Abstract
一种便携式食品冷藏箱,包括冷藏箱体及密封盖,所述密封盖铰接连接于冷藏箱体,所述密封盖下表面连接有保温泡沫层,所述冷藏箱体内部连接有分隔底板,所述分隔底板表面开设有通孔,所述分隔底板将所述冷藏箱体内部分隔出上部空间及下部空间,所述上部空间用于放置所需冷藏食品;本发明通过在冷藏箱体内部设置保温内胆来实现整体保温隔热,同时在冷藏箱体内部空间通过分隔底板划分成两片区域,上方区域用于储存食品,下方区域用于放置冰块,并且通过冰块放置盒对其进行盛放,可有效对上方区域的食品进行冷藏,并且冰块放置盒内部安装的漏网实现分层,避免冰块融水浸泡冰块加快其融化速度,从而有效实现对食品的冷藏,同时冷藏箱体体积小。

本发明涉及冷藏设备领域,特别涉及一种便携式食品冷藏箱。
背景技术
在外卖行业飞速发展的时代,不仅外卖的准时准点极为重要,保证冷鲜食品运输过程中的保鲜也是重中之重,特别像是冷鲜水果蔬菜或者肉类,在炎热的天气中如果不好好保存,极易在运输过程中变质或者降低鲜度从而影响品质,外卖人员现用的运输箱结构简单功能单一,在炎热天气对冷鲜食品的隔热冷藏效果不佳,容易影响食物鲜度甚至变质。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种便携式食品冷藏箱,以克服现有技术中的不足;
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出以下技术方案:
一种便携式食品冷藏箱,包括冷藏箱体及密封盖,所述密封盖铰接连接于冷藏箱体,所述密封盖下表面连接有保温泡沫层,所述冷藏箱体内部连接有分隔底板,所述分隔底板表面开设有通孔,所述分隔底板将所述冷藏箱体内部分隔出上部空间及下部空间,所述上部空间用于放置所需冷藏食品,所述下部空间设有冰块放置盒,所述冰块放置盒一端连接有卡块,所述卡块上下表面开设有卡槽,所述卡块卡接有卡接端,所述卡接端固定连接于冷藏箱体内壁,所述卡接端与卡块的接触面设有卡簧,所述卡簧卡接连接于卡槽,所述冰块放置盒另一端连接有密封挡板,所述冰块放置盒内部连接有漏网,所述漏网将冰块放置盒内部分隔成冰块放置区及积水区,所述冷藏箱体内部安装有温度传感器,所述温度传感器电性连接有显示器,所述显示器安装于冷藏箱体外侧表面;
可选的,所述密封挡板四周连接有密封层,所述冷藏箱体底部开设有开口,所述冰块放置盒通过开口插入冷藏箱体内部,所述密封挡板外侧表面安装有把手;
可选的,所述冷藏箱体内部铺设有保温内胆;
可选的,所述上部空间设有保温棉,所述保温棉铺设于冷藏箱体内侧;
有益效果:本发明通过在冷藏箱体内部设置保温内胆来实现整体保温隔热,同时在冷藏箱体内部空间通过分隔底板划分成两片区域,上方区域用于储存食品,下方区域用于放置冰块,并且通过冰块放置盒对其进行盛放,可有效对上方区域的食品进行冷藏,并且冰块放置盒内部安装的漏网实现分层,避免冰块融水浸泡冰块加快其融化速度,从而有效实现对食品的冷藏,同时冷藏箱体体积小,携带方便。

如图1-3所示,本装置包括冷藏箱体1及密封盖2,所述密封盖2铰接连接于冷藏箱体1,所述密封盖2下表面连接有保温泡沫层10,所述冷藏箱体1内部连接有分隔底板6,所述分隔底板6表面开设有通孔7,所述分隔底板6将所述冷藏箱体1内部分隔出上部空间及下部空间,所述上部空间用于放置所需冷藏食品,所述下部空间设有冰块放置盒3,所述冰块放置盒3一端连接有卡块17,所述卡块17上下表面开设有卡槽18,所述卡块17卡接有卡接端19,所述卡接端19固定连接于冷藏箱体1内壁,所述卡接端19与卡块17的接触面设有卡簧20,所述卡簧20卡接连接于卡槽18,所述冰块放置盒3另一端连接有密封挡板15,所述冰块放置盒3内部连接有漏网11,所述漏网11将冰块放置盒3内部分隔成冰块放置区12及积水区13,所述冷藏箱体1内部安装有温度传感器4,所述温度传感器4电性连接有显示器8,所述显示器8安装于冷藏箱体1外侧表面;所述密封挡板15四周连接有密封层14,所述冷藏箱体1底部开设有开口,所述冰块放置盒3通过开口插入冷藏箱体1内部,所述密封挡板15外侧表面安装有把手16;所述冷藏箱体1内部铺设有保温内胆5;所述上部空间设有保温棉9,所述保温棉9铺设于冷藏箱体1内侧。
工作原理:在使用本装置时,打开密封盖2,将所需运送的食物放入冷藏箱体1内部并置于分隔底板6上,然后通过把手16拉动密封挡板15将冰块放置盒3抽出,填充适量冰块在冰块放置区12中,使其放在漏网11上,接着将冰块放置盒3送入冷藏箱体1中直至密封挡板15四周连接的密封层14与开口处密封连接,同时安装在冰块放置盒3一端的卡块17通过开设的卡槽18与卡接端19开设的卡簧20相互卡接,实现对冰块放置盒3的稳定固定即可,在运送过程中,冷藏箱体1内部实现密封,同时设于其内部四周的保温内胆5以及保温棉9进行隔热保温,实现冷藏箱体1对所需运送的食物的冷藏,同时安装在冷藏箱体1内部的温度传感器4进行温度监测,并将监测温度反馈到显示器8上,以便于及时了解内部温度。

1.一种便携式食品冷藏箱,包括冷藏箱体(1)及密封盖(2),所述密封盖(2)铰接连接于冷藏箱体(1),其特征在于:所述密封盖(2)下表面连接有保温泡沫层(10),所述冷藏箱体(1)内部连接有分隔底板(6),所述分隔底板(6)表面开设有通孔(7),所述分隔底板(6)将所述冷藏箱体(1)内部分隔出上部空间及下部空间,所述上部空间用于放置所需冷藏食品,所述下部空间设有冰块放置盒(3),所述冰块放置盒(3)一端连接有卡块(17),所述卡块(17)上下表面开设有卡槽(18),所述卡块(17)卡接有卡接端(19),所述卡接端(19)固定连接于冷藏箱体(1)内壁,所述卡接端(19)与卡块(17)的接触面设有卡簧(20),所述卡簧(20)卡接连接于卡槽(18),所述冰块放置盒(3)另一端连接有密封挡板(15),所述冰块放置盒(3)内部连接有漏网(11),所述漏网(11)将冰块放置盒(3)内部分隔成冰块放置区(12)及积水区(13),所述冷藏箱体(1)内部安装有温度传感器(4),所述温度传感器(4)电性连接有显示器(8),所述显示器(8)安装于冷藏箱体(1)外侧表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式食品冷藏箱,其特征在于:所述密封挡板(15)四周连接有密封层(14),所述冷藏箱体(1)底部开设有开口,所述冰块放置盒(3)通过开口插入冷藏箱体(1)内部,所述密封挡板(15)外侧表面安装有把手(16)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式食品冷藏箱,其特征在于:所述冷藏箱体(1)内部铺设有保温内胆(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式食品冷藏箱,其特征在于:所述上部空间设有保温棉(9),所述保温棉(9)铺设于冷藏箱体(1)内侧。
