In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, in step S40, the determining a substitute drug for the drug to be used according to the preset prediction model specifically includes the following steps:
s41: and inputting the name of the medicine used in the preset prediction model to obtain the name of the medicine output by the preset prediction model as the medicine to be determined.
After determining whether the inventory medicine information of the medical service points contains the used medicines, if no medical service points capable of providing the used medicines exist in the plurality of medical service points, the fact that the medical service points in the preset range of the user cannot provide the used medicines of the user is indicated, in order to meet the medication demand of the user, the user needs to search for the substitute medicines, the names of the medicines using the medicines are input into a preset prediction model, and the names of the medicines output by the preset prediction model are obtained and serve as the medicines to be determined.

after a user receives service point recommendation information sent by a server and determines that the user purchases corresponding medicines (including used medicines and alternative medicines), the user needs to be regularly prompted to upload the use condition of the corresponding medicines taken by a patient so as to evaluate the curative effect of the corresponding medicines, and thus, evaluation information of different users on the corresponding medicines is obtained.

After whether the curative effect of the to-be-determined medicine meets the preset requirement or not is determined according to the evaluation information, if the curative effect of the to-be-determined medicine meets the preset requirement, the curative effect of the to-be-determined medicine is better, and the to-be-determined medicine can be used as a substitute medicine of the used medicine, so that the medication safety of a patient is ensured, and the medicine purchasing experience of a user is improved.
After whether the curative effect of the to-be-determined medicine meets the preset requirement or not is determined according to the evaluation information, if the curative effect of the to-be-determined medicine does not meet the preset requirement, the to-be-determined medicine is poor in curative effect and is not recommended to be used as a substitute medicine for using the medicine, the to-be-determined medicine is not used as the substitute medicine for using the medicine, if a plurality of to-be-determined medicines output by the preset prediction model exist, the next to-be-determined medicine is continuously determined until the substitute medicine for using the medicine is found, or until the determination of all the to-be-determined medicines output by the preset prediction model is finished.
In the embodiment, the name of the medicine using the medicine is input into the preset prediction model to obtain the name of the medicine output by the preset prediction model as the medicine to be determined; then obtaining the evaluation information of the medicine to be determined of other users, wherein the evaluation information comprises the curative effect information of the medicine to be determined of the patient; determining whether the curative effect of the drug to be determined meets the preset requirement or not according to the evaluation information; if the curative effect of the to-be-determined medicine meets the preset requirement, the to-be-determined medicine is used as a substitute medicine for the used medicine, the specific step of determining the substitute medicine for the used medicine according to the preset prediction model is defined, and when the curative effect of the substitute medicine meets the requirement, the to-be-determined medicine can be recommended as the substitute medicine for the used medicine, so that the curative effect of the recommended medicine is ensured, the health of a user is further ensured, and the user experience is improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, in step S10, the determining the medicine requirement information of the user specifically includes the following steps:
s11: and acquiring the positioning information of the user, and determining whether the user is in the standing area or not according to the positioning information of the user.
The positioning information of the user can be that when the user opens a corresponding application program (APP) on the terminal device, the message recommendation device directly acquires the positioning information of the user by using a positioning system; the user's location information may be location information manually set by the user. After the positioning information of the user is obtained, it is necessary to determine whether the user is in the standing area according to the positioning information of the user.
After determining whether the user is in the standing area according to the positioning information of the user, if it is determined that the user is in the standing area, it is not necessary to actively provide the relevant push service of the medical service point to the user, and only when the user sends a recommendation request to the server, the message push method in this embodiment is executed again to provide the relevant push service of the medical service point to the user.
S12: and if the user is not in the living area, acquiring disease related information of the user, wherein the disease related information comprises the disease information, diagnosis and treatment records and medication records of the user.
After determining whether the user is in the living area according to the positioning information of the user, if the user is not in the living area, the user is in a different place, and in order to ensure the physical health and safety of the user, the disease related information of the user is directly and automatically acquired, so that the recommendation of the related medical service points is carried out according to the disease related information of the user. The disease-related information may be manually uploaded by a user, or may be generated according to a user usage record when the user uses an application program, and the disease-related information includes disease information, diagnosis and treatment records and medication records of the user.
S13: determining the medicine required by the user according to the disease information, the diagnosis and treatment record and the medication record, and generating medicine demand information according to the medicine required by the user.
After disease related information such as disease information, diagnosis and treatment records and medication records of a user is acquired, drugs required by the user are determined according to the disease information, the diagnosis and treatment records and the medication records, and drug requirement information is generated according to the drugs required by the user.
The server can collect and store the commonly used medicines correspondingly used by various diseases in the block chain database, and after the disease related information of the user is obtained, if the disease related information of the user enters the disease information of the user, the corresponding commonly used medicines are matched in the block chain database according to the disease information and serve as the medicines required by the user.
After acquiring the disease-related information of the user, if the diagnosis and treatment record and/or the medication record are obtained, extracting related medicine information from the latest N times of diagnosis and treatment records and/or medication records to be used as the medicine required by the user.
After acquiring the disease related information of a user, if the disease related information at least comprises three types of information of the disease information, diagnosis and treatment records and medication records of the user, matching corresponding common medicines in a block chain database according to the disease information to serve as a first type of medicines; then extracting related medicine information from the diagnosis and treatment record and the medication record to serve as a second type of medicine; taking the intersection of the first type of medicine and the second type of medicine as the medicine required by the user, thereby forming medicine demand information and improving the accuracy of the medicine demand information; or, a union of the first type of medicine and the second type of medicine is taken as the medicine required by the user, so that medicine demand information is formed, the diversity of the medicine demand information is ensured, and the condition that the medicine demand information does not meet the user demand is reduced.
In the embodiment, whether the user is in the standing area or not is determined by acquiring the positioning information of the user according to the positioning information of the user; if the user is not in the living area, acquiring disease related information of the user, wherein the disease related information comprises the disease information, diagnosis and treatment records and medication records of the user; and then according to the disease information, the diagnosis and treatment record and the medication record, determining the medicine required by the user, and generating the medicine demand information according to the medicine required by the user, so that the specific process of determining the medicine demand information of the user is clarified, and when the change of the user location is detected, the medicine demand information is automatically generated according to the past disease related information of the user, so that the inquiry of related medical service points is performed according to the medicine demand information in the following process, the manual operation of the user is not needed, the determination efficiency of the medicine demand information is improved, and the medicine purchasing efficiency and the medicine purchasing experience of the user are improved.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
In an embodiment, a message pushing apparatus is provided, where the message pushing apparatus corresponds to the message pushing method in the foregoing embodiments one to one. As shown in fig. 9, the message pushing apparatus includes a module a, a module B, a module C, and a module D. The functional modules are explained in detail as follows:
a first determining module 901, configured to determine medicine demand information of a user, where the medicine demand information includes a medicine required by the user;

a fourth determining module 904, configured to determine, according to a preset prediction model, a substitute drug for a drug to be used if the inventory drug information of the medical service point does not include the drug to be used, where the preset prediction model is a graph neural network model based on a drug association map;
a fifth determining module 905, configured to determine service point recommendation information according to the alternative drugs, the inventory drug information of the medical service point, and the location information, and push the service point recommendation information to the user, where the service point recommendation information includes the target medical service point and the location information of the target medical service point.
Further, the message pushing apparatus further includes a sixth determining module 906, and after determining whether a healthcare point capable of providing a used drug exists in the plurality of healthcare points according to the inventory drug information of the plurality of healthcare points, the sixth determining module 906 is specifically configured to:
if the medical service points capable of providing the used medicines exist in the plurality of medical service points, the medical service points containing the used medicines are used as target medical service points;
and generating service point recommendation information according to the used medicines, the inventory medicine information of the target medical service point and the position information, and pushing the service point recommendation information to the user.

The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. determining medicine demand information of a user, wherein the medicine demand information comprises medicines required by the user to use;
determining a plurality of medical service points in a preset range of the user according to the positioning information of the user, and acquiring inventory medicine information and position information of the medical service points, wherein the medical service points comprise medical institutions and drug stores;
determining whether a medical service point providing the used medicine exists in a plurality of medical service points according to the inventory medicine information of the plurality of medical service points;
if no medical service point capable of providing the used medicine exists in the plurality of medical service points, determining a substitute medicine of the used medicine according to a preset prediction model, wherein the preset prediction model is a graph neural network model based on a medicine association map;
and determining service point recommendation information according to the substitute drugs, the inventory drug information of the medical service points and the position information, and pushing the service point recommendation information to the user, wherein the service point recommendation information comprises a target medical service point and the position information of the target medical service point.
2. The healthcare-based information push method according to claim 1, wherein after determining whether there is a healthcare point capable of providing the used drug among the plurality of healthcare points based on inventory drug information of the plurality of healthcare points, the method further comprises:
if a medical service point capable of providing the used medicine exists in the plurality of medical service points, taking the medical service point containing the used medicine as the target medical service point;
and generating service point recommendation information according to the used medicines, the inventory medicine information and the position information of the target medical service point, and pushing the service point recommendation information to the user.
3. The healthcare-based information pushing method according to claim 1, wherein after the pushing of the service point recommendation information to the user, the method further comprises:
determining whether a navigation instruction of the user to the target medical service point is received;
and if a navigation instruction of the user to the target medical service point is received, generating a navigation path according to the position information of the target medical service point and the positioning information of the user, and pushing the navigation path to the user.
4. The healthcare-based information push method according to claim 1, wherein the determining service point recommendation information according to the substitute drugs, the inventory drug information of the healthcare point, and the location information comprises:
determining whether the substitute drug is included in the inventory drug information of the point of care;
if the stock drug information of the medical service point contains the substitute drug, taking the medical service point containing the substitute drug as the target medical service point, and generating service point recommendation information according to the substitute drug, the stock drug information of the target medical service point and the position information;

5. The healthcare-based information push method according to claim 4, wherein the generating the service point recommendation information according to the substitute drug, the inventory drug information of the target healthcare point, and the location information includes:
according to the inventory medicine information of the target medical service point, determining the selling price and the quantity of the substitute medicines in the target medical service point;
determining whether the number of the target medical service points is greater than 1;
if the number of the target medical service points is more than 1, determining the priority of each target medical service point according to the position information of each target medical service point and the selling price and the number of the alternative medicines in the target medical service points;
and generating the service point recommendation information according to the priority, the position information and the contact way of each target medical service point and the selling price and the quantity of the substitute medicines in the target medical service points.
6. The healthcare-based information push method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the determining of the substitute drug for the drug to be used according to a preset predictive model includes:
inputting the name of the medicine used into the preset prediction model to obtain the name of the medicine output by the preset prediction model as the medicine to be determined;
obtaining evaluation information of other users on the medicine to be determined, wherein the evaluation information comprises curative effect information of a patient on the medicine to be determined;
determining whether the curative effect of the medicine to be determined meets a preset requirement or not according to the evaluation information;
and if the curative effect of the medicine to be determined meets the preset requirement, taking the medicine to be determined as a substitute medicine of the used medicine.
7. The healthcare-based information push method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the determining the drug requirement information of the user includes:
acquiring the positioning information of the user, and determining whether the user is in a standing area according to the positioning information of the user;
if the user is not in the living area, acquiring disease related information of the user, wherein the disease related information comprises the disease information, diagnosis and treatment records and medication records of the user;
determining the medicine required by the user according to the disease information, the diagnosis and treatment record and the medication record, and generating the medicine demand information according to the medicine required by the user.
8. An information pushing device based on medical service is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a first determination module, a second determination module and a third determination module, wherein the first determination module is used for determining medicine demand information of a user, and the medicine demand information comprises a medicine required by the user;
the second determination module is used for determining a medical service point within the preset range of the user according to the positioning information of the user and acquiring the inventory medicine information and the position information of the medical service point, wherein the medical service point comprises a medical institution and a pharmacy;
a third determining module, configured to determine whether the used drug is included in the drug information in stock at the healthcare point;
a fourth determining module, configured to determine, if the used drug is not included in the inventory drug information of the healthcare point, a substitute drug for the used drug according to a preset prediction model, where the preset prediction model is a graph neural network model based on a drug association map;
and the fifth determining module is used for determining service point recommendation information according to the substitute medicines, the inventory medicine information of the medical service points and the position information, and pushing the service point recommendation information to the user, wherein the service point recommendation information comprises a target medical service point and the position information of the target medical service point.

A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the medical service-based information pushing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, wherein the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the medical service-based information pushing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
