in the massage head array 111 to provide a massage force to massage the head of the subject; the deflection motor is used for rotating the massage heads in the massage head array 111 and adjusting the massage angle, thereby realizing massage with different angles and different forces and increasing the adjustability of the massage comfort degree of the patient.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, in one embodiment, the second phototherapy module 8 includes: the infrared lamp array 81 arranged on the massage head array 111 comprises a plurality of infrared lamps, and each infrared lamp and the brain wave collecting module 3 are correspondingly arranged on one massage head of the head; the heat conducting module 113 is arranged at the tail part of the massage head and is used for conducting heat so as to promote the head blood circulation of the testee.
In the embodiment, the light emitted by the infrared lamp is near infrared light with the wavelength of 808nm or 1064nm, but the whole light treatment device is not limited to use light with the two wavelengths, and light with other wavelengths can be selected according to requirements, and LED lamps with various wavelengths are arranged at intervals to irradiate at the same time or at intervals; the heat conducting module 113 can be a graphene structure and a heating circuit board, the graphene structure is arranged at the tail part of the massage head and is arranged on the heating circuit board, and the heating circuit board is arranged on the helmet 1 and is positioned between the helmet 1 and the flannelette layer.
In one embodiment, the second phototherapy module 8 further includes: a transparent protective cover disposed outside each infrared lamp of the infrared lamp array 81.
In this embodiment, the transparent protective cover may be a glass cover made of colorless and transparent glass, and the infrared lamp and the head of the examinee can be protected from direct contact by using the glass cover.

When using the device is diagnose to the senile dementia that this embodiment provided, after the examinee worn earphone, helmet and VR glasses, the start-up operation was carried out. The testee firstly enters a unified virtual reality park scene, and initial testing is carried out by identifying objects, so that the electroencephalogram recording, the gyroscope and the eye movement monitoring are normal. The diagnosis and treatment instrument starts the irradiation of the 40Hz white light LED on the eyes according to the given PBM treatment parameters, displays corresponding VR scenes such as supermarkets, libraries and sports grounds by matching with white light flicker, and plays corresponding audio for treatment. Meanwhile, according to the set parameters, the brain massage head is started timely according to different VR scenes and is kept in contact with the scalp, and the brain is irradiated by adopting 808nm near infrared light according to the PBM parameter setting. The eye LED, the head LED and the massage program can be sequentially adjusted according to the acceptance degree of the subject and the selected VR training scene, the head massage, the acupoint stimulation and the illumination can be performed firstly, the stimulation modes can be alternatively used reversely or intermittently, the artificial intelligence analysis is performed according to the acceptance degree of the subject during treatment, the treatment scheme is adjusted in real time, and the most friendly treatment mode for the subject is kept. Parameters such as the irradiation power, the total irradiation duration and the irradiation frequency of the eye and head LEDs can also be adjusted in combination with the VR training scene. VR training content used in the whole treatment process has story property, so that a subject is guaranteed not to feel tired in the training content in the whole process, and once the subject feels tired in the training content, the VR training content can be adjusted by analyzing whether the subject delays the training content and brain wave changes. The instrument is kept at the eyes and the head through the temperature monitoring module in the whole test process, so that the discomfort of a test subject cannot be caused due to large temperature change, and the heating and heat dissipation effects are achieved through the graphene material contained in the lining. The primary diagnosis and treatment process does not exceed 1 hour. Diagnosis and treatment can be carried out one hour each day, in the morning, in the evening. All monitoring parameter changes are monitored and uploaded to the cloud end in each treatment, and the next training content is timely adjusted after artificial intelligence analysis. One course of treatment is recommended to be about one week, the treatment effect is judged through artificial intelligence big data analysis, and further deep treatment is carried out.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is merely a logical division, and in actual implementation, there may be other divisions, for example, multiple modules or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. According to rich data information obtained by VR training and electroencephalogram collection, through a large number of basic scientific researches and clinical experiments, artificial intelligence and big data analysis are combined, personalized treatment parameters are provided for PBM, and accurate treatment of AD is finally achieved.
The modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical modules, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network modules. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each of the modules may exist alone physically, or two or more modules are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode.

a first phototherapy module disposed on the VR glasses and electrically connected to the communication module for performing a photo-biological accommodation therapy on the subject through the eyes according to the therapy parameters;
a second phototherapy module disposed on the helmet and electrically connected to the communication module for photo-biological conditioning of the subject via head stimulation according to the treatment parameters;
and the earphone is electrically connected with the helmet and the communication module and is used for playing the treatment audio according to the treatment parameters to perform audio brain wave intervention treatment on the subject.

further comprising: the first massage module and the second massage module;
the first massage module is arranged on the VR glasses and used for massaging eyes of a subject;
the second massage module is arranged on the helmet and used for massaging the head of the subject.

the first phototherapy module includes:
the LED lamp belts are arranged on the periphery of the VR glasses, and the LED lamps in the LED lamp belts are white lamps with adjustable frequency and brightness;
