when the device works, as the connecting block 71 drives the sliding sheet 43 to slide in the sliding groove 6, the torsion spring 46 on the first rotating shaft 44 enables the first rotating shaft 44 to rotate and roll up the end, fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft 44, of the sliding sheet 43; meanwhile, the connecting block 71 pulls the sliding piece 43 fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft 45, so that the sliding piece 43 can be unfolded by overcoming the force of the torsion spring 46; when the connecting block 71 returns to the original position, the torsion spring 46 on the second rotating shaft 45 enables the second rotating shaft 45 to rotate and roll up the end, fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft 45, of the sliding sheet 43; meanwhile, the connecting block 71 pulls the sliding piece 43 fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft 44, so that the sliding piece 43 can be unfolded against the force of the torsion spring 46; the friction force between the connecting block 71 and the sliding groove 6 is larger than the force of the torsion spring 46, so that the connecting block 71 cannot slide due to the force of the torsion spring 46 when a worker works; the invention reduces the length of the sliding sheet 43, so that the sliding sheet 43 is kept in a tight state, the dust blocking effect of the sliding sheet 43 is further enhanced, and the using effect of the invention is improved.
A method for using an ergonomic table is suitable for the ergonomic table, and comprises the following steps:
s1: the worker drives the sliding block 7 to slide in the first groove 3 towards the direction away from the keyboard through the sliding connecting block 71, and the first teeth 72 at the lower end of the sliding block 7 can slide on the second teeth 72 in the first groove;
s2: after the worker adjusts the turnover plate 4 to a proper position, the first tooth 72 at the lower end of the sliding block 7 is meshed with the second tooth 72 in the first groove, the turnover plate 4 is fixed in position, and the worker starts to work by using a keyboard;
s3: after the working of the worker is finished, one end of the turnover plate 4 close to the keyboard is lifted, so that the first tooth 72 and the second tooth 72 are disengaged;
s4: the worker slides the connecting block 71 again to enable the connecting block 71 to drive the sliding block 7 to slide towards the direction away from the hinge shaft 41, the worker puts down the turnover plate 4 again to enable the turnover plate 4 to be flush with the table plate 2, and the turnover plate 4 returns to the original position.
The specific working process is as follows:
the worker lifts one end of the turnover plate 4 away from the hinge shaft 41, the connecting block 71 and the sliding block 7 move along with the turnover plate 4, and the worker slides the sliding block 7 again to enable the sliding block 7 to slide towards the direction close to the hinge shaft 41; the worker continues to adjust the position of the sliding block 7, and the worker puts down the turnover plate 4 after adjusting the sliding block 7 to a proper position, so that the upper end of the sliding block 7 and the hinge shaft 41 support the turnover plate 4, and the end, far away from the hinge shaft 41, of the turnover plate 4 is lifted upwards; the staff puts the arm on the turnover plate 4, so that the hand and the arm keep a straight line when the staff types and works, and the hand and the arm are in the most comfortable state when the staff works; the bottom of the first groove 3 and the lower end of the sliding block 7 are uneven, so that the friction force between the first groove 3 and the sliding block 7 is increased; the friction force between the sliding block 7 and the first groove 3 ensures that the sliding block 7 cannot slide relative to the first groove 3 when the arm of a worker is placed on the turnover plate 4; after the worker finishes working, the worker lifts one end of the turnover plate 4, which is far away from the hinge shaft 41, and then slides the sliding block 7, so that the sliding block 7 slides towards the direction far away from the hinge shaft 41 until the sliding block 7 returns to the original position; the worker puts down the turnover plate 4, at the moment, one end of the turnover plate 4 close to the keyboard is flush with the desk plate 2, and the turnover plate 4 returns to the original position; the worker lifts the turnover plate 4, the teeth 72 at the lower end of the sliding block 7 are separated from the tooth-shaped grooves 73 at the bottom of the first groove 3 at the moment, then the worker slides the sliding block 7, the turnover plate 4 is put down after the sliding block 7 is adjusted to a proper position, the teeth 72 at the lower end of the sliding block 7 are clamped by the tooth-shaped grooves 73 at the bottom of the first groove 3 at the moment, the sliding block 7 cannot slide towards the direction close to the center of the table plate 2, and the worker starts to work; after the work is finished, a worker lifts one end, close to the keyboard, of the turnover plate 4, the turnover plate 4 drives the connecting block 71 and the sliding block 7 to move together, so that the teeth 72 and the tooth-shaped grooves 73 are separated, the worker slides the connecting block 71 again, so that the sliding block 7 slides towards the direction far away from the hinge shaft 41, the turnover plate 4 and the connecting block 71 are put down together after the sliding block 7 returns to the original position, and therefore the turnover plate 4 is flush with the upper end of the desk plate 2, and the turnover plate 4 returns to the original position; the arc-shaped groove 61 at the upper end of the connecting block 71 facilitates the worker to slide the connecting block 71; the worker slides the connecting block 71, so that the connecting block 71 carries the sliding block 7 to move, the teeth 72 at the lower end of the sliding block 7 can slide between the tooth-shaped grooves 73, and the worker starts to work after the position adjustment of the sliding block 7 is completed; after the work of the worker is finished, one end of the turnover plate 4 close to the keyboard is lifted, so that the turnover plate 4 drives the connecting block 71 and the sliding block 7 to rotate around the hinge shaft 41 together; as the turning plate 4 continues to rotate, the teeth 72 at the lower end of the sliding block 7 are separated from the toothed groove 73 at the bottom of the first groove 3, and at this time, the worker slides the connecting block 71, so that the sliding block 7 slides in a direction away from the hinge shaft 41; after the sliding block 7 is contacted with the end part of the sliding groove 6, the turnover plate 4 and the connecting block 71 are put down together, so that the turnover plate 4 is flush with the table plate 2; the length of the sliding groove 6 is fixed, so that the sliding distance of the connecting block 71 in the sliding groove 6 is fixed, and the phenomenon that the position of one end, close to the keyboard, of the turnover plate 4 is too high, so that a worker is uncomfortable when using the turnover keyboard is avoided; along with the sliding of the connecting block 71 by the worker, the sliding sheet 43 in the second groove 42 also slides together, so that the sliding sheet 43 always seals the sliding groove 6, and the garbage and the dust on the table plate 2 cannot enter the first groove through the sliding groove 6, thereby preventing the dust and the garbage from influencing the sliding of the sliding block 7 and ensuring the cleanness of the invention; as the connecting block 71 slides in the sliding groove 6, the torsion spring 46 on the first rotating shaft 44 rotates and rolls up the end of the rubber sheet connected with the torsion spring 46; meanwhile, the connecting block 71 pulls the rubber sheet rolled up on the second rotating shaft 45, so that the rubber sheet positioned in the second groove 42 can slide in the sliding groove 6 along with the connecting block 71, the space of the second groove 42 is reduced, the sliding sheet 43 is prevented from influencing the sliding of the sliding block 7, and the using effect of the invention is further improved.

An ergonomic office table comprises a support plate (1) and a table plate (2); the method is characterized in that: one end face, far away from the supporting plate (1), of the table plate (2) is provided with a first groove (3); the bottom of the first groove (3) is obliquely arranged, one end, far away from the center of the table plate (2), of the first groove (3) penetrates through the table plate (2), the depth, close to the center of the table plate (2), of the first groove (3) is larger than that of one end, far away from the center of the table plate (2), of the first groove (3), and a turnover plate (4) is arranged in the first groove (3); one end of the turnover plate (4) far away from the center of the table plate (2) is rotatably connected between two groove walls of the first groove (3) through a hinge shaft (41); a sliding groove (6) is formed in the turnover plate (4), and the section of the sliding groove (6) is T-shaped; a sliding block (7) is arranged in the first groove (3); the lower end of the sliding block (7) is obliquely arranged, the inclination angle of the lower end of the sliding block (7) is consistent with that of the bottom of the first groove (3) in an initial state, the upper end of the sliding block (7) is in contact with the lower end of the turnover plate (4), and the upper end of the sliding block (7) is fixedly connected with a connecting block (71); the cross section of the connecting block (71) is consistent with that of the sliding groove (6), and the connecting block (71) is in sliding connection with the sliding groove (6); the keyboard is arranged in the center of the surface of the table board (2).

An ergonomic desk as defined in claim 1, wherein: the lower end of the sliding block (7) is fixedly connected with teeth (72); the cross section of the tooth (72) is triangular, and a tooth-shaped groove (73) is uniformly formed at the bottom of the first groove (3); the shape of the tooth-shaped groove (73) is the same as that of the tooth (72); the teeth (72) can be locked in the tooth grooves (73).

An ergonomic desk as defined in claim 2, wherein: the sliding groove (6) penetrates through the turnover plate (4) in the longitudinal direction; the upper end face of the connecting block (71) is provided with an arc-shaped groove (61), and the upper end of the connecting block (71) is flush with the upper end face of the turnover plate (4).

An ergonomic desk as defined in claim 3, wherein: a second groove (42) is formed in the turnover plate (4); the number of the second grooves (42) is two, the two second grooves (42) are respectively positioned at two sides of the sliding groove (6), the second grooves (42) are communicated with the sliding groove (6), and the sliding sheet (43) is connected in the second grooves (42) in a sliding manner; one end of the sliding sheet (43) close to the sliding groove (6) is hinged with the connecting block (71).

An ergonomic desk as defined in claim 4, wherein: a first rotating shaft (44) is rotatably connected between two groove walls of the second groove (42) close to the hinge shaft (41) through a torsion spring (46); the two groove walls of the second groove (42) far away from the hinge shaft (41) are rotationally connected with a second rotating shaft (45) through a torsion spring (46); one sliding sheet (43) is fixedly connected with a first rotating shaft (44), and the other sliding sheet (43) is fixedly connected with a second rotating shaft (45); the sliding sheet (43) is made of flexible materials.
6. A method of using an ergonomic table adapted for use with an ergonomic table of any of claims 1-5, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: the worker drives the sliding block (7) to slide in the first groove (3) towards the direction far away from the center of the table plate (2) through the sliding connecting block (71), and the lower ends of the teeth (72) slide between the tooth-shaped grooves (73);
s2: after the turnover plate (4) is adjusted to a proper position by a worker, the lower end of the tooth (72) is clamped by the tooth-shaped groove (73), the position of the turnover plate (4) is fixed, and the worker starts to work by using a keyboard;
s3: after the work of the worker is finished, one end of the turnover plate (4) close to the keyboard is lifted, so that the teeth (72) and the tooth-shaped grooves (73) are separated;
s4: the connecting block (71) is slid by the worker, the connecting block (71) drives the sliding block (7) to slide towards the direction far away from the hinge shaft (41), the worker puts down the turnover plate (4), the turnover plate (4) is enabled to be flush with the table plate (2), and the turnover plate (4) returns to the original position.
