When the first anti-theft lock is abnormally opened, the electromagnetic multi-way valve controls the paper shifting driving oil cylinder to work all the time, meanwhile, the pressure sensor can transmit a pressure signal to the main controller, when the pressure is zero, the electromagnetic multi-way valve controls the lifting oil cylinder to extend, the high-confidential document placing plate and the high-confidential documents are driven to move upwards, and the paper shifting cam can contact with the high-confidential documents to obtain the high-confidential documents; when the pressure is not zero, the electromagnetic multi-way valve controls the lifting oil cylinder to keep still, the high-secret document placing plate and the high-secret documents stop moving, and the lifting oil cylinder is prevented from jacking equipment to be damaged and wasting energy.
The automatic control system of the fire-proof cabinet is based on the CAN bus, integrates the main controller, the sensor unit, the hydraulic control unit, the hydraulic actuating mechanism, the electronic control unit and the electronic actuating mechanism, and ensures the real-time performance and the reliability of information transmission of the control system. The high automation is realized, the working parts can be regulated and controlled in time according to the change of the environment, and the multi-parameter self-adaptive control of the fire-proof cabinet capable of automatically destroying high-confidential documents in the face of fire and the risk of theft of the high-confidential documents is realized.

As shown in fig. 1-2, a fire-proof cabinet capable of automatically destroying high-confidential documents comprises a cabinet body 10; a cabinet door 12, a fire protection system 1 and an auxiliary moving mechanism 2 which are arranged on the cabinet body 10; the file destruction storage box 3 and the hydraulic system 5 are installed in the cabinet body 10, a cavity is formed inside the cabinet body 10, an integrally formed partition plate 101 is arranged in the cabinet body 10, the cabinet body 10 is divided into a plurality of grids 102 by the partition plate 101, and in the embodiment, the cabinet body 10 is divided into four grids by the partition plate 101.
Further, cabinet door 12 is provided with two, articulates both ends about the cabinet body 10 through the hinge, install first pickproof lock 121 on the cabinet door 12, just be provided with anti-theft sensor 421 on the first pickproof lock 121, when first pickproof lock 121 was opened by the improper, anti-theft sensor 421 will signal transmission for main control unit 40, and main control unit 40 controls burglar alarm 451 and reports to the police.
Further, fire protection system 1 includes water tank 11, water tank 11 bottom is connected with outlet pipe 12 with the internal cavity intercommunication of cabinet 10, be provided with the first solenoid valve 442 that whether control outlet pipe 12 switched on outlet pipe 12. When a fire disaster happens, although the cabinet body can prevent fire from burning into the cabinet body, the fire can increase the temperature of the cabinet body, the overhigh temperature of the steel cabinet body can damage high confidential documents, at the moment, the main controller 40 controls to open the first electromagnetic valve 442, water in the water tank 11 flows into the cavity of the cabinet body 10 through the water outlet pipe 12, the water flow reduces the temperature of the cabinet body, and the cabinet body with overhigh temperature is prevented from destroying archival data too fast.
The side of the water tank 11 is also connected with a water inlet pipe 13, the water inlet pipe 13 is connected to a municipal water supply pipe, the bottom of the cabinet body 10 is also provided with a water outlet, and the water outlet can discharge high-temperature water in the cavity of the cabinet body 10.
Further, a dry refrigerator 14 for storing dry ice particles is arranged above the water tank 11, a transportation channel 15 for guiding the dry ice particles into the water tank 11 is connected to the bottom of the dry refrigerator 14, a switch 452 is installed at the connection position of the transportation channel 15 and the dry refrigerator 14, and the switch 452 is controlled by a second electromagnetic valve 443.
Control box 4 is installed to cabinet body 10 one side, main control unit 40 sets up in control box 4, still install smoke transducer 422 on the control box 4, when the conflagration takes place, smoke transducer 422 sends smog concentration signal for main control unit 40, and main control unit 40 transmits the turn-on signal to first solenoid valve 442 and second solenoid valve 443, lets the cold water in the water tank 11 flow in the cavity of cabinet body 10.
In the invention, when a fire disaster happens, water is filled into the cavity of the cabinet body 10, the temperature of the cabinet body 10 is reduced by the water, high-confidential documents are prevented from being baked due to overhigh temperature of the inner wall of the cabinet body 10, the water is used for guiding out redundant heat, the water can be recycled, chemical materials are not used for cooling, the environment is not polluted, and the environment is more environment-friendly.
Further, with reference to fig. 2, the cabinet body 10 is further provided with a base 103, the bottom end of the base 103 is a cavity, the auxiliary moving mechanism 2 is disposed in the cavity, the auxiliary moving mechanism 2 includes a lifting plate 21, an auxiliary moving oil cylinder 22 and four traveling mechanisms 23, a cylinder barrel of the auxiliary moving oil cylinder 22 is fixedly mounted on the top end of the cavity, a hydraulic rod of the auxiliary moving oil cylinder 22 is fixedly connected to the upper end face of the lifting plate 21, and the traveling mechanisms 23 are fixedly mounted on the lower end face of the lifting plate 21. When a fire disaster happens, the auxiliary moving oil cylinder 22 extends to drive the lifting plate 21 to descend, the lifting plate 21 drives the traveling mechanism 23 to descend, the traveling mechanism is not hidden in the concave cavity any more, and a worker can quickly transfer the fire-proof cabinet to a safety zone by utilizing the traveling mechanism 23.
Further, the auxiliary moving mechanism 2 further includes a plurality of guide rods 24, the number of the guide rods 24 is four in this embodiment, the upper ends of the guide rods 24 are fixedly mounted on the top end of the cavity, and the lifting plate 21 is provided with guide holes matched with the guide rods 24. By providing the guide rod 24, it is possible to ensure that the lifting plate 21 is smoothly lifted by the auxiliary moving cylinder 22. Preferably, a limit plate 25 is further mounted at the lower end of the guide rod 24.
Further, a fire alarm 453 is installed in the control box 4, and the auxiliary moving cylinder 22 is connected to the solenoid multi-way valve 56. When a fire occurs, the smoke sensor 422 transmits a smoke concentration signal to the main controller 40, and the main controller 40 transmits a signal to the solenoid multi-way valve 56 to control the extension of the auxiliary moving cylinder 22. Meanwhile, the main controller 40 controls the fire alarm 453 to alarm. In a daily state, the auxiliary moving mechanism 2 is hidden in the concave cavity, and the cabinet body is more stably placed on the ground; when fire breaks out, the travelling mechanism is not hidden in the concave cavity any more, and workers can transfer the fire-proof cabinet by cooperating with the travelling mechanism when hearing the fire alarm to arrive at the scene. The fire protection system 1 can reduce the temperature of the cabinet body and delay the damage speed of the file, the auxiliary moving mechanism 2 can help workers to quickly transfer the fire protection cabinet, the fire protection system 1 and the auxiliary moving mechanism 2 are complementary and closely matched, and the high-confidential file is effectively protected.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 6-7, the file destruction storage box 3 includes a box body 30, the box body 30 is detachably assembled into the grid 102, rectangular protruding strips 104 are arranged at the left and right ends of the grid 102, and rectangular through grooves 31 matched with the rectangular protruding strips 104 are arranged at the left and right ends of the box body 30; an elastic fixture block 105 is arranged at one end of the grid 102, and a clamping groove 32 matched with the elastic fixture block 105 in direction is formed at one end of the box body 30. Through the cooperation of rectangular convex strip 104 and rectangular through groove 31, the effect of guiding the assembly and disassembly of file damage storage box 3 is achieved, so that box body 30 stably enters into grid 102, and through the cooperation of elastic clamping block 105 and clamping groove 32, box body 30 is firmly installed in grid 102.
Further, with reference to fig. 3, a stepped groove 106 is formed at one end of the lattice 102, the elastic latch 105 is slidably mounted in the stepped groove 106, a tail 1051 is integrally formed at one end of the elastic latch 105 away from the file destruction storage box 3, the size of the tail 1051 is matched with the larger end of the stepped groove 106, and a spring 107 is mounted at one end of the tail 1051 away from the file destruction storage box 3; correspondingly, one end of the box body 30 is provided with an extrusion inclined plane 33 matched with the elastic fixture block 105, and the extrusion inclined plane 33 is located at the rear end of the box body 30. When the box body 30 is installed, the extrusion inclined plane 33 contacts the elastic fixture block 105 first, the elastic fixture block 105 retracts into the stepped groove 106 along with the fact that the box body 30 enters the grid 102, the box body 30 continues to be pushed towards the interior of the grid 102 under the action of the extrusion inclined plane 33 until the elastic fixture block 105 is aligned with the clamping groove 32, the elastic fixture block 105 enters the clamping groove 32 under the action of the spring 107, the box body 30 is clamped in the grid 102, and the installation of the file damage storage box 3 is finished.
Further, referring to fig. 4-5, a connecting rod 108 is fixedly mounted at the front end of the elastic clamping block 105, the connecting rod 108 penetrates through the cabinet 10 and extends out from the front end of the cabinet 10, a sliding plate 109 is connected to the front end of the connecting rod 108, and a sliding groove 110 matched with the connecting rod 108 is formed in the cabinet 10. When the file is destroyed to be stored in the storage box 3, the sliding plate 109 is pulled, the connecting rod 108 slides in the sliding groove 110 under the driving of the sliding plate 109, the connecting rod 108 further drives the elastic clamping block 105 to extrude the spring 107, and the elastic clamping block 105 retracts towards the stepped groove 106 until the elastic clamping block 105 comes out from the clamping groove 32, at the moment, the file is destroyed to be stored in the storage box 3 by being pulled outwards, and the file can be destroyed to be stored in the storage box 3.
Further, referring to fig. 8-9, two mounting holes 1091 are formed in the sliding plate 109, a blind threaded hole matching the mounting holes 1091 is formed in the cabinet 10, and the anti-theft bolt 111 fixes the sliding plate 109 to the front end of the cabinet 10 through the mounting holes 1091 and the blind threaded hole; the anti-theft bolt 111 comprises a nut 1111 and a screw 1112, a sliding plate 109 is sleeved on the screw 1112 through a mounting hole 1091, the sliding plate 109 is further provided with a plurality of clamping holes 1092, the clamping holes 1092 are uniformly arranged at the outer side of the mounting hole 1091, the nut 1111 is further provided with a camouflage cap 112 with an inner diameter larger than that of the nut 1111, and a plurality of round-head elastic pins 1121 matched with the clamping holes 1092 are fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the camouflage cap 112; the bottom of the round-head elastic pin 1121 is a round-head end, so that the round-head elastic pin 1121 is conveniently inserted into the clamping hole 1092, and a groove for dividing the round-head elastic pin 1121 into two parts is formed in the bottom of the round-head elastic pin 1121; the camouflaged cap 112 has the same appearance as a hexagonal nut and is provided with a weakened fracture region 1122 at the top end.
When the fireproof cabinet capable of automatically destroying high-confidential documents is in service, the screw rod is installed in place through the screw cap, the camouflage protective cap is sleeved on the screw cap, round-head elastic pins at the bottom of the camouflage protective cap are aligned with the clamping holes one by one, then the round-head elastic pins are inserted into the clamping holes through the camouflage protective cap, and then the installation and the fixation of the antitheft bolt are completed, a burglar only thinks that the camouflage protective cap is screwed but cannot be screwed, and the burglar only thinks that the camouflage protective cap is screwed because the alarm gives an alarm when the cabinet door is abnormally opened, and the burglar can stop stealing after detaching the camouflage protective cap in a short time, so that the camouflage protective cap cannot be easily detached, the antitheft bolt cannot be detached, and further the sliding plate 109 is fixed and cannot be pulled, the elastic clamping block 105 is firmly opened in the clamping groove 32, and finally, the document destruction 3 cannot be pulled out of the storage box from the check. When the fire-proof cabinet is out of service, the anti-theft bolt can be detached only by detaching the weakened fracture region of the camouflage protective cap and further screwing the anti-theft bolt, and the file damage storage box is detached to be used as an independent paper shredder.
Further, as shown in fig. 10 to 12, the document destruction storage box 3 further includes a box door 34 installed at the front end of the box body 30, a shredder mechanism 35, a sheet discharge mechanism 36, and a sheet ejecting mechanism 37 installed in the box body 30;
the box door 34 is hinged to one end of the box body 30 through a hinge, and a second anti-theft lock 341 is mounted on the box door 34; the paper shredding mechanism 35 is disposed at the rear end inside the box 30, and includes a paper shredding box 350, a paper feeding opening 351, a paper feeding channel 352, a paper shredding double roller 353, and a paper shredding storage area, the paper feeding opening 351 is disposed at the front end of the paper shredding box 350, the paper feeding channel 352, the paper shredding double roller 353, and the paper shredding storage area are disposed inside the paper shredding box 350, the paper feeding channel 352, the paper shredding double roller 353, and the paper shredding storage area are not innovative in the present invention, and those skilled in the art can arrange the paper shredding mechanism according to the prior art, and are not described herein again.
The paper poking mechanism 37 comprises a transmission shaft 371 and a driving gear 372 fixedly arranged on the transmission shaft 371, wherein two ends of the transmission shaft 371 are arranged at the left end and the right end of the box body 30 through bearings and are driven to rotate through the driving gear 372; the transmission shaft 371 is further provided with two paper shifting cams 373, the two paper shifting cams 373 are respectively arranged at two sides of the driving gear 372, and are axially fixed relative to the transmission shaft 371; referring to fig. 10, when the transmission shaft 371 rotates clockwise, the transmission shaft 371 drives the paper-shifting cam 373 to rotate, and when the transmission shaft 371 rotates counterclockwise, the transmission shaft 371 rotates relative to the paper-shifting cam 373;
a paper shifting driving cylinder 374 is fixedly mounted on the top end surface 354 of the shredded paper box 350, a rack 375 is connected to a hydraulic rod end of the paper shifting driving cylinder 374, and the rack 375 is meshed with the driving gear 372. When first pickproof lock 121 is opened by the improper, theftproof sensor 421 can give main control unit 40 with signal transmission, main control unit 40 gives paper shredder 35's power supply and dials paper drive cylinder 374 with signal transmission, paper shredder 35 and the work of dialling paper mechanism 37 simultaneously, it drives rack 375 reciprocating motion to dial paper drive cylinder 374, rack 375 drives driving gear 372 clockwise and anticlockwise rotation in turn, and then drive transmission shaft 371 clockwise and anticlockwise rotation in turn, when transmission shaft 371 clockwise rotates, transmission shaft 371 drives and dials paper cam 373 and rotates a week, dial paper cam 373 and dial a plurality of file papers and send into paper feed opening 351, when transmission shaft anticlockwise rotation, it is motionless to dial paper cam 373. The paper shifting cam 373 is driven by the paper shifting driving oil cylinder 374 to rotate clockwise for a circle and keep immovable alternately, paper is shifted into the paper feeding opening 351 when the paper shifting cam 373 rotates clockwise, the paper shifting cam 373 keeps in an immovable state, paper is prevented from being reversely shifted by the paper shifting cam 373, and sufficient time for paper shredding can be reserved for the paper shredding mechanism 35.
Further, the paper-shifting driving oil cylinder 374 is connected with the electromagnetic multi-way valve 56. When the first anti-theft lock 121 is abnormally opened, the anti-theft sensor 421 transmits a signal to the main controller 40, and the main controller 40 transmits the signal to the electromagnetic multi-way valve 56 to control the paper-shifting driving cylinder 374 to start working.
Further, with reference to fig. 13, the inner side surface of the paper shifting cam 373 is provided with a plurality of internal engaging teeth 3731, the internal engaging teeth 3731 are arranged over the entire inner circumference, the internal engaging teeth 3731 are enclosed by a planar end surface 3732 and a wedge-shaped end surface 3733, the planar end surface 3732 is coplanar with the diameter of the transmission shaft 371, and the wedge-shaped end surface 3733 extends from the outer end of the planar end surface 3732 to the inner side surface of the paper shifting cam 373; the position department that transmission shaft 371 corresponds to dialling paper cam 372 is provided with wedge driving tooth, slip logical groove 3711 has been seted up in transmission shaft 371 middle part, wedge driving tooth includes two 3713 of wedge tooth one 3712 and wedge tooth, the two 3713 slidable of wedge tooth one 3712 and wedge tooth set up in slip logical groove 3711, and be provided with compression spring 3714 between the two 3713 of wedge tooth one 3712 and wedge tooth.
Further, the paper feeding mechanism 36 includes a high-confidential document placing plate 361 and a lift cylinder 362 that controls the lifting and lowering of the high-confidential document placing plate 361, the high-confidential documents S are stacked on the high-confidential document placing plate 361, the lift cylinder 362 is fixedly installed on the bottom surface of the casing 30, and a hydraulic rod of the lift cylinder 362 is fixedly connected to the high-confidential document placing plate 361. When the first anti-theft lock 121 is abnormally opened, the anti-theft sensor 421 transmits a signal to the main controller 40, the main controller 40 transmits a signal to the power source of the shredding mechanism 35 and the paper-shifting driving cylinder 374, and simultaneously transmits a signal to the lifting cylinder 362, the paper-placing mechanism 36 starts to work together with the shredding mechanism 35 and the paper-shifting mechanism 37, the lifting cylinder 362 starts to extend, the high-secret-file placing plate 361 and the high-secret file S are driven to move upwards, and the paper-shifting cam 373 can be in contact with each other all the time to obtain the high-secret file S.
Further, in order to ensure the lifting stability of the placing plate 361, sliders 3611 are integrally formed at the left and right ends of the high-secret document placing plate 361, and guide grooves 301 matched with the sliders 3611 are formed at the left and right ends of the case 30.
Further, the paper placing mechanism 36 further includes an L-shaped limiting panel 363, the L-shaped limiting panel 363 includes a vertical panel 3631 and a horizontal panel 3632, the upper end of the vertical panel 3631 is fixedly mounted on the top surface of the box body 30, and the horizontal panel 3632 is mounted with a pressure sensor 423; the height of the lower end surface 3633 of the transverse panel 3632 matches with that of the paper inlet 351, and when the point P of the paper-poking cam 373 is at the lowest position, the height of the point P is slightly lower than that of the lower end surface 3633 of the transverse panel 3632.
Further, the lift cylinder 362 is connected to the solenoid multiplex valve 56. When the first anti-theft lock 121 is abnormally opened, the anti-theft sensor transmits a signal to the main controller 40, the main controller 40 transmits the signal to the power source of the paper shredding mechanism 35 and also transmits the signal to the electromagnetic multi-way valve 56, the electromagnetic multi-way valve 56 controls the paper shifting driving oil cylinder 374 to work all the time, meanwhile, the pressure sensor 423 transmits a pressure signal to the main controller 40, when the pressure is zero, the main controller 40 transmits the signal to the electromagnetic multi-way valve 56, the electromagnetic multi-way valve 56 controls the lifting oil cylinder 362 to extend, the high-secret file placing plate 361 and the high-secret file S are driven to move upwards, and the paper shifting cam 373 can contact to obtain the high-secret file S; when the pressure is not zero, the main controller 40 transmits a signal to the electromagnetic multi-way valve 56, the electromagnetic multi-way valve 56 controls the lift cylinder 362 to be kept stationary, the high-confidential document placing plate 361 and the high-confidential documents S stop moving, and the lift cylinder 362 is prevented from jacking up the equipment and wasting energy.
Further, as shown in fig. 14 to 15, the hydraulic system 5 includes a gear pump 51, a hydraulic oil tank 52 and an electromagnetic multi-way valve 56, a gear pump inlet 53 is provided on the left side of the gear pump 51, an oil tank outlet 54 is provided at the bottom of the hydraulic oil tank 52, and the oil tank outlet 54 is communicated with the gear pump inlet 53 through an oil inlet pipe 55, so as to provide hydraulic oil for the gear pump 51.
Further, the electromagnetic multi-way valve 56 is respectively connected with the auxiliary moving oil cylinder 22, the paper shifting driving oil cylinder 374 and the lifting oil cylinder 362, a gear pump outlet 57 is arranged on the right side of the gear pump 51, and the gear pump outlet 57 is communicated with an inlet of the electromagnetic multi-way valve 56 through an oil adjusting pipe 58 to provide high-pressure hydraulic oil for the electromagnetic multi-way valve 56. Preferably, a filter 59 is disposed on the regulating oil pipe 58, and the hydraulic oil entering the electromagnetic multi-way valve 56 is filtered by the filter disposed on the regulating oil pipe 58.
Further, a control oil return port 510 is provided at the right end of the hydraulic oil tank 52. The outlet of the electromagnetic multi-way valve 56 is communicated with a control oil return port 510 through a return pipe 511.
Further, the electromagnetic multi-way valve 56 includes a main control valve 561 and a plurality of auxiliary control valves 562, the main control valve 561 and the plurality of auxiliary control valves 562 are sequentially connected to each other, the electromagnetic multi-way valve 56 is implemented by using the prior art, and the description of the present invention is omitted here.
