s106: responding to a special group establishment instruction; the special group establishment instruction comprises a special work group name, a zone to which the special work group belongs, at least two event categories associated with the special work group and users to be subjected to group corresponding to the special work group.
When the e-government event needs more than two work groups to coordinate, the user can send a special group building instruction to the server through the client, and the server responds to the special group building instruction and analyzes the special group building instruction to acquire the special work group name, the belonging zone of the special work group, at least two event categories associated with the special work group and the to-be-grouped users corresponding to the special work group.
The special work group is different from the common work group in that the special work group is at least associated with two event categories.
In an alternative embodiment, the user may enter a processing result entry interface for the time to be processed, and trigger the client to issue a "private crowd" instruction to the server by interacting with the private crowd control in the processing result entry interface.
S107: and establishing a special work group according to the name of the special work group, the region of the special work group, at least two event categories associated with the special work group and the users to be entered corresponding to the special work group, and enabling clients corresponding to the users to be entered to display the special work group.

S108: responding to an event hastening instruction, and acquiring the current time and the electronic government affair event information; the electronic government affair event information comprises the occurrence time of the electronic government affair event and the processing deadline of the electronic government affair event.
When the current time is close to the processing period of the electronic government affair event, the client sends an event sponsoring instruction to the server, and the server responds to the event sponsoring instruction and receives the event sponsoring operation of the electronic government affair event, wherein the event sponsoring operation comprises the step of correspondingly issuing the electronic government affair event to a work group corresponding to the electronic government affair event information.
S109: judging whether the electronic government event meets a preset hastening condition according to the current time, the occurrence time of the electronic government event and the processing period of the electronic government event.
The server receives an event sponsoring instruction sent by the client, acquires the current time and the electronic government event information, and judges whether the electronic government event meets a preset sponsoring condition according to the current time, the occurrence time of the electronic government event and the processing period of the electronic government event.
In an optional embodiment, the meeting of the preset hastening condition means that the current time is close to the overdue time of the e-government event and the e-government event is not processed, where the overdue time refers to a time after the occurrence time of the e-government event is overlapped with the processing deadline of the e-government event, and the current time is close to the overdue time of the e-government event may refer to a difference between the overdue time and the current time is less than a preset time threshold.

The server judges whether the electronic government affair event meets a preset prompting condition, if so, the prompting information of the electronic government affair event is issued to a client which has joined in a target workgroup matched with the electronic government affair event information, so that the client displays the prompting information in the target workgroup, and a user can browse the prompting information.
In an optional embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, fig. 14 is an interface schematic diagram of an electronic government affair information card displayed in a workgroup according to another embodiment of the present application, where the electronic government affair information card in fig. 14 is a control obtained after conversion of the electronic government affair information and used for displaying the electronic government affair information and responding to various user triggering operations, and the electronic government affair information card displays a hastening mark which is not used for the event information card, and a user can browse all the hastening information of the hastening information card by triggering the hastening information card, so that it can be understood that the hastening information and the electronic government affair information can be the same information, and the remaining transacting time information can be increased on the basis of the electronic government affair information, thereby realizing the hastening of the electronic government affair, ensuring the acceptance of the electronic government affair event, and further improving the processing efficiency of the electronic government affair event.

an acquiring module 151, configured to acquire electronic government event information sent by a client;
the matching module 152 is configured to obtain a target workgroup matched with the e-government event information according to the e-government event information and a preset event distribution algorithm;
the distribution module 153 is configured to issue the e-government event information to a client corresponding to the target workgroup, so that the client displays the e-government event information in the target workgroup;
and the processing module 154 is used for receiving the processing result of the e-government event through the completion operation of the processing of the e-government event by the response of the client.
In the embodiment of the present application, the event distribution processing device based on the workgroup matches the e-government event information with the target workgroup by acquiring the e-government event information sent by the client through the acquisition module 151; a target workgroup matched with the e-government event information is obtained through the matching module 152 according to a preset event distribution algorithm, so that the e-government event information and the target workgroup are quickly and accurately matched; the over-distribution module 153 will issue the e-government event information to the client corresponding to the target workgroup, so that the client displays the e-government event information in the target workgroup, and users joining the workgroup can browse the event information and process the e-government event in time. Referring to fig. 16, fig. 16 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present application. The embodiment of the application also provides a server, which comprises: a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; the server may store a plurality of instructions adapted to be loaded by a processor and execute the method steps of the embodiments shown in fig. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13, and the specific execution process may refer to the specific description of the embodiments shown in fig. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13, which are not described herein.
Wherein the processor may include one or more processing cores. The processor 160 connects various parts within the server using various interfaces and lines, performs various functions of the event distribution processing device 6 and processes data by executing or executing instructions, programs, code sets or instruction sets stored in the memory 161, and invoking data in the memory 161, and alternatively, the processor 160 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of digital signal processing (Digital Signal Processing, DSP), field-programmable gate array (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA), programmable logic array (Programble Logic Array, PLA). It will be appreciated that the modem may not be integrated into the processor 160 and may be implemented by a single chip.
The Memory 161 may include a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or a Read-Only Memory (Read-Only Memory). Optionally, the memory 161 includes a non-transitory computer readable medium (non-transitory computer-readable storage medium). Memory 161 may be used to store instructions, programs, code, sets of codes, or sets of instructions. The memory 161 may include a stored program area and a stored data area, wherein the stored program area may store instructions for implementing an operating system, instructions for at least one function (such as touch instructions, etc.), instructions for implementing the various method embodiments described above, etc.; the storage data area may store data or the like referred to in the above respective method embodiments. The memory 161 may also optionally be at least one storage device located remotely from the aforementioned processor 160.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-described division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical application, the above-described functional distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, i.e. the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-described functions. The functional units and modules in the embodiment may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit, where the integrated units may be implemented in a form of hardware or a form of a software functional unit. In addition, specific names of the functional units and modules are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present application. The specific working process of the units and modules in the above system may refer to the corresponding process in the foregoing method embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the embodiments are emphasized, and in part, not described or illustrated in any particular embodiment, reference is made to the related descriptions of other embodiments.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus/terminal device and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the apparatus/terminal device embodiments described above are merely illustrative, e.g., the division of the modules or units is merely a logical function division, and there may be additional divisions in actual implementation, e.g., multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted or not performed. Alternatively, the coupling or direct coupling or communication connection shown or discussed may be an indirect coupling or communication connection via interfaces, devices or units, which may be in electrical, mechanical or other forms.
The units described as separate units may or may not be physically separate, and units shown as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment.
In addition, each functional unit in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit. The integrated units may be implemented in hardware or in software functional units.
The integrated modules/units, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as stand-alone products, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the present invention may implement all or part of the flow of the method of the above embodiment, or may be implemented by a computer program to instruct related hardware, where the computer program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program may implement the steps of each of the method embodiments described above. Wherein the computer program comprises computer program code which may be in source code form, object code form, executable file or some intermediate form etc.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but, if various modifications or variations of the present invention are not departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, the present invention is intended to include such modifications and variations as fall within the scope of the claims and the equivalents thereof.

Claims (8)

1. The electronic government affair event processing method based on the workgroup is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring electronic government event information sent by a client, wherein the electronic government event information comprises a region to which the electronic government event belongs, an event handling level of the electronic government event and an event category of the electronic government event;
searching target workgroups matched with the e-government events from all workgroups according to the affiliated region of the workgroups, the event disposal level associated with the workgroups, the event category associated with the workgroups, the affiliated region of the e-government events, the event disposal level of the e-government events and the event category of the e-government events; the method comprises the steps that a plurality of workgroups are preset in a server, and information of the workgroups is stored, wherein the information of the workgroups comprises a zone to which the workgroups belong, an event handling level associated with the workgroups and an event category associated with the workgroups;
The electronic government affair event information is issued to a client added into the target workgroup, so that the client displays the electronic government affair event information in the target workgroup;
the operation is completed through the response of the client to the processing of the e-government event, and the processing result of the e-government event is received;
responding to a turn command; the transfer operation is received through an event information card corresponding to the electronic government event information, and the transfer instruction comprises an electronic government event identifier and a transfer work group identifier;
acquiring electronic government event information corresponding to the electronic government event identification and a transfer work group corresponding to the transfer work group identification according to the electronic government event identification and the transfer work group identification, and issuing a transfer work information card corresponding to the electronic government event information to a client added into the transfer work group; the transfer event information card is used for displaying the electronic government affair event information and the transfer event information and receiving processing operation of a user on the electronic government affair event information.
2. The workgroup-based e-government event processing method of claim 1 wherein,
the step of issuing the e-government event information to the client corresponding to the target workgroup to enable the client to display the e-government event information in the target workgroup, comprises the following steps:
converting the electronic government affair event information into an event information card; the event information card is used for displaying the electronic government event information and receiving processing operation of a user on the electronic government event information;
and the event information card is issued to the client added into the target workgroup, so that the client displays the event information card in the target workgroup.
3. The workgroup-based e-government event processing method of claim 2 wherein,
the operation of completing the processing of the e-government event through the response of the client receives the processing result of the e-government event, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a processing result of the e-government event sent by the client; the processing result is sent by a client responding to the processing completion operation, and the processing completion operation is received through the event information card corresponding to the electronic government event information;
And according to the processing result of the e-government event, the processing result of the e-government event is issued to the client added into the target workgroup, so that the client displays the processing result in the target workgroup.
4. A workgroup-based e-government event processing method in accordance with any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said completing operation in response to the processing of the e-government event by said client comprises, before receiving the processing result of the e-government event, the steps of:
responding to an event hastening instruction, and acquiring the current time and the electronic government affair event information; the electronic government affair event information comprises the occurrence time of the electronic government affair event and the processing deadline of the electronic government affair event;
judging whether the electronic government event meets a preset hastening condition according to the current time, the occurrence time of the electronic government event and the processing period of the electronic government event;
if yes, issuing the sponsored information of the electronic government affair event to the client which is added into the target workgroup matched with the electronic government affair event information, and enabling the client to display the sponsored information in the target workgroup.
5. The workgroup-based e-government event processing method of claim 4 wherein said completing operation in response to the processing of an e-government event by said client, after receiving the processing result of said e-government event, includes the steps of:
and sending the processing result of the e-government affair event to the client added into the target workgroup, so that the client displays the processing result in the target workgroup.
6. The workgroup-based e-government event processing method of claim 4 further comprising the steps of:
responding to a special group establishment instruction; the special group establishment instruction comprises a special work group name, a zone to which the special work group belongs, at least two event categories associated with the special work group and users to be subjected to group corresponding to the special work group;
and establishing a special work group according to the name of the special work group, the region of the special work group, at least two event categories associated with the special work group and the users to be entered corresponding to the special work group, and enabling clients corresponding to the users to be entered to display the special work group.
7. An event distribution processing apparatus based on a workgroup, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the e-government event information sent by the client; the electronic government affair event information comprises a region to which the electronic government affair event belongs, an event handling level of the electronic government affair event and an event category of the electronic government affair event;
the matching module is used for searching target workgroups matched with the electronic government affair from all workgroups according to the affiliated region of the workgroups, the event handling level associated with the workgroups, the event category associated with the workgroups, the affiliated region of the electronic government affair, the event handling level of the electronic government affair and the event category of the electronic government affair; the method comprises the steps that a plurality of workgroups are preset in a server, and information of the workgroups is stored, wherein the information of the workgroups comprises a zone to which the workgroups belong, an event handling level associated with the workgroups and an event category associated with the workgroups;
the distribution module is used for distributing the electronic government affair event information to the client corresponding to the target workgroup, so that the client displays the electronic government affair event information in the target workgroup;
The processing module is used for responding to the processing completion operation of the e-government event through the client and receiving the processing result of the e-government event;
the transfer module is used for responding to the transfer instruction; the transfer operation is received through an event information card corresponding to the electronic government event information, and the transfer instruction comprises an electronic government event identifier and a transfer work group identifier;
acquiring electronic government event information corresponding to the electronic government event identification and a transfer work group corresponding to the transfer work group identification according to the electronic government event identification and the transfer work group identification, and issuing a transfer work information card corresponding to the electronic government event information to a client added into the transfer work group; the transfer event information card is used for displaying the electronic government affair event information and the transfer event information and receiving processing operation of a user on the electronic government affair event information.
8. A server, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; the computer program when executed by the processor performs the steps of the workgroup-based e-government event processing method of any of claims 1 to 6.
