The invention aims to solve the technical problem that a large amount of residual detergent in a detergent box is insufficient in the prior art, and provides a control method of a washing machine and the washing machine.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the invention provides a control method of a washing machine, wherein the washing machine feeds water into a water containing barrel through a detergent box, when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches a set water level, whether detergent remains in the detergent box is judged, and if yes, the water is fed into the water containing barrel continuously through the detergent box.
Furthermore, the time for water to enter the water containing barrel through the detergent box reaches the set water inlet time or the frequency of water inlet reaches the set water inlet frequency, and the detergent box is judged to have no detergent residue.
And further, continuously feeding water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box, when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches a set water level, detecting that the time for feeding water through the detergent box is less than the set water feeding time, judging that detergent remains in the detergent box, continuously feeding water through the detergent box until the time for feeding water through the detergent box is detected to be equal to the set water feeding time, and stopping feeding water through the detergent box.
And further, intermittently feeding water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box, when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches a set water level, detecting that the number of times of water feeding through the detergent box is less than the set water feeding number, judging that detergent remains in the detergent box, continuously feeding water through the detergent box until the number of times of water feeding through the detergent box is equal to the set water feeding number, and stopping feeding water through the detergent box.
Furthermore, after the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level, the washing machine continuously feeds water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box, the water level in the water containing barrel is higher than the set water level, and the washing program is adjusted.
Further, when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches a set water level, the detergent box is detected to have residual detergent, water continues to be fed through the detergent box, when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches a set maximum water level, the detergent box is detected to have residual detergent, the water feeding through the detergent box is stopped, the washing machine gives an alarm, and the operation is stopped.
Further, when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches a set water level, the detergent box is detected to have residual detergent, water continues to be fed through the detergent box, when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches a set maximum water level, the detergent box is detected to have residual detergent, the water feeding through the detergent box is stopped, the washing machine executes a water discharging program, partial water in the water containing barrel is discharged, and water continues to be fed through the detergent box.
Furthermore, before the washing machine finishes the washing program, the washing machine detects that the time of water inflow through the detergent box does not reach the set water inflow time or the frequency of water inflow does not reach the set water inflow frequency, prolongs the washing time, and prolongs the time of water inflow through the detergent box or increases the frequency of water inflow through the detergent box.
Furthermore, the washing machine feeds water into the water containing barrel through the first water path and the second water path, the second water path is connected with the detergent box in series, the first water path and the second water path feed water into the water containing barrel at the same time, when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches a set water level, it is judged that detergent remains in the detergent box, the first water path stops feeding water, the second water path continues feeding water, and the washing of clothes is started.
The invention also provides a washing machine, wherein the washing machine is provided with a detergent box, the washing machine is internally provided with a water containing barrel communicated with the detergent box, and the washing machine is provided with a water level detection device for detecting the water level or the water inflow amount of water entering the washing machine by adopting the control method of the washing machine provided by the technical scheme.
After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.

The invention provides a control method of a washing machine, the washing machine feeds water into a water containing barrel through a detergent box, when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches a set water level, the washing machine judges whether detergent remains in the detergent box, if the detergent remains in the detergent box, the washing machine continues to feed water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box in the subsequent washing process of clothes, so that the residual detergent continues to flush into the water containing barrel in the washing process of the clothes, the detergent is fully utilized until no detergent remains in the detergent box, the washing of the detergent box is stopped, the residual detergent in the detergent box can be reduced or avoided entering the subsequent rinsing and dewatering processes, more detergent remains on the clothes after dewatering, and the dewatering is sufficient.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

Examples
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention further provides a control method of a washing machine, the washing machine feeds water into the water container through the detergent box, when the water level in the water container reaches a set water level, it is determined whether there is detergent left in the detergent box, if so, water is fed into the water container through the detergent box.
In the prior art, after water is fed into the washing machine, detergent remains in the detergent box, and especially when the washing machine originally contains washing water, the water inlet valve can only feed a small amount of washing water, the water feeding time is short, the washing time of the detergent box is short, a large amount of detergent remains in the detergent box, and when rinsing and dewatering are caused, the clothes are not rinsed completely, and the detergent remains after the dewatering, so that the dewatering is not sufficient.
In the embodiment of the invention, the washing machine feeds water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box, and when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level, the washing machine starts to wash clothes in the water containing barrel;
the washing machine feeds water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box, washes the detergent box by using the water flow of the water, washes the detergent in the detergent box into the water containing barrel, judges whether the detergent remains in the detergent box when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches a set water level, namely whether the water flow of the water feed washes the detergent box completely, if the detergent remains in the detergent box, the washing machine continues to feed water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box in the process of washing clothes, so that the water flow of the water feed continuously washes the detergent box, the residual detergent continues to wash into the water containing barrel in the process of washing clothes, the detergent is fully utilized until no detergent remains in the detergent box, the washing of the detergent box is stopped, and the residual detergent in the detergent box can be reduced or avoided from entering into the subsequent rinsing and dewatering procedures, the residual detergent on the clothes after dehydration is avoided, so that the dehydration is sufficient;
the water containing barrel can be an outer barrel of the washing machine, and an inner barrel is arranged in the outer barrel; or the water containing barrel can also be an inner barrel of the washing machine, and an outer barrel is arranged outside the inner barrel.
In the embodiment of the invention, the time for the detergent box to feed water into the water containing barrel reaches the set water feeding time, so that the detergent box is judged to have no detergent residue;
as shown in fig. 1, specifically, water is continuously supplied into the water containing barrel through the detergent box, when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level, the time for supplying water through the detergent box is detected to be less than the set water supply time, it is determined that detergent remains in the detergent box, water is continuously supplied through the detergent box until the time for supplying water through the detergent box is detected to be equal to the set water supply time, and water supply through the detergent box is stopped.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether detergent remains in the detergent box is judged by the time of feeding water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box reaching the set water feeding time, if the detergent remains in the detergent box, the time of feeding water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box does not reach the set water feeding time, and if the detergent does not remain in the detergent box, the time of feeding water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box reaches the set water feeding time;
it should be noted that, the node at which the time of the water flowing into the water containing barrel through the detergent box reaches the set water inlet time may be before the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level or after the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level;
when the water inlet time of the detergent box reaches the set water inlet time before the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level, therefore, in the process of continuously feeding water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box, the time of feeding water through the detergent box is detected by using a timing sensor in real time, the timing sensor starts to feed water from the detergent box, if the time of feeding water through the detergent box reaches the set water inlet time, and the water level in the water containing barrel does not reach the set water level by using a water level detection device at the moment, the water feeding through the detergent box is stopped, the washing machine simultaneously feeds water into the water containing barrel through a first water path and a second water path, the second water path is connected with the detergent box in series, at the moment, the second water path is disconnected, the first water path is continuously connected, the first water path feeds water into the water containing barrel to the set water level, or the washing machine feeds water into the water containing barrel through the water path connected with the detergent box in series, at the moment, the water way is disconnected, water inflow through the detergent box is stopped, and the washing machine gives an alarm at the moment to remind a user of manually feeding water into the washing machine;
when the water inlet time of the detergent box reaches the set water inlet time, after the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level, the fact that detergent residues exist in the detergent box when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level is shown, the washing machine simultaneously feeds water into the water containing barrel through a first water path and a second water path, the second water path is connected with the detergent box in series, when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level, the detergent residues exist in the water containing barrel, at the moment, the first water path is disconnected, the second water path is continuously connected, the washing machine enables water to be fed into the water containing barrel through the detergent box, and the water inlet time of the washing machine through the detergent box reaches the set water inlet time; or, the washing machine feeds water into the water containing barrel through a water path connected with a detergent box in series, and at the moment, the water path is continuously connected, so that the washing machine feeds water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box until the water feeding time through the detergent box reaches the set water feeding time;
the detergent input amount is acquired according to the input amount of the clothes, different detergent input amounts correspond to different set water inlet time, and the set water inlet time is longer as the detergent input amount is larger.
In the embodiment of the invention, the time for the detergent box to feed water into the water containing barrel reaches the set water feeding time, so that the detergent box is judged to have no detergent residue;
as shown in fig. 2, when water is intermittently fed into the water container through the detergent box and the water level in the water container reaches a set water level, the number of times of water feeding through the detergent box is detected to be less than the set number of times of water feeding, it is determined that detergent remains in the detergent box, water feeding through the detergent box is continued until the number of times of water feeding through the detergent box is detected to be equal to the set number of times of water feeding, and the detergent box stops water feeding.
In the real-time example of the invention, whether the detergent residue exists in the detergent box is judged by the fact that the frequency of water inflow into the water containing barrel through the detergent box reaches the set water inflow frequency, if the detergent residue exists in the detergent box, the frequency of water inflow into the water containing barrel through the detergent box does not reach the set water inflow frequency, and if the detergent box does not have the detergent residue, the frequency of water inflow into the water containing barrel through the detergent box reaches the set water inflow frequency;
it should be noted that the node at which the number of times of water inflow into the water containing barrel through the detergent box reaches the set number of times of water inflow may be before the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level or after the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level;
when the frequency of water inflow through the detergent box reaches the set water inflow frequency before the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level, therefore, in the process of continuously feeding water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box, the frequency of water inflow through the detergent box is detected by using a timing sensor in real time, the timing sensor starts water inflow from the detergent box to time, if the frequency of water inflow through the detergent box reaches the set water inflow frequency, and at the moment, the water level in the water containing barrel is detected to not reach the set water level by using a water level detection device, water inflow through the detergent box is stopped, the washing machine simultaneously feeds water into the water containing barrel through a first water path and a second water path, the second water path is connected with the detergent box in series, at the moment, the second water path is disconnected, the first water path is continuously connected, the first water path feeds water into the water containing barrel to reach the set water level, or the washing machine feeds water into the water containing barrel through the water path connected with the detergent box in series, at the moment, the water way is disconnected, water inflow through the detergent box is stopped, and the washing machine gives an alarm at the moment to remind a user of manually feeding water into the washing machine;
after the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level after the number of times of water inlet through the detergent box reaches the set water inlet number, the fact that detergent remains in the detergent box when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level is shown, the washing machine simultaneously feeds water into the water containing barrel through a first water path and a second water path, the second water path is connected with the detergent box in series, when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level, the detergent remains in the water containing barrel, at the moment, the first water path is disconnected, the second water path is continuously connected, the washing machine enables water to be fed into the water containing barrel through the detergent box until the number of times of water inlet through the detergent box reaches the set water inlet number; or, the washing machine feeds water into the water containing barrel through a water path connected with a detergent box in series, and at the moment, the water path is continuously connected, so that the washing machine feeds water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box until the frequency of water feeding through the detergent box reaches the set water feeding frequency;
the detergent input amount is acquired according to the input amount of the clothes, different detergent input amounts correspond to different set water inlet times, and the more the detergent input amount, the more the set water inlet times.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level, the washing machine continuously feeds water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box, the water level in the water containing barrel is higher than the set water level, and the washing program is adjusted.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level, and the detergent remains in the detergent box, if water continues to enter the water containing barrel through the detergent box, the water level in the water containing barrel is higher than the set water level, and the water level higher than the set water level enables the washing machine not to wash the clothes normally.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the water level in the water container reaches the set water level, it is detected that there is residual detergent in the detergent box, water continues to be supplied through the detergent box, and when the water level in the water container reaches the set maximum water level, it is detected that there is residual detergent in the detergent box, water supply through the detergent box is stopped, and the washing machine gives an alarm and stops operating.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level, the detergent residue in the detergent box is detected, water is continuously fed in through the detergent box, the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set maximum water level after water is fed for a period of time, and the detergent residue in the detergent box is detected at the moment.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level, the detergent box is detected to have residual detergent, water is continuously fed through the detergent box, when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set maximum water level, the detergent box is detected to have residual detergent, the water feeding through the detergent box is stopped, the washing machine executes a water discharging program, partial water in the water containing barrel is discharged, and then the water is continuously fed through the detergent box.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level, the detergent residue in the detergent box is detected, water is continuously fed in through the detergent box, the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set maximum water level after a period of water feeding, and the detergent residue in the detergent box is detected at the moment.
In the embodiment of the invention, before the washing machine finishes the washing program, the washing machine detects that the water inlet time through the detergent box does not reach the set water inlet time or the water inlet frequency does not reach the set water inlet frequency, prolongs the washing time, and prolongs the water inlet time through the detergent box or increases the water inlet frequency through the detergent box.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the water inlet time of the washing machine in the washing agent box does not reach the set water inlet time or the water inlet frequency does not reach the set water inlet frequency before the washing program is finished, the washing machine prolongs the washing time and simultaneously prolongs the water inlet time of the washing agent box or increases the water inlet frequency of the washing agent box, so that the water inlet flow fully washes the washing agent box, and the residue of the washing agent is avoided or reduced; the extended time for which water is supplied through the detergent box should be less than or equal to the extended washing time, and the increase in the number of times for which water is supplied through the detergent box should be completed within the extended washing time.

s1, the washing machine continuously feeds water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box, and step S2 is executed;
s2, detecting whether the water inlet time of the water inlet through the water containing cylinder reaches the set water inlet time, if so, executing a step S8, and if not, executing a step S3;
s3, continuing to feed water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box, and executing the step S4;
s4, judging whether the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level, if so, executing a step S5, and if not, executing a step S3;
s5, judging whether the water inlet time of the water containing cylinder reaches the set water inlet time, if so, executing a step S9, and if not, executing a step S6;
s6, continuing to feed water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box, and executing the step S7;
s7, judging whether the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set maximum water level, if so, executing a step S10; if not, go to step S5;
s8, continuously feeding water to a set water level through the detergent box;
s9, stopping water inflow through the detergent box;
and S10, stopping water inflow through the detergent box, giving an alarm to the washing machine, and stopping running.
Or, the control method of the washing machine of the present invention comprises the following steps:
s1, the washing machine intermittently feeds water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box, and the step S2 is executed;
s2, detecting whether the water inlet frequency of the water entering through the water containing cylinder reaches the set water inlet frequency, if so, executing a step S8, and if not, executing a step S3;
s3, continuing to feed water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box, and executing the step S4;
s4, judging whether the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level, if so, executing a step S5, and if not, executing a step S3;
s5, judging whether the frequency of water inflow through the water containing barrel reaches the set water inflow frequency, if so, executing a step S9, and if not, executing a step S6;
s6, continuing to feed water into the water containing barrel through the detergent box, and executing the step S7;
s7, judging whether the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set maximum water level, if so, executing a step S10; if not, go to step S5;
s8, continuously feeding water to a set water level through the detergent box;
s9, stopping water inflow through the detergent box;
and S10, stopping water inflow through the detergent box, giving an alarm to the washing machine, and stopping running.
The invention also provides a washing machine, wherein the washing machine is provided with a detergent box, the washing machine is internally provided with a water containing barrel communicated with the detergent box, and the washing machine is provided with a water level detection device 4 for detecting the water level or the water inflow amount of water entering the washing machine by adopting the control method of the washing machine provided by the technical scheme.
As shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, a controller 1 is disposed on the washing machine, the controller 1 is connected to a water level detection device 4, and the water level detection device 4 includes a water level sensor or a water flow sensor; the water level sensor and the water flow sensor are connected with the controller 1, the water level sensor can directly measure the water level in the water containing barrel, the water flow sensor is used for detecting the water inflow of water entering the water containing barrel, the water level sensor transmits detected water level information to the controller 1, the controller 1 judges whether the water level in the water containing barrel reaches a set water level or a set maximum water level according to the detected water level information, or the water flow sensor transmits the detected water inflow information to the controller 1, and the controller 1 judges whether the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the set water level or the set maximum water level according to the detected water inflow information;
the washing machine is also provided with a timing sensor 5, the timing sensor 5 is used for detecting the water inlet time and the water inlet frequency of water entering through a detergent box, the timing sensor 5 is connected with the controller 1, the timing sensor 5 transmits the detected information of the water inlet time or the water inlet frequency of the water entering through the detergent box to the controller 1, and the controller 1 judges whether the water inlet time of the water entering through the detergent box reaches the set water inlet time or whether the water inlet frequency of the water entering through the detergent box reaches the set water inlet frequency according to the information and judges that the detergent remains in the detergent box;
the washing machine is provided with only one water path for feeding water into the water containing barrel, and the water path is connected with a detergent box, a water flow sensor and a water inlet valve in series; or, the detergent is provided with two water paths for feeding water into the water containing barrel, the two water paths are respectively a first water path and a second water path, the first water path is connected with the first water inlet valve 2 in series, the second water path is connected with the detergent box and the second water inlet valve 3 in series, and the first water path and the second water path are both connected with the water flow sensor.
