Abstract
The invention discloses a nut with a built-in ultrahigh pressure check valve. The nut can be connected with a material container through different feeding interfaces and then connected with a high-pressure pump, and is simple in connection mode, low in manufacturing cost and high in popularization and application value.

The invention belongs to the technical field of high-pressure homogenizers.
Background
The high-pressure homogenizer is mainly used in the industries of medicine, food and chemical industry, and is used for preparing liposome, fat emulsion, nano suspension, microemulsion, lipid microspheres, emulsion, dairy products, infusion solutions, fat emulsion, cell disruption, high-pressure homogenization of fruit juice, fine chemical engineering and dyes.
The check valve for a conventional high-pressure homogenizer is usually connected to the fluid line as a separate component. The invention provides a nut with a built-in ultrahigh pressure check valve, which directly connects a high-pressure pump with a material container.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a nut with a built-in ultrahigh pressure one-way valve, aiming at simplifying the material pipeline of the existing high-pressure homogenizer.
The nut is characterized in that a material container and the ultrahigh pressure pump can be connected by only one nut internally provided with the ultrahigh pressure check valve, and the function of the check valve is realized at the same time.
Further, the nut with the built-in ultrahigh pressure one-way valve is characterized in that the rated pressure of the nut with the built-in ultrahigh pressure one-way valve is 100-300MPa, and the pressure range of the nut with the built-in ultrahigh pressure one-way valve is the same as that of a high-pressure homogenizer.
Furthermore, the nut with the built-in ultrahigh pressure one-way valve is characterized in that one end of the compression spring tightly supports the steel ball, so that the steel ball is matched with the inner part of the nut shell to form a sealing surface, and the other end of the compression spring is positioned and supported by the valve core.

The nut with built-in ultrahigh pressure check valve as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the material inlet (5) is directly connected to the injection cylinder (11) or the stainless steel container (13) to be homogenized, and the material outlet (6) is directly connected to the pump body (9).
