Abstract
本发明提供了一种高抗爆性能轻钢结构柱,包括多个固定座,多个所述固定座的中部分别可拆卸连接柱体单元的一端,多个所述柱体单元之间通过套接单元依次可拆卸连接,所述多个固定座均通过螺栓固定连接于建筑楼面上,该发明通过柱体单元的多层结构,大大加强了柱体的强度,通过填充块内部的蜂窝状设置来吸收掉大部分爆炸时产生的冲击荷载,大大减少了内柱所需要承受的冲击荷载,通过玻纤加强层和加强单元进一步加强柱体结构强度,通过固定座和套接单元可以方便安装和更换柱体单元,及时替换受损的柱体单元进一步减少事故的发生,通过缓冲胶套和套筒缓冲套,提高了结构柱的整体韧性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种高抗爆性能轻钢结构柱。
背景技术
在我国,轻钢建筑结构多用于单层、多层厂房、四层以下的轻型钢结构临时住宅楼、办公室、以及地震灾区的多层民用住宅建筑等。但是,轻型钢结构建筑对在爆炸时产生的冲击荷载作用比较敏感,抗爆性能相对较差。
作为轻型钢结构最重要的承重构件建筑构造柱,在爆炸冲击荷载作用下,抗力较差,一旦发生破坏,可能引起连锁反应并导致整个建筑结构的跨塌。因此,钢柱的抗爆设计十分重要。
发明内容
针对上述问题本发明提供了一种高抗爆性能轻钢结构柱,目的是为了克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提高钢柱的抗爆性能,预防结构柱折弯而造成整体结构倒塌,从而避免肿大事故的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高抗爆性能轻钢结构柱,包括多个固定座,多个所述固定座的中部分别可拆卸连接柱体单元的一端,多个所述柱体单元之间通过套接单元依次可拆卸连接,所述多个固定座均通过螺栓固定连接于建筑楼面上。
进一步的,所述固定座包括座体,所述座体的四角分别开设有固定孔,所述座体的内部设有缓冲胶套,所述缓冲胶套可拆卸连接于所述柱体单元的一端。
进一步的,所述缓冲胶套的内部设有胶套卡条。
进一步的,所述柱体单元包括柱体外壳,所述柱体外壳的内部设有多个填充块,多个所述填充块之间设有内柱,所述内柱的中部设有多个加强单元。
进一步的,所述柱体外壳的外部两端分别设有柱体卡条。
进一步的,所述填充块的内部呈蜂窝状设置。
进一步的,所述内柱包括轻钢外层,所述轻钢外层的内部设有玻纤加强层,所述玻纤加强层的内部设有轻钢内层,所述轻钢内层的内部两侧分别设有加强肋条。
进一步的,所述加强单元包括多个撑杆单元,所述撑杆单元包括液压撑杆,所述液压撑杆的两端分别转动连接撑杆固定块,多个所述撑杆单元一端的所述撑杆固定块均固定连接于所述加强肋条的中部,所述多个撑杆单元另一端的所述所述撑杆固定块均固定连接于所述轻钢内层的内部另两侧。
进一步的,所述套接单元包括双向套筒,所述双向套筒的两端内部分别设有套筒缓冲套,所述套筒缓冲套可拆卸连接于所述柱体单元的一端。
进一步的,所述套筒缓冲套的内部设有筒套卡条。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
通过柱体单元的多层结构,大大加强了柱体的强度,通过填充块内部的蜂窝状设置来吸收掉大部分爆炸时产生的冲击荷载,大大减少了内柱所需要承受的冲击荷载,通过玻纤加强层和加强单元进一步加强柱体结构强度,通过固定座和套接单元可以方便安装和更换柱体单元,及时替换受损的柱体单元进一步减少事故的发生,通过缓冲胶套和套筒缓冲套,提高了结构柱的整体韧性。

操作原理:首先螺栓转过固定孔12将固定座1固定连接于建筑楼面上,通过缓冲胶套13提高了结构柱的整体韧性,通过胶套卡条131和柱体单元2的一端实现可拆卸连接,通过多层复合结构,大大加强了柱体的强度,通过柱体卡条211和胶套卡条131卡接配合,通过填充块22内部的蜂窝状设置来吸收掉大部分爆炸时产生的冲击荷载,大大减少了内柱23所需要承受的冲击荷载,通过玻纤加强层232和加强肋条234共同加强柱体结构强度,通过撑杆单元241的斜向组合支撑对内柱23进行加固,进一步提高柱体单元2的强度,通过套筒缓冲套32提高了结构柱的整体韧性,通过筒套卡条321和柱体卡条211卡接配合。

1.一种高抗爆性能轻钢结构柱,其特征在于:包括多个固定座(1),多个所述固定座(1)的中部分别可拆卸连接柱体单元(2)的一端,多个所述柱体单元(2)之间通过套接单元(3)依次可拆卸连接,所述多个固定座(1)均通过螺栓固定连接于建筑楼面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高抗爆性能轻钢结构柱,其特征在于:所述固定座(1)包括座体(11),所述座体(11)的四角分别开设有固定孔(12),所述座体(11)的内部设有缓冲胶套(13),所述缓冲胶套(13)可拆卸连接于所述柱体单元(2)的一端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高抗爆性能轻钢结构柱,其特征在于:所述缓冲胶套(13)的内部设有胶套卡条(131)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高抗爆性能轻钢结构柱,其特征在于:所述柱体单元(2)包括柱体外壳(21),所述柱体外壳(21)的内部设有多个填充块(22),多个所述填充块(22)之间设有内柱(23),所述内柱(23)的中部设有多个加强单元(24)。
