The invention discloses an adjustable measuring device for leather, which comprises a sliding block, a chuck, a gear and a rack meshed with the gear, wherein the sliding block is arranged on the chuck; the gear is rotatably arranged on the side part of the sliding block; the rack is arranged in the sliding block in a sliding manner; the clamping head is assembled at one end of the rack, a groove is formed in the side portion of the clamping head, a mounting frame is arranged on the upper side of the clamping head, a cam and a pawl are assembled on the mounting frame, a ratchet wheel meshed with the pawl is arranged on a hub of the cam, a push rod is arranged below the cam, the lower end of the push rod stretches into the groove, and a pressing plate is arranged at the lower end of the push rod. This adjustable measuring device is used to leather for stretch to the leather and dry.

As shown in fig. 1, in the adjustable measuring device for leather of the present invention, the stretching mechanism comprises a slider 1, a collet 12, a gear 2, and a rack 16 engaged with the gear 2; the gear 2 is rotatably arranged at the side part of the sliding block 1; the rack 16 is arranged in the sliding block 1 in a sliding manner; the chuck 12 is assembled at one end of the rack 16, a groove is formed in the side portion of the chuck 12, the mounting frame 5 is arranged on the upper side of the chuck 12, the cam 7 and the pawl 23 are assembled on the mounting frame 5, the ratchet wheel 8 meshed with the pawl 23 is arranged on the hub of the cam 7, the push rod 9 is arranged below the cam 7, the lower end of the push rod 9 extends into the groove, and the pressing plate 10 is arranged at the lower end of the push rod 9.
By rotating the cam 7, the cam 7 will press down the push rod 9, so that the leather is clamped between the pressing plate 10 and the groove. The pawl 23 is matched with the ratchet wheel 8, so that the cam 7 can be prevented from rebounding to influence the clamping force of the leather. The gear 2 is rotatably provided at the side of the slider 1 through a bearing, and the counterclockwise rotation of the gear 2 can move the leather outwardly using the rack 16, thereby completing the experiment.
Referring to fig. 2, in the adjustable measuring device for leather of the present invention, an outer slide bar 14 is disposed at one end of a rack 16, limit stops 15 are disposed at two ends of the outer slide bar 14, a cross groove and scale lines are disposed at a side portion of the outer slide bar 14, an inner slide bar 13 is slidably disposed in the outer slide bar 14, a chuck 12 is disposed at one end of the inner slide bar 13, a cross 3 is disposed at the other end of the inner slide bar 13, the cross 3 is clamped in the cross groove, and a compression spring 4 is disposed between the cross 3 and the limit stop 15 adjacent to the chuck 14.
The gear 2 rotating anticlockwise can move outwards by using the rack 16, at the moment, the outer sliding rod 14 moves outwards together to stretch the leather, in the process, the compression spring 4 is stressed and compressed, and the scale marks can be marked on the side part of the outer sliding rod 14 by calculation in combination with the principle of a tension meter to determine the tensile force applied to the leather, so that the magnitude of the force applied when the experiment is finished can be recorded.
Referring to fig. 2, in the adjustable measuring device for leather of the present invention, a plurality of small bosses 11 are provided on both the lower side of the pressing plate 10 and the lower side of the groove.
The leather can be clamped more firmly by clamping the small bosses 11, so that the leather is ensured not to fall off easily in the stretching process.
Referring to fig. 2, in the adjustable measuring device for leather of the present invention, a worm wheel 17 is provided on a hub of the gear 2, a worm 18 is engaged with the worm wheel 17, and the worm 18 is provided on a side portion of the slider 1.
Through rotating worm 18, can drive worm wheel 17 and rotate, worm wheel 17 rotates and drives gear 2 and rotate to follow-up application of force size control more accurate is implemented to the leather, ensures going on that the experiment can be stable.
Referring to fig. 2, in the adjustable measuring device for leather of the present invention, rollers 20 are provided on both sides of the sliding block 1.
The sliding block 1 is in sliding fit with other platforms through the roller 20, so that friction force can be reduced, and the service life of the sliding block 1 is prolonged.
Referring to fig. 2, in the adjustable measuring device for leather of the present invention, a screw 22 is provided on the top of the sliding block 1.
The slide block 1 can be quickly fixed on other platforms by the adjusting screw 22.
Referring to fig. 2, in the adjustable measuring device for leather of the present invention, a handle 21 is provided at a side of the slider 1.
The position adjustment of the sliding block 1 is conveniently controlled by a handle 21.
Referring to fig. 2, in the adjustable measuring device for leather of the present invention, a first handle 19 is provided at the upper end of the worm 18, and a second handle 6 is provided at the hub of the cam 7.
The rotation of the worm 18 and the cam 7 is conveniently controlled through the first handle 19 and the second handle 6, and the operation is convenient.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the adjustable measuring device for the leather has the advantages that the whole structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, and the leather can be rapidly clamped and stretched by matching a plurality of devices for use, so that the leather can be stretched, and the subsequent cutting treatment can be conveniently carried out.

An adjustable measuring device for leather is characterized by comprising a sliding block, a chuck, a gear and a rack meshed with the gear; the gear is rotatably arranged on the side part of the sliding block; the rack is arranged in the sliding block in a sliding manner; the clamping head is assembled at one end of the rack, a groove is formed in the side portion of the clamping head, a mounting frame is arranged on the upper side of the clamping head, a cam and a pawl are assembled on the mounting frame, a ratchet wheel meshed with the pawl is arranged on a hub of the cam, a push rod is arranged below the cam, the lower end of the push rod stretches into the groove, and a pressing plate is arranged at the lower end of the push rod.

The adjustable measuring device for leather as claimed in claim 1, wherein an outer sliding rod is arranged at one end of the rack, limiting platforms are arranged at two ends of the outer sliding rod, a cross groove and scale marks are arranged at the side part of the outer sliding rod, an inner sliding rod is arranged in the outer sliding rod in a sliding mode, the chuck is arranged at one end of the inner sliding rod, a cross is arranged at the other end of the inner sliding rod, the cross is clamped in the cross groove, and a compression spring is arranged between the cross and the limiting platform close to the chuck.

7. The adjustable measuring device for leather as claimed in claim 6, wherein a handle is provided to a side of the slider.
8. The adjustable measuring device for leather of claim 7, wherein the upper end of the worm is provided with a first handle.
9. The adjustable measuring device for leather of claim 8, wherein a second handle is provided on a hub of the cam.
