Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of data processing, in particular to a medical instrument purchase, sales and inventory management system.
Background
With the rapid development of electronic commerce technology, the Chinese market has fully entered the information management era. Meanwhile, with the acceleration of the global economic informatization process, the traditional accounting management means cannot meet the current fierce market competition. At present, the demand for the medical instrument industry is huge in China, and meanwhile, the information management of links such as purchase, sale, storage and the like of equipment also presents huge challenges. The existing management software in the market can realize basic purchase, sales and inventory management, but cannot meet the requirement of monitoring whether a sales link is monitored by GSP (global system for mobile communications) medicines at a system level, so how to develop a novel medical instrument purchase, sales and inventory management system to overcome the defects of the existing similar products is the direction of research needed by technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a medical instrument purchase, sale and inventory management system which can meet the requirement of automatically monitoring whether a sales link is subjected to GSP (general public safety protocol) medicine supervision or not on a system level.
The technical scheme is as follows:
a medical device inventory management system, comprising: a sales management subsystem; the sales management subsystem includes: the system comprises an interaction module, an acquisition module, an auditing module and a bill module; the interaction module is used for realizing information interaction between the medical instrument purchase, sales and inventory management system and a client; the acquisition module is used for acquiring the operation permission data of the client; the auditing module is used for auditing whether the operation permission data falls into the GSP drug monitoring product range, and activating the bill module if the operation permission data falls into the GSP drug monitoring product range; if the operation permission data does not fall into the GSP drug monitoring product range, automatically feeding back refusal information; the bill module is used for checking whether the order product data falls into the GSP drug monitoring product range, and if the order product data falls into the GSP drug monitoring product range, generating an electronic bill; and if the order product data does not fall into the GSP drug supervision product range, automatically feeding back refusal information.
By adopting the technical scheme: in the process of selling products, firstly, whether the operation permission range of a client initiating an order request meets the regulation of a GSP drug administration is checked. If not, the order is not opened. If the operation range of the client is met, further checking whether the goods class applied by the client falls within the specified range of the GSP drug supervision, and generating an electronic bill for the ordered products falling into the product range of the GSP drug supervision.
Preferably, in the medical instrument purchase-sale-inventory management system: the acquisition module is used for reading the basic information of the client and acquiring the business license data of the client based on the basic information of the client and the crawler software.
By adopting the technical scheme: based on the basic information of the client, such as the name of a client company, the system automatically logs in a public inquiry website, and further client operation license information is crawled from the public inquiry website through crawler software based on the name of the client company, so that the operation steps in the data acquisition process are reduced, and the overall working efficiency is improved.
Preferably, in the medical instrument purchase-sale-inventory management system: the auditing module is used for performing word segmentation processing on the operation permission data and obtaining each permission item; matching each license item with the GSP drug supervision product range; if a certain license list item falls into the GSP drug monitoring product range, activating a bill module; and if all the traversed permission items do not fall into the GSP drug monitoring product range, automatically feeding back refusal information.
Preferably, in the medical instrument purchase-sale-inventory management system: the bill module is used for calculating the intersection between the order product data and the GSP drug monitoring product range according to the Lambda expression, and automatically feeding back refusal information if the intersection does not exist; and if the intersection exists, generating an electronic bill based on the order product data in the intersection.
More preferably, in the medical instrument purchase-sale-inventory management system: still include the purchase subsystem, the purchase subsystem includes: the system comprises a purchasing operation module, a purchasing statistics module and a purchasing acceptance module; the purchasing operation module is used for respectively performing operations of adding, modifying, deleting, examining and managing acquisition quotations, purchase orders and acquisition commodities; the purchasing statistical module is used for carrying out statistics and summarization on commodities, commodity types, purchasing personnel and clients; the purchase acceptance module is used for taking the purchase order to accept and generating an acceptance record after acceptance.
More preferably, the medical instrument purchase, sale and inventory management system further includes a warehousing subsystem, and the warehousing subsystem includes: the system comprises an inventory module, an early warning module and a butt joint module; the checking module is used for inputting the checking data into the system and performing system entry after the checking data passes; the early warning module is used for tracking the validity period of the warehousing products and generating early warning prompts and/or locking and stopping sale when the remaining time of the validity period reaches a preset threshold; the docking module is used for docking a third-party logistics platform.
More preferably, in the medical instrument purchase-sale-inventory management system: the sales management subsystem also comprises an updating module, and the updating module is used for connecting the drug administration system and realizing synchronous refreshing when drug administration data is refreshed.
Compared with the prior art, the system can meet deep customer management of medical instrument distribution companies, meet the GSP drug supervision requirements, and realize purchase, sale and stock integrated intelligent management.
