Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the antistatic property continuous detection device of bird's eye cloth of the present invention comprises a machine table 1, winding and unwinding devices 2, a detector 3, a position adjuster 4 and a controller, wherein the two winding and unwinding devices 2 are respectively installed on the machine table 1 and wind and unwind the bird's eye cloth to be detected, the detector 3 comprises a machine case 31, a metal detection head 32, a spring 33, a metal guide ring 34, a wire 35, a metal guide head 36 and an electromagnet, the upper and lower ends of the spring 33 are respectively connected with the machine case 31 and the metal detection head 32, the metal guide ring 34 is installed on the bottom surface of the machine case 31, the two ends of the wire 35 are respectively connected with the metal guide ring 34 and the metal guide head 36, the electromagnet is installed in the machine case 31 and can magnetically attract the metal detection head 32 to contact with the metal guide ring 34 so as to conduct static electricity to the ground through the wire 35 and the metal guide head 36, the adjustable metal of positioning ware 4 detects head 32 and treats the position that the bird's eye cloth that detects tested, the controller is connected with receive and release reel 2, detector 3 and positioning ware 4 electricity respectively.

The position adjusting device 4 further comprises a stepping machine 45 which can drive the first position adjusting motor 41, the L-shaped supporting frame 42, the air cylinder 43, the second position adjusting motor 44 and the detector 3 to be integrally and horizontally close to or far away from the winding and unwinding device 2.
The driving direction of the stepper 45 is parallel to the conveying direction of the bird's eye cloth to be detected.
The stepper 45 comprises end blocks 451, a screw rod 452, a third positioning motor 453 and a nut 454, the screw rod 452 is horizontally arranged, the left end and the right end of the screw rod 452 are respectively rotatably connected to the adjacent surfaces of the two end blocks 451, an output shaft of the third positioning motor 453 is connected with one end of the screw rod 452, and the nut 454 is in threaded connection with the outside of the screw rod 452 and is fixed with the first positioning motor 41.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
firstly, the bird's eye cloth to be detected is sleeved and fixed outside the guide roller of one winding and unwinding device 2, and then the free end is fixed outside the guide roller of the other winding and unwinding device 2. And then, starting the two winding and unwinding devices 2 to wind and unwind the fabric roll respectively. During the test, the air cylinder 43 drives the detector 3 to gradually move downwards until the two metal detection heads 32 contact the surface of the cloth which is moving continuously and rub against each other. If the metal detection head 32 detects that the surface of the cloth is charged with static electricity, the chassis 31 sends information to the controller and records the information. Then, the electromagnet attracts the metal detecting head 32 to move upward close to the metal guide ring 34, so that the static electricity on the metal detecting head 32 is conducted to the ground along the metal guide ring 34, the conducting wire 35 and the metal guide head 36 in sequence for the next detection.
In addition, in the testing process, the third positioning motor 453 can be used to drive the screw rod 452 to rotate, the nut 454 can drive the first positioning motor 41 and the components connected thereto to move along the screw rod 452 together, the first positioning motor 41 can also be used to drive the L-shaped support frame 42 and the components connected thereto, or the second positioning motor 44 can be used to drive the detector 3 to rotate, so that the adjustment of the detection point position can be realized.
