The bottom of the positioning counterbore 303 is provided with a through hole 304, and the fitting 50 is internally provided with a positioning passage 54, the positioning passage 54 extending in the axial direction of the connecting shaft 53 and penetrating through the fitting 50. When the connector 51 is engaged with the second positioning slot 302, the positioning channel 54 is coaxially disposed with the through hole 304 and the hole of the elastic member 55. The transition plate 20 is provided with a dismounting hole 21, and the dismounting hole 21 is arranged corresponding to the through hole 304. The use of a rod-like removal tool can cooperate with the positioning channel 54 to effect unlocking of the locking structure.
The positioning channel 54 includes a circular channel 541, the circular channel 541 is configured with internal threads, the dismounting hole 21 is provided with a threaded hole having the same specification as the circular channel 541, and the circular channel 541 and the dismounting hole 21 can be fixedly connected through a bolt. The screw of the bolt passes through the dismounting hole 21 and the through hole 304 in sequence and is in threaded connection with the circular channel 541. In this manner, the display main body, particularly the transition plate 20, is coupled to the stationary backplate 30 by the locking mechanism 40.
When the display panel 10 is detached from one side, the display panel 10 is separated from the transition plate 20, and then the transition plate 20 is separated from the fixed back plate 30 only by screwing out the bolts in the detaching holes 21. When the fixing back plate 30 is disassembled, the fastening member 60, the fitting member 50 and the fixing back plate 30 are respectively removed, so that the transition plate 20 can be separated from the fixing back plate 30. The front and the back of the two sides of the dismounting are simple, convenient and easy to operate, and a large amount of manpower and material resources can be saved. In addition, both sides can be dismantled around, can reduce the demand to the space when the display screen installation, and especially the back of display screen can reduce required headspace by a wide margin, reduces installation cost.
In addition, the transition plate 20 and the fixed back plate 30 are simultaneously matched with the four groups of locking mechanisms 40, and the four groups of locking mechanisms 40 are symmetrically arranged in pairs at four angles, so that the flatness of the display screen can be improved, the definition of images when a user watches at different visual angles can be ensured, and the user experience is improved; in addition, the display screen is favorable for uniform heat dissipation and local overheating prevention. The symmetrically arranged locking mechanisms 40 can ensure balanced stress, and prevent inclination and deviation.
On the connecting head 51, a limiting ring 512 is further arranged on the periphery of the circular boss 511, the limiting ring 512 and the circular boss 511 are coaxially arranged, an annular gap is formed between the limiting ring 512 and the circular boss 511, two block-shaped flanges 513 protruding outwards are arranged on the outer side wall of the limiting ring 512, two limiting blocks 305 are arranged on the bottom edge of the second positioning groove 302, and when the connecting head 51 is matched with the second positioning groove 302, the block-shaped flanges 513 and the limiting blocks 305 are arranged at intervals. When the connector 51 is matched with the second positioning groove 302 on the fixed back plate 30, the blocky flange 513 can be limited by the two limiting blocks 305, so that the rotation angle of the fitting piece 50 can be limited, the locking caused by the self-rotation of the fitting piece 50 is prevented from being infirm, and the accidental falling is avoided.
An annular gap is reserved between the limiting ring 512 and the circular boss 511, so that a compression space is provided for gas between the circular boss 511 and the second positioning groove 302, excessive gas flow impact is prevented, and the protection of the locking mechanism 40 and the internal structure of the display screen is enhanced.
One side of the fixed back plate 30, which is far away from the transition plate 20, is provided with a heat dissipation structure, the heat dissipation structure comprises a plurality of heat dissipation strips 31 and two rhombic heat dissipation plates 32, and the edges of the heat dissipation strips 31 and the heat dissipation plates 32 are both provided with convex ribs 33.
The heat dissipation strips 31 extend vertically approximately to divide the heat dissipation space outside the fixed back plate 30, and the diffusion rate of the hot air flow generated inside the display screen from bottom to top is further increased under the guiding action of the edge ribs 33.
Two heat dissipation plates 32 are arranged in the middle of the fixed back plate 30, the width of the heat dissipation plate 32 is larger than that of the heat dissipation strips 31, and one heat dissipation plate 32 spans a plurality of heat dissipation strips 31, so that internal hot air is diffused in a wider space range, and the defect of low internal heat dissipation rate is overcome. Two fans 36 are also provided on the stationary backplate 30, the fans 36 being mounted at the positions of the heat dissipation plates 32. Thus, the fan 36 blows air to greatly improve the heat dissipation efficiency.
The heat dissipation bar 31 is also provided with a bent portion 311. The heat dissipation plate 32 is provided with a plurality of ribs 33 which are closed to form a diamond shape, and the heat dissipation plate 32 is divided into a plurality of heat dissipation spaces which are internally and externally sleeved by the plurality of closed ribs 33. Therefore, the heat dissipation space and the heat dissipation angle are diversified. In addition, the rib 33 between the heat dissipation strip 31 and the heat dissipation plate 32 forms stripe lines on the fixing nail back plate, so that the fixing nail back plate is convenient to grab and attractive and elegant.
A plurality of reinforcing ribs 34 are arranged on one side of the fixed back plate 30 close to the transition plate 20, and the plurality of reinforcing ribs 34 are arranged in a criss-cross manner. The heat dissipation space can be divided by the reinforcing ribs 34, so that dust particles are prevented from being attached to a circuit board or a circuit element due to the fact that the air flow range inside the display screen is large and the air flow speed is too high, and the service life is prolonged.
A protrusion 35 is disposed on a side of the fixed back plate 30 away from the transition plate 20, and the protrusion 35 is a hollow structure. The protruding portion 35 can be used as a handrail to facilitate holding and taking of the display screen. In addition, the outwardly protruding protrusion 35 can also serve as a protection against collision. The hollow inside of the protrusion 35 can also enhance the heat dissipation effect.

the end of connector 51 remote from handle 52 is not externally threaded, nor is positioning counterbore 303 internally threaded. The elastic member 55 is a spring. When assembled, the central axis of the elastic member 33 coincides with the central axis of the positioning passage 54.
The locking assembly includes a rib 62 disposed on the fastener. Specifically, two arc-shaped sliding grooves 514 which are symmetrical around the center of the connecting shaft 53 are arranged on the end surface, close to the handle 52, of the connecting head 51, the sliding grooves 514 and the connecting shaft 53 are arranged coaxially, the bottom surface of each sliding groove 514 is a first inclined surface 515, an included angle is formed between each first inclined surface 515 and the end surface of the connecting head 51, and one end of each first inclined surface 515 is connected with the end surface of the connecting head 51; two arc-shaped convex strips 62 with symmetrical centers are arranged on one side of the fastener 60, the end faces of the convex strips 62 are second inclined faces 63, and when the fastener 60 is matched with the connecting shaft 53, the first inclined faces 515 and the second inclined faces 63 are parallel and oppositely arranged. When the end surface of the connecting head 51 close to the handle 52 is in clearance fit with the end surface of the fastener 60, the convex strip 62 can be inserted into or slid out of the sliding groove 514 by rotating the fitting piece 50 around the axis of the connecting shaft 53 in the forward direction or the reverse direction, the first inclined surface 515 and the second inclined surface 63 are in surface contact with each other or separated from each other, and the fitting piece 50 is joggled or separated from the fastener 60, so that the locking mechanism 40 is locked or unlocked.
A step part is arranged at the joint of the positioning counter bore 303 and the second positioning groove 302, an annular flange is arranged on the circular boss 511, and when the circular boss 511 is in threaded connection with the positioning counter bore 303, the annular boss is in contact with the step part. Thus, the engagement points are increased, the contact area between the fitting piece 50 and the fixing back plate 30 is increased, the stability of the locking mechanism 40 can be enhanced, and the locking mechanism can be further prevented from falling off.
The positioning channel 54 includes a circular channel 541 at the center and ribbed channels 542 at both ends of the circular channel 541; the circular channel 541 arranged in the middle is provided with internal threads, the dismounting hole 21 is provided with a threaded hole with the same specification as the dismounting hole, and the circular channel 541 and the dismounting hole 21 can be fixedly connected through a bolt. The screw of the bolt passes through the dismounting hole 21, the through hole 304, the ribbed channel 542 near one side of the transition plate 20 and is in threaded connection with the circular channel 541. In this manner, the display main body, particularly the transition plate 20, is coupled to the stationary backplate 30 by the locking mechanism 40.
The removal tool includes a prismatic shaft that can be inserted through the positioning channel 54 and mated with the ribbed channel 542. Specifically, the prismatic channel 542 has 4 edges, and the cross section of the prismatic channel is square, and the prismatic rod body of the disassembling tool is a regular quadrangular prism, and the cross section of the prismatic channel is square corresponding to the cross section of the prismatic channel 542. The prismatic rod body of the disassembling tool is inserted into the positioning channel 54, and the two are in surface contact.
When the display panel 10 is detached from one side of the display panel 10, the display panel 10 is separated from the transition plate 20, and then the bolts in the detaching holes 21 are unscrewed, so that the transition plate 20 is separated from the fixed back plate 30. When the removal tool is inserted into the positioning channel 54 of the fitting member 50 through the through hole 304, the prismatic rod is tightly fitted with the ribbed channel 542, and the removal tool is rotated to drive the fitting member 50 to rotate, so that the protruding strip 62 on the fastening member 60 is screwed out from the sliding groove 514 on the connecting head 51, thereby unlocking the fitting member 50 and the fastening member 60.
One side that is close to U-shaped opening 61 on first constant head tank 301 is equipped with the breach, because the U-shaped opening 61 of fastener 60 sets up upwards during the installation, and the breach sets up the last bead mouth at first constant head tank 301 promptly. The size of the notch is equivalent to the size of the connector 51. In this way, when disassembling, after the mating member 50 and the fastening member 60 are unlocked, the connecting shaft 53 can be separated from the U-shaped opening 61 by moving downward and slightly tilting the fixing back plate 30, so that the fixing back plate 30 and the fastening member 60 can be taken out from the mating member 50.
The protruding portion 35 is a block-shaped structure, one end of the protruding portion 35 away from the transition plate 20 is connected with a baffle 37, and the baffle 37 is parallel to the fixed back plate 30. The baffle 37 can form guide airflow at the rear side of the display screen, so that the airflow at the rear side of the display screen is improved to play a better heat dissipation effect and heat conduction; on the other hand, the protection effect can be improved.
Example 3
This embodiment is a common-cathode energy-saving display screen according to another embodiment of the present invention, a main body of which includes a first plate body and a fixed back plate 30 that are spliced and combined, wherein both the first plate body and the fixed back plate 30 are matched with a locking mechanism 40;
the locking mechanism 40 comprises a fitting piece 50 and a fastener 60, the fitting piece 50 comprises a connecting head 51 and a handle 52, a connecting shaft 53 is connected between the connecting head 51 and the handle 52, a circular boss 511 protruding outwards is arranged at the tail end of the connecting head 51, a U-shaped opening 61 is arranged in the middle of the fastener 60, and the U-shaped opening 61 is matched with the connecting shaft 53;
a first positioning groove 301 is configured on one side of the fixed back plate 30 away from the first plate body, and the fastener 60 can be embedded into the first positioning groove 301; a second positioning groove 302 is arranged in the first positioning groove 301, a positioning counter bore 303 is arranged in the second positioning groove 302, a through hole 304 is arranged at the bottom of the positioning counter bore 303, and the connector 51 can be matched with the second positioning groove 302;
a positioning channel 54 is arranged inside the fitting 50, and the positioning channel 54 extends in the axial direction of the connecting shaft 53 and penetrates through the fitting 50; when the connector 51 is matched with the second positioning groove 302, the positioning channel 54 is coaxial with the through hole 304, and the circular boss 511 is fixedly connected with the fixed back plate 30;
the first plate body is provided with a dismounting hole 21, and the dismounting hole 21 is arranged corresponding to the through hole 304; the dismounting hole 21 and the positioning passage 54 are connected by bolts.
