The first driving rod 301 is disposed at a position where the first supporting rod 201 and the second supporting rod 202 are approximately one third away from the bottom 13 of the home appliance, and the first driving rod 301 is connected to the first supporting rod 201 and the second supporting rod 202 through a first rotating pin 303 and a second rotating pin 304, respectively. The first rotation pin 303 and the second rotation pin 304 are rotatably connected to the first support rod 201 and the second support rod 202, and have through holes for the first transmission rod 301 to pass through, and the through holes are internally provided with internal threads matching with the external threads on the screw rods. When the first driving unit 302 drives the first driving rod 301 to rotate in the first direction, the first rotating pin 303 and the second rotating pin 304 are oppositely arranged due to the opposite screwing directions of the threads of the first rotating pin 303 and the second rotating pin 304, so that the first rotating pin 303 and the second rotating pin 304 move oppositely on the first driving rod 301, the distance between the first supporting rod 201 and the second supporting rod 202 on the first driving rod 301 is gradually reduced, one end portions of the first supporting rod 201 and the second supporting rod 202 are hinged with each other and fixedly connected with the household appliance, therefore, when the distance between the first supporting rod 201 and the second supporting rod 202 on the first driving rod 301 is gradually reduced, the included angle between the first supporting rod 201 and the second supporting rod 202 and the bottom 13 of the household appliance is gradually increased, the distance between the first supporting rod 201 and the second supporting rod 202 on the bottom 13 of the household appliance is gradually increased, at this moment, the bottom 13 of the household electrical appliance is at a certain height from the ground, so that a user can clean the ground below the household electrical appliance conveniently, dirt and mildew are prevented from being hidden below the household electrical appliance, and inconvenience is brought to the normal life of the user.
When the first driving unit 302 drives the first driving rod 301 to rotate reversely in the second direction, i.e. the first direction, because the thread directions of the first rotating pin 303 and the second rotating pin 304 are opposite, the rotating pin moves reversely on the first driving rod 301, and drives the distance between the first supporting rod 201 and the second supporting rod 202 on the first driving rod 301 to gradually increase, and in addition, one end portions of the first supporting rod 201 and the second supporting rod 202 are hinged with each other and fixedly connected with the household electrical appliance, therefore, the included angle between the first supporting rod 201 and the second supporting rod 202 and the bottom 13 of the household electrical appliance respectively gradually decreases, the distance between the first supporting rod 201 and the second supporting rod 202 at the bottom 13 of the household electrical appliance gradually decreases until one end of the first supporting rod 201 and the second supporting rod 202 for supporting on the supporting surface is separated from the ground, at this time, the household electrical appliance is supported by the leveling feet 5, the stability of the household appliance in the operation process is ensured, and the noise is reduced.
Further, in order to facilitate the ends of the first support rod 201 and the second support rod 202 which are grounded to slide on the ground, the ends of the first support rod 201 and the second support rod 202 which are grounded to be respectively provided with the roller 6, and preferably, the ends of the first support rod 201 and the second support rod 202 which are grounded to be provided with locking units for limiting the roller 6 to roll on the ground. Further, a locking unit may be provided on the roller 6.
When the user cleans the ground below the household appliance, the locking unit locks the roller 6 so that the roller cannot roll on the ground at will, and therefore the user is prevented from being injured.
When the user collects the first support rod 201 and the second support rod 202 after cleaning the ground below the household appliance, the limiting effect of the locking unit on the roller 6 is removed, and the operation of the user is facilitated.
Preferably, in the above scheme, two sets of the first support rod 201 and the second support rod 202 hinged to each other may be provided, so as to improve the stability of the support structure for supporting the household electrical appliance. Further, two sets of first support rods 201 and second support rods 202 hinged to each other are symmetrically arranged around the center at the bottom 13 of the household appliance, so that the stability of the support structure for supporting the household appliance is further increased.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the support leg includes a support rod 221 and a rotation rod 222, the rotation rod 222 is rotatably disposed at the bottom 13 of the household appliance, one end of the support rod 221 is connected to the rotation rod 222, the other end is used for supporting on a support surface, the angle adjusting device 3 is connected to the rotation rod 222, and the angle adjusting device 3 drives the rotation rod 222 to rotate and drives the support rod 221 to rotate axially around the rotation rod 222.
Preferably, the rotating rod 222 and the supporting rod 221 have a "T" shape. Preferably, when two support rods 221 are provided on the rotation shaft, the rotation shaft 222 and the support rods 221 are in an "pi" shape, as shown in fig. 4.
Specifically, the rotating rod 222 is rotatably disposed at the bottom 13 of the household electrical appliance, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, preferably, the illustrated rotating shaft extends from the front plate 11 of the washing machine to the rear plate 12, the angle adjusting device 3 is connected to the rotating rod 222 to drive the rotating rod 222 to rotate, and the rotating rod 222 drives the supporting rod 221 connected thereto to rotate around the axial direction of the rotating rod 222 in the rotating process, so as to adjust the angle between the supporting rod 221 and the bottom 13 of the household electrical appliance, thereby achieving the purpose of raising or lowering the bottom 13 of the household electrical appliance. For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, two sets of rotating shafts and supporting rods 221 are disposed on the bottom 13 of the household electrical appliance, when the angle adjusting device 3 drives the two sets of rotating shafts to rotate along respective first directions, the angle α between the supporting rod 221 and the bottom 13 of the household electrical appliance gradually increases to 90 °, and at this time, the distance between the bottom 13 of the household electrical appliance and the ground is the largest, preferably 30cm, which is convenient for a user to clean. When the angle adjusting device 3 drives the two sets of rotating shafts to rotate along respective second directions, the angle α between the supporting rod 221 and the bottom 13 of the household appliance is gradually reduced, and when the angle α is reduced to be close to 0 °, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the supporting rod 221 is folded at the bottom 13 of the household appliance, the household appliance is supported by the leveling feet 5, and the running stability of the household appliance is improved.
The angle adjusting means 3 in this embodiment comprises a knob or a motor, which can be manually operated or automatically adjusted by the motor.
Further, in order to facilitate the ends of the support rods 221, which are grounded, to slide on the ground, the rollers 6 may be respectively disposed at the ends of the support rods 221, which are grounded, and preferably, the ends of the support rods 221, which are grounded, are provided with locking units for limiting the rollers 6 from rolling on the ground. Further, a locking unit may be provided on the roller 6.
When the user cleans the ground below the household appliance, the locking unit locks the roller 6 so that the roller cannot roll on the ground at will, and therefore the user is prevented from being injured.
When the user collects the support rod 221 after cleaning the ground below the household appliance, the limiting effect of the locking unit on the roller 6 is removed, the friction between the support rod 221 and the support surface is reduced, and the operation of the user is facilitated.
Above-mentioned scheme, simple structure, convenient operation easily realizes, and moreover, drive unit includes the motor, makes bearing structure adjust the process of supporting leg height in electrical equipment bottom 13 below realize automaticly, convenience of customers operation.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the present invention provides a support structure for a home appliance, comprising a support plate 4, support legs and an angle adjusting device 3, wherein the support plate 4 is connected with a bottom 13 of the home appliance for supporting the home appliance; the support legs are arranged on the side, opposite to the household appliance, of the support plate 4; the angle adjusting device 3 adjusts the angle between the supporting leg and the supporting plate 4 so as to adjust the height of the supporting leg below the supporting plate 4, namely the distance between the bottom 13 of the household appliance and the supporting surface.
The difference between the present embodiment and the above embodiments is that a support plate 4 for supporting the household electrical appliance is added, and the angle adjusting device 3 adjusts the height of the support leg below the support plate 4 by adjusting the angle α between the support leg and the support plate 4. The supporting plate 4 for supporting the household appliance is additionally arranged, so that the supporting surface of the household appliance is greatly increased by the supporting plate 4, and the stability of the supporting structure is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the support leg includes a first connecting rod 211 and a second connecting rod 212 hinged to each other, the first connecting rod 211 and the second connecting rod 212 are hinged in an "X" shape, and the support plate 4 includes a first support bar 411 and a second support bar 412 disposed opposite to each other. One end of the first link 211 is connected to the first supporting bar 411, and the other end is used for supporting on a supporting surface. One end of the second connecting rod 212 is connected to the second supporting bar 412, and the other end is used for supporting on a supporting surface. The angle adjusting device 3 is connected to the first supporting bar 411 and the second supporting bar 412, and is used for adjusting the relative distance between the first supporting bar 411 and the second supporting bar 412, so as to adjust the angle between the first connecting rod 211 and the second connecting rod 212 and the supporting plate 4.
Preferably, the support plate 4 further includes a mounting plate connected to the bottom 13 of the washing machine, and the first and second support bars 411 and 412 are slidably connected to the mounting plate. Alternatively, the first supporting bar 411 and the second supporting bar 412 are movably connected to the bottom 13 of the washing machine and can slide on the bottom 13 of the washing machine.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the angle adjusting device 3 includes a second driving rod 311 connected to the first supporting bar 411 and the second supporting bar 412, the second driving rod 311 is a screw rod, the second driving rod 311 is connected to a second driving unit 312 for driving the second driving rod 311 to rotate, and a first nut and a second nut with opposite rotation directions are respectively disposed at the connection positions of the screw rod and the first supporting bar 411 and the second supporting bar 412.
Specifically, the second driving unit 312 drives the screw rod to rotate in a first direction, the first nut and the second nut move in opposite directions on the second driving rod 311 to drive the first supporting bar 411 and the second supporting bar 412 to move in opposite directions, so that the distance between the first supporting bar 411 and the second supporting bar 412 is reduced, the angle α between the first connecting rod 211 and the second connecting rod 212 and the first supporting bar 411 and the angle α between the second connecting rod 212 and the second supporting bar 412 are increased, the first connecting rod 211 and the second connecting rod 212 are used for moving in opposite directions at one end supported on a supporting surface, so that the height of the first connecting rod 211 and the second connecting rod 212 below the first supporting bar 411 and the second supporting bar 412 is increased, and when the included angle between the first connecting rod 211 and the second connecting rod 212 and the first supporting bar 411 and the second supporting bar 412 reaches a certain angle α, for example, 60 degrees, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the bottom 13 of the mounting plate is at a certain height from the ground, so that the user can clean the ground below the household appliance conveniently, and the problems that dirt and mildew are hidden below the household appliance and breed mildew and inconvenience is brought to the normal life of the user are avoided.
The second driving unit 312 drives the second driving rod 311 to rotate towards the second direction, the second direction is the reverse direction of the first direction, the first nut and the second nut move in the reverse direction on the second driving rod 311 to drive the distance between the first supporting bar 411 and the second supporting bar 412 to increase, the angle between the first connecting rod 211 and the second connecting rod 212 and the first supporting bar 411 and the second supporting bar 412 decreases, the grounded end of the first connecting rod 211 and the second connecting rod 212 moves backwards, the height of the first connecting rod 211 and the second connecting rod 212 under the first supporting bar 411 and the second supporting bar 412 decreases until the grounded end of the first connecting rod 211 and the second connecting rod 212 is separated from the ground, at this time, the household appliance is supported by the leveling feet 5, and the stability of the household appliance in the operation process is ensured, the noise is reduced.
In another embodiment, the first support bar 411 and the second support bar 412 are provided with through holes for the second transmission rod 311 to pass through, the second transmission rod 311 is provided with external threads, the through holes are provided with internal threads matching with the external threads, and the rotation directions of the internal threads in the through holes of the first support bar 411 and the second support bar 412 are opposite.
When the second driving unit 312 drives the second driving rod 311 to rotate in the first direction or the second direction, the first supporting bar 411 and the second supporting bar 412 installed on the second driving rod 311 are directly driven to move in the opposite direction or the opposite direction, so as to adjust the included angle between the first connecting rod 211 and the second connecting rod 212 and the supporting plate 4, thereby changing the distance between the bottom 13 of the household appliance and the supporting surface.
Preferably, the second driving unit 312 includes a knob or a motor.
Preferably, at least two sets of first connecting rods 211 and second connecting rods 212 hinged to each other are provided, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the connection positions of the two sets of first connecting rods 211 and second connecting rods 212 hinged to each other and the first supporting bar 411 and the second supporting bar 412 are symmetrical with respect to the center of the first supporting bar 411 and the second supporting bar 412, so that the process of lifting the bottom 13 of the household appliance by the supporting structure is more stable.
Further, the washing machine comprises a casing 1, the casing 1 comprises a front plate 11 and a rear plate 12 arranged opposite to the front plate 11, and a clothes input opening is arranged on the front plate 11. The direction of the opposite movement or the back movement of the first connecting rod 211 and the second connecting rod 212 is matched with the opposite direction of the front plate 11 and the back plate 12, so that the space below the mounting plate is further enlarged, and the cleaning of a user is facilitated.
Furthermore, a leveling footing 5 is arranged at one side of the support plate 4 connected with the support leg, so that the support structure has the function of adjusting the height from the ground below the household appliance and can level the household appliance.
Further, in order to facilitate the sliding of the ends of the first link 211 and the second link 212, which are supported on the supporting surface, on the ground, the first link 211 and the second link 212, which are supported on the supporting surface, may be respectively provided with the roller 6, and preferably, the roller 6 is provided with a locking unit for limiting the rolling of the roller 6 on the ground.
When the user cleans the ground below the household electrical appliance, the locking unit limits the roller 6, so that the roller cannot slide on the ground at will, and the user is prevented from being injured.
When the user collects the first link 211 and the second link 212 after cleaning the ground below the home appliance, the restriction of the locking unit on the roller 6 is released, which is convenient for the user to operate.
In this embodiment, the angle adjusting device 3 adjusts the angle α between the support leg and the support plate 4 to be 0-90 °; correspondingly, the distance between the bottom of the household appliance and the ground is changed to be 1-40 cm by adjusting the inclination angle of the supporting legs. Preferably, when the angle alpha between the supporting leg and the supporting plate 4 is 90 degrees, the distance between the bottom of the household appliance and the ground is 40 cm; preferably, in order to obtain better stabilization effect of the household appliance, the angle α between the support legs and the support plate can be controlled so that the distance between the bottom of the household appliance and the ground is 30cm, and the distance is enough for a user to insert a hand or a cleaning tool below the household appliance to clean the ground. After the user finishes cleaning the ground, the included angle between the supporting leg and the bottom 13 of the household appliance is adjusted to be 0-10 degrees through the angle adjusting device 3, at the moment, one end of the supporting leg, which is used for supporting on the supporting surface, can be separated from the ground, is not contacted with the ground, and the washing machine is supported only by the leveling feet 5.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the supporting leg comprises a first link 211 and a second link 212 hinged to each other, the first link 211 and the second link 212 are hinged in an "X" shape, one end of the first link 211 and the second link 212 is slidably connected to the supporting plate 4, the other end is used for supporting on a supporting surface, and the angle adjusting device 3 is connected to the first link 211 and the second link 212 and is used for adjusting an angle α between the first link 211 and the second link 212 and the supporting plate 4 to adjust the angle α between the first link 211 and the second link 212 and the supporting plate 4.
The difference between this embodiment and the above embodiments is that the first supporting bar 411 and the second supporting bar 412 are not provided, but one end of the first connecting rod 211 and one end of the second connecting rod 212 are directly connected to the supporting plate 4, the angle adjusting device 3 is connected to the first connecting rod 211 and the second connecting rod 212, and the angle adjusting device 3 adjusts the angle α between the first connecting rod 211 and the second connecting rod 212 to achieve the purpose of adjusting the height below the supporting plate 4.
In detail, the angle adjusting device 3 includes a third transmission rod 321 and a third driving unit 322 for driving the third transmission rod 321 to rotate, the third transmission rod 321 is connected to the first connection rod 211 and the second connection rod 212 and disposed at an upward position of a hinge joint of the first connection rod 211 and the second connection rod 212, when the third driving unit 322 drives the third transmission rod 321 to rotate towards the first direction, a distance between the first connection rod 211 and the second connection rod 212 on the third transmission rod 321 is increased, and when the third driving unit 322 drives the third transmission rod 321 to rotate towards the second direction, a distance between the first connection rod 211 and the second connection rod 212 on the third transmission rod 321 is decreased. Preferably, the third transmission rod 321 is a screw rod, and the third driving unit 322 includes a knob or a motor.
Specifically, the third driving lever 321 is connected to the first link 211 and the second link 212 through the first rotating pin 303 and the second rotating pin 304, respectively. The first rotating pin 303 and the second rotating pin 304 are rotatably connected with the first connecting rod 211 and the second connecting rod 212, through holes for the third transmission rod 321 to pass through are formed in the first rotating pin 303 and the second rotating pin 304, and internal threads matched with external threads on the screw rod are formed in the through holes. When the third driving unit 322 drives the third transmission rod 321 to rotate reversely in the second direction, i.e. the first direction, because the thread directions of the first rotation pin 303 and the second rotation pin 304 are opposite, the first rotation pin 303 and the second rotation pin 304 move reversely on the third transmission rod 321, and the distance between the first connection rod 211 and the second connection rod 212 on the third transmission rod 321 is gradually increased, and in addition, the first connection rod 211 and the second connection rod 212 are hinged to each other and slidably connected to the support plate 4, so that the included angles between the first connection rod 211 and the second connection rod 212 and the support plate 4 are gradually decreased, the distance between the first connection rod 211 and the second connection rod 212 below the support plate 4 is gradually decreased until the grounded end of the first connection rod 211 and the second connection rod 212 is separated from the ground, at this time, the household electrical appliance is supported by the leveling feet 5, and the running stability of the household electrical appliance is ensured, the noise is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present invention further provides a household electrical appliance, including the support structure of the household electrical appliance. Further, the household electrical appliance further comprises a housing 1, the housing 1 comprises a front plate 11 and a rear plate 12 arranged opposite to the front plate 11, and the front plate 11 is one side convenient for a user to operate the household electrical appliance. The direction of the opposite movement or the back movement of the first support rod 201 and the second support rod 202 is matched with the opposite direction of the front plate 11 and the back plate 12, or the direction of the opposite movement or the back movement of the first connecting rod 211 and the second connecting rod 212 is matched with the opposite direction of the front plate 11 and the back plate 12, so that the space below the mounting plate is further enlarged, and the cleaning by a user is facilitated.
