Abstract
The invention provides a garment structure, comprising a garment main body; and the three-dimensional structure is arranged on the outer surface of the clothes main body and is at least formed by configuring a deformable flexible part, the flexible part comprises an outer layer and an inner cavity, the inner cavity is arranged in the outer layer along the length direction of the flexible part and is provided with a filler, the flexible part can be divided into at least one flexible unit, the flexible unit forms a connecting section through configuration and is arranged on a first fixing section and a second fixing section at two ends of the connecting section, and the first fixing section and the second fixing section are arranged on the clothes main body and are configured to be close to a preset distance to each other so that the connecting section is bent and deformed to generate a three-dimensional space. According to the invention, the flexible piece capable of generating the three-dimensional space is arranged on the clothes main body, so that the complexity of the existing three-dimensional clothes is broken, and the clothes have the advantages of simple structure, high flexibility and strong three-dimensional sense.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a garment structure and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, the requirements of people on clothes are not limited to wearing comfort level, and higher pursuit is also made on the effect expressed by the appearance of the clothes, especially the requirement of stars is higher.
Present clothing structure is the plane type mostly, also has a small number to have the stereoeffect, but realizes that this stereoeffect's technology is comparatively complicated, like 3D prints, if the surface fabric structure that the preparation has a plurality of cavities, fills the material in the cavity again, above mode because with high costs and flexibility ratio not enough, therefore can't promote the clothing that has the stereoeffect.
In view of the above, the present inventors have devised a method for manufacturing a garment structure, and have resulted in the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the present invention provides in a first aspect a garment structure comprising:
a garment body; and
the three-dimensional structure is arranged on the outer surface of the clothes main body and is at least formed by configuring a deformable flexible part, the flexible part comprises an outer layer and an inner cavity, the inner cavity is arranged inside the outer layer along the length direction of the flexible part and is provided with a filler, the flexible part can be divided into at least one flexible unit, the flexible unit forms a connecting section through configuration and is arranged on a first fixing section and a second fixing section at two ends of the connecting section, the first fixing section and the second fixing section are arranged on the clothes main body, and the first fixing section and the second fixing section are configured to be close to a preset distance to each other so that the connecting section is bent and deformed to generate a three-dimensional space.
Optionally, the flexible member is provided with a plurality of three-dimensional spaces along a length direction thereof, and the three-dimensional spaces are uniformly or non-uniformly arranged on the flexible member.
Optionally, several of the three-dimensional spaces have the same or different heights.
Optionally, the three-dimensional spaces of adjacent flexible members are aligned with each other or staggered with each other.
Optionally, several of the flexible members are combined into a stitching pattern.
Optionally, the stitching pattern includes at least one of an animal pattern, a landscape pattern, a character pattern, and an artificial pattern.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a garment structure, comprising the steps of:
fixedly connecting the first fixed section of the flexible unit to the garment main body;
the second fixed section of the flexible unit is close to the first fixed section, so that the distance between the first fixed section and the second fixed section is smaller than the length of the connecting section;
fixedly connecting the second fixing section of the flexible unit to the clothes main body;
the other flexible units of the flexible member are sequentially fixed according to a predetermined path.
Optionally, the fixing the first fixing section of the flexible unit to the garment body and the fixing the second fixing section of the flexible unit to the garment body include sewing or embroidering.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the flexible member 21 is provided with a plurality of three-dimensional spaces 3 along the length direction thereof, and a plurality of three-dimensional spaces 3 are uniformly or non-uniformly provided on the flexible member 21, where uniform means that adjacent three-dimensional spaces 3 are equidistant in the length direction of the flexible member 21, and non-uniform means that adjacent three-dimensional spaces 3 are not completely equidistant in the length direction of the flexible member 21, that is, there may be some adjacent three-dimensional spaces 3 being equidistant, or there may be some adjacent three-dimensional spaces 3 being completely non-equidistant, such as in a certain arithmetic progression; the arrangement mode of the flexible pieces 21 can be increased through the arrangement mode of the three-dimensional space 3, so that the flexible pieces are rich in styles and strong in stereoscopic impression.
In the present embodiment, the three-dimensional spaces 3 have the same or different heights, where the height refers to the maximum height of the three-dimensional space 3 from the surface of the clothes after the connecting section 25 is bent and deformed, and here the clothes can be considered to be flat, the same three-dimensional space 3 has a consistent look and feel, and the three-dimensional spaces 3 with different heights enable the connecting section 25 to have different distances from the viewer in the aspect of vision, thereby enhancing the further three-dimensional effect.
In this embodiment, the three-dimensional spaces 3 of the adjacent flexible pieces 21 are aligned with each other or staggered from each other, as shown in fig. 6, taking staggering as an example, the adjacent flexible pieces 21 are arranged in parallel, the alignment means on a certain weft of the clothes main body 1, the three-dimensional spaces 3 are aligned with each other, the weft of the earth can be referred to, the staggering means that the three-dimensional spaces 3 are arranged on different wefts of the clothes main body 1, and the arrangement mode of the flexible pieces 21 can be increased through the arrangement mode of the three-dimensional spaces 3, so that the clothes have rich styles and strong stereoscopic impression.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of the flexible members 21 are combined to form a mosaic pattern, and the mosaic pattern includes at least one of an animal pattern, a landscape pattern, a character pattern, and an artificial object pattern, the animal pattern includes zebra, cat, dog, etc., the landscape pattern includes blue sky, white cloud, etc., the artificial object includes car, boat, building, cup, etc., the building includes great wall, as shown in fig. 6-8, and only the characters and landscape are used for illustration, but other patterns such as animals should be understood.
Second embodiment:
as shown in fig. 9, a method for manufacturing a garment structure includes the steps of:
s1, fixedly connecting the first fixed section 26 of the flexible unit 24 to the clothes main body 1;
s2, approaching the second fixed section 27 of the flexible unit 24 to the first fixed section 26, so that the distance between the first fixed section 26 and the second fixed section 27 is less than the length of the connecting section 25;
s3, fixedly connecting the second fixed section 27 of the flexible unit 24 to the clothes main body 1;
and S4, sequentially fixing the other flexible units 24 of the flexible member 21 according to a predetermined path.
It should be noted that the above steps are all descriptions for the same designated flexible member 21, and the operation steps of other flexible members 21 are similar to this and are not described again.
In this embodiment, the fixing the first fixing section 26 of the flexible unit 24 to the garment body 1 and the fixing the second fixing section 27 of the flexible unit 24 to the garment body 1 include sewing or embroidering.
According to the invention, the flexible piece 21 is arranged on the clothes main body 1, the flexible piece 21 is provided with the flexible unit 24, the flexible unit 24 comprises the connecting section 25, the first fixing section 26 and the second fixing section 27 which are arranged at two ends of the connecting section 25, the first fixing section 26 and the second fixing section 27 are arranged on the clothes main body 1 and are configured to be close to each other by a preset distance so that the connecting section 25 is bent and deformed to generate the three-dimensional space 3, the flexible unit 24 is simple in structure, can be configured according to the requirements of users, breaks the complexity of the existing three-dimensional clothes, and has the advantages of simple structure, high flexibility and strong three-dimensional effect.

Claims (8)
1. A garment structure, comprising:
a garment body; and
the three-dimensional structure is arranged on the outer surface of the clothes main body and is at least formed by configuring a deformable flexible part, the flexible part comprises an outer layer and an inner cavity, the inner cavity is arranged inside the outer layer along the length direction of the flexible part and is provided with a filler, the flexible part can be divided into at least one flexible unit, the flexible unit forms a connecting section through configuration and is arranged on a first fixing section and a second fixing section at two ends of the connecting section, the first fixing section and the second fixing section are arranged on the clothes main body, and the first fixing section and the second fixing section are configured to be close to a preset distance to each other so that the connecting section is bent and deformed to generate a three-dimensional space.
2. A garment structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein said flexible member is provided with a plurality of three-dimensional spaces along its length, said three-dimensional spaces being uniformly or non-uniformly disposed in said flexible member.
3. A garment structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein a number of said three-dimensional spaces have the same or different heights.
4. A garment structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the spatial spaces of adjacent flexible members are aligned with or offset from each other.
5. A garment structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a number of said flexible members are combined in a stitched pattern.
6. The garment structure of claim 5, wherein the stitching pattern comprises at least one of an animal pattern, a landscape pattern, a character pattern, and an artificial pattern.
7. A method of manufacturing a garment structure for use in a garment structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
fixedly connecting the first fixed section of the flexible unit to the garment main body;
the second fixed section of the flexible unit is close to the first fixed section, so that the distance between the first fixed section and the second fixed section is smaller than the length of the connecting section;
fixedly connecting the second fixing section of the flexible unit to the clothes main body;
the other flexible units of the flexible member are sequentially fixed according to a predetermined path.
8. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the securing the first fastening section of the flexible unit to the garment body and the securing the second fastening section of the flexible unit to the garment body comprise sewing or embroidering.
