Working principle:
(1) Rotating the handle assembly (from state 2 to state 1) with the spool rod joint 9 restrained from moving; the valve core rod joint 9 is not moved, so the self-power-generation signal emission electronic module 5 fixedly connected with the valve core rod joint is also not moved; the handle body 3 carries a fixed seat 8, an electronic module upper cover 4 and an electronic module lower cover 6 to rotate together by taking a rotating shaft 24 of the electronic module shell as an axle center; because the signal transmitting plectrum 26 is spacing by electronic module upper cover 4 and electronic module lower cover 6, signal transmitting plectrum 26 can be stirred gear I this moment, simultaneously to external transmission signal I.
(2) The electronic module shell limit boss 25 is limited by the electronic module lower limit groove 18 to continue rotating at the moment; and then the rotation is continued, so that the self-power-generation-signal transmitting electronic module 5 and the valve core rod joint 9 rotate downwards together.
(3) Rotating the handle assembly (from state 1 to state 2) with the spool rod joint 9 restrained from moving; the valve core rod joint 9 is not moved, so the self-power-generation signal emission electronic module 5 fixedly connected with the valve core rod joint is also not moved; the handle body 3 carries a fixed seat 8, an electronic module upper cover 4 and an electronic module lower cover 6 to rotate together by taking a rotating shaft 24 of the electronic module shell as an axle center; because the signal transmitting pulling piece 26 is limited by the electronic module upper cover 4 and the electronic module lower cover 6, the signal transmitting pulling piece 26 can be pulled to the gear II at the moment, and simultaneously, the signal II is transmitted to the outside.
(4) The electronic module shell limit boss 25 is limited by the electronic module upper limit groove 22 to continue rotating at the moment; and then the self-power-generating-signal transmitting electronic module 5 and the valve core rod joint 9 rotate upwards together after the rotation is continued.
Working scene:
the present application is fixedly attached to the valve stem 34 of any faucet. During use of the handle assembly to turn on or off the faucet, the handle assembly transmits a faucet on signal or a faucet off signal to the outside. And enabling other external interconnection devices to receive the information and enable the information to generate corresponding workflows.
When the faucet is opened:
step one, because the on-off moment of the tap valve core rod 34 is larger than the poking force value of the signal transmitting poking piece 26, when the handle assembly is turned outwards to open the tap, the valve core rod 34 cannot be turned, and the internal mechanism of the handle assembly acts first; at this time, the valve core rod connector 9 and the self-power-signal transmitting electronic module 5 are also fixed along with the valve core rod 34, and the handle main body 3 drives the fixing seat 8, the electronic module upper cover 4 and the electronic module lower cover 6 to rotate and toggle the signal transmitting pulling piece 26, so that the handle assembly transmits a signal representing the opening of the faucet to the outside once.
Step two, continuing to rotate the handle, wherein the limit boss 25 of the electronic module shell is limited by the limit groove 22 on the electronic module to continue to rotate because of the inside of the handle assembly; therefore, the self-generating-signal transmitting electronic module 5 and the valve core rod joint 9 continue to rotate along with the handle main body 3, so that the valve core rod 34 starts to rotate and the faucet is started.
When the tap is closed:
step one, when the handle assembly is turned inwards to close the tap after the tap is used, the valve core rod joint 9 and the self-power-signal-emission electronic module 5 are fixed along with the valve core rod 34, and the handle main body 3 drives the fixed seat 8, the electronic module upper cover 4 and the electronic module lower cover 6 to rotate and stir the signal-emission plectrum 26 to another gear, so that the handle assembly emits a signal representing the tap closing once to the outside.
Step two, continuing to rotate the handle, wherein the electronic module shell limiting boss 25 is limited by the electronic module lower limiting groove 18 to continue rotating because of the inside of the handle assembly; the self-generating-signal transmitting electronic module 5 and the valve stem joint 9 continue to rotate along with the handle body 3, so that the valve stem 34 starts to rotate and the faucet is closed.
The foregoing describes the embodiments of the present invention in detail, but the description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. All equivalent changes and modifications within the scope of the present invention are intended to be covered by this patent.
