the connecting pipeline is arranged in the fixing frame and communicated with the water accumulation cavity;
the first cleaning rod is arranged on the fence body in a sliding mode, communicated with the connecting pipeline and used for cleaning the fence body;
the driving mechanism is used for connecting the second supporting rod and the first cleaning rod, when the second supporting rod rotates, the driving mechanism drives the first cleaning rod to move, and when the second supporting rod is static, the driving mechanism drives the first cleaning rod to be static; and
the limiting stop valve assembly is arranged in the connecting pipeline and is used for controlling whether the connecting pipeline is communicated or not;
the top surface of the water accumulation cavity is provided with a filtering piece arranged on the rain cover;
the connection line includes:
the third pipeline is arranged in the second supporting rod and communicated with the water accumulation cavity;
the second pipeline is arranged in the first supporting rod and matched with the third pipeline;
a first conduit disposed on the first support bar and in communication with the second conduit;
a hard tube in communication with the first conduit; and
one end of the connecting pipe is communicated with the hard pipe, and the other end of the connecting pipe is communicated with the first cleaning rod;
the hard tube is controlled by an electromagnetic valve, when the second supporting rod rotates, the electromagnetic valve is opened, and when the second supporting rod is static, the electromagnetic valve is closed;
spacing stop valve subassembly includes:
the valve block is attached to the third pipeline and the second pipeline in a sliding mode, and one end, close to the second pipeline, of the valve block extends to the other side of the first pipeline; and
and one end of the second elastic piece is fixed at the bottom of the second pipeline, and the other end of the second elastic piece is fixedly connected with the valve block.

the first circular gear is mounted on the driving screw sleeve and is in meshed connection with the second circular gear;
one end of the driving screw is fixedly connected with the first cleaning rod, and the other end of the driving screw is fixedly connected with a limiting rod extending out of the rain cover;
and a third limiting block fixedly connected with the fence body is arranged on one side, close to the driving screw rod, of the first cleaning rod.

one end of the third elastic piece is fixedly connected with the bottom of the sliding groove, and the other end of the third elastic piece is fixedly connected with the sliding block; the reducing curved surface is matched with the limiting groove.
