Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an air conditioning system capable of fast conversion according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is configured to divide a ward into a clean area a, a semi-polluted area B and a polluted area, and includes an indoor circulating air conditioning terminal 10, a first fresh air system, a second fresh air system and a third fresh air system, where the clean area a, the semi-polluted area B and the polluted area are respectively provided with the indoor circulating air conditioning terminal 10, the first fresh air system, the second fresh air system and the third fresh air system are respectively arranged in the clean area a, the semi-polluted area B and the polluted area, and the second fresh air system and the third fresh air system are communicated through a communication pipeline 40;
at ordinary times, the clean area a, the semi-polluted area B and the indoor circulating air conditioner tail end 10 of the polluted area are all started, the first fresh air system is started, any one of the second fresh air system and the third fresh air system is started, and the communication pipeline 40 is communicated;
in an epidemic situation, the clean area A, the semi-polluted area B and the indoor circulating air conditioner tail end 10 of the polluted area are all stopped, the first fresh air system, the second fresh air system and the third fresh air system are started simultaneously, and the communication pipeline 40 is disconnected.
Specifically, the precondition set by the air conditioning system capable of being quickly switched is as follows: the air conditioning system is suitable for newly-built relevant hospital wards with the purpose of epidemic prevention conversion strategy, and is designed and constructed according to the process requirements of negative pressure isolation wards, the building needs to be arranged on a plane according to the form of two passages of a three-area standard isolation ward, and the building is internally installed according to the tightness requirements of the standard isolation ward.
Further, the contaminated area includes ward contaminated area C and pavement contaminated area D, ward contaminated area C reaches pavement contaminated area D all is provided with the terminal 10 of indoor circulation air conditioner reaches third new trend system, just ward contaminated area C's third new trend system with pavement contaminated area D's third new trend system is independent each other.
Furthermore, the first fresh air system, the second fresh air system and the third fresh air system respectively comprise a fresh air unit and an exhaust fan unit, the fresh air units of different fresh air systems are mutually independent, the exhaust fan units of different fresh air systems are mutually independent, and the fresh air unit of the second fresh air system is communicated with the fresh air unit of the third fresh air system through the communication pipeline 40. In this embodiment, the fresh air handling unit and the exhaust air handling unit of the ward pollution area C and the fresh air handling unit and the exhaust air handling unit of the walkway pollution area D are independent of each other and are respectively communicated through the communication pipeline 40. In this embodiment, please refer to fig. 1, the first fresh air system includes a first fresh air unit 21 and a first exhaust unit 31, the second fresh air system includes a second fresh air unit 22 and a second exhaust unit 32, the third fresh air system of the ward pollution area C includes a third fresh air unit 23 and a third exhaust unit 33, the third fresh air system of the walkway pollution area D includes a fourth fresh air unit 24 and a fourth exhaust unit 34, the second fresh air unit 22, the third fresh air unit 23 and the fourth fresh air unit 24 are communicated with each other through the communication pipeline 40, and only one of the fresh air units needs to be started as a fresh air supply system of the whole ward area at ordinary times.
The communication pipeline 40 is provided with an electric sealing valve 50 for controlling the connection and disconnection of the communication pipeline 40. Because at ordinary times, the fresh air volume and the exhaust air volume of the air conditioning system are only 30% -40% of the total fresh air volume in case of an epidemic situation, through reasonable division of the fresh air system and the exhaust air system, a certain fresh air system of a semi-polluted and polluted area in case of an epidemic situation can be used as a fresh air supply system of the whole disease area at ordinary times, and the fresh air system is opened and closed through the communication pipeline 40 and the electric airtight valve 50, so that epidemic-levelling conversion of the whole air conditioning system is realized.
Preferably, the exhaust fan unit includes two parallel operation's variable frequency exhaust fan, at ordinary times, arbitrary exhaust fan in the exhaust fan unit operation can, when the epidemic situation, two exhaust fans of exhaust fan unit move simultaneously. The exhaust volume of the exhaust fan unit corresponds to the discharge volume of the fresh air unit, and the fresh air and the exhaust demand are small at ordinary times, so that only one exhaust fan is needed to operate. Of course, this application is right the quantity of exhaust fan in the exhaust unit does not make the restriction, can select according to the demand of fresh air volume.
Fans in the fresh air unit and the exhaust fan unit are both in variable frequency setting. In this embodiment, the new fan unit reaches the fan in the exhaust unit is the variable frequency fan to satisfy the demand of the different amount of wind in at ordinary times and epidemic situation period, reduce air conditioning system's energy consumption simultaneously.
Preferably, the operation frequency of the fresh air handling unit is adapted to the operation frequency of the exhaust fan handling unit, that is, when the fresh air handling unit operates in a variable frequency mode, the exhaust fan handling unit also operates in a linked variable frequency mode, and the requirement of indoor air supply and exhaust balance is met.
In addition, it should be noted that, in the air conditioning system capable of fast switching provided by this embodiment, the matching problem of the blower fan of the air blower is not necessarily realized by frequency conversion, but may also be realized by generating different air volumes by different combinations of rooms in the system. And the fan used at ordinary times can select the fan with the closest parameters as the main fan and is realized by the communication pipeline 40 and the switching electric sealed valve 50.
In this embodiment, the air conditioning system capable of fast switching further includes a zero-leakage efficient air exhaust device 60 disposed at the lower air exhaust port of the ward and the air exhaust port of the toilet, and in case of an epidemic, indoor air is exhausted into the main exhaust duct by the zero-leakage efficient air exhaust device 60 through the end-sealed fan 70 and then exhausted by the exhaust unit on the roof. The end-sealing blower 70 is primarily used to provide continuous exhaust power to ensure isolation of the negative pressure environment in the patient room. The ward exhaust system closes the end airtight fan 70 and the end airtight fan 70 inlet airtight valve 50 by opening the airtight valve 50 arranged on the ward bypass exhaust pipe at ordinary times, so that the ward exhaust is discharged into the main exhaust pipeline only through the toilet exhaust outlet and then is discharged through the roof single fan. The ward floor type efficient filtering device and the air exhaust vertical pipe are detached, the vertical pipe is detached to the ceiling, and the sealing plate is installed at the ceiling. The high-efficiency filtering air outlets at the top of the room are replaced by common air outlets, and sealing plates can be additionally installed around the common air outlets because the size of the common air outlets is smaller than that of the high-efficiency filtering device.
The indoor circulating air conditioner comprises an indoor circulating air conditioner terminal 10 installed in a room, such as a fan coil or a multi-connected indoor unit and the like, when the indoor circulating air conditioner terminal 10 is not used, the indoor circulating air conditioner terminal can be covered by a closed cover, and air feeding and air returning ports of the indoor circulating air conditioner terminal 10 are required to be closed, so that an indoor closed environment is guaranteed. The indoor circulating air conditioner tail end 10 needs to be started at ordinary times, a sealing plate at an air inlet of the indoor circulating air conditioner tail end 10 is removed, and a conventional air supply outlet (air diffuser) and an air return opening meeting the requirement of comprehensive hospital building design specification GB51039 are installed.
Preferably, the second fresh air system and the third fresh air system both adopt direct-flow type fresh air systems. By adopting the direct-flow type fresh air system, negative pressure control can be realized in each region in epidemic situations, and the technological requirements of the isolated disease region on pressure gradients are met.
