Background
At present, when fresh air is introduced into a room, an (HIGH EFFICIENCY part equipment AIR FILTER, HEPA) high-efficiency air filter screen is generally adopted to purify the outdoor fresh air and then the fresh air is introduced into the room, the service life of the HEPA network is about 1080 hours, the blocking condition is easy to occur, the purifying effect is influenced, and the fresh air is required to be replaced frequently. After the air conditioner is used for a period of time, dust in the filter screen and the air duct is accumulated, bacteria are easy to breed on one hand, peculiar smell is generated, the dust can be brought into the air when the air is taken in, the health of a user is affected, and on the other hand, the long-time dust accumulation is required to be cleaned by disassembling the machine, so that the procedure of the disassembling process is troublesome and complicated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an air purifying system and method and an air conditioner, which are used for at least partially solving the technical problems.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an air purification system which comprises a first-stage filtering module, a second-stage filtering module, a third-stage filtering module and a reversing module, wherein the first-stage filtering module is used for filtering particle impurities with a first preset size in air sucked by a fan under negative pressure, the second-stage filtering module is used for separating the impurities in the air passing through the first-stage filtering module through centrifugal action, the third-stage filtering module is used for filtering particle impurities with a second preset size in the air passing through the second-stage filtering module, the second preset size is smaller than the first preset size, the air passing through the third-stage filtering module is sent into a room or an outdoor through the fan, and the reversing module is used for changing an air inlet channel entering the first-stage filtering module, wherein the air inlet channel comprises an outdoor fresh air inlet channel and a dust-containing air inlet channel in a device with the air purification system.
Therefore, the air purification system provided by the invention can purify fresh air introduced from the outside, improve fresh air quality, clean dust accumulated in devices with the air purification system such as an air duct, a filter screen and the like, realize dust-air separation, and discharge cleaned air into a room to prevent the dust-carrying gas from polluting indoor air. The problems of bacteria, peculiar smell and the like caused by dust accumulation of a filter screen, an air duct and the like can be avoided, and further the injury to a human body is avoided.
Optionally, the secondary filtering module comprises at least one conical cyclone separator, an airflow guiding port is arranged along the tangential direction of the conical cyclone separator, the air passing through the primary filtering module enters the conical cyclone separator through the airflow guiding port, the separated impurities settle from the bottom of the conical cyclone separator, and the filtered air flows out from the top of the conical cyclone separator.
Therefore, the gas intercepted by the large particles is settled to the bottom under the action of centrifugal force and gravity in the conical cyclone separator, so that the further cleaning of the air is realized.
Optionally, the secondary filtering module comprises a plurality of conical cyclones, which are closely adjacent to each other and are arranged in a circular shape. And the impurity separation effect is improved.
Optionally, the first-stage filtering module comprises a sealing shell sleeved on the outer wall of the conical cyclone separator, a sealing cavity formed between the sealing shell and the conical cyclone separator, and a filtering net cover arranged in the sealing cavity and sleeved on the outer wall of the conical cyclone separator, wherein the filtering net cover is provided with a filtering hole with a first preset size, and an airflow inlet is formed in the sealing shell.
Therefore, the gas to be purified can be filtered for the first time through the filter screen cover with the filter holes with the first preset size, then enters the conical cyclone separator for secondary purification, and the filter screen cover is sleeved on the outer wall of the conical cyclone separator, so that the structure is compact and the implementation is easy.
Optionally, the conical cyclone separator top is connected with tertiary filtration module, tertiary filtration module sets up in the fresh air chamber. The filtered gas directly enters the fresh air cavity after flowing out from the top of the conical cyclone separator, and is filtered for the third time in the fresh air cavity, so that the system is compact in structure and does not occupy redundant multiple spaces.
The reversing module comprises a motor, a cavity and a sliding block arranged in the cavity and connected with the motor, wherein the cavity is communicated with the primary filtering module, and the motor drives the sliding block to move so that the cavity is communicated with an outdoor fresh air inlet channel or a dust-containing air inlet channel in a device with an air purifying system.
Therefore, the air channel to be purified can be easily changed by driving the sliding block to move through the motor, and the multiple effects of purifying fresh air introduced from the outside and cleaning air in the device with the air purifying system are realized.
Optionally, the three-stage filtration module is a removable HEPA filter screen.
Optionally, a detachable dust box is arranged at the bottom of the conical cyclone separator and is used for collecting impurities settled from the bottom of the conical cyclone separator. The filtered impurities and particles are convenient to treat.
The invention further provides an air purifying method, which comprises the steps that when fresh air is introduced into an indoor space, a reversing module enables an outdoor fresh air inlet channel to be communicated with a first-stage filter module, particle impurities with a first preset size in air sucked by a fan under negative pressure are filtered, then the air passing through the first-stage filter module is introduced into a second-stage filter module to separate impurities through centrifugal action, finally the particle impurities with a second preset size in the air passing through the second-stage filter module are filtered by a third-stage filter module, the air passing through the third-stage filter module is introduced into the indoor space through the fan, and when the inside of a device with an air purifying system is cleaned, the reversing module changes the air inlet channel entering the first-stage filter module, so that the dust-containing air inlet channel inside the device with the air purifying system is communicated with the first-stage filter module, and the dust-containing air is purified through the first-stage filter module, the second-stage filter module and the third-stage filter module and then is introduced into the indoor space or outdoor through the fan.
The air purifying method has the same advantages as the air purifying system, and is not described herein.
In yet another aspect, the present invention provides an air conditioner including the air purifying system described above.

Detailed Description
In order to make the application object, feature and advantage of the present invention more obvious and understandable, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
The embodiment of the invention provides an air purification system. The present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
The system comprises a first-stage filtering module 1, a second-stage filtering module 2, a third-stage filtering module 3 and a reversing module 4, wherein the first-stage filtering module 1 is used for filtering particle impurities with a first preset size in gas sucked by a fan 9 under negative pressure, the second-stage filtering module 2 is used for separating the impurities in the gas passing through the first-stage filtering module 1 through centrifugal action, the third-stage filtering module 3 is used for filtering particle impurities with a second preset size in the gas passing through the second-stage filtering module 2, the second preset size is smaller than the first preset size, the gas passing through the third-stage filtering module 3 is sent into a room or an outdoor through the fan 9, and the reversing module 4 is used for changing a gas inlet channel entering the first-stage filtering module 1, wherein the gas inlet channel comprises an outdoor fresh air inlet channel 5 and a dust-containing gas inlet channel 6 in a device with an air purifying system.
In one possible manner of this embodiment, the secondary filtering module 2 includes at least one conical cyclone 21, an airflow guiding port 21a is disposed along a tangential direction of the conical cyclone 21, the air passing through the primary filtering module enters the conical cyclone through the airflow guiding port, small particle impurities in the conical cyclone settle to the bottom under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, so that the separated impurities settle from the bottom 21b of the conical cyclone, and the filtered air flows out from the top 21c of the conical cyclone. Wherein the air flow guide port 21a should be provided at a position near the top of the conical cyclone 21 so that the air entering the conical cyclone 21 is more effectively separated from the impurities. And, a detachable dust box 8 is provided at the bottom of the conical cyclone 21 for collecting the impurities settled from the bottom of the conical cyclone 21.
The number of the conical cyclone separators 21 in the secondary filter module 2 is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and may be, for example, 1 or a plurality of conical cyclone separators 21. When the secondary filter module 2 is composed of a plurality of conical cyclone separators 21, the conical cyclone separators 21 are closely abutted to each other and are arranged in a circular shape, so that the impurity separation effect is improved.
In one possible manner of this embodiment, the primary filtering module 1 includes a sealing housing 11 sleeved on an outer wall of the conical cyclone 21, a sealing cavity 12 formed between the sealing housing 11 and the conical cyclone 21, and a filtering mesh enclosure 13 disposed in the sealing cavity 12 and sleeved on the outer wall of the conical cyclone 21, where the filtering mesh enclosure 13 has a filtering hole 13a with a first preset size, and an air flow inlet 11a is disposed on the sealing housing 11. The height of the filter screen 13 is identical to that of the seal chamber 12, and the seal housing 11 makes it necessary for the gas entering the seal chamber 12 from the gas inlet 12a to pass through the filter screen 13 for the first coarse filtration, and the gas filtered through the filter screen 13 enters the conical cyclone 21 for the second filtration through the gas flow guide port 21a of the conical cyclone 21.
In addition, the conical cyclone separator top 21c is connected with a tertiary filter module 3, and the tertiary filter module 3 is arranged in the fresh air cavity 7. The three-stage filtering module 3 is a detachable HEPA filter screen and is installed through a filter screen bracket 10 arranged in the fresh air cavity 7. The filtered gas directly enters the fresh air cavity 7 after flowing out from the top of the conical cyclone separator, and is filtered for the third time in the fresh air cavity, so that the system is compact in structure and does not occupy redundant multiple spaces.
In one possible manner of this embodiment, the reversing module 4 includes a motor 41, a cavity 42, and a slider 43 disposed inside the cavity 42 and connected to the motor 41, where the cavity 42 is communicated with the primary filter module 1 through a cavity and a primary filter module communication port 44, and the motor 41 drives the slider 43 to move, so that the cavity 42 is communicated with the outdoor fresh air inlet channel 5 or with the dust-containing air inlet channel 6 inside the device with the air purification system.
The working principle of the embodiment of the invention is that when fresh air is required to be introduced into a room, a motor 41 in a reversing module 4 drives a sliding block 43 to move, and the sliding block 43 moves to block a dust-containing air inlet channel 6 in a device with an air purifying system, so that a primary filtering module 1 and an outdoor fresh air inlet channel 5 are communicated through a cavity 42. Under the action of negative pressure suction of the fan 9, outdoor fresh air enters the sealing cavity 12 through the air inlet 12a on the sealing shell 11 and is filtered through the first stage of the filter screen 13. Then the air flow enters the conical cyclone separator from the air flow guide opening 21a of the conical cyclone separator 21, small particle impurities in the conical cyclone separator settle to the bottom under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, so that the separated impurities settle from the bottom 21b of the conical cyclone separator, and the filtered air flows out from the top 21c of the conical cyclone separator. And the second stage of filtering is realized. The settled impurities fall into the detachable dust box 8 and can be removed after a certain time. The gas flowing out from the top 21c of the conical cyclone separator enters the fresh air cavity 7, is filtered by a detachable HEPA filter screen arranged in the fresh air cavity 7, completes the third-stage filtration, and then sends the fresh air with the third-stage filtration into a room through a fan 9.
When the inside of the device with the air purification system needs to be cleaned, the motor 41 in the reversing module 4 drives the sliding block 43 to move, and the sliding block 43 moves to block the outdoor fresh air inlet channel 5, so that the first-stage filtering module 1 and the dust-containing air inlet channel 6 in the device with the air purification system are communicated through the cavity 42. The device with the air purifying system can be an air conditioner, and dust-containing air in the device is deposited in an air duct, a filter screen and the like in the air conditioner due to long-term use of the air conditioner. Under the action of negative pressure suction of the fan 9, dust deposited in an air duct and the like in the air conditioner enters the primary filter module 1 along with air flow and then sequentially passes through the secondary filter module 2 and the tertiary filter module 3. The three-stage filtration is the same as the fresh air filtration principle, and is not described in detail herein. The three-stage filtered dust-containing gas can be sent into a room or enter the rest pipeline to be led out of the room.
Example two
The embodiment of the invention provides an air purification method, which comprises the steps that when fresh air is introduced into an indoor space, a reversing module 4 enables an outdoor fresh air inlet channel 5 to be communicated with a first-stage filter module 1, particulate impurities with a first preset size in air sucked by a fan 9 under negative pressure are filtered, then the air passing through the first-stage filter module 1 is introduced into a second-stage filter module 2 to separate the particulate impurities with a second preset size in the air passing through the second-stage filter module 2 through centrifugal action, finally the air passing through the third-stage filter module 3 is introduced into the indoor space through the fan 9 by utilizing the third-stage filter module 3, and when the inside of a device with an air purification system is cleaned, the reversing module 4 changes the air inlet channel entering the first-stage filter module 1, so that the dust-containing air inlet channel 6 in the device with the air purification system is communicated with the first-stage filter module 1, and the dust-containing air is sequentially purified through the first-stage filter module 1, the second-stage filter module 2 and the third-stage filter module 3 and then is introduced into the indoor space or outdoor space through the fan 9.
The air purifying method has the same advantages as the air purifying system, and is not described herein.
Example III
The present embodiment provides an air conditioner including the air purifying system of the first embodiment.
The air conditioner has the same technical features as the air purifying system in the above embodiment, and has the same advantages as the air purifying system in the above embodiment, and will not be described here again.
In summary, the air purification system, the method and the air conditioner provided by the invention can purify fresh air introduced from the outside, improve fresh air quality, clean dust accumulated in devices with the air purification system such as an air duct, a filter screen and the like, realize dust-air separation, and discharge cleaned air into the room to prevent the dust-carrying gas from polluting indoor air. The problems of bacteria, peculiar smell and the like caused by dust accumulation of a filter screen, an air duct and the like can be avoided, and further the injury to a human body is avoided.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and the scope of the invention should be assessed accordingly to that of the appended claims.
